I called them today to ask how much they would charge for 24hour parking. The individual who answered the phone didnt even say the name of the place. I had to question weather I even had the right number. I asked him how much the rate would be and he asked me what kind of car it is. So I told him the make and model. He then asked when I would be coming. I let him know that I was unsure of when I would be coming. And he proceeded to ask, again, when I would be coming. I hung up. It sounds like they charge different rates for when you arrive and what kind of car you drive. Getting an answer should not be this difficult.

Parking attendants are very nice and helpful! Car was brought in with pristine condition and left the garage the same without a single dent or damage... While the neighborhood sucks, this is the only place I trust to leave my car... I highly recommend them over any other place...
