Frank Falleti made us feel like family from the very first second! He worked very hard to get every single detail worked out for us and did it with a smile on his face the entire time. We had been to other dealerships and with them you feel like just another number walking through the door, but at Falleti Motors they truly care about you. This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had!! We will most definitely be recommending Frank at Falleti Motors to all of our family and friends.
I was full of anxiety because I needed to replace my beloved F-150. Brian Jackson at Falleti Motors was extremely helpful and patient. He answered all of my questions in a professional manner, yet maintained a great sense of humor. I found a wonderful used car, a Honda CR-V, and the buying process was smooth. Brian even had new tires put on the Honda, plus an oil change, new wipers, new filters, with new brake pads and roters. Falleti Motors is a friendly, local car dealership, and I highly recommend them (and their mechanics) to anyone buying a vehicle.

ANOTHER great experience!My family has purchased twelve other vehicles from Falletis over the years, and today I purchased my 07 Toyota Corolla, which will be my second car from there as well. We have worked with Frank for years now and trust him completely. He only brings in the highest quality cars, and sells them at great prices, so that people in this area can benefit from that. I cant thank him enough for finding me this car, and I can only imagine that my next car will be from there as well!
My family, both sides, have been buying vehicles from Falleti for years. The team is honest, helpful, friendly and always gets you the best deal possible. You will quickly see why they get 5star reviews across the board. Bumped into a low mileage Honda CRV that he had priced $1500 under the normal msrp. Figured it was to good to be true. Falleti Motors had nothing but good reviews, had a clean car fax, so I figured I would check it out. I dealt directly with the owner, Frank Falleti. Great guy. Professional, friendly, honest...he even personally drove the car to my mechanics garage (Zyrbles Automotive) for them to further inspect. Kevin put all new rotors pads and tires on the car, basically making the car next to new. He priced the car without any need to negotiate. Of course I tried. Frank got me a good rate on the loan, with a 5 yr bumper to bumper 100,000 mile warranty, which I can use at the garage of my choice. He also has a 90 day return policy, how do you beat that. Next car I buy will absolutely be from Frank.
I will always buy my cars at Falletis. Frank makes the often stressful process very fast and so easy, truly the service could not be better. A great family business that provides personable and professional service that often-times in todays society gets lost along the way. We were working from a distance with Falletti and it was still very easy to do. We got exactly the car we wanted and they made sure to deliver on time. In fact the car we were supposed to get got damaged in the whole process. They went to bat for us and got us an even better car at the same price for the trouble. It wasnt any trouble for us though, they did it all. Gotta love that integrity!
We were looking for a good quality car for a good price and we looked all over with no luck..until we happened to check out Falleti Motors! We were able to get a 2015 Toyota Camri at a fantastic price. Falleti Motors did the work for us and we were able to just drive the car away with no hassles. Dishonest!! In summer of 2021, I was told to total my car. That was false information. It is 2022 and I am driving my car. That man should be fired!

Review of Falleti MotorsOn our last visit we purchased the fifth used car from Falletis for my family. I also took my dad to them to purchase his own vehicle. What I like best about Frank is I tell him what we are looking for in a car and the price we want to pay and he makes some very good suggestions based upon our driving style. In addition he always contacts us to make sure everything is ok and we service our vehicles there. I would not buy any used vehicle from anyone but Falletis.

Frank was able to find a great new box truck for our company that met all of our needs and price point. There was a minor issue with my RAV4 when I picked it up. I spoke with Frank the following day, and he was extremely apologetic and went out of his way to make sure the issue was completely resolved, and then some! I have never returned to any other dealership to buy a second vehicle, but will return to Falletis when I am ready for a new vehicle again. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others.
I contacted the salesperson (Brian) after lookong at the inventory online. Selected a few cars to test drive which he had all ready to go once I arrived. All of my questions were answered. At the time of purchase everything was explained. And the paperwork portion was a breeze. Great car buying experience!
Let me first start by saying that I am very pleased with the 2007 Ford Taurus I bought from Falletis. I highly recommend them to my friends that need cars, and so do all of my friends that have purchased vehicles from them.There is an awesome story which led to this purchase. I was in a car accident which totaled my last vehicle this past winter. I was unharmed, and miraculously did not hit anyone, and nobody else did either. The very helpful police officer who responded to my call did not give me a ticket due to the cruddy road conditions. LOL, even the tow-truck driver told me God has his hand on the whole situation. Geico gave me pretty much what I put into my last car, even after the $500 deductible, and I needed that money to buy this car. When I found my car on Franks website, I knew I had found my next car. The reason I have been using falleti motors for years is because of their great customer service and affordability. I take both my vehicles plus my daughter and mother take their vehicles to them. From oil changes to big jobs they have the techs that i can trust to do a good job without draining my wallet.
Service is very good with knowledgeable mechanics. Labor rate is reasonable. You can depend on their being honest.
The car i purchased was fine but after 3 years the sensor for blind spot failed. Be carful if they sell you the extended warranty. It covers almost nothing. They claimed it was due to road salt and did not cover it. The Waranty cost me 2100.00
Always prompt and friendly. I also bought my truck here and it was the best experience out of the many dealerships I visited when searching for a vehicle. Labor rates are reasonable and staff is not pushy.

I never review anywhere but I drove out here from the city and the salesman that I had to deal with never even introduced himself, was completely apathetic, and disinterested. This guy didnt even open one of the cars I was interested in seeing he literally just pointed to them in the lot and I walked around the outside attempting to see through the tinted glass while he stood back on His phone giving me general approximations of Mileage and prices with no real clue. He didnt offer me any contact info or make the slightest attempt to legitimately sell me a car. It seemed that I was more of a burden to him than anything. This is why people go to the big places.Oh yeah, and the car I went to go see had already been sold but was still posted online....

2020-04-15Very poor they have sold me a car that Has an oil leak, Lifters making noise might blow up at any minute if I would drive it which I haven’t !! I’ve had the car for one month not able to drive it Also the top has a hole On it and will leak If I put it out in the weather here is proof they Won’t respond to my text won’t respond to my emails won’t respond my phone calls.

2020-07-07I have purchased many vehicles from Frank, each time with wonderful professionalism, care and always a fair price. The most recent is a 2020 Toyota, brand new and perfectly equipped with my preferences. The process took as long as necessary to meet my exact needs. Additionally, their service department has always gone above and beyond when working on our vehicles. The best place in Western NY for new and used vehicles.

2017-11-15This was the first car I purchased. Brian was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Before I took it for a test drive he made me aware there was an issue with the brakes, but it would be fixed before I purchased the vehicle. The day I picked it up, everything was exactly as he promised. Being my first experience buying a car, he made it very easy. He explained all the paperwork as I was signing it and made me feel comfortable with what I was signing. He even set up the financing for me, which was a big relief. Overall, an excellent buying experience.

2015-06-15We have been having our cars serviced at Falleti Motors for about 3 years now, but this was the first time we purchased from them. Frank was great to work with. We got a great car at a fair price and they all hustled to get the whole transaction completed in less than 24 hours so we could take the new ride home for the weekend. I would suggest that if you are in the market for a used vehicle, stop and talk to Frank and you might just avoid the stress often involved with buying a car.

Frank Falleti took the time to find exactly what I wanted/needed and managed to keep me within my budget, without having to haggle back and forth. He offered a good deal on my trade, and took the time to work through different financing options.The service staff did a great job with the vehicle prior to pick up (wash, wax, fluids, detailed interior, new brakes/rotors), and offered assistance beyond the point-of-sale. Traveled a good distance because they had the exact vehicle we needed and Frank ensured that we were not disappointed. 2018-04-24This was my first time ever buying a vehicle from a dealership and it was the complete opposite from what Ive heard over the years! Brian made the experience fun and he did exactly what he said he would do even after the sale! I had a few minor issues after purchasing my new truck and they took care of everything without hesitation or hassle!
