Its a medium-sized establishment split into 2 things. A cafe and a play area. The cafe area is spacious and bright. The toys could use a little love. A little revamping. There is a sand type pit. A ball pit. Slide, trampoline, and a little back room with more domesticated toys like kitchens and such. Its $20 with a 2-hour limit. More than enough time to tire the tyke out. The ladies wear masks and take your temperature. All in if you dont expect to walk into a Fairytale or Island, you enjoy it because your kid is.I take my 18-month-old and stay close to her. She enjoys it as much as the older kids. As expected, the older kids are running rampant, and I do not expect them to stop or slow down in the middle of exactly what they are supposed to be doing.....playing. So stick close to babies 3 and younger. It goes upto 7 years old I believe. Dont quote me on that...but all else, you can.

Excellent for toddlers! Clean, fun, not too big, not too small. Great party space and fantastic staff. Im beyond glad we had my sons third birthday here.

$20 for 2 hours per kid.$17 per 2 hours per kid with 3 or more kids 8 and younger.$2.50 per ice cream scoop. Ice cream is good quality and refreshing in the heated indoor stale air.The playground itself is good. Plenty of things for kids to do. If you have multiple kids of similar age they will not be bored here. They also have a party room to reserve for birthdays ect. Well worth it when its too cold to go to the park which this winter seems to be everyday. Enjoy.

My kid loves this spot but unfortunately, they seem to not care AT ALL about COVID / safety / capacity / social-distancing protocols. Luckily my family and I are all vaccinated so I felt reasonably safe being there, but I would be loathe to recommend it for anyone in a high-risk category. When we were there, there was a birthday party of about 10 - 15 kids all wearing no masks (between the ages of 3-8 it looked like), and the place was FULL. I made sure to sanitize my childs hands every few minutes. The toys and amenities are pretty clean and seem to be in good shape.

I like this place a lot but more importantly my child loves this place. there are different sections with lots to do and play with. The only reason I don’t give it a perfect 5 is for two reasons: 1) General cleanliness is good but could be slightly better, you find trash in the ball pit at times.2) I wish there was some kind of age limit, or capacity limit or maybe even certain times of the day that are age exclusive. The only thing that puts me off coming back at times is the fact this place can fill up like Grand Central Station with seemingly no cap on numbers. It feels almost dangerous when it’s packed in such a confined space and on these structures. But most of all there are BIG kids crashing and rumbling in. Even on week days at off times when they should be in school there’s huge kids who look around 7-12 years old slamming around the place around our small infants. In the worst cases even trying to bully our small children. My son has been bullied here more than twice by much older kids, forcing me to intervene. I know this falls back on the parents themselves but at the same time I’d love for my two year old to mix with kids around the same age and to not have to worry about this issue.

Really nice place . My 2 year old had an amazing time . The only reason I’m giving it a 3 star is because they don’t take Covid guidelines serious . Most of the parents didn’t have a mask on . Woman had strollers inside the play area . I think strollers should be kept out of the play area . It was super crowded as well . I think they should allow a certain amount of people .

The place needs to shut down for a day for a good scrub. Everything is covered in dirt or ripped. The kids play kitchens were all barren with no play food. My kid did find some food and toys in the ball pit (so dangerous!). Bathroom had no soap. Food is overpriced. The cheap attendant also charged 0.05¢ for a spoon. Will not be going back again.

The place itself is beautiful....That said there were many unforgivable issues...The first is there were simply toooo many people!!!While I understand there is no longer a mask mandate, whether its for COVID or just pain safety, there were well over 100 people there and it was simply beyond fire/occupancy code as well as common sense.Additionally, there were absolutely NO staff in the general play area.....Anarchy prevailed with sandbox contents being thrown and left throughout the entire facility......In most indoor playgrounds we have been to there us staff that will consistently restore imaginative play areas throughout the day allowing kids to feel safe, comfortable and respected....What made this worse it that when we went to leave at 5:30 there was NO one at the desk to share our perspective with...This facility with 25-30 kids at a time and proper cleaning intervals would truly be an awesome thing.......its up to the management to take heed and not greed......We truly hope they will...
