2018-04-18Put our dock in and take it out each year. They have reasonable prices. They are very reliable and creative in fixing what is wrong. Highly recommend their service for this job!Their real specialty is keeping boats in top mechanical condition, even old boats. Our 89 Chaparrals ignition fizzled and they found a second hand part and it is running smoothly again.

2019-07-19After a Very bad experience with another marina last year I went to extreme marine in may and they were straight up that they were too busy until after the 4th of July. I took my boat in the Monday after the 4th and it was done in 4 days. They were honest and efficient and I was happy with the price considering the extent of the repairs necessary. They are my new boat repair shop.

2018-07-31The Good: excellent mechanical and repair service, if you can get them to do it.The Bad: horrible at docks (they ruined a thirty year old wooden dock in just three years), even worse at brokering boat salesThe Ugly: if you upset them, even after your apologizing, even after years of a business relationship, they will cut you off cold, without even the integrity to tell you to your face. One misstep, and you’re left to the mercies of the lake. They won’t even answer your inquiries about why unless you force them to do so. Don’t believe me? Check out other reviews. This is a pattern of behavior for them.There are far better choices in Chautauqua. Hire this outfit at your peril.

2018-06-13DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They will slack on everything. There will put your boat in the water and then store your trailer after you tell them to leave it out, and they will bury it behind 300 other trailers in a field and not take your trailer out IF YOU NEED IT. AND THEN they will not speak to you any longer. THEY DO THIS BECAUSE THEY CLAIM THAT YOU WERE THE RUDE ONE, NOT THEM.THESE People are a nightmare to deal with. PLEADE DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THEM. I have also reported them to the BBB of their poor business dealing, and unprofessional owners. We have been informed of their going under VERY VERY SOON. So BEWARE OF THES PEOPLE. PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD!!!!!!!
