Burn holes on chair arm, room hardly wiped down, has bathtub but spout is stuck up purposely, hole in door, stove dirty, toilet has a weird flush feature that broke the toilet on two other guests, ac says cools to 60 but room is only at 70, breakfast is basically non existent, only shampoo and a bar soap, mo conditioner or lotion, not coffee in room, closet is a curtain
Don’t believe the pictures they have. There aren’t any rugs in the room, the beds that are advertised as queen are full size. Switched from the even worse handicap room they put us in to a “better” room but the second I wake up were out of here. I’ll start my day at 6am instead of sleeping late and having breakfast. Never stayed in a worse hotel. I wish I could post my own pictures if this place so I could show the roaches and the disgusting toilet. For $274 I expected something nice but I walk up to someone smoking and drinking a fifth of fireball outside the door, another guy joe in the lobby and realized right away this is a DSS hotel. My wife and I had dinner reservations for her birthday and it was to late to late to book something else nearby so we figured we’d deal with it but if I was solo I’d choose to sleep in my car. Don’t ever stay here. My pictures will be in booking.com tomorrow after I leave so definitely check that out before choosing this place.
The room was almost $300. It was in need of repair, the kitchen area was not clean, counter tops had burn marks. Screwed up my sons room. Supposed to be 2beds,had only one. Cot brought in for my grandson was disgusting, no sheets, no pillows. Coils were popping through. Very bad.
My husband and I drove from Florida to Long Island. We arrived later than 2:00 am, when I get to lobby. The receptionist notified me, that our reservation was cancelled. I didn’t receive a call, text nor email about the cancellation. To make a new reservation I would have had to pay twice more for the room pretty much than what the reservation said. Thank god they accommodated us that is about the only good thing about the experience. The elevator doesn’t work, I had to bring my suitcase with our baby up the stairs. Sketchy people in the stairs. I get to the room, it is dirty. Tried to get some rest but someone was having a heated argument outside my door for about 20 minutes. Tried calling and the phone in the room didn’t work!
ZERO STARSI’ve never wrote a review for a hotel before but the room was so gross I just had to.We booked our room last minute due to death in the family. We spent $300 on the room. When we walked in the smell in the room was so disgusting. I’ve never smelt anything like it. We didn’t have time to complain because we had to run out to the wake. The shower was gross and the bathroom sink would not drain. We had to go to CVS to buy air fresher just so we could sleep in the room. We got up early the next day for the funeral and were out the door by 9am. I could not spend another minute at this place!!I would NEVER recommend anyone to stay here.
Room is nice. Staff are helpful. Some of the guests behavior is concerning. A bit pricey for a lengthy stay. Found out they have lots of people staying here that are paid for from DSS. This explains the paraphernalia in the parking lot and the Marijuana smoking on grounds. Was not the experience I had hoped for.
My first night was great. Guests were respectful, great customer service. I was able to sleep peacefully, which makes me happy. My second night, I was awoken by next door 20mins of alarm at 6am. Bobby at the front desk was unprofessional regarding my earnest complaint and participated in harassing me over the phone. My impression is that there are guests here that are willing to harass other patrons and the staff has yet to say the words to rectify, which would be “I’m sorry for your experience Kerri, how can we help further? That would be better customer service. I’m allowed to be firm and you cannot just ignore my request for peace. I’m a patron and I need my rest. I would like an apology from the manager and my hope is for more rest during the rest of my stay.
Im a travel nurse so, I stayed here for 3 weeks of my assignment. Its prefect for long stays, full refrigerator, stove top, microwave and, storage. It was roomy. I had plenty of room to store my things. It was clean. Dog friendly, safe location. Free parking, close to the city. However, Everywhere you go, it smells like marijuana. That I do not Care for. You need to tighten up on your no smoking policy. But, then, I feel like practically everywhere you go in NewYork , it smells like marijuana.
Bad wifi, peaceful location, but the water is posioned thanks to Grumman.Great kitchen, comfy rooms spacious clean.People throw theyre garbage in the halls and the maids never pick it up, the hallway smells. The staff are so wonderful at the front desk. Especially Syed and Brian, great comforting and professional. There are cigarette butts that never cleaned up, saw a bag of dog poo poo sitting there for several days.
Booked a room ended up with double lung pneumonia(not their fault) called to cancel my resevervation before the 24 hour window..as im not going to go and risk getting people sick nor am I in an condition to travel.. told them this all as im dying coughing on the phone..was hung up on called back front desk transfered me and my cancellation request was denied.. and i was hung up on again.. so not recommended based on this my first experience
Positive: It was close to my seminar. Negative: The room had an odor of URINE. I complained amd asked for a change and the response was apathetic! There was no room for me to change too. All they could do was spray the room down with Febreeze. We left early the next day.
2.5 StarsOnly decent factor of the whole visit was that the Front desk was pretty solid with requests or responsiveness.Hotel rooms and corridors definitely need a face lift. Room service (cleaning) for daily cleanings (additional cost option) was delayed. Could have been due to the holidays (went around Christmas), but should have been accounted for in the reservation information; or indicated unavailable due to the staffing logistics. Was refunded to me thankfully.Premium WiFi wasnt worth it in the long run; Didnt seem much different from free wifi.Overall, it checks the basic boxes for a roof over your head, and is dog / pet friendly; but wouldnt rely on it for long term vacation or business travel that requires solid Internet connection for remote work.
Front desk was accommodating and kind. Room was okay. Not newly renovated but not old. Room looked pretty clean. Beds were as expected. Good price for having the kitchen. Nice little perk plus a full size fridge and they supply ice trays and pots/pans, utensils. Will stay again .
The stay was definitely not worth what I paid for the room! The hallways and the rooms had an old or damp smell. The refrigerator ran on and off very loudly, the rug is in desperate need of a deep cleaning, the pillows were horribly uncomfortable and bumpy. Continental breakfast was coffee (which was good but very hot), small packaged muffins, granola bars, and packages of oatmeal. We had a wedding to go to so when we came back later that night, we notice that housekeeping didnt come so our bed wasnt made and all our towels were still bunched up in the bathroom. Upon check out the next morning we questioned about housekeeping and were told that because we were only there 2 nights we wouldnt have any housekeeping. If you stay 7 nights, housekeeping only comes every 3 days unless you need something in between. Maybe they should tell people that when they check in!
I planned this whole trip out here under the understanding that i would reserve with my card and be charged at the motel. Well it is 2am and i am crammed in my car with my luggage and my dog and no place to stay because for some reason my reservation was canceled and those dates were already filled again. This was extremely unprofessional!! This has now caused me to reach into my crypto accounts so that me and my dog arent homeless for every night of this trip, so not only did i have to spend that extra money, i also lost out on twice that in interest from crypto. i have no savings left besides that so something like this could mean the difference between me becoming completely homeless or being able to finally save up enough for a down payment on an apartment. I made these reservations almost a week ago, and every single day since, booking.com has told me that everything was confirmed, i just took a screenshot of the page saying everything is confirmed STILL. Clearly the word of this site doesnt mean sh*t. Ive copied this to go along with my 1 star review.
It was pretty clean. Although you would not be able to get room service unless payed for. No complementary breakfast. It was very rare to see staff at the front desk, which if you needed something such as more towels or blankets you would not be able to get it (at least most of the time). It reminded me more of an apartment than an actual hotel. Which is not that ideal when you are on vacation and busy. Overall my stay was okay but I would not stay there again.
I had stayed here for a food couple months. At first, my stay was good and the manager went out of her way to accommodate any needs we had. As our stay progressed, there were more problems (such at rats outside my windows - live and dead - roaches in the kitchen, which forced us to change rooms, my debit card being charged without my consent and my truck getting broken into) Finally, the manager told me that we had to leave and she would no longer accept payment from me. (I had my infant with me also, very unprofessional to do to a paying guest for over 6 months) I heard this was done to a few people, not just myself. I doubt Ill ever be staying again.
The hotel room was mildly clean. Considering this, do not expect anyone to clean your room or do anything else for you, because they will not.The refrigerator was filthy as if it had been vomited on. Recently, I saw a bug in my room, and by bug I mean roach. This is a poor excuse for a hotel, truly disappointing. From a managers stand point it is just pure lack of concern followed by excessive greed. And the housekeeping is soo loud in the morning that it wakes you up out of your sleep from them talking to one another. Better if you spend your money else where. Please Beware.
I would give this dump negative stars if I could. The staff is very very very lazy and wouldnt give you simple amenities if you asked.Cant believe we had to deal with a roach infestation in our room. They have the nerve to charge premium rates but wont give my wife a towel when she asked. The refrigerator is honestly the scariest grossest appliance Ive ever seen. Do yourself a favor a d run.
I stayed in this hotel for three weeks before I moved in to my apartment we spent $1500 a week or more. The lady Sue at the front desk who I believe is the manager was so disrespectful and rude and for the amount of money that we paid we should’ve never have been treated like the way we were treated. The room stink the hallway smell like smoke and you have to beg them for towels and a vacuum. She said you have to wait 10 days before you get your room cleaned. It was not worth it at all and I recommend you go somewhere else that’s cleaner and where the staff is more accommodating !!!!!
The cleaning staff seemed like they didn’t wanna work. Our rooms smelled like smoke and Pee. The toilet was grimy. They sent the staff to clean the room and she was done in less then 10 minutes. Me and my family would never come and sleep here again. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone
The room was disgusting. Gum and bleach spots all over the carpet. I suffer from generalized anxiety disorder and have a support animal. When she went under the bed, she came out all sticky and had fake rose pedals stuck to her. When we moved the bed, there were a bunch of these fake pedals and some type of liquid on the carpet. When we asked to have the room cleaned the front desk clerk told me that he would send someone and after 36 hours, no one had come to clean the room yet. My support animal was very upset by the experience as was I. The hallway outside our room was covered in potato chips for the entire duration on our stay. This was an unclean hotel with unacceptable conditions. The staff was unhelpful and not compassionate to our situation. Would not recommend that anyone stay at this hotel or any other Extended Stay America hotels.
When I checked in the front staff was friendly and the place appeared clean. However, thats where my positive experience ended. My room smelled musty, even though there was a window open. I did not close the window the entire time I was there and the smell never went away. The smell lingured on my clothes so when I got back home I had to wash anything that was in the room. The room was really run down. The air-conditioning was super loud and would often wake me up at night. The shower had hair in it that wasnt mine. My stay was booked through my work so I dont know exactly how much it was a night but Im positive that there are better places to stay that have got to be comperable if you have that choice.
For the price, I didnt expect anything special. I am still very disappointed though. Overall the location is dated and a bit run down.I gave 2 stars because again, you cant find a cheaper room than this unless it is a motel. It was better than a motel in general. It was spacious and the bed itself was firm which is sometimes hard to find even in a nice hotel. The linens seemed clean. However, I draw the line on poop on the toilet seat and hair from the last guest int he bathroom, but maybe we just had some bad luck. Below I describe in detail how it went.....We stayed in a Queen non-smoking suite for 2 nights. The room smelled like stale cigarettes, but I am pretty sure it was coming from the vents not the room itself, but it still reaked the entire time we were there. We were able to crack the windows open a few inches which helped, but it was hot so we had to keep them closed at night. The AC air was harsh. (a window/ wall unit, not central air). No real temp control, it was either On and freezing, or OFF and it was blowing humid stale air. I woke up each day feeling stuffy and sore throat.Sounds also carries A LOT here. I woke up a lot during the night to banging etc....And we had a group partying down the hall. I dont expect silence, but I dont think this was a sound proofed room. When we first got to the room, I noticed hairs on the bathroom sink and in the tub which was a turn off. Also spots on the underside of the toilet seat which grossed me out entirely. I went to town with Clorox wipes so I could tolerate my stay. Even though i requested the room for 2 adults, there were only 3 tiny pillows lacking any kind of support waiting for us on the bed. We asked for a few more and they did accommodate quickly. The bed also had just a sheet and a thin blanket. It was barely enough for us to cover ourselves. But on a positive, the bed was firm. There is Vending, but no ICE which was a little strange. On the way into town, we got stuck in traffic so I called to verify we could check in late (past midnight), and the customer service I received over the phone was mediocre (this was from the hotel site, not the call center). A lot of uh huh and yeah.Although we didnt need the kitchenette, the fridge was clean and came in handy. I did need the microwave once and it smelled and was dirty (yuck). There are no frills as far as toiletries, etc. Just a small bar of hand soap and a very tiny squeeze bottle of shampoo provided. We needed a pen and paper and there was none, nor a DND sign for the door. These last few things are not a big deal, just saying, bring everything you need with you.We were confused when the cleaning crew came through the room the first morning. We returned to find they pulled the covers up on the bed in a fast messy way, but no actual making of the bed...did not replace towels or bring more TP or do anything else to freshen the room. We were confused why housekeeping came in at all.I will have to avoid this place next time through town. Hope the feedback sparks improvement.
Great place to stay. The complaints are due to people not reading before booking. It states that this isnt your regular everyday hotel. It is intended for an extended stay. There isnt daily housekeeping even though that is an option at an additional cost. There are non smoking and smoking rooms as well as a very functional kitchen. It is spacious. Amenities are available at the front desk including eating and cooking utensils.
Room out dated,.. check in was a nightmare and receptionist was extremely rude as if it was a chore to do the work to check me in....no utensils in my room as advertised....not even so much as a spoon.... bathroom was filthy and bed seems to have some kind of covering for people with bladder issues.....will never be back and will discourage anyone from staying here !!!!
Stayed 2 nights over a weekend. Easy to get to though peak time traffic on the highway is crazy. Check in was a breeze. Pet friendly hotel. Hotel building and room look in need of some refurbishing. Carpet looks stale. No drinking water provided in the room like most other hotels I stayed in. Hotel is located in a quiet area. Only an all u can eat Japanese restaurant within walking distance. Otherwise have to drive out for meals. Breakfast was adequate. No hot food. Staff does a good job replenishing the muffins, energy bars, coffee and oatmeal packets.Staff were friendly. A special call out to Syed who was very helpful. Thanks Syed!
Very quiet rooms. All inside. So you dont hear cars, people, dogs, etc.Curtains fit the windows for dark room if youre working nights and sleeping days.Breakfast is always early and on time. Laundry and vending room on first floor, not top floor or basement. Big plus. All kitchen supplies/appliances. Folgers coffee for your coffee pot.Enjoyed my 3 weeks stay.
Wish I could give 0 stars.Place was the grimiest most terrible place I have ever stayed. My terrible experience started at the front desk where the lady was rude and had zero customer service skills. We arrived late at midnight and we were exhausted from driving for hours, but when we arrived at our room there was blood in the sink, feces on the toilet seat, windows left open with no screens so there were bugs galore in our room and it was all wet from the rain. Bed seemed ok even though it was not a queen bed like I booked. Throughout the night the AC kept shutting off and room got very hot and musty smelling. We left at 6 am and got basically no sleep all night. I told the same rude lady st the front desk about our experience and she said “oh well, you should have said something when we got there” I asked her to please have a manager call me and it was very hard for her to agree to that. ***DUMP, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, UNCOMFORTABLE SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS***
This hotel for me was just OK. Which is too bad because there was a lot of potential for it to be better. Honestly I found the staff at the front desk to be super friendly and I hate to leave a less than ideal review but so many things have gone wrong during the duration of my stay. My first day I noticed the shower was not properly cleaned as thier was hair all over it. For the first 3 weeks my key card deactivated on me every single week and Ive been careful not to let it near my cellphone (because that can cause it to deactivate). I lost a week of room service because of staffing issues? I dont know why but i had overflowing trash which is gross when some of it is food. I really felt like they should have offered compensation for that when I brought it to there attention considering its a part of what i pay for but they didnt and I didnt feel inclined to pressure them because, like I said before, the staff is really friendly and I tried to be considerate of the fact that the room service is provided by a seperate company. The shower is made of a very smooth and thus slippery surface and yet the safety bar is very small, not stretching the length of the shower. I actually got several bruises from a fall and was only inches away from a major blow to my skull that could have killed me and Im only 24! If this had been an older or injured person, they would have been very unsafe. Im not blaming anyone for the fact that I fell but its the first this has ever happened and I really think it would be good for health and safety to install some rubber floor mats in there. My iron was broke and not in an obvious way so when I went to use it, it dripped water all over my nice clothes. Simply cooking bacon caused a fire alarm to go off. The ceiling leaks after rain. And oddly enough the most annoying thing was probably that i had to relog into the wifi MORE than once a day for every single day of my stay. Even just once a day would have been less bad. But thats annoying to constantly lose internet not because of connectivity but because you need to resign in, and its not as simple as putting in a password. You have to answer questions to prove your a guest each and everytime. So...things add up. One or two issues can be overlooked but clearly there room service providers arent great and thorough inspections of the room arent being performed and improvments could be being made to thier technologies to increase customer satisfaction and safety.THE GOOD however is that the kitchen and amenities available for the kitchen are much more than most places at a similar price point would provide. A stove, sink, refrigerator, cabinets, microwave and pots pans and other dishwear are all available right on site. Many nearby food places can deliver directly to the hotel and the staff is always very nice. The breakfast isnt breakfast. Its coffee and snacks (packaged muffins and trail bars) which isnt the same but its free and I appreciate it.
So, be honest with yourself... Its not the Ritz. However, if you want clean, comfortable and quiet... With a little less pressure on the wallet, the ESA in Bethpage isnt bad. Nighttime was dead quiet compared to other locations I have stayed on LI. The room was comfortable enough with a kitchenette and full sized fridge. If you want more towels, you have to go trade... No biggie. Call them to book after signing up for their rewards program. Youll get a solid rate. Will stay again.
Its an extended stay, theyre all the same. This one advertises delivering the delivering the kitchen comfort package to your room but when I called the front desk I was told we dont really do that, weve got them here at the desk, youve got to come get them. Then the next morning when I went to get the kitchen items from the desk, I was met by one of the housekeeper at the front desk. The poor woman was running around, answering phones, trying to make more coffee, stock the muffins, do her job, and cover for the front desk worker who hadnt shown up for her 7 am shift, at about7:40. God bless her, she ended up dropping the kitchen items in my room while I was at work for the day, and shes the only redeeming factor of this hotel.
Very disappointing. I brought a relative there to stay for a couple nights. It kind of looked clean, but just didnt feel or smell clean. They reluctantly provided cleaning service in the room. I will never again recommend that anyone stay there, at least in its current state.
Honestly I wish I couldTake this star away .. I dont even know where to start. I stayed there for a week and wasnt treated good at all. The front desk staff dont care about their job or their guests. The HOTEL MANAGER SUE is completelyRude and she was only nice in front of her boss. I will never stay here again. I recommendGoing to the days inn across the street its cheaper and service is better. Oh yea the rooms are way cleanerToo. Dont ever stay here !!!!! U will regret it
Saved our bacon for the months after hurricane Sandy. No, its not a five star hotel but it was a home for me, the wife and three little ones. A tiny kitchen was great for some small cooking and the bathroom was huge giving me some space away from the fam when things got crazy. Things get crazy often with a five year old and 18 month old twins. The staff was friendly and helpful. The halls and lobby were very clean and the washing machines always worked. Free coffee and snacks every morning before I went to work.
Our sheets had a brown stain and there was (what appeared to be) a urine stain from a medium-sized dog on the wall. Unfortunately we didnt see this until the following morning. My husband took photos and showed the front desk person, who did refund our future nights stay, but not the one night we stayed. I was told we would receive a full refund and receive a call from the Manager Sue, and I never did. I called twice and she was never available. The hotel was not clean, and they do not pick up waste outside left by other dogs.
Traveled here from Texas and I will be here for 3 to 4 mon. This is one of only a few hotels to choose from using CLC. It is the only one with a kitchette. When I first walked into my room all I could smell is pee. I finally got enough air fresheren to hide the smell. Apparently marijuana is legal because everyone is smoking it in the parking lot. House keeping only comes once every 2 weeks. IDK because Im going on my second week and I have yet to have them clean my room. But other than that, its not bad.
Stayed there before and after Hurricane Sandy. The staff was great and the Manager was awesome. During the storm we lost power for a bit but they gave us cool flashlights and assured us the power would be a priority and it was. Got to say it was one of the best hotels on Long Island. Oh there is a bank directly accross the street and Northrup G is right next door as well...
Ive been staying here twice - once for three months and for one month. Nice location, pretty big room, pretty calm to get some rest after a day full of the of meetings and negotiations. They also have good kitchen in a room and you can borrow different kitchen supplies at the front desk. Price is about average.
The hotel itself is good. Very convenient location if u have a car. They cut back on some things cause of COVID.HOWEVER THE WIFI IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. they have a 3rd rate provider with the lowest tier. They give u a number for customer service. That has a 20 plus minute wait no matter when u call. WIFÌ IS STANDARD IN EVERY HOTEL NOW. This is a hotel with 100 rooms. Surely u can afford to up the wifi tier after charging 100 plus a nite. Even the days inn 2 min away that is horrible have better speed than this.
Room was filthy. Hair on the refrigerator and in the shower. Thick layer of dust on top of fridge. Stayed for 5 days no maid service. Our used towels piled up on the floor for 4 days until I put them in the hallway. Was told by the front desk on the last night that no maid service unless you stay 8 days. Trash overflowed in kitchen and bathroom. Will not stay there again.
The manager is very nosy and she want to know your business. When you stay in these hotels beware that they dont come in everyday and change ur sheets or give u new towls everyday u have to do it ur self. And also for the money u pay to stay here the breakfast has alot to be desired. The only good thing there is no minimum stay. And its a pet friendly hotel. But Ive smelled weed in the hallway and that shouldnt be. The other good thing u can cook and there is a full size refrigerator in the room. Also it has a laundry room downstairs.
Clean room. However leaking faucet got annoying very quickly. The TV wasnt able to change inputs to set up firestick to watch Netflix. And not one garbage pail in the entire room. In the middle of the night got want of cigarettes from somewhere. Besides that, clean beds, linens and room. Will stay here again if necessary.
Wow this place is awesome !!! no ice machine empty ice trays in freezer, half rolls of toilet paper, no soap or shampoo, l put dog food on the floor for my dog and saw a cockroach with a tattoo of rodan on his leg carrying a chunk of dog food to his home. Sometimes cheap isnt worth it. The only good thing is the pet fee. But understandably so, its barley fit for a dog
Tremendous number of problems. Charged wrong amount, did not respond to me, no phone, didnt clean room before, elevator broke. Good news is they refunded half charge. No breakfast or ice machines since its an extended stay so you have to make your own with ice trays in fridge which takes time. Not good for short stays.
Reservations were made on line for a nonsmokers room and was checked in to a smoking room as we entered the room maintenance was actively working in our room and told us that he instructed the front desk not to check us in when we asked for a different room due to all this we were informed that they are full occupancy hand we had to be in a smoking room we also found that the room was filthy we found used sex things under the bed and needed to be cleaned we were informed that the cleaning staff are not here today... as of day 2 still no cleaning staff. As of day 3 we asked for cleaning services yet still none.
Extended Stay FLOPHOUSE! What a dump. I was looking for executive housing for a month on LI--it would have been cheaper and nicer for me to stay in Manhattan! I had to cart my own dishes and towels up to the room. Smelled like take-out curry and the people next to me had some yapping lap rats with them that yapped every time someone walked down the hall, which was all night. One thin blanket and barf-brown walls. No point hanging out the DND on the door because theres no housekeeping! Breakfast was granola bars and creamer for your tea. For your tea! Definitely some marginal types hanging out in the parking lot, was afraid to leave my car there without a Lojack. NEVER AGAIN!
I spent 25 days at this hotel while working all over Long Island and NYC. No complaints. You must understand at this hotel there is no daily service just weekly service. There is a fully stocked vending machine in the laundry room. Its located away from must of the action so its quite. The LIRR is just a 5 min drive away and it will take you about 40 mins on the train to get to Penn Station. Good location to get away from the hustle of all the New Yorkers!
If your looking for a trashy hotel this is your go to . Cops are there every other week, people throw parties in the lobby at 2am and nobody says anything to them . The workers and rude especially the front desk. 3rd floor smells like weed and cigarettes. They charge your card unknowingly and deny it when confronted . Not to mention they dont care about there customers, they choose there employees over there customers and get people kicked out after one incident .
Horrible they really don’t deserve any stars they have bed bugs and the hotel is like a mini project my first stay was okay the second I got bit up from bed bugs I wish I can post pictures the only thing good about this place is the kitchen they did nothing about me getting a refund they tried to tell me to come to the office to make a complaint with the office why would I make a complaint with the office when they can just throw it out who makes a complaint on they self so I’m going to put it in my own hands and contact somebody higher then the office
The manager Sue is Horrable. The rest of the staff is awesome. The ONLY reason i return is because of the clientele and the worker Michelle. Otherwise i would stand outside with a pickrt sign letting everyone know that your manager discriminates us because my husband has MS and i have Parkinsons. Shame on you.
NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!! I dont recommend anyone to stay here even for just one night room smells old and bad the staff was rude. First night I stood there I had no shower caps I asked the front desk guy if he can please bring me up some shower caps and his response was Im the only one here at this time I cant leave the front desk sorry but you can come down and get it yourself . I stated that I was tied and had along day and would like if some one bring it up because I was tired from traveling all day!!! So I had to go back down stairs to get the things that I needed such as toothpaste toothbrush and shower caps smh which those things shouldve been in the bathroom already never again.
This place does not clean your room everyday.. Only every 6 days.. Whatt!!!! not even motels.. Did not like that one bit..Also had a trash in front of building constantly over flowing, not a good sight..No amenities to speak off whatsoever.Every thing else was average at best.
Rooms are above average and clean ,what makes this place a place you remember is the staff here .from the manager down to the housekeeping crew, the human interaction is kind, pleasant and helpful, always attentive and the staff leaves you feeling like you are dealing with a long time friend ,,,comfortable I am a guess here and not asked to write this by anyone here I said it because it is the truth z
Horrible disgrace and ashamed stayed their many times befor because I work in the Hicksville area checked into a smoking room and got charged a smoking penalty and kicked off the property I have never experienced this while I stayed their in the past this was very unacceptable .....WISH I CAN TAKE THAT ONE STAR AWAY ......please dont have kids running up and down the hall way all night
... its all fine & well to try to keep from allowing non paying customers or non hotel guests from having access to an establishment such as this ones facilities, BUT it is something else entirely if/when the parking lot has persons doing drugs & injecting drugs in the open as a tesult of their lack of access to a bathroom ... THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING
I like nothing at all about this place. And the customer service is the worst I have ever come across. Stay away from this place unless you are looking for a place where they lie and everything is the customers fault. I even tried to get an extra blanket for my son and was told not at this hour! Awful awful awful.

2022-05-14I’m an owner of a 30 year business. Made reservation and put down my personal CC for rez. I was told they CAN NOT charge card unless I was there at check in (which I was NOT going to be) unless I filled out a 3rd party form.. rather than do that I gave employee cash for the room and explained that 2 guest would be checking in after midnight. Gave employee confirmation # and the cash.. he was going to use HIS card when checking in..At the front desk at 12:17am they said the room was gone, he ended up paying cash for NEW room and my original CC that was told they CAN NOT charge it.. was charged in full!!!Extended Stay is THE WORST plus my guys told me the found two dead roaches in the shower!

2022-05-15Very very bad. Whole night power went out. No back up generators. No front desk. No phone service. Powers returned at 2:20AM. Fire alarms went off. No one was there to confirm safety or shut the alarm, if false. Lost sleep and extreme head ache. Why this brand name hotel turned out to be this bad? Avoid this place, period.

2022-02-28Nasty and dirty place, broken elevator, front door is taped off, had to enter in through the alley in the back. Broken bathroom handle. The hallways stink, dirty stairways. Nasty room. Not a secure place, cameras only at the entrances. That place is disgusting, try to avoid staying there. If I could give negative stars I would.

2022-04-02This was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. Outside the front door it looked like someone had dumped an entire ashtray of cigarette butts. Carpet in the room was so gross I wouldn’t let my family take their socks off. Never would have stayed if we hadn’t had a long day and were too tired to find someplace else. Got up to,use the bathroom during the night and their were bigs crawling on the bathroom floor. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! This place should be condemned.

2022-07-09On check in date, I mentioned to the staff that I will be staying long term (multiple of times I’ve mentioned it will be long term stay). A month later as I was paying by the week like I have been doing, I was told there were no more rooms and I would have to leave, even after explaining to them I’m homeless with 3 kids and that I mentioned it was long term they had no sympathy. So I had to pack up everything with my 3 small kids by myself struggling to travel with everything. Also housekeeping don’t do their job I’ve asked for house keeping to vacuum they told me no

2021-09-06I stayed a week and had a very pleasant experience. Hotel lobby was very attentive and kind to my need for linens , towels , garbage bags , and kitchen supplies. Slept great and my cats enjoyed it too. I was even able to get some workouts done in the parking lot. Other guests were very nice as well. It was so nice to have that kitchen area - it truly did have a studio feel.

2021-12-23Beautiful place and the best prices for this setup. Full kitchen minus an oven, no big deal, microwave, fullsize fridge. They provide e everything you need as far as pot and pans. The rooms a super clean. You got laundry on site, free grab n go breakfast, free internet/Wi-Fi, plenty of light and receptacles features to plug in all your devices, iron and iron board. I can go on and on but take my word, ride pass the Marriott and come here. The end.
