I love this place. This is my 2nd time using their services and I must say I am truly impressed. I’ve used them to register my car twice and replace my lost title. Every time they were on point! Super nice, fast, accurate and Customer service is great. Service with a smile and it’s hard to get that nowadays. The young Asian lady who helped me both with my replacement title and registration knows her stuff and gets the job done.

One stop shop for all your DMV needs! Forget about waiting in line at the DMV, for a nominal fee they will take care of you with little to no wait. They accept walk-ins now until 7pm. Located in a convenient area, J train and the Q56 bus near by. What would have taken several hours was taken care of within 12 minutes. Give them a shot and youll never go back to the DMV!

I tried several times to set up an appointment with DMV register my car. I had no luck at trying do it on online. Finally I saw ad about Express DMV Stop, and decided to give them a try. They could not get my car registered but would not give me the service charge of $100 back. Then they send an email saying order was canceled and the service charge was refunded. Never going back to this place.Part 2 of the review 09/09/2021: I had to respond back to your response. Because there are several lies. First of all I did show you paperwork from DMV showing that was declined previously. You assured me that it is not a problem you will be able to register the vehicle. Secondly you never mentioned anything about the refund policy in person or via email. Your websites refund policy is this If we are unable to process your transaction after a review of your full document packet, a full refund may be provided depending on the circumstances and is at the sole discretion of DMVSTOP. Refunds are not provided if you fail to send us the requested documents, valid insurance, valid driver license images, valid title without alterations or damage, or any other reason that is out of our control including if you request the transaction to be cancelled before or after we are in receipt of your paperwork. A partial service fee credit will be provided if you wish to cancel your transaction and is good up to 1 year from your initial order date. Credit/debit card processing fees are also non-refundable if charged. If a refund is provided, it will be in the form of a check or refund to your credit/debit card. It can take up to 7 business days to show on your account if refunded to your debitcredit card. You called me and blamed it on your employee saying she didnt know what she was talking about. $100 is not a lot of money but making up stories and lying about it is not fair.
I hired this agency to renew my vehicle registration and they did an awesome job. The job was got done in less than three( ?) days and provides first class customer service, mainly focused on customer’s satisfaction and saves our time and energy along the way.They also practice COVID safety guidelines and When I visited the office there only allow two people in the room at a time and expects all customers including office staff to respect others.I had a great experience working this agency and wanted to share their quality service so that people won’t waste time and energy unnecessarily.
Cant say enough about how great David and the entire DMV Stop team are. Have used them for a bunch of vehicles, and they have exceeded my expectations every time. Do not think twice about using them for any DMV services you might need.

This company may have to get a better management to explain and take extra time in consideration to theirs clients. Thanks for the phone call mister Dave, this is why it went from 1 to 3 start, you fixed some of my words and your team work its always right. The phone call was recorded, its just to proof that you want to improve your business respectfully and that the client has to follow step by step and wait.
After months of headaches and waiting to only get rejected 3x from the DMV, Im glad I found the DMVSTOP. I spoke with Jen who said I can send my paperworks with Fedex without having to step into their office which saved me time. She spoke with the owner, Dave, and they were able to register my boat in 1 week! I got my boat registration papers in the mail from DMVSTOP and it was the fastest most efficient response! Above and beyond service and truly helped me skip the trip!
If I could give ZERO STARS I would. Very unprofessional. Never received my full refund. Services took months, you could never get anyone one the phone when needed theyll keep transferring you around until youre completley frustrated. Ive never dealt with such a careless company. Nothing can get done unless you speak with David but David is never available so basically if David is not there dont expect to receive any services.Finally I canceled my whole transaction, as months has passed. Still no refund or Title as they stated it has been mailed and its been weeks, still nothing. I dont recommend this place at all. Better off going to your DMV youll be waiting some hours but at least you wont be waiting some months.

Amazing staff. Amidst the pandemic and with all the DMV reservations being backed up, I wasn’t expecting much from an express DMV location. I needed a new registration and plates for a car I bought recently and they aided me the whole way through. Went to their website, paid a fee and brought in the required documents along with order # to their office. They handled me almost immediately when I got there and took all my documents. Less than a week after, I got an email confirming that my plates and registration were ready for pickup at their office. Amazing work and speed!
Better than the actual DMV! Absolutely would rate 6 stars if I could, this place is hands down spectacular when it comes to DMV transactions. Ive done 3 so far with them in the past 5 months and its always been a smooth process, albeit one has to understand with the current circumstances due to Covid, transactions take longer to process. The staff is wonderful and they always email and call with updates, which gives you peace of mind. Dave personally called me twice to inform me of the status of my DMV transactions which is unparalleled to any other DMV service office. Would absolutely highly recommend this place to anyone looking to register a vehicle or any other type of related transaction, and the best part is no appointments with the DMV!A+ in my book, hands down the best!
Super helpful small team. I must of called about 100 times to ask for information on my plates and they were patient, polite and helpful. Being that the actual DMV needs you to make an appointment months in advanced for you to get services to register your vehicle due to Covid, I am glad I decided to go with DMV Stop. I traveled from Church in BK for their services because some of the areas I went to in BK were rude and impolite so I am happy that I decided to take the trip. Check them out if you are in need to register your vehicle.
Rarely post reviews, but service was top notch. Received the plates 2 weeks after paying the required taxes and DMV fees. For those concerned, you do pay the fees through the shop, but I did not have any issues. There is an extra charge for credit cards, but thats just pass through for the merchant fees. You can use Venmo, but reminder there is a maximum transfer from your bank account into Venmo (varies by bank)
They are Outstanding Dave Went above and beyond to help me to get everything i needed during my difficult process and was absolutely helpful and very professional and patient I will definitely be back if needed and highly recommend! Thank you guys again
My plates/registration were processed within two weeks, if it were at the DMV during this pandemic, it would have taken much longer. Dave was great to work with, he replied fast to my emails and answered all my questions. This is a great service and I would recommend it to anyone!
DMV stop is a great place to go to if you want quick service than going to the DMV. I called and spoke with Ana and she forward me the link to the website which had the information I needed once I made the payment online for the plates and submitted my documents I then received an email invoice for the registration and taxes I paid and I received a call from Ana in 5 days stating my plates are ready. I”m so content how fast was the process especially when we are going through a pandemic and a lot of things are delaying. Thank you DMV Stop! And Thank you Ana 👍You Rock!!😊
Dave @ DMV Stop accomplished an impossible task for me during the COVID 19 closures of the NY DMV offices. I had encountered a problem which he completely understood. At first, I was hesitant to trust him with my sensitive documents but his constant contact and follow-up put me at ease. He uses FedEx for important papers. The bottom line is that hes honest, he can be trusted, and he completed a job which I had tried twice myself to complete and failed. The DMV Stop fee was a bargain and payment was handled seamlessly by credit card online. I wholeheartedly recommend Dave and I will definitely take advantage of his services again in the future.

As a first owner of my own car, tittle, registration, plate they helped me so much to find a better choice to be able to get my car registered and ready for the road. They basically did everything for me it was just the time waiting frame due to covid but it was worth the wait. They also helped me a lot they walked me through the process and explained everything to me clearly. They answer me through email/text/calls so fast! Amazing team!
**Updated**Horrible experience- no one (Dmv) looks at paper work and numbers, it’s been over a month and still nothing. Receptionist is horrible. No one ever knows the real answer. I was recommended here.Update: after speaking with David I have a better understanding of the process. The phones are another story he will address. Even though this was a tough experience David Did make it smoother.

Rarely post reviews, but service was better than expected.. so far in the waiting process for my plates.. I was told 2wks.. parking located out front.. local to train station as well.. if your in doubt like I was, let me tell you, they make everything simple
Really excellent service, and very responsive to all my questions. They helped me get my plates and title transfer for a used car purchase faster than the earliest date I could get for a DMV appointment.
I was nervous about using a service to register my car, but I am so happy I did! The folks at DMVStop were nice, helpful and they got my car registered fast. Due to Covid, the DMV quoted around 2 weeks to get my plates back, but DMVStop sent mine in just over a week. Great experience all around, highly recommend!
I used the DMVStop on Jamaica Ave in Queens twice in the last month to register a vehicle & get new plates then again to drop off old plates. The process was easy & efficient both times. They keep you updated & get the job done quickly; well worth the extra fees to avoid the main DMV!

DMV Stop is WORTH THE PRICE!! During Covid when every company has me on hold for hours, DMV stop was incredibly communicative within minutes, and got me my new license plates and registration in less than 2 weeks. I think without them, if I had just gone through the DMV it would have taken much longer. Their response time is AMAZING and they were very professional and timely. These guys are amazing! They take every step possible to ensure that your experience is the best it can be! Ive used them several times already and now use their online service and I never even have to leave my house! I call FedEx and they pick up the work from me and deliver it when its ready. My only complaint is that Dmvstop hasnt been around longer!!!

I helped a friend of mine to do all her paper work for a new registration at the Brooklyn office of the DMV a few weeks ago, and it was a horrible experience. 5 Hours wasted there to achieve what she needed. When it was my turn to register my own car I only had the weekend so ended up going to this service Express DMV which was opened on Saturdays. We payed $50 for the service and $8 for having our plates mailed to our home. I spent less than 15 minutes there, and they said they would take care of everything. Got our plates today Tuesday. Totally worth the money. Very friendly and polite service. Saved me a whole morning or afternoon. You know what they say, Time is money. Will never waste my time at the regular DMV when there is this Express option. Highly recommended.

Omg I can’t believe I never knew about this place! Super convenient, professional and courteous! They delivered on everything they said they would. I sent in my docs with the Fedex label they gave me and paid the Dmv fees. I got my plates back in a week or so shipped to my apartment. Never had to go anywhere or fill anything out. Amazing!

I thought these reviews were all bogus but this place is really legit! Im a city employee who barely has time to go to DMV to stand on line especially now with Covid19. This place got my newly bought car registered! (Did everything online) Turn around time took about 2 weeks. Well worth the wait!Definitely coming back here anytime i need to deal with DMV related issues!
From beginning to end it was seamless. Thank you for your help. Most places are saying really long times like 2 months or so. Got my registration in 6 business days may not be the same for all but i like the fact that they answer or texted back when you have any concerns and also followed up as soon as the plates arrived.Thanks again.

After trying to visit 2 DMV locations & getting fed up when I couldnt find any parking at all, I remembered seeing this DMV Express location while in the area. I decided to stop in & see how their services worked. I met with David (I believe) & his front office girl who explained to me the process thoroughly & made me comfortable with choosing to register my vehicle with their service. I went in on a Friday & my plates & registration were ready to be picked up the following Tuesday (it would have been by Monday if my insurance didnt mess something up). I highly recommend using their office if you can avoid the DMV. For the fee that they charge, its definitely worth avoiding the hassle of dealing with a DMV location.
Couldnt be more pleased with the 1-week turnaround time on our RV plates. We bought our RV in a different state so the dealer didnt have access to the CT registration system. DMV STOP took the stress and hassle, not to mention the 4-6 week turnaround time, out of the process for us. They were great to work with, very responsive and understanding of the stress we were under to get our RV registered in a short amount of time so we could leave on vacation. Would definitely use again, and highly recommend.

I needed to turn in plates for my brothers car and wanted to avoid the long lines/wait at the DMV office. I found this place on google called DMV STOP, so i said its like 8 min from my house let me give it a try. I got parking right in front of the place told the young lady at reception that i needed to turn in plates. She told me the fee, which was 20 bucks, for plate surrender. I thought the price was great plus I hate going to the DMV to waste my time. I received my plate surrender receipt the next day via email. So I only had to make one trip their. I will definately be using their services again in the future! Great fast service, courteous, and great at keeping in communication with you. A++++ in my book for sure.

I bought a car during pandemic and was having difficulty to register it as it was my very first time buying car from different state. DMV was open by mail only and I didnt wanted to take time making mistakes and doing documents back and forth. I’ve used this office 3 times already and going on my 4th time right now. They are honest, knowledgeable and don’t rip you off with their processing fees. This office is my go to location when I don’t have time to go to the local DMV and waste my day. In fact they have more knowledge then the actual DMV. Go here and only here for all your DMV needs.

I carefully filled out the required paperwork, collected the necessary documents and then went to the DMV on a Wednesday afternoon thinking they wouldnt be too busy. Maybe Ill spend an hour tops to change the car title and register my vehicle? Nope. Ended up spending all two and and a half hours waiting at the DMV and then I had to leave to make it to another appointment. Dreaded going back and then a friend told me about DMV Stop. I called them up to make sure they were legit. Took my paperwork over to them after work. Returned 24 hours later to collect the registration and plates. I could not have spent more 10 minutes total at their office. Why didnt I come here first? They dont do license or state IDs though. Still have to deal with the DMV there.
Ill give this place 10 stars. Very professional. Every time I emailed them I get a response as quickly as possible. I was happy with the service they provided. It was also a nice touch when they sent a text and made a phone call letting me know my plates were ready for pickup.They do charge a 3.5% fee for paying with a credit card. I wish this would be listed on their website or someone would have mentioned it when I called so I can bring cash and avoid the fee.

Went to this store to get my florida registration done service was AMAZING ! All i had to do was take my vehicle documents in sign in 3 places, pay and walk away. My plates were given to me a week later with no hassle or trouble. Would deffinitely recommend this service for anyone and everyone! Staff were very friendly, answered all my questions, and assured me they would definitely come through for me in which they did even faster than promised. Very very pleased.

I needed a new registration, but had no time to go to the actual DMV. Stopped in at this place, which is also open on Saturdays, and they handled everything for me. The guys were courteous, explained the whole process, and made me feel at ease. Everything is going to be completed by the next business day. Great alternative to lining up at the dmv. No line. Came to surrender plates. They gave me $5 off for leaving a review from the $20 service fee which I was more than happy to do. They have great service! And very polite.

Easy to follow and very dependable, especially in these times with coronavirus shutting down everything. They got me my title and registration plates very quickly; Everything was done via online & tracked via Fedex Express.For those of you trying to register cars/boats/etc. and dont want to simply leave your title in a random mailbox, this is your best hope. I was browsing reddit for alternatives to leaving original title in some mailbox outside of a building with no tracking and the state not answering any calls and someone mentioned DMV Stop. I couldnt believe it and if youre reading this with even slight disbelief, know that Ill be already on the road with my legal paperwork that Im holding right now while half the people are still waiting on line making multiple visits only to risk their paperwork being lost/declined. It took me a whole 2 minutes to sign few documents and a drive to Fedex dropoff. Thats it.

These guys are so awesome! I went to DMV Monday morning and wasted 3 hours of my life for NOTHING! They said that my title was no good and I would need a duplicate. I was ready to cry because i got the car from Craigslist and the guys number was out of service. I found DMVSTOP online and called and they said to come in and I am so glad I did! I got there at almost 7pm closing time and was in and out very quickly turning in some license plates. They did me the courtesy of checking on some tickets and forwarding info to my email address which they did not have to do. Very professional, courteous and helpful. I recommend.

I took a cab to this location at 1pm. Their posted closing time on Saturdays is 6pm, but the shutter is down. And Im unable to get any information because their mailbox is full.

The problem that I had was that the back of the title of a car I just had bought had somebody elses name on the buyer portion of the title. So I went to the dmv myself and got turned down and was told the only way to get my car registered was to get a duplicate title, but the guy the I had bought the car from practically dissapeared so I didnt hav many options. So i went to this DMV services and exp6my situation and i honestly dont know what they did at the DMV to get it registered but they got it done. So Im extremely pleased with their services.
Best place to go for your DMV services. Why waste time to stand in line at the DMV for hours when u can pay a few dollars and and complete everything. I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes. Staff is very courteous and helpful.
This place is the most unprofessional business I have ever attempted to visit. Totally misleading when they said they are open Saturdays. First off they dont have anyone responsible answering phones...i left two messages and not one callback. Another is that whoever is responsible for Saturdays clearly doesnt care about the safety of their store as gate remained closed but the lock was unhinged. Thirdly, your sign posts are completely misleading as well. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone... Might as well go to a real DMV which is difficult enough for any working individual.

Needed a new registration but the DMV is closed by the time I leave work. Went to DMV Stop, gave them all my documents and these guys did it form me. I didnt even have to fill out my forms, I only had to sign. Was out of there in 15 minutes. Got my plates the next day. Awesome!

Let me preface this by saying I went to DMV first to register a car and they were 0 help. I had a bit of a special situation due to paperwork that I was told could be solved. I followed the instructions the DMV gave me returned and was told there was no way to register the car. They actually told me to get my money back from the seller. I then did some internet surfing and came across the DMV stop. At first look, it didnt look legit, but they had a number I could text to contact them. I texted and they responded within 5 minutes. I explained my issue, sent them pics of mympaper work.and was immediately told that I can be helped. I brought all the paperwork to them and within 2 business days I have official plates and registration. They are knowledgeable, personable, and understanding. I highly recommend their services.

Hi bought a car 3 days before the Corona shut down and wasn’t able to get it registered, good shopping has been a hassle & I’ve been paying insurance and having to take the train unable to get the car on the road, until I stumbled upon these angels. I had been paying Storage for my Motorcycle and had been getting expensive; just Bc I didn’t have plates. Purchased 2 OUT OF STATE services, totaling over $350. When I cancelled due to my lien holder not releasing the title, they wanted to charge me $50 as fees before they refunded. After I inquired why, I received a response of how they spoke to the supervisor and kept $25 because of a label they sent me, that I never used. I’ve never heard a NY to NY label cost $25. Don’t use.

I operate a fleet of 40 trucks/. I have the luck of utilizing David, and the staff at DMV Stop.. I no longer need to go t the actual DMV. Always professional and always communicate what they can and are doing for me. Title transfers, Liens, registrations,, plate surrenders, etc. I come from Williamsburg Brooklyn to use DMV Stop in Woodhaven.They also have some late hours that helps with dropping off and picking up.

It was 3:20pm, and I was going to rush to a dmv before they closed at 4pm. Luckily I stumbled across this place on google maps and read they would take my plates and are open until 6pm. On Saturday November 3rd, 2018 I had to surrender my plates to the DMV. Id stopped at the NYC Woodhaven DMV location to return my plates and it was easy. The gentleman who helped me was nice, polite and explained to me what I needed to do and know. So, I do recommend anyone who needs to surrender their plates to the DMV on a Saturday to go to the NYC Woodhaven location in Queens.

I used the 87-18 Jamaica, Avenue, Queens NY. I highly recommend their services, and will use them again. 2022-03-15I had an amazing experience with Express dmv service. Within two days I was able to receive my new registration and plates! I was surprised because they told me it normally takes 3-5 and because I needed new plates, and covid it couldve gotten alot longer. I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer! And within 2 days I received a call that my registration and plates were ready to pick up. I am extra pleased with the service, and definitely will recommend to my friends and come back!

2022-06-27I was a bit upset I placed this order on the 16th of June , it is now the 27th and after two calls they are finally ready for pick up I paid all the fees they requested and had paper work in hand . I don’t understand how this is express when they say three to five business days and I waited longer I was almost ready to ask for my money back and go to motor vehicles after I made an Appt. She thought I didn’t want the car it took so long. I’m glad I can pick them up and go get my car . Thank you
