Gary is extremely kind and helpful !! Excellent conversations and truly made the process convenient. He offered a tour and is very knowledgeable that gave confidence in Extra storage space. The facility is really clean and well kept. Safe environment, good lighting, and great customer service. Very friendly and professional. 5 stars and Highly recommended! Greatly appreciate the excellent assistance from Gary!

From beginning to end both James and Gary showed us exceptional customer service. Addressing any concerns or questions we had. They advised us on the exact space we needed, went over all cost options, penalty fees and discounts available to us. They were very thorough. The facility was clean and the grounds kept neat. We would highly recommend this facility to anyone who was searching for storage options.

I was very impressed and relieved at our experience with Extra Space Store in East Northport. We are in the middle of selling a house we dont want to sell and its a very stressful, sad situation. Gary at Extra Space Storage was great! He was knowledgeable, helpful and just genuinely incredibly nice. He made the process as good as it could possibly be. The premises are neat and clean and orderly. They sell all sorts of supplies, everything you might need to help pack up boxes, furniture, dishes... This is a very difficult time for us and Gary really made the experience as pleasant and reassuring as it could be. Highly recommend if you need a storage space.

Extra Space Storage makes it very easy to choose the right size and type of storage space for your specific needs, right on the website. I did my homework and the space I finally ended up renting was the best price of the various storage facilities nearby and they had the right size and its climate controlled. Less than 5 minutes after finalizing the rental online, I received a call from Gary at Extra Space asking if I had any questions or if there was anything I needed to change about my rental. (I was already in my car on my way there to assess the room I chose and put the lock onto the door). Once I arrived, Gary explained the specifics of accessing the space and then walked me through the process of logging in my access codes at the various areas required. It was obvious that Extra Space definitely takes security for your property seriously, between the required codes and the security cameras at the various points of entry/exit throughout the building. The people working there were very nice and patiently answered my myriad of questions. Highly recommended!!!
