Good morning, today I sent an 8 pound package to Ecuador, I prefer to use the Expresito Cargo service because of the security it gives me when sending my package, I know it will arrive safely, quickly. In addition, the attention that the official gives me is excellent, very kind. He recommended them. Happy day.
In previous years the dates have always been consistent with the time of nationalization but we are not even on Dec 15 and since yesterday they already say that the cargo will not arrive perhaps until January. Is it because they lack staff? Not even at this time of year can they better coordinate the operation? Back in the same Shopping is Geomil, those who read this go because they pay $ 4 less and are serious, they give excellent customer service and above all organized.
Bad experience! Their staff are supposed to be there to help you. They work at 40 per hour! You do everything (pack your things in the covers, weigh, describe what you send, write your data and the data of the person you are going to send on their famous sheets). They cannot search for a person in the system only with the identification number because according to them it takes time to load the information! After making the payment, you go out with the sticker to wait for another person to receive you and put it in your package. And luck if they put it in the correct package because they do not understand the numbers that they write themselves. Eye! It is not the first time that I send packages to my country! Use the agency because you arrive in a city that is not a capital! I would NOT recommend it!
As long as you dont have a loss all very friendly employees. They tell you to report the items and value in case there are losses. Once you report loss of items in the box sent, they tell you how in my case I have to formalize the Claim via email to Bogotá even when I put the box in Corona, Queens. Once you make your claim, they answer that they will investigate after a month and a half (because I called) to tell you that the carrier delivered the box and the beneficiary signed received. My question is: You have to require the delivery person or carrier and Expresito to wait until the beneficiary checks the box that everything is in order and thus not have these inconveniences. In addition, this company insults the intelligence of its clients because why do they say that they are going to investigate if after reading the receipt they say that it does not cover the insurance for partial losses (they say everything in English except the insurance). It is another hoax because then there is never an investigation. So that they make you waste time asking for prices or they themselves put prices on the items if they do not cover individually but in case of total loss. They should only ask for the full value of the box. Again you have to read the small print and not trust these types of companies believing because they are our countrymen. That is what hurts the most, not what was lost because that is recovered but trust is irretrievable.
Too bad how they completely damaged the service for shipments to the city of Machala, BAD, I do not recommend it at all.They changed from LaarCourier to TramacoNow they are located in offices in the center of the city, where there is no parking unlike LaarCourier where it had a large parking lot, where the customer enters with their car and withdraws quickly, comfortably and safely.Now if a family member has to leave the car in a parking lot or garage and go with a bag to walk blocks with that weight.The change was never notified by any means, they spent a whole morning from one place to another looking for where the express packages are now delivered.When the customer service was lousy at the store, an upset person without correct information indicates that once the packages have arrived there, they have to wait 24 more hours to deliver the packages.In short, they changed for the worse, more waiting time, more insecurity, discomfort, you cannot track the package step by step how it was done when the package was delivered from express to the courier who could track it online, one is blind now.AWFUL, the packages were never delivered now you have to keep waiting.

The people who work there are formal and of good treatment.But there is a lot of misinformation and ignorance at the time of sending a package. I had a very bad experience today when carrying some boxes with clothes, despite having called a day before if they had clothes they told me yes, when I arrived at the Corona Av office they told me that they did not have used clothes, only new ones. Because they do not publish on the web and their staff informs the public that they are not accepting boxes with used clothing.
Bad company took about 2 months to deliver my package separately they charged me separately to supposedly leave the delivery to my relatives house but they did not lie to my relatives that they were going to bring things to the place and they told me other things that are still in Bone ect process I paid them to deliver it to the house but they never kept the money and never used this company.
Very bad treatment by two of its representatives, it was Saturday and I arrived 45 minutes before the time to close the place and they did not want to help me.A lady who attends there very rudely shouted at me and the only thing she wanted was to leave, they closed the box 30 minutes before the closing time.So I do not know why they say they close at 4 pm on Saturdays if at 3:30 you can not make any payment.Finally they gave me a very bad time to my friend who accompanied me, instead of helping to solve the problem they left me alone in the office, thank goodness another man who works there very kind and could help me.Then I call the week and they treat me badly not giving me correct information of my shipments.I do not understand how you forgive so they can work, they make the business look very bad.Its not my first time that I ship in that place but Ill never do it again. Its very sad that they treat a client so badly and in that way.
What a trash company, some rude employees, plus one employee gives one information, another employee gives another. They are the only ones who receive the merchandise, avoid headaches and go directly to a cheaper UPS office, more friendliness and guarantee of safe delivery.
PESIMO PESIMO PESIMO PESIMOOOOOOOOOOO service with the subject of the Covid-19 and the quarantine did not give me a receipt of the boxes that I deliver for a shipment to Canada, additional on the page it says a value of telephone shipment they give another and at the time of sending it is another Obviously older, the boxes they send to Canada do so with intermediaries such as UPS, they lose the boxes and they do not respond, do not ship with this company, THEY ARE THE WORST !!!!!!!I would not give a star but touch to send the comment
We contract them to send household items from the USA - Ecuador. Things have all arrived and the company in general knows about the processes. But we had several inconveniences due to errors made, such as bad data entry of the car in customs that caused the registration to be delayed significantly, among other things. The customer service to solve this problem was lousy and we had to be behind the process to speed things up.

2020-05-10I recently sent a box to Colombia and the service was amazing from start to finish. I called for information and staff was pleasant and gave me information about their process. When I dropped off box, I was called the next day with price (because of social distancing measures) and a link was provided to pay online. Once I paid, a tracking number was provided and I was able to track the shipment until it was delivered. The package arrived in only 7 days and was not tampered with. I will definitely be using this company again and have already referred friends who plan to use them as well. Thank you Expresito!

2017-09-07They offer shipping services to most Latin American countries. The staff members are professionals and extremely helpful. There are staff members who are dedicated to helping customers pack their items for shipment. The prices are fair and items always arrive.

2018-05-28Not very clear on their prices, too many add on fees... When asked what the price to ship was, we got a flat .89/lb. When I looked at the invoice, they charged .99/lb. When I asked why, they said said because we went over 50lbs (by 1.2lbs). Well had I KNOWN that, I would have taken a couple of items out BEFORE you sealed the box shut, especially since my pre-box weight was only 48 lbs- 3 lbs for a cardboard box? Seems like a bit much, but ok... Secondly, at .99/lb, and 51.2lbs, you expect to pay roughly $51.00. Somehow the total came out to $88.00 How does that work?? This fee, plus that fee, plus some other fees... It was ridiculous. Never again will we go there. Terrible service. Makes you feel like you just got taken...
