Property is run down, they will put on a new coat of paint but I had so many maintenance issues the worst being the building sewer malfunctioning for almost 1 month, I even saw raw sewage flowing out a white tube on the side of the building. I always had to email customer care about maintenance issues because they never pick up the maintenance line.Laundry room was dirty and full of bugs. Machines are also old and way too expensive, local laundromats are much nicer and cheaper with newer machinesThe buildings are just old and they smell old. AC unit is filthy, they do not clean it before renting. They really need to shut down and do a complete renovation if they want to consider themselves luxury.
