People, stay far, far away. Overpriced is an understatement. Furthermore, at the end of the lease they look for any reason to bang You over the head with fees. There customer service is non existent. They only care about one thing and it’s not you. Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere. You can thank me later.
Its a bit pricey for what you get. The parking isnt the greatest and when several of tenants asked about assigned parking we were told it doesnt work and they wont even consider it. Which is funny cause every other complex we lived in had assigned parking and it has worked.
Too much *** damn noise, maintenance dont care & is damn rude & horrible for when theres a problem, for example i moved in and there was pipe leaking under kitchen sink, took 3 damn weeks for someone to fix it & 1 door screen when theres a front and back entrance, i asked maintenance is and they told me several times ill get right to it, after the same response i gave up & night its too noisy, drugs going around.......since there is no zero stars.......i say it myself......0 stars..... I beg you dont waste your money in this place.....

2022-03-19I am very upset I was censored on the complex’s app. I had tried to post about the playground, which has been closed for several months. I explained in my post that we pay up the wazoo and I am becoming frustrated that nothing has been done about repairing it. The property management blocked my post and messaged me in private that the playground will be repaired. Very upsetting to me. I have had it with the censorship!!! (First amendment dudes!) Also, the dog feces around the complex is getting way out of hand. It would also be nice to have several large washers in the laundry room. Not to mention, the basketball/tennis court is falling apart. Where does all our money go?

2022-03-12Great place if you like giant hopping bugs. Ever seen a cave cricket? They’re horrifying. Dont know how they get in. But I’m on the 2nd floor & they’re in here pretty frequently. They don’t exterminate here. I have to buy my own & spray my own apartment.

2022-03-12Too expensive. People don’t pick up after their dogs. Playground broken down & closed. Basketball court broken & closed. Giant cave crickets & spiders in apartments & they don’t exterminate. The bottom of pool needs repair. It cuts your feet.

2018-10-22They charge you far more than what you get! I wish I could give less than 1 star!I lived there for one year and it was my worst experience ever! As the apartments are surrounded by gardens you have all sorts of bugs everywhere in the home. Some huge spiders that I had never seen in my whole life, roaches, and snails!! All these creatures get to come to your apartment!!!The maintenance service is terrible and none of my issues were addressed. When you call their maintenance office it takes them forever to respond to you.If that’s not enough to change your mind, be careful about your security deposit! Because they don’t return that either!! Although I returned the apartment nice and clean they charged me more than my security deposit for replacing the carpet!Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!

2019-08-30Look, you want to live in Suffolk County, youre going to pay a lot to live here. Honestly, besides the rent being a bit expensive, this place is absolutely beautiful. The pool is clean, landscape is well taken care of, maintenance always responds to phone calls and takes care of any issues, and the neighbors are so kind. I really got lucky with my apartment. Its completely updated and everything is brand new. I really love living here. Its my little home. My one and only complaint is the price of rent, and if you want to re new the lease, the rent increases a bit.. seems a bit backwards to me but what do I know. Thank you Fairfield for this opportunity !Sincerely, A very happy customer.

2020-09-21Upsetting a complex as well known as Fairfield would continue to not make any changes to its security even after three motorcycles had been stolen from its property. After that another resident let me know that someones car was almost vandalized and tires taken off of it while sitting in the lot. Luckily a resident saw this taking place and it was stopped. There is also minimal lighting in the lots making it even more dangerous. My motorcycle being stolen was/is not a one time thing that happens on this property and due not providing security cameras for property safety it will not stop. The property has my contact information and I have not been reached out to since the very uninformative conversation I had with the property two months ago. Ive looked around at other complexes not owned by Fairfield whose rent fees are less, but still provide security for their properties. Very poor security...

2020-03-24HORRIBLE, Dont waste your money here, recently moved here & Tons of noise, drugs, Maintenance doesnt care, my heating wasnt working, called nurmous times and finally 2 weeks later they finally came over to fix the heat. Again DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Think about it, when you pay rent, you want peace, no drugs.

2020-11-30I moved to this complex and within 90 days of living here, my motorcycle that was covered under light and next to the maintenance truck was stolen. I am still in shock, but what is more shocking is that this complex does not have any security cameras. You would think that such a large company would be successful for being smart, but I guess not. They told me they do not have any security cameras in any of their complexes. What is also completely crazy is that they hire a security company at night as a courtesy, as told to me by a representative that called me when I requested a call. They tried to give me a bogus security plan that sounded as if it would impress me. If they really did follow this plan then my bike, another bike in this complex and a third one down the road wouldnt have been stolen within a month. They also tried to show sympathy by talking about how mad they were when one of their bicycles was stolen...If that is a comparison then I really dont know what else I need to say. Its not difficult to have a security system put in, nor is it expensive. Having cameras would have taken them completely out of the equation. There are plenty of families in this complex too. If I had a family here I would not feel safe for them to even go and get something out of the car without me. Nice complex, bad customer service and security.

2018-02-27Horrible experience over priced rent for a place that isn’t worth the money. Save yourself the bad experience this isn’t a luxury place but you pay luxury rent. When I moved in stove didn’t work, refrigerator was leaking water, porch shade is broken didn’t open and close properly. So many things wrong with the apartment. You call the renter she doesn’t care, call the maintenance team they’re rude. This place has too many units no parking for cars sometimes no parking in the whole complex. It’s just like living in the city. some nights NO PARKING AT ALL. Marijuana smell all over cops in and out like it’s the projects. Where did I move? IF I COULD GIVE A 0 I WOULD!

2021-04-06Its important when you arrive that you know where youre going. Theres units behind buildings and in the back of buildings that you would have to spend time to find. Proper signs with direction would be nice to point you in the right direction 👍
