2022-08-10Updating my 2013 review, Fabric Mart is STILL the last fabric shop in Northern Westchester. Linda has added Brother and dealer-only Singer sewing machines to her lineup. There is a machine and a fabric for every budget. Linda keeps a nice assortment of quilting fabric, along with some very pretty silks and home dec selections.

2012-11-29Since we lost Jo-Anns, this is the only fabric store in the area. That said, this is a quaint mom & pop shop that provides excellent service. Their fabric is of high quality and reasonable prices. The only downside is the size of the shop doesnt allow for a large selection. That said, with some help from the owner or staff, I can usually find beautiful fabric to suit my needs. If you love to sew, youll feel like a kid in a candy store, a small candy store.

2019-01-31They are always helpful and courteous, make wonderful suggestions, never insulting of your lack of knowledge, have classes available, and not pushy in forcing you to buy a new sewing machine. I am hoping to make this the year to learn more....cant wait.
