I have been to Eyetopia Optical twice now, and both times I have been very impressed with the quality of service and the prices. I have gotten exams along with contacts and glasses. I feel at ease writing this review because I know whoever comes here to satisfy any optical needs will not be disappointed.
I always have a great experience here! Everyone is helpful and friendly, and they really help you find the perfect glasses. You can really tell they care about your vision and your experience, not your wallet! Honestly, theres basically nothing they could do better.
I loved this place!! All the staff members were soo welcoming and friendly. I had a very pleasant experience with the opthmologist. He was very nice and detailed oriented and explained all the procedures very well. I loved how they have a variety styles of glasses. Im very satisfied with the experience and id definitely recommend this place to other people. :) 👍🏻

While purchasing my sunglasses I was very satisfied at how many glasses I was able to try on. The owner was very friendly and helpful when giving us options to choose which glasses to buy.

Poor quality!! It was the same as saying I was getting my insurance over the phone, but when I finished the inspection, they told me they didn’t have my insurance and they told me to pay the inspection fee, so I am not a scammer, and if I arrived and gave them my insurance card, I would check and say no!!!? Be careful!!!!
I really like this store! Entering the store is very comfortable. The price is fair and the boss is gentle. Easy parking. Contact lenses are also very affordable!

2022-03-17I just picked up my glasses from here and I’m soo happy I came. The owner was very patient finding the right frame for my face because my face is very small. They have a wide variety of glasses too so whatever your needs are it can be found here.

2022-01-09This is an amazing place! Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The eye exam was extremely thorough. I liked the way the doctor explained all my options. From the exam to the selection of frames, nothing felt rushed. Being in the middle of a pandemic, I also appreciate how clean and orderly the store is. Highly recommended.

2020-11-10My family and I love this place! The store is welcoming and the owners are very friendly. The doctor was professional and thorough with his eye exam. Lisa was very patient as she explained to me how to put on and take off my contact lens. And when I asked if I can get my glasses readjusted, Luke was also even kind enough to take my lens out for deep cleaning! If you want to feel well taken care of, get your eyes thoroughly examined, and have your optical needs met with satisfaction then this place is for you! I know I will be back!

2020-11-23One of the best eye clinics in NYC. The owner is super kind and very accommodating. The eye doctor is excellent too. I had minor issue with my insurance but the owner was very understanding. He was considerate and gave me off for my eyeglasses.Thank you sooooo much!!! Highly recommend eye clinic!

2018-04-19This place is very welcoming and has large selections of frames with reasonable price. Mr. Shim is very patient and helped me to choose my new pair of glasses that fits me perfectly. Doctor is very professional and patiently answered all my questions. So far my new glasses work like a charm. I will definitely come back again.

2018-11-07At Eyetopia, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service I received. Maybe it could be that the owner just recently opened up a shop and wanted to impress new customers. Who knows? Maybe its just the way he is.About a month ago, I took my son for his annual eye exam and for a pair of new glasses. As my son was trying out all kinds of glasses for about an hour, the owner was very kind to my son and helped my son find the right pair of glasses. For an hour, my son took pictures of himself wearing all kinds of glasses and sent them to his friends for their opinions. The owner was very patient and kind with my son. I really thank him for that. I really hope his service to his customers will remain the same years after years.Thank you~!

2018-11-12I dont usually leave store reviews but I felt this place deserves one. I first heard about Eyetopia through word-of-mouth, a lot of good things were said. Due for an eye exam, I decided to give this place a try.First off, the optometrist was very thorough, attentive and made me feel comfortable. He also did my 10 year old daughters eye exam and she says hes the best:) The prescription was just right! The turnaround time and prices were very reasonable which is what you want. They also have a good selection of frames - I saw most of the well known brands and some less known ones that are nice. I liked it so much I picked out 4 frames.. thanks to year-end must spend - use it or lose it flexpay balance :) I might have gone overboard though.. but loooove the frames!If youre due for new eye glasses and exam, I highly recommend this place. I think you will be hard-pressed find a store that is honest, reasonable and professional like this one.

2018-04-13Got my new pair of glasses at reasonable price. Courteous service with professional manner. I am 45 years old and have recently developed blurry eye symptoms which has to do presbyopia. Since I need to work with 3 computer screens all day long, progressive lenses would not work for me. Mr. Shim has recommended magnetic clip on lens that I can wear over my new regular single vision glasses while I am working in front of my 3 screens. I can easily take off when I am not working. So far, its been working for me and I have much less strain on my eyes when I am working in the office. Highly recommended. You feel like you are getting personal care services and you dont experience same on larger or named places.

2018-10-24The owner Mr Shim was so friendly. This store is brand new, so I couldve choose from many newest trending selections. Its been a greatest experience compared to any other existing optical stores in Flushing. Oh!! Most importantly the price is unbeatable as well
