Besser gehts nicht! Best plummer that Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting! He fixed the original problem & the problems that we didnt know we had that compounded the original issues. Extremely thorough, too! Timely, courteous, hard working, and charged an extremely fair and reasonable price! Ill be flying back to Germany in a few days, but glad to know that my father will be left in his capable hands! It doesnt get any better than Angelo!
Having an issue with main drain, was out of town and wife called for service and it was a $99 charge to come out which was acceptable the plumbing guy spend 4 hours trying to get the pipes clear and then he GAVE up and installed a bathroom gasket. I was charge $851 dollars for the services and at the end i was stuck in the same spot. their solution was to get a new main drain pipe and that price was in the $6-7k. also they still wanted to charge me $99 more for coming out. I think they need to be upfront with people and tell them if they can not fix it in 1hr is xx dollars per hour and let the owner decide. Do not expect people to pay full price for something that was not fix if the problem gets fix in 5 min well it will be paid but the problem was fix, but 4 hrs and you could not fix it and you want full price come on...will not be calling back and like they say consumer be aware.
#1 plumber. I had a leaking radiator that was leaking into my living room ceiling.He was extremely polite. Explained everything he was doing and did a full assessment before fixing anything. The price was amazing. He is my new go to plumber.
This was the best experience we’ve had in a long time, I had a cracked kitchen faucet which needed to be replaced so I texted the number on the website and this was Memorial Day at 2:00 pm in the afternoon which I thought would take weeks before I found someone to come and take a look. Angelo called back 10 minutes after the text. He came a half hour later, looked at the cracked faucet, had the part in his truck, shut the water down, changed the faucet which was done quickly and with expertise and my problem was over and I continued to enjoy my Memorial Day barbeque with my family. Angelo is the best, I will hire him again and you should as well.

We suddenly had a toilet emergency this past weekend & were left with no way to flush, it was a bad situation to say the least plus it was Sunday so it’s really hard to find a plumber, especially that day, luckily we found Angelo! I tried everything from the store and nothing worked I opened the pipe took out a clog and it still wasn’t working ...I called Roto Rooter and they never even showed up ! I had asked for the cost in the beginning but he was unsure because he needed to see how much work was involved, stupid me forgot to ask again . I had a new faucet that I already bought installed and the piping under the sink was replaced with new piping. The work was done very well, but I was shocked to here the cost was $750.00 for 3 hours worth of work. great work but way too expensive.

I first contacted this vendor on Memorial Day 2020 to repair a steam pipe leak in basement ceiling. Mr. Angelo of Star Express Repair & Drain arrived in Queens without hesitation.He viewed the issue, made and assessment and replaced and repaired part of the faulty pipe fixture in a timely and professional manner. He went as far as plastering the ceiling and wall, cleaning behind himself prior to his departure and had all the required tools to complete the job. 2022-06-25Let me start off by saying that Angelo and his son Andres are simply the best. I called them for an emergency leak that I was having the day before my daughters graduation party. They showed up quickly and took care of the problem. Once that was fixed, we encountered a second leak...and he fixed that one as well. Angelos knowledge and skills are second to none and hes very polite and honest. I would definitely recommend them in a heartbeat!!!

2022-05-09Thank goodness for Angelo. Not only did he unclog my toilet (my toddler flushed a toy down the drain), he also repaired the pipe cover and sealed it very well with plaster. Excellent job and very high quality. Funny and explains everything as he goes along. If you need a plumber, you will not be disappointed with Angelo and his EXCELLENT work!!!!!!!

2022-02-16Angelo is a great plumber! My father had a leaking toilet (or so we thought). We called him and he came out promptly. He quickly fixed the toilet issue, but upon further review found another leaking pipe under the bathroom sink and shower. He also noticed a backed up sewer issue, pulling out tree roots and other stuff causing unseen problems! After fixing everything, the problem we knew about AND the problems we hadnt seen, he quoted an amazing price! You cant go wrong with Angelo!

2021-11-12We have had Angelo work for us 4 times already, and he has done such an excellent job each time! He is our go-to guy for any household problem. He is incredibly responsive, very friendly and most importantly, he fixes the problem efficiently and thoroughly! I like how he explains what is going on and makes sure you understand the entire process. He also explains how to prevent the problem from happening in the future. He is very knowledgeable. 2022-06-27I had a slow draining clog beneath my bathroom sink. After trying various methods at clearing it myself with no success, I contacted Angelo and he was able to come almost immediately and thoroughly fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. He was very courteous and explained everything he was doing and his pricing was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use his services in the future.

2022-07-01Angelo and his son are absolutely the best for your drain issues. They came in, gave me a very fair price and cleaned out the main house sewer connection. Four days later it was blocked again and Angelo came back and cleared it again. He explained how sometimes these things require a second cleaning. He did not ask for any additional fee and said he stands by his work. I am a resident of the Bronx for 60 years and have never come across anyone as fair and honest as Angelo. Go with him and you wont be sorry!

2022-02-03This is my second time using Angelo’s services for a backed up/clogged sewer drain. He did an awesome job both times! On both occasions, he showed up the same day that I called on and was able to resolve the problem within an hour. 2022-05-13Excellent experience with Angelo. Responded very late at night to a main sewer stoppage. When a traditional drain clearing with a snake did not work he had the knowledge to get the job done with alternative methods and saved me $$$.
