Lucky me! Left home Friday morning to to scoop some last minute supplies. Had to wait a minute for my ride so I decided to browse the Smoke Shop nearby. I was in a major rush ergo I just wanted to do biz and Jet. Nevertheless the counter guy realliy took care of biz and l was out the door in perfect time to get my ride and the product was ideal. I gotta get back there to thank the man properly!

They sold us a broken device and wouldnt do anything more than offer 15% off the next purchase!! The employee I spoke too was unhelpful and the other one never explained a return policy.

I rely on this place for all my vaping supplies the staff is extremely knowledgeable friendly and courteous. Anybody who needs vaping supplies liquids units pipes anything I would strongly encourage you to visit this shop they know what theyre doing and everything is at a fair price.

Place is horrible, I was sold a product that doesnt even work. I donated $60 to this store! Nick is an employee there who tried to call manager, who after a week hasnt called me back. If Nick ran the place, it would be a blooming business. But for now, Id suggest go other places, until its under new management. Or you can choose to open a window and throw $ that way!

Ive been going to this shop for 10 years. Staff is really helpful all the time and they generally have whatever I need. Prices are reasonable. Im not into these shops where the pieces are more art than function and cost way too much for no reason. Theres still handmade glass as well as mass produced stuff. Both locations are pretty on par.

The box of novo replacement vapes said 4.99 a box. The guy at escape on lark street claimed it was 5 dollars a pod. Dont go there. Im reporting this.

I’ve bought the same brand of vape juice here a bunch of times. I decided to quit cigarettes and researched a particular kind of vaporizer because I would be having oral surgery and couldn’t wrap my lips around a cigarette shaped vape or anything that would pull on my stitches. When I went in, I was pressured by the salesperson to get a different one, one that was considerably more expensive. I explained my situation and that didn’t deter them at all from their sales pitch. And the one they recommended was rated a lot lower than the one I wanted. I’ve returned a few times to get the vape juice- always the same. I bought a bottle this past Thursday and took it home. As soon as I got it in my vape, it tasted like burning plastic with the faintest hint of the usual flavor. I thought it might just be because it was a new refillable pod and tried a few more times. I became dizzy enough to have to sit down. Maybe it was that pod and I filled a new one. Nope- the same. This time I was even dizzier than before and had ringing in my ears. I called and explained to the salesperson what was happening and they were very sympathetic and said to come when the manager was there. I missed them but spoke to them by phone today. They could not have been less helpful and basically blew me off, stating their no return policy. I understand that one cannot take something home, decide they don’t like it and return it. I get that. But this is a potentially dangerous bottle of vape liquid, that caused some incredibly bad side effects. I told them that I’d bring it to them to try side by side comparisons. Nope. I tried to explain the dizziness and ill feeling it caused. Nope. So I called the Albany county health department and they are having me bring the bottle to them. Also spoke to the better business bureau and they are going to look into it. The consumer protection agency is also going to help me.Again, I get that no return policy in place for things that people buy in vain, but this made me very unwell, it’s something I’d think they’d want to address and correct. Not so. So rather than test the product that I volunteered to bring to them to try themselves, they just stood by a policy rather than customer service. That never works out for businesses. Horrible service, guy said he was the manager of the store he sure wasn’t acting like it. He kept walking away from me while on the store phone, now mind you we’ve Already started our conversation. If I’m not mistaken if the phone rings when you’re with a customer you’re supposed to tell the customer on the the phone that you’re with someone and that you’ll be right with them once you’re done with the customer you are already helping out! Oh I’m not done I just experienced this yesterday and the vape that I bought yesterday is leaking like crazy! I will be bringing it back today and getting my money back, the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

I highly dis recommend Excape, for multiple reasons. The first most being the place is WAY OVER PRICED. All juices they claim are top shelf, are similarly available @ northlandvapor for like 1/2 the price just as good. The other reason ill NEVER go to this place again, i bought multiple coils [over the past 6 mo] for my vaporizer. Ive had at least FOUR of them be faulty and not work with my unit. They NEVER gave me one replacement for free, after FOUR bad coils (6$ x 4) they offered me 1/2 price on the right coil GOTO 51VAPE .. ll never enter this store ever again

Ive been shopping here since I was 16 years old. Yes 16 by myself and since then I have loved this store until today. Speaking to someone who used to work for this headshop and gaining the knowledge that most of exscapes glass is cheap Chinese produced over priced knock off glass. I decided not to pay too much attention to the guy and proceeded with my purchase. I wish I listened to that guy because now Im at home with a leaking water pipe. IVE SEE THIS HAPPEN TWICE BEFORE with the same brand. Proof that these pieces are knock off over priced lost expectations. I will never shop at this store again. I hear either dab city and I know northern lights are good for business. I will take my money to either of those places from now on instead of wasting my money at exscape. Please support my tragic experience but also purchase something you can depend on at Northern Lights.
