Edit: visited again during week between Christmas and New Years and the facility was practically unheated. Owner claimed heat had been on for 3 hours. The facility appears to rely only on split level A/C auxiliary heat which clearly was not sufficient to properly heat the play area. The back play room was completely unheated. Our children’s hands and feet were cold to the touch after only a short period. We (patents) lost feeing in our toes quite quickly. Owner initially refused to provide a refund but eventually relented. An OK indoor play land addition to the neighborhood. It is on the small side and as a result crowded and wanting for parent space. However, the attractions are a hit, especially the ball pit and rice sandbox. There is one employee supervising (who sat and stared at her phone most of the time) but not to the point where you feel you can take your eye of your children for more than a second as there is not one vantage from which you can see the entire play area. $18 per child (unlimited for the day but no re-entry) is on the high side. Compared to other options city-wide this would be closer to 3 stars but given the lack of better alternatives in Bay Ridge I’ve given 4 stars.
Best feature is their trampoline, second best is that the place was exceptionally clean.Huge variety of ice cream with eye catching sprinkles, not overpriced so the budget conscious won’t develop frowns or wrinkles.More geared towards younger or un-athletic, older kids may deem the challenge pathetic, possibly build a preteen room to increase demographic and better drain kids to un-energetic, this is my polite critique while trying to be somewhat poetic.
Cute and fun place to bring your child/children to play. The price is definitely reasonable, & $18 for one child, $15 each for 3 or more children for the whole day. Its a big space with a jungle climbing space, wall climbing, pretend play with food shopping, fake sand pit, swings, etc. The staff are friendly. The cafe prices are reasonable. They check each childs temperature before they can be checked in which gives parents a peace of mind that there will be no fever passing around.
UPDATE:Changing my review from 5 stars to 2 Stars. They are lacking upkeep in this place. None of the toys which require batters are working, they have not changed the batters. Also the floors are all coming apart. The foam flooring is popping up and my daughter tripped so many times. I’m so disappointed. The prices are too high for them to not keep up with this place. Please rely to my comment when the floors are redone and I might reconsider coming back.Such an amazing indoor gym! Great for very hot days or rainy days! My daughter loves it here. First time I brought her here when she was 14 months and she had so much fun. It’s clean and not over crowded which is nice. The only thing I wish is that there was a one hour option. It’s only two hours options. So wish they had 1 hour for like $15 since my daughter doesn’t stay for more than 45 min untill she gets tired.I think they would definitely make more money if they had a one hour option but other than that it’s still a fun place for kids.
EDIT: Today is January 19, 2020. I came back here because I had such a good experience last time (see original review below). I am changing my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars because this should be a kid friendly place. They should know sometimes kids can be picky. My daughter ordered the mac and cheese but didnt like the way they made it. She didnt even touch it, so we asked the owner if we could exchange for the popcorn chicken (thats yummy) and pay the $1 difference and we were told no. So disappointed.************************************We went on Wednesday, June 19, 2019. They open at 10am which is a great time for me since Im an early bird. They sell socks (not the cheap kind either) for $1.50 and admission for my 5 yr old was $18. Bathroom was extremely clean and they do offer coffee & food (see attached menu). My 5 yr old and I both cant wait to go back. Also, they are in a good location, theres a McDonalds & Dunkin Donuts & a Burger Bistro & a Mexican restaurant all within 2 blocks. DO NOT waste your $ on buying McDonalds or Dunkin when going in because they have a policy of no outside food and drinks allowed!
This place is horrible!!!! I had my sons bday party there last weekend. They don’t care about Covid, to check vaccine cards or the number of people they allow in the facility. I asked them why they kept letting ppl in & they ensured me they weren’t. But I watch them just let people in left and right without asking for vaccine cards. There was a sick child there coughing & all, no one said anything to the family. The pizza they served the kids was cold & looked like leftover slices. They didn’t have the supplies they promised they would have. There was no system here, they just want to make money. 3 of the kids at my party are now sic & I believe it’s from this place. I am so upset I wasted so much money here.
Absolutely love this indoor playground center! I brought my kids to this location and saw them have so much fun. For the price of these services, it was truly worth the experience of seeing my kids play with excitement and joy. The staffs here are also extremely nice to everyone. Your kids will love it here.
At first, I was skeptical of going to indoor playground with my young niece, especially during the pandemic. After visiting this place two weeks ago, I was actually surprised and shocked by the outstanding professional services that was offered here. They organized events very well and gave my niece an incredible experience. I also noticed how they were constantly cleaning and sanitizing often for the safety of its customers. Spend time and bond with your kids here. It is an exceptional experience.
Weve been there a few times, my 3 year old loves it there! The staff are always nice and the snacks weve had are good. The only feedback I have is that its a little confined, perhaps they could consider opening up the party room for parents to sit to free up the lobby as it gets quite full with people and strollers. Otherwise I love it there and will continue going:))
Very dirty, it feels like no one is cleaning. We were here 4 times early in the morning (10am) and there was always garbage on the floor. There are no batteries in the toys, many toys are broken. Very disappointed. Waste of money (20$ per 2 hours, seriously?) this is not an accident, but a pattern.
Nice and clean place, kids love to go there. But its really cold in a winter time. Floor is ice cold and back room is not heated at all. We’ve been there 3 Saturdays in a row- same problem. After asking to make it warmer 2 heads out of 5 of split system were turned on. They made absolutely no difference in the next 1.5 hours.Someone was complaining about the same issue already, looks like nothing was done to fix it.Otherwise its a good place to spend with the kids. Everything looks new. Last year we rented it for the birthday party.
We were here today, first time since the lockdown. Yes the place is clean. But... multiple kids over age 2 were not wearing mask. One of the girls kept on coughing and the boy was sneezing all over. I complained to the front desk employee, to address it and she did. But 10 minutes later kids had masks off and parents didn’t care. I am not trying to be difficult but in time like this if people can not obey the rules they should not be allowed. I lost my father to Covid and I take it serious. And it’s not fair that my son has to wear a mask and he sees other kids running without. Also I didn’t see anyone follow 2 hour rule. They say it’s 2 hours limit, and this is how they control the crowds. Most places we have been have time slots tickets now.
Our favorite favorite place ever!!! Our 6 year old has loved it here since they opened a few years ago! We had our sons 6th Birthday here in October and the staff helped decorate, didnt rush us. All of the children had an amazing time! The food is amazing! The popcorn chicken is the bestttttt ever!!!!!! Everytime we go we order 2 orders with fries. The coffee is delicious too, as are the salads.Always kept extremely clean. They run hipaa air purifiers. The owner Cathy is the sweetest person ever!!!! Respectful, kind and understanding! Exactly how a business owner should be!!!Even my husband and I play with our son the entire time we are there because its THAT fun!!! So many things to do, so many toys to play with! Our economy is hurting right now, business is hurting, the weather is cold..take your children to play at this amazing, wonderful play place where a kid can be a kid..and an adult can act like a kid again ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
First and foremost the kids had a wonderful time and that’s what matters is making them happy but at the same time I noticed a few things that was a huge concern of mine such as The environment being cold everything they served at the front desk they didn’t serve anything but hot tea, chips, ice cream & little snacks. The place is insanely overpriced on the paper says a different price but when you go inside they’re charging you $20 for two kids and $17 for three children I find that to be a huge rip off because the paper they gave me stated different it says Admission ticket $18 a child and $15 for three or more children that’s not nice. Once you walk inside and see what race is at the front desk then it all makes sense why they charge differently and being stingy to warm up the place for the children... The bathroom water was cold so they’re looking to save money but at the same take more money I wouldn’t bring my kids back again.
I like this place. It is kid-friendly as well as parent-friendly. The place is pretty clean, especially the bathroom (as compared to other indoor playgrounds). Theres clearly separated areas for the play space and the cafe, which means theres clear areas where you can keep your shoes on. The adults get to sit with their laptops, chat, and enjoy a cup of coffee, while the children play to their hearts content. They check for childrens temperature at admission to ensure no child is coming in with a fever. The cafe food was alright. Theadmission price is a bit on the high side, but it is unlimited time once you get there. I think overall it was worth it.
This place is great. The staff is awesome great place for kids to come and play. Very clean. They check all the kids temperatures before they are allowed to go in the play area. So dont bring a sick child in for all our sake. Brooklyn is getting really expensive everywhere so dont complain about prices.
The place is pretty fun. My toddler LOVES it. And $18 is a good price if you stay a few hours. The food is meh, and theres a $10 credit card minimum which is a pain if you just want another coffee or something small. They provide socks for $1.50 if you forget them, which is pretty great.
Just had my daughters 6th birthday party here and everything was amazing. The place is beautiful and clean . The staff was super helpful and hands on . The play area looks small at first glance but once the kids got in it was more than enough space for them. They had great time! The small space actually makes it easier to watch after your child. Loved that the attendants are in the play area to keep extra eyes on them . They also take temperature before letting kids in and that made me feel safer . Overall awesome place for parties or just to let you child play around. Im already recommending it to people. We had a great experience here!!
Pleasant experience for adults and a fun ruckus for this kids. Staff are polite and courteous. Price is very fair especially for the NYC area. The food there is splendid. From what Ive had so far, the bubble tea and milk tea is really good.Only complaint (and this isnt in regards to the staff or the venue itself)would be customers and restrooms: by that I mean the customers can sometimes leave the restrooms very worse for wear. Again, this isnt on the staff as they do their damndest to keep every inch clean. They work very hard. Just be sure to have some Clorox wipes or let the staff aware of a restroom issue, theyll be on it tip-top quick.
Hosted my sons 5th birthday party. Rented out the place on a weeknight. My kids had a great time and the birthday boy enjoyed every minute of it.Everyone is so incredibly nice. Very much helpful. Everything is kept very clean. The staff was very attentive. So happy you guys opened up in bay ridge. Great place for kids and family fun. Most definitely recommend.Thank you again for a great experience. Will be back soon.
Had a blast! The menu is small, but the food was good. Had popcorn chicken and sweet potato fries that I shared with my 3 year old and my husband had chicken Cesar salad. We also had iced Americanos, which were good. They take the kids temp before they can go in the play areas and check for seriously runny noses or signs of a cold, which was awesome.
Had my four year olds birthday party there. Everything was perfect from setup to finish. The party space was roomy and clean (and so was the bathrooms). The catered food from Firefly was delivered quickly and was hot and delicious. The staff was very friendly and attentive to all our needs and even provided takeout boxes for our leftovers. Cathy the owner is simply the best. She took care of us and we really appreciate all her help. The cost of having a private party wasnt inexpensive, but worth it. My wife and I had no regrets. All the kids loved Fairytale Island, from the toddlers to the pre-teens.
There is no better or richer activity center that encourages any level of parent participation from minimal to maximum (if there is such a thing). Its the most sanitary and health conscious play area where temperature of each child is measured before being allowed to play along with sanitizing the toys and humongous ball pit. Also excellent room for birthday parties. Bring your children here and relax while they enjoy endless hours of fun or join in with them and make the experience extra special. Bravo Fairytale Island, Bravo!!!
Just threw my son’s 1st birthday and everything was perfect. Service was great, place was clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They allowed me to come in and set up the morning of the party and they cleaned up after. Price was reasonable. Highly recommended and i would definitely throw another event here.
Had my sons party there tonight and I couldn’t wait to rave about how truly amazing this place is. We booked a private party and Cathy was truly wonderful to work with. This place is so clean and well kept. The children didn’t wanna leave. We used their catering options and the food was absolutely delicious. Thank you Fairytale Island!
Visited last week with my 1 yr old. They open at 10am but staff get in just before few minutes to open the place. And they dont have auto heating system so if you go in early, the place is freezing. The floor and overall area takes awhile before it warms up. I like the concept and $18 for unlimited access for the day is pretty good but I dont see younger children being there for more than an hr at a time. Some pros and cons to the place but Im not sure if I would visit again. Maybe more suitable for older toddlers.
Only downfall is $18 per visit. There is no time limit, the avocado toast taste amazing, lots of things for kids to do such as a sand play area, ball pit area, wall climbing, play kitchen / shopping area, slides, and ride-ons. Good for toddlers And I would say kids up to about 8 years old. They do have a very small party area, good food choices, candy, ice cream is good especially the raspberry chocolate, they have cupcakes and the usual kid food choices. They have Wi-Fi if you need to get some work done while the kids play, extremely clean and they also check every kid for a fever upon arrival to make sure they are not playing around other kids while sick. Staff are extremely nice, courteous, Pleasant, and polite.
Love this place. I like the fact they check to see if the child has a fever before going in cause I hate when parents take the kids out when they are sick, Its crazy to me. I mean they still let in kids with runny nose and coughing but you cant win everything. Does get bust when kids get out of school so earlier the better. If not you will have a lot of big kids mixing with little kids. I havent done the party there little pricey but it would be better for a small kid party not kore than 10. I like that they sell food there to seat and eat but then you have other cheaper restaurants around the area. Little pricey to get it but has a lot of stuff for kids to be entertained.
Good local indoor playground. Been here for a party and play date, our boys enjoyed it. The older one will probably out grow this place in a year or two when he hits 8 yrs old. The is a room for parties, option to be private or open play party. So far its clean and tidy.
I love the playroom and the theme of the place. There’s a lot for the kids to do but one of the workers yelled “calm down” at my daughter when she was frustrated trying to open the door which he monitored. She was excited to see Moana arrive and was anxious to get out of the play area. When I told him not to yell at my daughter he told but she wa screaming. I had to remind him that she was Child and he was the adult. Never received an apology or nothing. This gentleman like most of the staff barely interacted w the people or children especially staff in children’s area. They were like expressionless. If you work w children, your energy has to on full blast. Not on the phone looking extremely bored opening and closing doors or cleaning up We were here for a birthday for a friend. Place is not that big and doesn’t accommodate a big party We had to stand to eat. They birthday roomWas also tight especially for the character who came and had activities planned. Staff needs to work on their customer service
Been there a couple of times already and every time the staff always has a nasty look. My child has autism and they are very quick to react to him and scream at him and he starts to cry and wants to leave. It is a childrens playground you should not be yelling at a child especially if we are paying $18 to be there. Other children are making a mess and not following the rules but still target my child. Very disappointed with the unfriendly staff.
I gave this place one star today and unfortunately it was because of the cashier. Ive been coming to this place for over 2 years on a regular basis and I was extremely disappointed with the cashiers unprofessional behavior. I ordered food and it took almost an hour to get my fries. I was told by the server that it was due to the stove not working properly. She was extremely professional and courteous so I waited patiently based on her professionalism. She stated that the food was taking longer that expected and I asked if I can cancel because my baby was getting cranky and we had to leave. She told me the cashier said I cant cancel but she asked if I can choose something else. I then went over to the cashier who told me her name was Zicky. She said I was unable to change the order because it was already in the fryer. She said it with such a nasty attitude I was in shock of how an employee can speak to a consumer in that manner and she refused. Thereafter, I tried waiting a few more minutes and again it was delayed and the baby was screaming at this point so I went back to the cashier and told her the delay was due to the stove. She agreed that it was and told me that she cannot assume that I was not willing to wait that long for my food therefore she will not change it. After pleading my case and then demanding a refund she yelled and asked why I didnt ask for the refund in the first place. She never offered that option when I first spoke to her, however, she did it in such an unprofessional manner even the customer next to me was saying how rude she was. I love Fairytale Island and ALWAYS had great experiences with the place as well as that staff and I was disappointed to see someone with that demeanor deal with customers at the front. I understand policies and procedures in businesses, however, the manner in which Zicky communicated it was unacceptable and I would lover to see her reprimanded for her actions.
Update: The service has definitely improved over the past few months. The place is very clean and the food is good. My kid and I are morning people so we usually show up a few minutes before they open which is 10 AM and they havent been late and always open before 10 AM. Glad they learned from their mistake and understand opening and close the hours indicated are important.
Great place nicely equipped. .complaint is the heat.. ac is barely running..the thermostat was on 80 F which is uncomfortable for kids who are running. Let me correct myself as to owner response We did see an ac at 68 was on and it was the only one working ( by the sand box ) and 2 closer to play kitchen and megablocks play areas..non were actually ON along the ball pit. .. thank you
Went for their great review. Here’s one. My sons foot got stuck in this place today on meta platform with rectangle openings past the steps to the sand playpen area. Staff looked the other way, ignoring until my wife voiced herself to at least get ice! Ice! Forget about the need for medical attention. Not only that, several kids were completely out of control and knocked my son off of his feet, and yet no action was taken. Maybe understaffed, but the place was a complete mess, disaster, plainly stated - a zoo. If you don’t believe me please reply to the post I will show images of the injuries and medical report from CITYMD and referral to emergency room.
Changing hours every day to different hours they don’t have a steady schedule MY kids wantplay all day on weekends and they close at 6 pm some days they close at 1:30 pm and some days they never open the owner claims to just make excuses saying they’re doing maintenance which are basically all lies!!! I think they don’t want to hire more staff and they close when the business is slow and go to there google account and just change their hours — ADVICE TO THE OWNER HIRE A PERSON DONT BE CHEAP WHO WILL TAKE CARE OF YOUR BUSINESS ALL DAY SO YOU DONT HAVE KEEP CHANGING HOURS and MAKING EXCUSES!!!
So this place has a lot of policies and for a place like this most of them are common, like no outside food or drinks. So I go to this place today and pay $40 on my credit card to get in. After about an hour my kids are thirsty so I go to buy 2 waters and a coffee for a total of about $5. I go to pay and Im told there is a $10 minimum for all purchases. So now I just spent $40 and I cant leave my kids, to get cash and cant take them out to get water bc then I have to pay $40 to get back in.So basically they trapped me to make me spend $10 minimum. It wasnt until I wrote on their Facebook wall about this incident that the manager approches me ( an hour later) with a cup of water and says I just read you Facebook post you may not have been here before bit that is our policyI politely reject the water (because it was just in an open cup and I didnt know where it came from) and said that I have been here and even spent $800 to have a birthday party there. And while I understand the policy I have already spend over the $10 they are asking with my ticket it.Long story long, if you go here bring cash, but TBH unless your kids a toddler there are safer and much better places to go.
18 dollars. Didnt honor the online ad for 14 dollar entry plus free ice cream. Other than that, the food is not kid friendly unless your 1 year old eat avocado toast with poached eggs or chicken salad or paninis. Its not a big place. Store front setting. Employees are nice. And they are constatntly cleaning. So thats a plus. Other than that feed your kids before going.
My goodness the bathrooms in this place is worse than the public restroom at McDonald’s !!!!! The smell the urine all over the toilets the soup bottles filled up with water!! Horrible!!!! For $18 an entrance fee you need to clean those bathrooms!!! Escpecially where kids go into!! Will not be returning !!!!Reply to owner“We do 4-5 checks a day on the bathroom” if you do those checks we were there for about 3 hours Saturday and those bathrooms looked like they haven’t been touched in weeks! I wish I took pictures. And no one changed the soup bottles filled with water .. I highly doubt any parent would allow their children ages 1-5 to play with soup bottles and I highley doubt kids at age know how to open them they’d be there for quit a while if they tired to.
For $18 a kid you would expect a lot more. Its extremely small and extremely dirty. The pillows and seating is disgusting. I can guarantee you they havent washed those pillows since they first opened. Why wouldnt they wash or swap out the seating covers and pillows they have there? They have this swing with blue cushion and its so gross!!! You can see the dirt that has accumulated from over the years. Its a shame its the only place in bay ridge that offers an indoor playground
The owner Cathy is a true passionate genuine caring person/business woman. This place is amazing for the little ones, (and for those who are kids at heart ermm like me lol) the food is also very tasty, weve tried everything and love it but our usual are the fries and popcorn chicken!! Try them, 8 promise you cant just eat 1! 😉
Coins: They don’t let you even hide from the rain with your kids if the place is booked for a private party. You are not allowed without socks but they gladly sell you socksThere is a strong mold smellPros: cleanThe toys are mostly in a good shapewish they had hour admission
My son was waiting all day to go here to play. The hours said they close at 8pm. When we arrived @5:05 pm. we were told they were closing in 25 minutes for a party....... Now my 3 yo old is so excited to get there I asked ok can he play till you close? I was told in a very nasty manor it was $10 dollars for the 20 minutes. I drove 10 miles to get there and I think such things as a closing time change should be posted on the internet.NO STARS IF IT COULD BE DONE
Parents.. please keep your kids belongings in a stroller. We went there on a rainy day and when we were about to leave i realized that another parent mistakingly took out pair of shoes instead of his/her child (ours was placed far on the opposite side from another identical pair of rain boots). So we ended up leaving barefoot. I understand FI is not responsible for lost items (even though ours was NOT lost), but they were too busy with upcoming party to bother with any type of accomodation/concern
Overcrowded 1to3 yrs old kids werent safe playing with the older kids, they sprayed smth that smelled really bad ,the young lady who works there closing the doors of the cars with her feet, parents pushing toys with their feet ,music very loud most important the price compare to the space is tooooo high
Well it’s an Amazing place for Kids but when the place is packed its Just crazy I think they should rearrange a bit Also something that Made me Furious was that a Grown Adult had been Yelling at my sisters On how They had Kicked his Daughter on purpose which Wasn’t the Deal and had waited until I sat down to yell at them I had shown him a video of what really happened then proceeded on letting his Daughter hit and Throw Balls at other kids

2022-02-22Its a medium-sized establishment split into 2 things. A cafe and a play area. The cafe area is spacious and bright. The toys could use a little love. A little revamping. There is a sand type pit. A ball pit. Slide, trampoline, and a little back room with more domesticated toys like kitchens and such. Its $20 with a 2-hour limit. More than enough time to tire the tyke out. The ladies wear masks and take your temperature. All in if you dont expect to walk into a Fairytale or Island, you enjoy it because your kid is.I take my 18-month-old and stay close to her. She enjoys it as much as the older kids. As expected, the older kids are running rampant, and I do not expect them to stop or slow down in the middle of exactly what they are supposed to be doing.....playing. So stick close to babies 3 and younger. It goes upto 7 years old I believe. Dont quote me on that...but all else, you can.

2022-01-21Excellent for toddlers! Clean, fun, not too big, not too small. Great party space and fantastic staff. Im beyond glad we had my sons third birthday here.

2022-01-23$20 for 2 hours per kid.$17 per 2 hours per kid with 3 or more kids 8 and younger.$2.50 per ice cream scoop. Ice cream is good quality and refreshing in the heated indoor stale air.The playground itself is good. Plenty of things for kids to do. If you have multiple kids of similar age they will not be bored here. They also have a party room to reserve for birthdays ect. Well worth it when its too cold to go to the park which this winter seems to be everyday. Enjoy.

2021-05-30My kid loves this spot but unfortunately, they seem to not care AT ALL about COVID / safety / capacity / social-distancing protocols. Luckily my family and I are all vaccinated so I felt reasonably safe being there, but I would be loathe to recommend it for anyone in a high-risk category. When we were there, there was a birthday party of about 10 - 15 kids all wearing no masks (between the ages of 3-8 it looked like), and the place was FULL. I made sure to sanitize my childs hands every few minutes. The toys and amenities are pretty clean and seem to be in good shape.

2022-05-10I like this place a lot but more importantly my child loves this place. there are different sections with lots to do and play with. The only reason I don’t give it a perfect 5 is for two reasons: 1) General cleanliness is good but could be slightly better, you find trash in the ball pit at times.2) I wish there was some kind of age limit, or capacity limit or maybe even certain times of the day that are age exclusive. The only thing that puts me off coming back at times is the fact this place can fill up like Grand Central Station with seemingly no cap on numbers. It feels almost dangerous when it’s packed in such a confined space and on these structures. But most of all there are BIG kids crashing and rumbling in. Even on week days at off times when they should be in school there’s huge kids who look around 7-12 years old slamming around the place around our small infants. In the worst cases even trying to bully our small children. My son has been bullied here more than twice by much older kids, forcing me to intervene. I know this falls back on the parents themselves but at the same time I’d love for my two year old to mix with kids around the same age and to not have to worry about this issue.

2022-01-25Really nice place . My 2 year old had an amazing time . The only reason I’m giving it a 3 star is because they don’t take Covid guidelines serious . Most of the parents didn’t have a mask on . Woman had strollers inside the play area . I think strollers should be kept out of the play area . It was super crowded as well . I think they should allow a certain amount of people .

2022-03-30The place needs to shut down for a day for a good scrub. Everything is covered in dirt or ripped. The kids play kitchens were all barren with no play food. My kid did find some food and toys in the ball pit (so dangerous!). Bathroom had no soap. Food is overpriced. The cheap attendant also charged 0.05¢ for a spoon. Will not be going back again.

2022-03-14The place itself is beautiful....That said there were many unforgivable issues...The first is there were simply toooo many people!!!While I understand there is no longer a mask mandate, whether its for COVID or just pain safety, there were well over 100 people there and it was simply beyond fire/occupancy code as well as common sense.Additionally, there were absolutely NO staff in the general play area.....Anarchy prevailed with sandbox contents being thrown and left throughout the entire facility......In most indoor playgrounds we have been to there us staff that will consistently restore imaginative play areas throughout the day allowing kids to feel safe, comfortable and respected....What made this worse it that when we went to leave at 5:30 there was NO one at the desk to share our perspective with...This facility with 25-30 kids at a time and proper cleaning intervals would truly be an awesome thing.......its up to the management to take heed and not greed......We truly hope they will...
