After reading the reviews I guess people who got through with this company probably are related to someone that works there.because it’s impossible I’ve been waiting a whole week now for just one barrel to be picked up and let talk about me having to be the one to be constantly calling them I’ve spoken to a young lady about 4 times and she keep saying about she will get back to me let her call back this young lady never did. As customer service no matter how much customer you have separate your problem as in once you are finish with a customer situation please finish a next pending situation then to just leave it. That’s carelessness as big as Walmart and sprint T-Mobile is they call back that’s the main thing a call big is what’s important to Reassure the customer trust with the company. This my second week hearing let me call you back without a call back. Anyways am just dropping info for others to know if by paying more for better service then do so.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Felt like I went trough a car wash. The girl that works there just does not care. They will ask for your information and never get back to you. You would have to call them back and then its the same thing take your info and they say they would call back. Went through this for a week. And this wasnt for them to do the service this was just for them to call me back to finally tell me a day they can do the service. The ONLY reason it didnt go on for longer is because I ended it by going with another shipping place. And they were cheaper too. The owner doesnt even care that his employee does this. Hes doesnt care about losing money or costumers. He doesnt care about how bad the girl working their is, hes in it for pleasure. Read between the lines

This has got to be one of the worst shipping company. The lady that answers the phone is rude and need customer service training. They tell you one price on the phone and then the paper works come with a different price. You can wait all week for them to pick up and they never show up.

I Used EZ barrel a few times. I live in the Bronx. They only come to the Bronx once a week. If you dont mind waiting for them to pick up for hours I will recommend them. Sometimes it is hard to get them on the phone and no one returns your calls because they dont have answering service. The price compares with other shipping companys but for them to deliver a barrel is a little more expensive. What I like about them is that the barrel gets to the consignee very quickly compared to other shipping companies. I will recommend them but I keep have another shipping company that i use incase they dont work out.

Very friendly professional barrel service to the Caribbean. They do ship other items and I recently shipped a television with them. I have not have any problems and my family have been using them for years. Would definitely recommend them for your shipping needs.
