I just visited Eye & I for a skin tightening treatment and it was amazing! The space was very clean and I was very well taken care of. I had Joy as a technician and she was very professional and gentle with the procedure. The procedure was very noninvasive and left my skin extremely firm and smooth. Definitely recommend for a calm and relaxing experience.

The friendliest doctors office I’ve ever been too!!! Very kind, warm, and inviting. They have the newest technology as well. Everyone is A plus in this place from the front desk to the ma to the doctor..I highly recommend this office. Saturday crew is great!

Horrible. I sent my son who is an adult there to get his vision checked from DSNY. I did think that the doctor would be able to handle it. I know my sons prescription is challenging but he needed a timely appointment. My son has astigmatism and is color deficient. The doctor wrote on his form that he is color blind. He is not color blind he can see primary colors. Just cannot differentiate between certain blues, oranges, etc. He brought the form to his new place of employment with the City and was told he would be disqualified from employment since he is colorblind. Was re-examined by the eye doc on-site which proved he isn’t colorblind just deficient. The eye doc called eye&I and they would not even consider te-examining or changing the diagnosis. They said “I wrote what I wrote, I’m not changing it”. God-forbid they admit to a mistake! Horrible!!! Not to mention the $1000 he spent on glasses. Nice way to ruin a persons chances at a career. Sure miss eye supply!

This place unreasonably overcharges for their frames and lenses.Id say only use this place for their services for eye exams, contact fitting exams as they most likely will take your vision insurance.Even then, they will try to push for their additional Retinal Eye Exam.PLEASE please avoid this place for your next glasses purchase or get ready to be surprised by your bill :)

Had my first visit with them this morning. Beautifully done and comfortable shop. Dr Leung was fantastic as were the rest of the staff. Definitely recommend them.

Awesome experience at EYE & L! I found this location through ZocDoc and I’m so glad my insurance is in network here. Dr. Han and her staff was really nice and professional. I was amazed by their equipment that they use for eye exam. I went for an eye exam and bought a pair of new glasses. The staff was very patient with me picking out my new glasses. I think I found my new Optometrist!

Doctor was really thorough and friendly. The staff was too. Checking in was really quick and the visit took about 15 minutes. The office was clean and they sanitized the machines in front of me which made me feel really comfortable about their cleanliness. Really good experience .

A little more than a year ago, after being examined and prescribed a new eye glass prescription by the pleasant optometrist here, I returned to purchase a pair of glasses from them. The manager and owner Joe scolds me for not having returned to his store sooner, and decides to provide me with a brief eyeglass fitting in the waiting area! Next thing I know, and without discussing any options about the lenses itself, he provides me a bill for $1,089 for my new glasses (knowing of course I have vision insurance) and am shown the door. Not pleased, I phone Joe the next day and cancel this outrageously expensive order - and request that he services me properly and with care, and that he takes the time to discuss my lenses and buying options. No go. Joe refuses me as a customer! And tells me to have my glasses fitted somewhere else - and condescendingly adds that hey, thanks, Ive helped him become a better optician! I was so pleased for him... Well, I get my glasses fitted at another eye store only to find that the progressive prescription written by Eye And I is not good, particularly with my reading. Returning to Joe, he checks my new glasses and assures me that my prescription is fine (even though I see better out of my old pair of glasses). I tell Joe Im out money for the bad pair of glasses, with his prescription - tough luck is his basic and arrogant response. How a business owner can conduct himself in this manner is unfathomable.
