I am very pleased with this company and the work that they did on my home. I had all 15 windows replaced including a front picture window. The job only took 2 days even with the cold and rain on day 2. The punctuality and professionalism of the install crew was great. The quality of their work and attention to even the small details was wonderful. The windows are a great quality and I can already tell the difference in the comfort level of my home. If you are looking to have a window replaced or even thinking of replacing all of your windows give this company a call. You won’t be disappointed.

We had 5 double hung replacement windows installed. The process went smoothly from start to finish. The installers were professional, showed up on time and cleaned up afterwards. The windows look very nice and the price was reasonable.
The crew that installed our windows were very friendly, professional, polite & knowledgeable. After the windows were installed they cleaned up, showed us how to use the child proof window stopper, so the window wont open more than a couple of inches. I highly recommend Express Windows, it was a pleasure doing business with them, especially the crew!
I was amazed at the quality of the windows for the price. I purchased energy star windows and got a great deal. The windows were custom made to fit my needs and actually arrived on time as promised. Made an appointment for the installation and the installers arrived on time and finished on time! Installers were professional, answered all my questions and did a spectacular job. Express Windows is an amazing local company for replacement windows. They replaced 11 windows with the majority being 106 years old. We contacted Express after having a disappoint and very shocking window price from Renewal that had us doubtful of being able to afford replacement windows. The salesman (I cannot remember his name and lost his card, Tim perhaps?) who came was very professional and knew the products, the business and was well acquainted with old homes. Additionally, he was very patient with our 5 little kids who were home at the time. I truly appreciated him giving the options without any oversales or stuff we did not need. From a product standpoint I was impressed that we were able to match pretty well with a woodgrain vinyl to our original wood. Even with the supply chain issues, the time from measure to install was still almost 6 months sooner than another window company. Aaron, his son, and the rest of the installation team were also meticulous and amazing at their job. I was amazed at how fast they moved through, cleaning as they went. We ran into a snafu when he found that a few parts of the order were wrong (wrong grid placement in the sash, and a forgotten window on the order). Aaron stopped, corrected it an called to get it set. After some time (again on the factory end) Aaron and his team came back out to finish the job. You really do not get this kind of service and courtesy these days it seems. Both installation times, the whole crew was also patient and great with the 5 kids and puppy who observed. And furthermore on the first installation time, I was getting an invisible fence installed as well. There were a few vehicle moves, all for which the team were very willing.After a winter’s use, we have found we used less propane for the boiler, the house has been quieter, and I no longer fear one of the kids breaking an antique window. Furthermore, one of the best parts was the few 70degree days we have had – we just open the windows. No messing around with an old storm window to have to shut it a day later when winter came back, no propping up windows with 2x4s. I look forward to seeing the window performance in the summer, and originally was going to wait to review until then. BUT after the experience we had with the Express Windows team, and the winter performance itself, I didn’t want to wait. If you are considering replacement windows this year, have confidence in and reach out to Express. Thank you guys for your service and the great Polaris products you carry. If we ever have more window and door replacements in other areas of the house, we will be using Express Windows again!
Express Windows originally provided a quote for several adjacent double-hungs but then worked with me to quote sliders that fit the space, at a lower overall price. After talking to some other window companies, Express was the most competitively priced with a product/brand that is rated well nationally.The lead time to custom manufacture the windows was uncertain due to COVID but the sales rep was upfront and honest about that. They were actually able to finish the job 2 weeks earlier than anticipated.Express was on time the day of the install. They laid out tarps inside and outside to catch debris and everything was clean when they left. Im very happy with with investment.
My wife and I had our old front window replaced that didnt open. They recommwnded an energy efficient option that we could open so we could get a breeze. Every communication with anyone in this company was very friendly and personable. Thegentleman who came out to measure and give the quote was very personable and helpful. Our schedules kept getting crossed up but he made it a point to make time and assist me. Then the installation team of John and his son were extremely nice, friendly, efficient and clean. I had Express Windows come out over the summer to provide an estimate on a window I needed replaced. The estimator was courteous and gave me a good price. The estimator said it would take about 5weeks for the window to come in.At the 6 week mark, I called to ask about the status of the window. I was told a custom color (anything but white) takes 8-10 weeks. This was said in a somewhat condescending tone, as if I should have known this. I informed them the 5 week window was what the estimator told me, but they said they couldnt do anything about it.At the 11th week, I called again to ask about the status of the window. I was informed it came in the day prior and they can schedule an install date the following week. So were now at three months from estimate to installation date.The installers arrive, reeking of cigarette smoke. They at least had enough foresight to measure the window before any demo took place because they quickly informed me the window ordered was the wrong size. My window is 69 tall, they ordered a 63 window. The correct size was clearly marked on the estimate. The installers said they would be in touch on how to rectify this issue.I had to follow up the following day to see what they were going to do. They said they would give me a discount and rush the manufacturing process. They estimated it would take 3-4 weeks. It ended up being 8 weeks when they showed up with the new window.This crew was quick and courteous with no cigarette smell this time. They completed the installation in about an hour. The issue is the condition they left the window in. There is a scratch on one of the window panes (not able to picture), there are black scratches and marks on the white vinyl, and the window panes are full of smudges and fingerprints.The other issue was the discount. They came through on their word about giving me a discount, but I realized the estimator incorrectly added the the components on the estimate. Adding those components in and subtracting the discount, I ended up pretty much paying what I originally expected to pay.This was a horrible experience and I cannot recommend anyone use Express Windows.
12 windows ordered. The 2 men for the job showed up early. They were professional and cleaned up as they went along. Answered any questions I had. Im very pleased and would use them again..will be calling again.
Estimate june 26 from John. We were told 3-4 weeks then would call for date of install. Then on August 14 I called and asked if they had a date. said oh they will come August 20. Ok great. Didn’t come until 10:30 when we were told 9-10. The team came. Didn’t have one upstairs window. Said they forgot to order it. And after we moved everything away from the bay window we’re told “oh another crew comes for that.” Someone from the office called later that day and said they would rush the window they forgot to order and if it’s okay do the bay, which got turned into a picture window and the window they forgot to the order the same day. Fine. 3 weeks goes by and no phone call to advise us of the situation. We then call and they say oh how about the 21st. Great. They come the 21st and pack up at 2:30. Said they would be back tomorrow. I called the store and talked to Dave he explained they left to get more siding and he’s sorry they didn’t communicate that. And that It would be a two day job. Aaron who owns half the company was the one at our house and didn’t communicate why they were leaving. He also called to advise me they left to go buy more supplies, while leaving our house a mess. Then when I showed frustration, he said “call Dave you can talk to him.” They came and finished the job today. And the owner wouldn’t even look at me when I stated why we were unsatisfied about this month long ordeal. That’s a great professional. This is not including the owner blasting his radio from his truck. Or all the nails, insulation, wood chips found left over. It’s crazy to see all these great reviews and just wonder why we had such a terrible experience. But I would not recommend them to anyone.

The Express Windows did an wonderful job replacing a very old picture window and garage window. The installation process couldn’t have gone any smoother. They replaced the old windows efficiently and cleaned up like they were never there. Thank you Express Windows!! I will contacting you next year to replace all our bedroom windows.
I ordered the window on 1/31/22, and get window done on yesterday’s morning which is 5/24/22! I replaced my whole house window, the double Han window after they installed, I was satisfied! But their are two windows that installed in the kitchen and bathroom I am really not very happy with it! And after negotiations with them being me up to here which I am not normally do!The bathroom one they use one of the wood edge to cover the gap, even I don’t like it, but I accept it! It doesn’t looks very bad! But the one in the kitchen it really looks unprofessional! Really UGLY LOOKING! The base of window is about 1and 1/2 inch higher than the stand , and with 3 different layer that is very clearly can be seen! No one like a home owner will say it done in professional even my neighbor come over my house said don’t look good! But they said they do it correctly way which I am not a professional I don’t know just as you said! ( I wish I can upload the picture to you guys let people judge it).I called them to see if this can be solved, but they insisted they done it correctly, at beginning I try to negotiate with a way maybe replace a new one or get some discount ,( I only asking 200 at my average cost of my 1000 each window) But they insisted they do it right, i spand almost 12 K on this project,and get this ugly looking result is out of my expectation ！( they did give me 100 dollars off, which I wish I can spand another 100 just get this window done nicely) not only this . something smaller things that I was not want to say, but clearly their attitude bring up all little PROBLEM I want to complain: 1. they did not cover up my bay window on the outside until I call them and sent the picture to them, 2. They did not smooth the clogging( some area out side my bay windows) that supposed to be looked smooth, 3 and they clean the white clogging into my wall next to my window!They said there is no body can do better job than them, but I think every one who knows how to install a window will do the same job like them, they are nothing better than others。I am really mad when I first wrote this review so I gave Only 1 star, but despite this window and other little ones, other windows so far looks good, and they did follow up with another look at it, even though their is nothing changed, but I think reasonably They deserves 3 stars! I would definitely recommend this company if youre looking for windows. Theyre reasonably priced & were a month ahead of schedule with the installation process.
Wonderful working with them, installed three windows in under two hours, saved me $250 by being able to install the trim without removing the awning. Even followed up after the job was done the next day to make sure they cleaned up and everything was good, also to remind me of the lifetime warranty. Would highly recommend, to get the similar windows and service from Comfort Windows would be over $1300 more.
Had Express Windows install 6 windows at my home last week. They did a phenomenal job. Super professional, cleaned up afterwards and did a great job outside with the window trim break work. Also did my sons first home a few months back. I recommend them to everyone now looking for new windows.

The man was came out to give estimate was very knowledgeable. He didn’t try to oversell me on anything. He advised me to what to get and I ordered a new front window. The window came in sooner than expected. The installers were great, fast and efficient. I am very happy with new window.
We hired Express Windows to install all new windows and new house siding. Overall, our experience with them has been awful. They never called to update us on anything. When we call a few days prior to confirm an appointment for installation, they then tell us its been pushed back again for a few months. Never once did the company reach out to us with an update on anything, we had to call each time. When youre paying tens of thousands of dollars... I expect better service. We placed our order in February and its now September and we have no new siding and are still missing a window that needs to be installed. Would highly recommend not using Express Windows if you want good service!Per the review response:We didn’t have an issue as much with the delays, we understand the world is in a chaotic state. But the lack of communication from Express Windows was always the issue. If you’re a client spending tens of thousands of dollars… you expect a simple phone call stating things are getting pushed back. We had to call you each time to find out about the delays. You NEVER called us to tell us that. Admitting mistakes is more admirable.
Express windows installed beautiful bay windows in our living room. Unlike their much costlier competitors, our experience with Express Windows was very good - no nonsense. Both the estimator (Glenn) and installer were highly professional. And we are promised a lifetime warranty on the windows. Couldnt have asked for more and we would use them again for future installations.

Mine was extremely extremely difficult job. Not only did they do the installation beautifully, they came back promptly and put trim up around the outside of windows To match the rest of the house. I am extremely pleased with their professionalism , promptness and the quality of work I received. I have other windows that I will be hiring them to replace.
Replaced the original drafty, mostly broken single pane double hung windows on the first floor of my 100yo home. Express Windows did a great job from the quote stage to the installation. Jim and his install crew were clean, efficient and professional. I was so happy with the results that I immediately booked having the 2nd floor replaced. I can notice a significant reduction in outdoor noise and look forward to the energy savings in the winter. Would highly recommend!

I had my mine set on another company, thinking the cost couldnt be matched. So I contacted Express Windows just for due diligence and get a second estimate for windows. To my surprise the price was significantly less; but, most importantly the Sales Associate was professional and honest (unlike the other company). The price was well worth it! My window installation was on-time (actually earlier than expected). Overall, I highly recommend this company! Purchased a new home with 23 original windows from 1934 that all needed to be replaced. After calling 5 different window companies for quotes, Express windows was by far the most reasonable and also the most personable and friendly. They did not try to pressure my wife and I into using their services despite knowing that our house was a fairly large project unlike the other companies with aggressive salesmen. Glenn and Dave worked with us on finding quality windows that were efficient and aesthetic to our unique house design and we couldnt be happier. The windows were installed over 1 year ago and remain perfect with no defects or flaws.

Great! We used Express Windows at our last house in Kenmore, and just had them replace every window in our new house in Orchard Park- both times we were extremely satisfied. With custom grids, interior stops and exterior trim on each window the price was quite reasonable. Easily the best price after getting half a dozen quotes, good quality Polaris windows especially for the price, clean and professional installation, and both the guys at the office and the installers that came to our house were prompt, courteous and friendly. I will definitely recommend Express Windows to anyone looking to have windows done.
Express Windows was great. I needed a few windows replaced before winter. My salesman was efficient and honest. On one of the windows, he tried to save me money by figuring out if the window could be fixed rather than replaced. It turns out that it did need to be replaced but I appreciate that he was not out to just sell me as many windows as he could. The installers were on time, professional, and cleaned up before they left. Other projects at the house have been so difficult but I thank Express Windows for making this project easy.

I had the best service from Express Windows and they gave the LOWEST quote out of all Window companies I contacted. They gave me a Date and actually came earlier. I was very impressed, they did it super quick, literally in 8 hours and it looks so good. My house looks brand new with the new windows. I had 14 windows replaced and when I tell you, its super hot in my house, its super hot. I had to turn down the heat. There is no draft, nothing. I purchased a sliding patio door from Express Windows and had it installed in early July. They did a great job. They quickly installed the door and made sure they cleaned up so you never even knew they were there. I asked the installer if he could help hide a gap between my door and patio. He told me hed need to come back to fix it for me. He came back on his own and made it look great. I was so happy that I didnt even have to call to remind him. Truly impressed. Id recommend these guys for sure. Great prices and services.
I just had my windows replaced today and I cannot say enough good things about this company. My salesman John was great. He was knowledgeable and thorough. My questions were all answered and I was confident that I was making the right decision to go with their product. I did a lot of research prior to pricing windows. I got an excellent window at a reasonable price. I ordered 7 windows and they were installed exactly 2 months after placing the order. I had to have HOA approval prior to installation which delayed the installation a little, so I was pleased that I could get this project done before winter arrived. The installers Matt and Marcus were professional and courteous.They installed all the windows in one day. I am very pleased with their workmanship. I requested a quote for 5 windows to be replaced. They estimated 8-10 weeks given the current state of things. They were pretty spot on with their estimated timing. The installers were polite and got straight to work. The gentleman outside who seemed to be directing them he stayed outside and chain smoked. I believe that is why they have a strong smell because he probably does the same in the truck with the crew so thats the strong odor some may have mentioned in another review. There were no cigarette butts in our driveway so we didnt care. Everyone we talked to were nice and we didnt feel the need to supervise anyone. The only real issue was that it wasnt done in a day and the two windows were swapped in error so they needed to remove and reinstall which they did no problem. They said they would return the next day and then never showed. We called and were told they would come the following day. I lost wages because of this and was frustrated but they arrived the next day promised again and got it done. Having dealt with a number of contractors in the past I feel like this is just how it goes and I was pleased that they got it done in a reasonable time frame at the end of the day. They also happened to have done my grandparents picture window a couple weeks before me coincidentally because I didnt know we chose the same people and they said they were happy as well. All in all I would use them again. The price, crew, owners and time frames were fair. It wasnt perfect but in my experience it never is. It was still good and they look good. Our neighbors even chose to use them. My husband also said he would use them again and he thought everyone we dealt with was nice. They even gave us a follow up call about a week later to see how everything was. I said I thought everything is good but I really havent opened the windows because its too cold. We tested them but thats about it. The gentleman reminded us of the warranty should we need to use it. I appreciated the follow up call. Most companies could care less.
We needed to replace the windows in our new home immediately, so we contacted several companies for quotes. Our salesman was very thorough, answered all questions, and was not the slightest bit pushy when it came to our decision. He called once to follow up if we had any questions, then left us alone to decide. After receiving all quotes, we decided to go with Express Windows Inc. The were very affordable, responsive, and worked hard to get our windows in even though they were backed up due to the constant rain during the spring. On install day, they coordinated a time that worked well for my family, installed 8 windows in less than a day, and left no sign that they had been there. Their work was fantastic, and we look forward to having them complete several other projects at our house. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new windows!
I purchased 13 double hung windows for my entire home. 2 of those 13, I had just replaced 2 years ago with another company. They totally were installed sloppy, incorrect, and the window quality was just awful. I say this to say I was nervous purchasing windows. I have to say the experience with Express windows was beyond the best ever. The sales person explained everything to me,even was abe to show me what they did wrong on the other windows. The time frame giving on ordering and delivery were right on schedule. I dont know the installers names as my husband handled that, but I do think they were a father son duo. They were super friendly, and they were meticulous about their clean up!!!!! I would highly recommend. Price great, product stellar, service was outstanding!

I recently had two windows replaced in my home in Tonawanda. They were honest and up front about cost. They came in with the best price and the install was flawless. On 1/ 12/ 2022 we had 14 windows installed in our home and i was very impressed with the job that was done they were on time as to the time they were to be at our home and the crew was outstanding as to there attention to detail and quality of work they performed and the way they cleaned up after they were done,the windows were installed right before a cold snap and the windows performance was outstanding we will be using express windows in our next upgrade with out question.
From the initial consultation with John. We had a Great experience with Express Windows. The owner Dave was fantastic at answering all my questions and went above and beyond for us. Jim and his crew Showed up when he said he would and did an excellent job removing and installing 22 replacement windows. Their cleanup afterwards was immaculate.I Would definately recommend and use them again for other projects. Thank you for your wonderful service!
I couldnt be happier! Dave and his team were knowledgeable and professional from the estimate to ( quick )completion. Matthew who handled the install was meticulous and kept the work area clean; it was as if they were never even there. I could not be happier with my windows they are beautiful! Just had windows installed today and I am so impressed! My journey started out in March with a very professional quote from Glenn. As extra due diligence I went to the show room and talked with the owner Dave who I got such an amazing vibe from. He took his time explaining the product further and the windows took exactly 4 weeks to come in! The installers were here today (only 2 days after the windows arrived to express) the crew was so polite and respectful. I didn’t even hear a swear word out of them the whole time. The one guy even helped me with a different project that I was struggling with for a few minutes! I could tell almost immediately that these installers were not about cutting corners and rushing it through. Thank you again express windows!
Came out to my house for free and honest estimate. Very professional and easy to work with. Door installation was done in a couple of hours, cleaned up work area and took old doors with them. Will be doing business with Express again on another entry way project.
Working with express windows is a rare opportunity that I feel I get good price, installation, and service. I am currently having service for the second time (so, waiting on the second installation) but service and price are as good as the first time around. Compared to the other two bids I got, express was actually the lowest (by 10%) and our medium bid salesman gave me a bad impression.Meanwhile, our express salesman John G, was a rockstar in communication and attentiveness. John also isnt the least bit pushy. In a really impressive example, John came out to meet my tenants and drew up a bid for me. I got side tracked, an nothing was an emergency, and he didnt bug me once until I reached out to him 3 weeks later. I really appreciate working with John. Though I didnt meet the installers, I did see their work, and it seems excellent as well.
Quick and easy quote (not a long sales pitch so no waste of our time). Reasonable prices for quality product. Excellent installation - installers were professional, courteous, and quick. Cleaned everything up and did not break anything (we have experienced that in the past with other installations). Overall a fantastic experience. We highly recommend. We bought a new house in August and it needed new windows! However we didn’t know how bad we needed them until winter! We had a baby and the house was freezing all the time. We couldn’t have this so we called Express! They came so quickly for a quote! The gentleman was so polite and kind and informational! We talked for a couple days and decided we had to do this. So here we are in December doing windows! The guys were professional and clean and courteous and they worked so fast. Now I know fast isn’t always good but when it comes to windows in December it’s very important! They didn’t even leave a trace of a mess and the molding is perfectly in tact! Besides seeing the windows look awesome, we couldn’t even tell they were here! Now here I complain how the house is way to warm. Which means they are doing a great job! I would give them all the stars in the world!

The quote was very reasonable and the salesman was willing to give me three different options I was looking into. (Picture window vs. double hung). The install guys were great. Very professional and polite, quick, and they cleaned up everything before they left. The window and trim looks great. Like they were original.

Met with salesman in early June. GUARANTEED me 3 to 5 weeks for completion of job from date of contract. That was one of the reasons I ultimately went with this company. After 5 weeks no call. Called them at end of 5 weeks, theysthey it was in but couldnt be installed until the following Friday. The next Thursday I get a call saying the windows just arrived (even though I was told a week prior they were in and waiting on installers) and that they were damaged. As of today I am 7 weeks out from the date of signed contract and still no windows. There was no delay in cashing my deposit check however.... I was originally going to have them install 6 windows but based on a prior experience with a window installation company, I decided to try 2 with Express Windows and if the job was good bring them back. Needless to say I wont be.UPDATE: work was finally completed on Friday, 8/7. The installers were friendly once they finally found my house (they wrote the wrong address down on my contract even though the salesman was physically at my house). Two of the screens are damaged and numerous cuts and dings on the windows. To the owners point about COVID causing delays... I, like most human beings, am aware of the impact of COVID, and was therefore encouraged by your salesmans GUARANTEE of 3 to 5 week delivery. Other companies I interviewed had longer turn around times while acknowledging the impact of COVID on supply lines. It seems your salemsan was either unaware of current realities or simply overpromosing. Finally, and most importantly, if youre going to reference COVID as an excuse for impacting your business, then WHY DONT YOUR INSTALLERS WEAR MASKS INSIDE MY HOUSE?Note how many of the reviews posted are by people with only 1 review of a company. Might help to explain their high rating...
I am happy with the windows I had put in, but I am not happy at all with the trim work they did. I was told that the look is because of my drywall. Upon looking at the other windows the previous owners put it and talking with friends I decided I wasnt happy with that answer and called. The salesman I originally spoke with was nice and told me that the owner would be calling me. One week later and I havent heard a thing. All the other work Ive looked at shows that the trim work covers all the drywall between the window and the boarder. Im not happy at all that i paid extra to have a professional company do four windows of trim that I could have done myself if thats the way I wanted it to turn out.
Replaced 17 windows in 1 day! price was the best out of 5 companies i had come out!! service was second to none, from the initial call to the follow up call i had after the job was done!

Express windows installed warped screens in my home. July 14, 2020 they sent a representative insisting they would replace them in 2 to 3 weeks..It is now October 22, 2020. Nothing. I couldnt use the screens because insects entered the house thru the warped part of the screens. They claim they guarantee their work but I havent heard from them since I paid them. I will report this to the Better Business Bureau.

Great experience and reasonable prices. John (salesman) was great to work with and kept us updated throughout the process. The installation took place on the date we were given and 8 windows were installed in approximately half a days time. Highly recommend.
Timeline was not accurate. Was told 6 weeks, then 8 weeks and in the end it took 13 weeks for the product to come in. Covid was claimed as the reason because it shut the factory down but the Polaris website has an up to date covid section detailing factory closings and there was only one covid related closing in March 2020 which was no where near my timeframe. The workers who eventually came were extremely rude. I told them I would be working in the back and while I was on a conference call they were blaring rap music. I asked for a demonstration of using the windows and they acted like it was an absurd request. The amount of debris left over was ridiculous. I found shards of wood in my couch and all over the carpet and broken glass shards were left outside on the patio. The windows themselves look decent but there are spots where the white shows through the wood coloring which really defeats the purpose of paying extra for the wood color. I will not go through them again and dont recommend them.

The window installers arrived and stayed in front of your home with very large Trump flags flying. Apparently, Windows Express permits this as acceptable regardless of customer preferences.

2022-05-28I got several quotes to get a few windows installed. Express windows was perhaps not the best quality windows I could have purchased, but for the price it makes so much sense. The windows are affordable and the installer was super kind and did an amazing job!

2022-02-25100% plus happy with Express Windows Inc. Prompt-courteous in all aspects of customer service. Met all deadlines as promised even during the pandemic. Installation was fast and a true thing of beauty. The integrity of respect shown to a 1902 Victorian preservation home could not have been met any better. Total price of the windows was fair and what was anticipated. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending Express Windows.

2022-02-25I got new windows in November. Despite them being advertised as energy efficient and paying more for energy efficiency my gas bill has been steadily rising. After inspecting the windows, it would appear that the seams of one are cracking. The draft it creates is powerful enough to move the curtains. The plastic pieces in the photo are part of the exterior trim i believe, they were left inside the window sill by the installer. Very upset I spent $1600 on these. They do warrantee their work so thats a blessing, but I dont think that it should have to come to that, especially so soon.UPDATE: Guys came out to take a look within 2 days of this review and it did turn out that there were some issues with the install. They fixed it quickly. The guys were all very really nice also. Helpful and conversational. Still annoyed it had to happen but oh well.

2022-04-29I am extremely impressed with everything about Express Windows. I had a few estimates done for my rental property where I needed to replace all 33 windows. They were the most professional and best price of all. They said 6-8 weeks after the contract was signed and they were completed in 7 weeks. The team did a beautiful job and cleaned up everywhere and removed all the old windows and debris. I would highly recommend Dave and his great team. Thank you for the great job.

2022-06-28We had Express Windows install two double hung windows last May. We checked around other options first and found their prices and delivery estimate to be the best over all. Windows came in when they they said they would and installation was scheduled quickly. The installer John and his son did an amazing job very professional and quick. They were very carefull not to make much of a mess and cleaned up so that you didnt even know they were there. I am very satisfied with all involved in the process including staff on phones when calling to check on the order or any other questions I had. I highly recommend Express Windows.

2022-06-23We could not have picked a better company to purchase and install our windows. Top notch outfit from Tim , who took our order, to Dave the owner to John and Jake , who did the install. Very professional and friendly. John and Jake were at our house right on time for the install and did a fantastic job. They cleaned everything up and the windows look fabulous. Windows were ordered 5/4 and were installed 6/21. Others we got quotes from were talking about a late fall install ! Couldnt be happier with Express windows.

2021-07-28Express windows did a great job in replacing our french doors with sliding doors. They were both the most economical and had the quickest turnaround time. The installers did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I am very satisfied with this experience and will be contacting Express Windows for the rest of our windows.

2022-01-08Ordered 3 windows from Express Windows on August 31,2021. The over-zealous salesman was more than happy to come to our house and personally measure each window. Upon arrival of windows on November 10,2021, only 2 of the 3 were the correct size. This was noted by the installer even before he entered the home. The blame for the error was first placed on the supplier, then the quality control person at the Village of Kenmore store. After another 2 months wait, we were given an appointment for installation of the last window. Needless to say, it was on a snowy January day. Without regards to our time, the installers showed up an hour late.Let me say that I would never recommend this company to anyone, First, their advertised price is very misleading. Their quote of price installed does not include additional charges per window for warranty, labor warranty, storm window removal, insulation, and other optional charges. Can you say false advertising? I hope the warranties that I purchased hold up, because I personally never want to deal with this company again!One positive note - the installers were professional, courteous, and worked quickly.

2021-11-17From consultation to installation, what a great experience! We had 12 windows installed and they look great! The sales person was professional and well-versed in the product, and the three gentlemen who installed the windows did wonderful work. The windows are trimmed nicely and just beautiful. They cleaned up their workspace after each window install. We have two more windows soon to come. I definitely recommend this company!
