EZ Express came through in a big way for my girlfriend last week. We were treated exceptionally well by Steve and we enjoyed the fact that he took some extra time to sit down with us and discuss some things. We were told that hed call when he completed the job. He phoned us later on and we were so relieved. Thank you for being so personable with us. If anyone needs a great dependable, reasonable server then you can stop your search EZ Express is the Ticket!

The only reason this company wasn’t given a 1 star rating is because they actually finished the job I hired them to do. Serving of the papers was completed in a timely fashion, however the original notice with with affidavit was not returned to me by the time I was promised. I tried calling a couple of times the next day along with some follow up text messages, but I received no response. The following day I called from a friend’s phone and my call was answered promptly. When I explained my situation clearly and calmly to the gentleman, he began to raise his voice at me and acted like I was inconveniencing him by asking him to complete the job I had already paid him to do. I explained to him that this was an extremely urgent and time sensitive matter, and I even offered him extra money to make this a priority. This heightened his anger level, but he assured me money was not the issue, and he would complete the job by the following morning. He kept his word, and I was able to file my paperwork on time.If I find myself in a similar predicament requiring the services of a process server in the future, I will not be using this company again. Too much time and energy was spent stressing over whether this guy was just going to take my money/paperwork and run, or complete the job as promised. As I mentioned before, the job was completed, but not without significant issues/headaches.

This guy is a douche, his service sucks, and he never pays people for the jobs that they do for him. not only is he a sucky process server, but he sucks as a human being as well.
