Fairfield Inn is a great value and convenient location to the university and towns of Allegany and Olean. The rooms were clean and so was the hotel itself. My kids enjoyed the pool, however, that could of been a little better kept. I like that breakfast was included but do not enjoy pre-packed foods. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend and stay again.
The purchase and remodel by Fairfield has ruined this hotels ambiance and charm. In favor of more adding rooms they got rid of the grand sweeping staircase, fireplace and lounging area. The lobby and breakfast area are now non descript and quite frankly disappointing. Even the suites have a choppy layout and uncomfortable. Wil not be staying here again.
The customer service at this location in not understanding or helpful at all. I booked a room not realizing it wasn’t pet friendly when another Marriott room I had just booked was. I arrived at the premise and informed that I had a dog but I just realized that they did not allow pets. The only response I got was that they were sorry and that it was too late to get a refund. They never even offered or helped me find another place to stay for the night. Poor customer service.
The room very comfortable, a King Suite. The wifi and office connections easy to use, and everything in great condition and very clean and fresh. The pool is refreshing and they did offer breakfast which is the only aspect that could use improvement. There is also a small and adequate GYM. Nice feeling of quality and easy going staff.
I visited the St. Bonaventure College and was surprised to see that the hotel was right across from the college and all amenities in close proximity. We will definitely be visiting there frequently and this hotel will always be our #1 spot!!It was also squeaky clean and inviting along with the friendly staff. Awesome weekend hold over!
Make sure when making reservations you requests style of rooms. I paid for a king room and was placed in a handicap room with only a standup handicap small shower. The walls are paper thin, I thought my neighbors were in my room as I could hear the all of the conversations like I was with them. It kept us up a lot later than we would have liked. I dont mind hearing an occasional door or voices in the hall but when its like they are sitting in the same room with you its a bit much
We love Marriotts and always try to find one near our destination. This was the second least impressive Marriott we’ve seen yet (first place is in Texas) the room had a musty smell and the shower was not cleaned well. The pool was small and cold I appreciated having to make an appointment to use it however the guy at the front desk was rude and acted like we were inconveniencing him . The stars In this review are for the lovely red head front desk lady she was awesome!
Plenty of parking . Mobile check in . Room where clean . All staff adhering to COVID protocols . Grab & go breakfast in the morning . Coffee tastes much better than other Marriott’s ! Multiple / fast elevators . Quiet location right across from the university . Groceries stores & dinning available near by . Just wished the windows opened for fresh air (-: . Microwave & mini fridge in the room with a separate “living room” area .
Excellent! Was in the area to visit a local college and this Marriott property was perfect for our brief stay. The cleanliness, front desk hospitality and helpfulness, as well as the extensive breakfast options (many more hot choices than Ive encountered at other hotels) was terrific! Would definitely stay there again.
Great place. Great staff. They always go the extra mile for our conveniences. We stay there 8-10 times a yr. We will go back. But I will say that the nightly rate for Olean is absurd. I have stayed in much nicer hotels in DC, Savannah, Charleston, Charlotte, San Francisco & Santa Monica in the past 6 months that were $40-60 cheaper per night. In Savannah the Bay Street in was less per night for a gorgeous, finely appointed King Corner Suite w concierge service 24/7 that was $30 less per night. That’s crazy.
Bathroom fan in ceiling was very dusty. The pillows squish to a hard mush. I request firm pillows in my profile, but never get them (not sure if Marriott knows what a firm pillow is), so i always bring my own, but this time i forgot, so i bought one at Walmart, which helped me sleep a little better. Was not acknowledged as Bonvoy member and not offered courtesy water upon arrival; i had to ask later for water.
The staff at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Olean, NY made our stay enjoyable. I believe the young woman’s name is Kellie. She works at the front desk. She did my booking, made changes to my reservation without a problem and even called ahead to several restaurants to see if they were open on a late Sunday evening to accommodate our family for dinner! She was friendly, helpful and more than competent. The level of cleanliness of our room was a nice surprise. From the beds and the rugs, to the bathroom, all was in good shape and quite clean. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay!
At a recent stay, our oldest son was joining the St. Bonaventure University community as a freshman. We live many hours from St. Bonaventure and our family is very close. Our youngest daughter was in tears and was having a very hard time. The staff took the time to speak to her and raise her spirits and reassure her. Tiffany, at the front desk, was very helpful and kind. The entire staff was wonderful. The hotel was extremely clean with a nice free breakfast. The staff was friendly and polite and available when needed. Great Experience!
Our room was clean and nicely furnished. Parking was convenient even when they were busy. Complimentary breakfast was great with a lot of variety. Mama Cindy was, sweet. We enjoyed a nice conversation with her. Katie at the desk was great! I watched her during breakfast two mornings have conversations with any guest that passed by her. We will definitely stay here again.
Very nice hotel! The staff treated us like celebrities. There was a nice variety of breakfast items and the coffee is good. The room was very clean and nicely kept. The note from the staff in the room is nice touch. The pillows and bedding is something to write home about! I would definitely stay here again!
Couldnt find many rooms for a post-Christmas stay in Ellicottville. Those available were ridiculously priced, so we looked at Olean and stayed here in 2 adjoining rooms. A wonderful find. A gent named Tom checked us in and was also working the next morning. He was pleasant, helpful, and in general made us feel like our business was important. The rooms: decent sized, clean. Nothing extraordinary, just a decent room. Clean is important to me. The pool, important for our kids, was adequate. Commons were wonderful. Breakfast was above average. With a full hotel during ski season, the breakfast time was chaotic, things got tight. But I give the Fairfield credit for keeping it moving, with hot food and generally no lines except for the waffle-maker. Youre about 30 minutes from Holiday Valley here. If youre not staying on the ridge, youre going to have to drive your gear there anyway. This is a very nice alternative to over-priced and smaller lodgings in Ellicottville.
We had a conflict with our reserved dates & the Manager Geri called me personally & fixed everything! That’s customer service. We stay there frequently & it’s appreciated to be treated so kindly. And I just love the breakfast kitchen manager. She’s so sweet & on pointe! And I feel like on a stay away/vacation if the speed of the elevator makes you reduce 2 ⭐️ perhaps it would do your heart good to take the multiple tidy staircases available to every guest.
This is a really good Marriott Property. It has been completely renovated since its days as a Country Inn and Suites. The rooms are very comfortable, with Marriott bedding and the lounge/breakfast area is spacious and inviting. Breakfast is the only meal served and it is OK, but not great. Local places in Olean and Allegheny are better for breakfast.
I was traveling alone, but did not feel lonely. The evening front desk staff Katie was personable and knew the area and history of the area very well. She made a great recommendation for dinner and welcomed me when I returned. My suite was clean and pleasant and I got a very good nights rest.
The hotel is very clean and in new condition. It has a great breakfast buffet in a clean, well kept lobby area. It has a clean fitness room with weights, treadmill, and bosu balls among other workout equipment. The indoor pool is clean and well kept. It is located right across the street from a 2 mile paved, scenic walking/biking path that surrounds St. Bonaventure University. Conveniently located to Olean and Allegany. The hotel has 2 destination Tesla chargers available.
Was here for 3 weeks, only a couple of small noticeables, the fan in my bathroom was bad, bad to the point that I hated turning the light on. breakfast was good, I was working nights and would come in right as they were putting food out. very quiet rooms, very rarely heard any other noise. there is a pedestrian walkway by the backdoor and there was always a car parked in it so that you had to walk through the landscaping to get to the door but that is my pet peeve. overall wonderful place to stay. well recommended.
Located conveniently on a main street, with restaurants, shopping, and a movie theater very close. Very helpful and friendly front desk attendant. Clean and lovely rooms and public areas. The free breakfast was well stocked, refilled and kept orderly. The room was, as always, comfortable as can be with Marriotts signiture bedding and roomy bathrooms. We will be back.
I booked this stay for my husbands birthday. All he wanted for his birthday was to relax in a hot tub/spa. To our surprise when we entered the pool area there was no hot tub like in the photos posted. We tried the pool, but it was freezing cold. If youre expecting a hot tub to relax in this place no longer has one. The photo on the website should be deleted so future patrons do not think there is a hot tub. I could have stayed at any hotel in the area with a hot tub but i chose this one and we were extremely disappointed of the price we paid to stay here for a mediocre hotel. I will say the breakfast was the best thing about the stay, it was great.
Read reviews that the staff are very helpful and enthusiastic but wasnt seem accurate to our stay. We kinda missed the Marriott enthusiastic culture weve experienced in most Marriott hotels weve stayed. It may be because of the weather that might have caused the morale of the staffs.
The hotel is clean and updated. The price was good. The staff is very professional and friendly. The food service personal are very nice. I had a small issue with the type of room that was reserved for us when we arrived to book a room. I explained it to the staff and they fixed it quickly. I felt treated like a valued customer.
You sometimes never know what youll get when you are looking on line for a hotel. Sometimes the pictures are faked or another hotel. Well this location is picture perfect. The hotel staff greeted and provided a speedy friendly check in. When I left each morning for business they always had a friendly have a great day. Clean, clean, clean. From the lobby, to the rooms, was excellent. Breakfast had a great variety, hot and fresh, with lots of options and well stocked. If you want a great experience with a hotel with a friendly staff, clean rooms, and an awesome breakfast... this is your place! Thanks for the great service!Mr. Traveler....
All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful, especially Mariah at check in and Patty in housekeeping. There was a visiting college baseball team staying that night and we were put on a different floor than they were on, which was greatly appreciated. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great.
Located across from the front gates of St. Bonaventures University.. we were happy to discover a perfect post event retreat.Having attended a local family wedding (at Limestone,NY) we were thrilled this Olean location was close-by and provided post wedding respite. This Marriott is very new, clean and the staff is efficient and very pleasant! The king size beds are very comfy and the suites a great way to unwind...particularly is other family members are booking multiple rooms. We loved the pool and Wi-Fi. The Breakfast is what one needs, and it was Fathers day and the food service handed out a little golf themed chocolate to every Dad in the dining area. A sweet treat for the guy paying for the suite! Thanks again for a great stay in the Allegheny,NY. zone! We had a wonderful opportunity to recharge and reconnect in the suites and at breakfast, and in the pool before our family members were driving back to Boston,MA,NYC and Connecticut.
We had our kids with us. The room was perfect .. Clean and spaces. The staff were all friendly and accomodating. They let us use the pool and check out in the afternoon. The kids loved it!! Would stay again in a heartbeat It was a hassle free trip and that doesnt happen often
Extremely comfortable and accommodating hotel - staff is friendly and accommodating and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Beds are very comfortable and rooms have been updated. The breakfast area is a nice size and there is a good variety at the buffet. This hotel is right across from the St. Bonaventure University which made it super convenient for our reunion. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting campus for any reason!
Very nice - recently renovated Marriott facility in the very small town of Olean - was surprised! Stayed there while moving my son into St. Bonaventure University - which is located directly across the street for convenience - which made the move-in day very easy. We arrived late night before however that didnt matter - the attendant found our reservation quickly - almost as if waiting for our arrival. Excellent room space - everything very clean as youd expect -the beds were lovely after a long commute from New Jersey. Breakfast had many things to choose from which was a bit unexpected given other Hotel experiences - a nice surprise. I suspect well be staying there again until graduation!
The staff at this property was exceptional. Both the management staff and housekeeping staff were absolutely delightful. We have a very large family of this property was suitable for everyone. The meals were great, the pool is fun, the lobby area was great for family get-togethers and games.
This was our first stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites. Many of the lodging choices in the Olean area are older and in need of some TLC but this property is modern, comfortable, and efficient. The breakfast is good for a chain hotel and the staff were friendly. It was nice to return here after a day of slush and snow. The pool is small but pleasant, especially when the weather outside is frightful...
Fairfield Inn & Suites Olean located across from St. Bonaventure University. The hotel is located a few miles away from downtown Olean, WalMart, BJs Wholesale Club, and several restaurants and fast-food establishments. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Guest rooms are clean and functional. Guest room windows were covered in spider webs and debris. Fitness center is spacious, clean, and functional. Swimming pool is clean. Traffic noise on either side of hotel is minimal. Complimentary breakfast available with limited variety and selection. Please be advised, no restaurant on-site. Ample, free parking available with charging stations available. Overall, pleasant stay. I will return to this hotel when conducting business in the Olean, New York area in the future.
Olean is a very small town in the Southern Tier of NY. Walking into the Fairfield I was greeted exactly how you would expect to be in a small town, very pleasantly. The property itself was very nice and walking into my room was much more of a big city experience. The room was superb, great sitting area, very comfortable bed, lots of electrical outlets. Just a really great experience.
Although we had a satisfactory stay overall, we were very disappointed with the lack of places to hang clothes. The tiny closet was just a few inches deep, with only enough room for 6 hangers. That was not nearly sufficient for our family of 3, with a long weekends worth of clothes and outerwear. There was a long stretch of empty wall space across from the bathroom that would be ideal for a rack of wall hooks. Installing such a rack -- with 6-10 hooks -- would be inexpensive and would make it possible for guests to hang up their clothes. We also thought the room rate was too high. It’s significantly higher than several other Olean hotels of comparable quality. I believe Fairfield fancies itself a cut above the others, but the rooms and other amenities are really quite ordinary – clean and comfortable to be sure, but nothing special to justify the higher price.
Hotel was neat and well kept. The room was comfortable and large enough for 2 adults and 2 children. The breakfast was a standard breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, bread and breakfast drinks. Coffee was good. Staff kept area stocked and kept the food available. Check in and Check out went smoothly.
I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at the Fairfield Inn in Olean, Ny. Room was very clean along with the bedding and towels.Free wifi was available and worked as expected, plenty of safe well lit parking.Easy in and out of the property and close to shopping and restaurants.Would definitely recommend staying here.
I stayed there during the holidays so while I understand that there would be limited staff. When we arrived, there were no towels in our room or soap and shampoo. At breakfast, I only saw a staff member once during the 3 times I was there to eat. Overall the property was acceptable but I would not rate it anything but average.
Everything was great. Staff was amazing. I wish there was room service but instead I just went to Walmart and bought groceries for my stay as I saw a bunch of guests do as well. The store they have is convient but is really expensive so I would advise everyone to go to Walmart like I did. Also definitely use a credit card when you stay instead of your debit if you can because as hotels do they will double your rate for incedentals. Overall it was a good stay. If Im ever in town again I would only stay there and would in other towns as well.
We stayed at the Fairfield in Olean, NY, on our trip home from visiting family in the NYC and Boston area. I went on line and made the reservation after checking our distance and travel time from Salem, NH. This proved to be a good choice. The hotel is located in a peaceful area across from St. Bonaventure University. We found restaurants within a short drive as well as a gas station for an easy fill up. The room was a suite with 2 TVs and a comfortable couch. We were able to get a good night’s sleep, eat breakfast, and be off quickly in the morning.
Appreciate the move to better breakfast offerings. Front staff helpful and friendly. Room was clean, comfortable and pleasant. Best of all - the window actually opened. For those of us who like fresh air, that is getting harder and harder to find. The only disappointment was seeing a better rate online after I had checked in.
We love the Fairfield Marriott in Olean, NY. It is directly across the street from St Bonaventure University, the reason for our visits. We always have a wonderful experience, the staff is on a first name basis, the room is beautiful and the breakfast delicious. What more can you ask - it is our home away from home!!
Be aware... Management is not enforcing the New York mask mandate. A couple of unmasked clients were bullishly joining people on the elevator and in the common areas, purposely breaking social distancing guidelines. I called it out to staff, but they didnt do anything. This is the second Marriott property where we have experienced this. The last one was in Wisconsin, and they allowed a unmasked wedding party to take over the common areas.
A lovely place especially compared to the Microtel next door. When I arrived for check-in, the attendant was super nice and even got me a bottle of water. Oh and lets not forget the fresh baked cookies at the front desk either. YUM!The exercise room had a nice stationary bike that I used (the TV didnt seem to work on it, but since I was the only person in the room, I just turned on the main TV) as well as an elliptical, two treadmills, and a workout bench and free weights. My room was nice and clean and the TV welcomed me as I walked in. My room was at the front of the building on the first floor so I could hear a little bit of the traffic on the road in front of the hotel. It was only bad when emergency vehicles roared by. One thing I loved was the working thermostat! I set the temp to 68 and that is what I got. No hassles there! And they even had the extra blanket I so like to use in hotels. There was no DVD player in the room, so I just stuck to watching movies on my laptop. No biggie there. The bathroom was clean with a shower with great water pressure and unending hot water. Yeah I had to bend down a bit to get under the shower head (im just over 6 tall), but Ive experienced much worse! Also, the shower was just a tad bit slow to drain. Again, Ive experienced much worse! One oddity was the bathroom fan turned on with the bathroom light. Not a big issue, but the fan was super loud! It didnt bother me, but Im sure the rooms near me could easily hear it.I didnt use it, but the pool looked nice. The breakfast was excellent too! Waffles, bacon, sausage, eggs, cereal, yogurt, bagels, etc. Eat one, some or all! Friendly staff that were very willing to serve. Despite the nuances of my room which really didnt bother me at all, I give this place 5 stars. Also, I doubt there are any meth labs in this hotel either (unlike the one across the street).Bonus! Dunkin Donuts is right across the street! And theres a walking trail that goes right past the hotel. Enjoy!
I go skiing at Holiday Valley once a year. This has always been a great hotel to stay at. The hotel includes a free breakfast at a decent price. They have a small indoor pool and fitness room. They provide coffee 24 hours in the reception area but Dunkin Donuts is approximately 100 yards away so I tend to make that short walk to get my coffee.
The Fairfield Inn and Suites Olean, NY, was an outstanding choice for St. Bonaventure Universitys graduation weekend stay. The hotel welcomed guests with banners and balloons, and every staff member provided gracious service and seemed to be committed to making a completely full hotel feel warm and stress-free. The hotel is clean and modern, the breakfast is fresh and varied, and the staff are capable and caring. The entire hotel is an outstanding example of the Fairfield brand. An excellent value!
The suite I stayed in was excellent and service was solid, but the Internet was awful. Pages took nearly a minute to load, and with every device youd connect to your rooms WiFi, the slower things became.Of course this isnt an issue if you plan on being away from your room for the majority of your stay or simply wish to disconnect while youre here. However, as a student who had assignments to work on at the time, it was a disaster. 3⭐.
The hotel is obviously new and is across the street from St. Bonaventure. Rte 16 was only 5-10 minutes away which had a number of nice restaurants. We ate at Beef & Barrel. Our purpose was to go down to Cherry Spring to watch the night sky and it was about an hour away. Bed was a little stiff but not uncomfortable and the pillows were firm and comfy. There is a microwave and mini fridge in the room. There were 2 TVs in the suite so you could have a family stay in the room. I wish they would serve breakfast until 10:30 or 11 on the weekend.
I think a lot of careful planning went into the bedroom suites and the doors close tightly with no gaping hole in the door base to allow hallway noises to enter the room. Great breakfast with a wide variety of choise, nicely displayed and quickly replenished The maintenance would be better: Broken bathroom towel racks and a noisy bathroom exhaust
Very disappointed with this hotel. The shower was dirty when we arrived. Reported to front desk, showing photos -- no action was taken to fix problem. We reserved a one-bedroom King suite. We were not given a one-bedroom King suite -- we were given an open suite, which was not what we reserved. Staff advised no one-bedroom suites were available for our stay.
The hotel is clean. The staff is very friendly and quick response. It is a B&B faciliated with a gym and warm water swimming pool. The location is great and just a couple miles away from the town center with choices of featured , American restaurant or fast food restaurant. A BJs warehouse, Chinese buffet shop and American chain restaurant are nearby.
I was staying there to attend a funeral. My best friend from college came up from Florida to bury her mother in her hometown of Olean, NY. My friend and her family members were there Wed-Sunday--and the staff was amazing during this time. They allowed my friend to use the front desk computer ( since the lobby computer did not have the needed software) each day to write eulogies, make funeral arrangements, and plan the details of her mothers funeral. They welcomed us all and helped us gather in the lobby after the viewing--provided water and cups and napkins--They went out of their way to make by friend as comfortable as possible during one the most difficult times in her life! And, for this they should be commended!! Thank you so much--I am a Marriott Rewards member and this place was the tops! My only suggestion is to return the hazelnut creamer ( non dairy) creamer for the coffee! --
This Fairfield has undergone major renovations, especially the lobby and dining area. While it has been modernized, these areas, which are the first ones seen upon entering, have lost the charm they had before the changes were made. The room itself, while cramped due to its location relative to the electrical room, was neat and clean. The breakfast was OK, except that the turkey sausage was dry and tasteless. In spite of my minor complaints, I would stay here again, largely due to its location across from St. Bonaventure University.
Prices were raised because of an event at a college. For $185 a night I would expect an amazingly well kept hotel. Nope! Room next door had its door entry pad missing. In our room trash peaking out from under the bed resulted in finding more trash further under. The bathroom vent/light was held up by packaging tape!
Easy access to interstate. Directly across from.St. Bonneventure University.Friendly, helpful, caring staff.Clean, new, spacious suite.Amazing selection for breakfast with ample/varied seating area.Public computer with free printer.Fresh coffee / tea around the clock.
Very modern and clean rooms with a lot of floor space. The internet speed is good enough for most of your internet needs unless youre planning on uploading 4K 60fps footage. There is free coffee and hot water which makes it especially good since you can go down for a hot chocolate or tea at night.
Never disappointed. The staff at the Fairfield Inn in Olean have always been one of the best Group and staff Ive ever dealt with in the hotel business. Always courteous always friendly and always willing to go above and beyond. I never have to worry about anything when I stay at this hotel
Overall great stay .. only issue is room black out drapes didn’t work and we couldn’t cover the window with blinds so it was so bright at night from the street lights.. I couldn’t sleep! Also their was so much street noise our second night no idea what that was started at 4am
Ive stayed at plenty of hotels in my life, due to a 20 year military career, and an additional 10 years as a government, employee. The Fairfield Hotel in Olean, NY is a 5 Star hotel in my opinion. Olean is a small town, but one nights visit to the Fairfield Hotel, you will feel as if you were in NY City or the Washington DC metropolitan area. Thats how immaculate and professional the hotel and staff is!Thanks Fairfield, for coming to my hometown area.
Our stay at the Fairfield Inn was fine. However we accidentally left our babys sleeping bag in the room and when I emailed to inquire about it was unfortunate to hear that the item was unable to be located. We know it was left in the room because our baby slept in it that night!

2021-08-07I stayed here after driving a U-Haul all day across 2 states to move to the area. It was the clean and comfortable place I needed to rest up! I have stayed in many hotels all over the country and am easily grossed out by them. but this hotel was top notch for the mid-tier hotel price. Breakfast was delicious, the room and common areas were sparkling clean. Tons of young kiddos were staying there and I didn’t hear a thing from my room. I was able to do a load of laundry! And the front desk sold detergent, along with snacks and light meal options for the microwave! All the staff were exceptional. I never write reviews, but having a comfortable, clean place to rest after a long move was invaluable and I am so glad I stayed here. Marriott rocks!

2021-08-26Very nice and clean place and I am a germaphobe. Front desk personnel were very nice and accommodating. They had free WiFi and it wasnt slow like other places I have been. The pool was very nice but small which is no biggie unless you are with a huge crowd. They had a buffet breakfast in the morning. Waffles, eggs, toast, bacon, cereal, juices etc. Would definitely stay there again if need to.

2021-07-21We stayed overnight ,arriving in a tornado warning so the weather and driving conditions were terrible and we were exhausted. The front desk team were very friendly and welcoming and so helpful. The hotel was beautifully clean and the room enormous… the living room and two TVs was most pleasing. With the receptionist help we decided to brave the rain and visited the nearest town..Where we had delicious craft beer in a local brewery and amazing hot beef sandwiches in beef and barrel restaurant. The locals are very charming and we had a great stopover.Breakfast next morning was great too as it’s pre covid offering with hot food and a full selection of cereals ,bagels, yogurt, fruit etc .

2021-05-18We are frequent visitors to the Olean Fairfield Inn due to its proximity to St. Bonaventure University ( across the street!). It is always clean and comfortable, and guests are always valued and appreciated. The staff is outstanding! Your Marriott status is always acknowledged, and on non sold out weekends they always offer upgrades. Gerry did an amazing job answering questions and booking my rooms when I contacted the hotel with some questions. So professional and helpful! I have stayed in Category 6 - 8 Marriotts that could learn some things from the Olean staff!

2021-10-20After leaving another local hotel we were very happy with the cleanliness of this hotel. The location is good. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, continental breakfast was good and complimentary coffee is available in the lobby at all times. We will definitely stay here again.

2021-10-20We had not stayed at a Fairfield Inn before this stay but we’re glad we did. The hotel was clean and up to date. We enjoyed the pool, the hot breakfast, and Netflix on the tv. The beds were comfortable after hiking all day.

2021-08-14Olean is a small town and we didn’t know what we would find. Happy to say that the Fairfield Inn is clean, comfortable and a pleasant place to stay. The staff was friendly and professional. We had a minor issue with our first room, a broken table lamp, and the front desk clerk quickly moved us to an upgraded room. The morning we checked out, it was pouring rain and the front desk clerk lent us her umbrella so my husband could bring the car to the entrance to load our luggage. Also, the breakfast buffet attendant was diligent in making sure everyone had enough coffee!
