We had a marvelous New Year Eve dinner with 12 of our family. Food was the best. Our server was outstanding.

Great menu and service. The food is first rate in quality and taste plus large portions. Especially unique are the homemade sweet carrots - most delicious!
Came here on recommendation of a friend. Had a reservation for 6. At 645 a group that had a reservation for 630 were sat ahead of us, despite there being ample open tables. We were told it was because they said they were so hungry they might fall over. Once we were seated I cant say the service was anything other than average. As far as the food goes neither of us thought it was worth the time or money. We will not be coming back again.
Dining at Fallettas is always a wonderful experience. The food is to die for (their strip steak is a must) and the servers are always kind and more than willing to offer suggestions. I would highly recommend coming here for a nice dinner out. They are closed on Mondays though, so plan accordingly!
My family and I just had an amazing dinner at Falletta’s. As an Italian myself, I am always skeptical about the food. But their sauce is absolutely delicious. The portions are so large, it may take days to finish. I ordered the seafood medley and was given a large bowl of shrimp, scallops, mussels and clams! It was divine! My kids ordered the strip steak and devoured it! The food was absolutely delicious! Service was amazing as well! Will definitely go back soon!

Thank you to the boss for buying our party a round of drinks for our long wait for a table. BUT, it was well worth the wait. The vegetables were piping hot and cooked to perfection. I had broiled haddock which was hot and not overcooked. The meal tasted great! Our party of four really enjoyed our night out. Thank you for making it a relaxing evening out! We will be back,

Beautiful old house on a large gorgeous property. Everything I tried was delicious. I finished half my wifes chicken florentine, after my 18oz ribeye. I was miserably full and it was worth every second!
Dinner tonight was incredible! I had the Chicken Florentine which was cooked to prefection...the chicken was so tender! My Mr. Had the steak which was large enough to feed our entire family and again that too was grilled to perfection. I must say that of all the Cannolis I have ever consumed in my life... these were by far the best!
Limited gluten free options. Gluten free pasta was unavailable with the suggestion that we call ahead to ask if they have it. The chicken parmesan was supposed to be made gluten free but had to be remade after it wasnt, my wife had nearly finished her meal by the time mine arrived. In the end they didnt charge me for my meal. The food and service in the end was good and it was nice outside dining. If not for the gluten free issues I would rated it higher.
Not happy at all. Very understaffed, which I understand in these times. However, they shouldn’t overbook, it was almost like “who cares” if people stay they stay, if they leave we still have a bunch of people waiting for tables. I can only imagine how long it took to get served. Waited and waited, no-one seemed to care. We left and went to Luigis.
We attended a memorial recently at Falletas and was very impressed. A buffet was very good with a pleasant serving staff. Social distancing was well practiced. it is a little far from home, but would consider another visit.
The chefs here are amazing at what they do! I believe the cook tonight was a young gentleman by the name of Nate, 10/10 amazing job. We ordered veal parm, Pasta Alfredo, Chicken Artichoke, and Chicken Florentine and it was all amazing. Their poppyseed dressing is immaculate as well. Great service and even greater food!!!
Love the ambiance and the motif. The food was delicious, we received our food in a timely manner. The poppyseed dressing was awesome. Everyone enjoyed their meal. We had plenty to take home because the portions were massive. Blake was our waiter he was very knowledgeable about the menu, overall nice kid.

Hands down the best strip steak Ive ever had. That includes Russells and it doesnt break the bank. Tasteful atmosphere, perfect for casual or date night! I have yet to try something that I dont like here. 🤤🧐💯👏👏

They didnt have an onion to put on my salad that took 35 min to get. lettuce and a tomato. no balsamic. no gluten free pasta. no rice for risotto. got a steak forgot the crumble blue cheese. asked for seared scallops. got 4 gross freezer burned boiled scallops on top with no taste but freezer. great building and woodwork tho. wont go again. Lombardos all the way!

Mussels very good...fish fry plentiful but coating too thick, fish was fresh though. Pot. Salad excellent. Chick parm v good. Two had sandwiches, was hard to eat because bread was so thick. Sat outside was very enjoyable. Service was very slow. Were there 2 hours for dinner with six people.
Grandmother of 4 taking her 4 grandchildren to for their annual Christmas Dinner. Reservations made in advance for 6pm on 12/22. Show up - no room for them. The guy at the front desk (beard with an earring) says theres no room for you - they hang around for 30+ minutes - guy says were busy lots of parties going on go talk to the bartender, I dont handle reservations. Eventually, they leave and find wonderful Aroma on Main who welcome them. I called on my mothers behalf and spoke to Ron. Ron said we would never do that, and he would talk to the guy with a beard. I said well what can you do for my mother ? He says well, what do you want me to do ? She didnt hang around and ask for a manager! He continued, well, if she hung around, I would have bought her a dessert. I said, well she couldnt hang around as she needed to feed 4 children. I said you should call her an offer her a dinner. Ron says, I wont do that, were done and he hangs up. Well - we will never go there again and hope those who read this dont go there as well.
Hubby and I went for restaurant week. Food was delicious. My eggplant parm was perfect and my husbands steak was delicious. Their house salad dressing is amazing. The server told us they used to sell it but they couldnt keep up with demand. I can see that because I totally wouldve bought one if available.
Food was amazing! I had the chicken parmigiana and she had the eggplant parmigiana. The chicken cutlets were the best I’d ever had and she said the same for the eggplant. I would have given it 5 stars but the sauce that was amazing was not enough needed more.

And the food is absolutely delectable. We have been going to Fallettas for the last 20 Years Way back when they were in Kenmore. We have never had a bad meal at Fallettas! Nothing but excellent!
This is probably one of the fanciest, most elegant and beautiful places I have ever visited. Dim lighting, nice red and wood colors, full bar, fantastic Italian style menu an excellent service. I only come here for special occasions. Birthdays, Easter, etc. The cannoli that they serve is to die for. Honestly, just writing about this place makes me want to go there again. Be warned though, they serve large portions. I dont just mean that their entrees are large, but their appetizers and desserts too.
Where to start? The garlic bread with cheese is incredible. The building ie beautiful and well appointed. Live piano in the foyer, nothing but delicious food, we had the veal parmesan. It was wonderful and HUGE with lots of pasta, fresh hot dinner rolls too. Waiter service was superb and attentive. Deserts were incredible and also very large. We will be back!

Food is generally good and the service is good in the restaurant. However take out is always hit or miss. The latest time I placed a take out order, they took twice as long as they told me over the phone and I didnt get everything I paid for. I was missing a side that I paid for. I was in a rush to get out since they took so long that I didnt see it was missing when I grabbed the order. Additionally the servings for the entree are not the same size with take out as it is in restaurant, even though youre paying the same. Please address this with your kitchen and takeout service!

Went to fallettas for a father days dinner. Service was Good, but the food left me wanting more. Some of the people in my party had pasta dishes and asked about the difference between the two red sauces on the menu as the time we were there previous the sauce was to spicy and out waitress told us that she would use the other sauce as it is not spicy. The food came out and the sauce was still spicy. I was planning to have a party to be planned here I may have to rethink that unless they can come up with. Pasta sauce that is not super spicy for people that cant handle the spice. I love spicy food and to me it was good but for a lot of people it could be to much
Fun place for Ladies Night out! Huge portions - ask for a box. Larger group accommodations. Impeccably polite service (ask for Eric!) And our group was incredibly...LOUD! We were still treated VERY congenially.
I gave one star because of one thing. I have gone to Falletta’s many times when everything was great but this time my wife asked for extra sauce for her pasta and I was charged $2.50 for a half of a soup cup of sauce. The waiter didn’t say anything about the extra charge. I was asked if I wanted more rolls at least three times, was I going to be charged if I wanted them? Was there a charge if I wanted more parmigiana cheese? I just don’t understand why you would be charged because the pasta was dry. They just lost a good customer for $2.50.

As I sit at home and eat the leftover seafood medley I took home, because the portions are so grand that I cant even finish it, I reflect on the atmosphere, the wonderful staff, and the simply outstanding food and cocktails I enjoyed yesterday. When you eat at Fallettas its like sitting down to Mrs. Fallettas family table. Cant wait until August, my birthday, so I can enjoy it again! If I can last that long!!
Came here right after the new year, loved the holiday decorations and how gorgeous it all was. Seated right next to a fire, very professional wait staff and incredible food. Highly suggest the alfredo! They could lower music volume a tad because the spekser behind me would occasionally max out

BY FAR... some of the best food Ive ever eaten! The homemade meatballs are to die for, enormous and served in a bowl of sauce of which is covered in melted cheese that goes down as deep as the bowl it is served in! Their chicken wings (poppyseed medium) are so unbelievably, mouthwatering delicious! There are just no words to describe how amazing the food is. Im a creature of habit so that is all I usually get... let me tell you, it doesnt sound like a lot of food but it could feed an army!! Cant ask for a better time than eating at the bar on a Thursday night with Star as your bartender!
Was very disappointed especially when we only had 3 drinks 2 wines and a beer deep fried stuffed peppers which Ive never seen before,$12 for 4 little cups of blu cheese total bill for 4 people $212 will not be back

A fantastic family owned Italian restaurant. I went there for Valentines day and everything was great. The food was good, the staff prompt, and they even had a valet.They make special homemade raviolis on Sunday.

After choosing to dine at Fallettas for New Years Eve, I was highly disappointed. I ordered the New York strip with shrimp for $59.99. I ordered the steak medium well. The first steak came out rare; cold, red, and bloody. After waiting for 15 minutes for our waitress to return I let her know the steak wasnt cooked right. She took the plate and sent someone else to the table with a terribly burnt steak that could barely be cut into along with the original shrimp and potatoes which was now cold and covered in blood from the rare steak. The 2nd steak was inedible and went untouched. When she offered to box it I let her know it was inedible. I also let the host know of my terrible experience while getting my coat. Not once did one of their employees apologize or try to do anything to correct the mistake. I am very dissatisfied. I certainly will not be returning and encourage anyone considering dining here to rethink their decision. Bad food is bad enough but at least can be corrected. Bad customer service when they refuse to fix their mistake is unacceptable.
This is, hands down, the best italian food in Buffalo. My wife said it is the only food that reminds her of how her [very] italian grandmother made food. Its an upscale restaurant and the dishes are more expensive, but each meal is easily the size of two meals. They have a homemade poppyseed salad dressing that is fantastic, free bread, and the best food in Buffalo. I would pass up my own birthday party to go here.
The food was excellent. Our group was in the larger room off to the side. The service was rather slow. Our food took a very long time to come out. We arrived at 6:15 and we were driving home at 9:30....

Older building but beautifully cared for and decorated. Food portions are big and the staff takes good care of its customers. Not the cheapest place to eat but you wont also feel cheated.
The eggplant parmesan and chicken parmesan were excellent. Huge portions. But the cheesy garlic bread was our favorite. Andrew and the other staff were very friendly.

2021-10-15I’m not one for expensive dinners, but this place changed my mind. From the outside the whole ambience reminded me of some little fairy garden. The inside is covered in the most beautiful wood paneling I’ve ever seen and the floors, my God the floors. If you appreciate quality decor, you will love the inside of this place. The bartender was extremely knowledgeable and definitely knew how to make a drink. Dinner was amazing. I had the special which was scallops. Very easy to screw up, but the chef made them perfectly every last one of them. The portions were out of this world. The bowl my fiancés food was served in could’ve covered his entire head. I had leftovers for days. Yes it is on the pricey side and yes I would recommend dressing up but my god is it worth it.

Treated like royalty, did not look at us as we entered, looked at their watch and walk into their kitchen like Carmines did, grateful for that because we immediately came to Fallettas which will now be my favorite place to go and I tell everyone the same.

2022-04-15I have never been spoken to worse in my entire life. I called and inquired about booking an event for 50 people. The man on the phone whom I assume is the owner told me, “this is a restaurant and we are very busy, you think I have time to book your event for you?” And then proceeded to swear at me and laugh, then hung up on me. I proceeded to call back where I asked him why he would speak to a potential customer that way. He then continued to swear at me stating that he doesn’t have time for my inquiries. I am disgusted by their customer service. I would recommend NEVER booking an event with them as I couldn’t even get further than an initial phone call without being sworn at.

2020-07-11The food was perfect. Not only was the quality superb but the portion size was something out of Super Mario Bros 3. Maybe world 4, where everything is otherworldly large. The staff was all very nice. We got there too early because google says they open at 3:30 but they dont. They open at 5. We will definitely be going back. Highly recommend!

2021-12-20We love Fallettas!! The power went out and the staff and ownership jumped in to serve us a great meal. Even though we couldnt get exactly what we ordered they served us family style which actually turned out to be better than ordering individually. Great Job!!

2021-12-30I love Falletta’s, tonight was not a great experience. I was out to dinner with very good friends and my husband. My dinner was forgotten, so therefore I was eating by myself…….. I would have thought I would have at least given a complimentary drink, no nothing. So disappointing.

2021-12-13We had the best experience at Fallettas!! We actually went in the middle of the recent wind storm, power goes out, and everyone at Fallettas improvised to make sure we had a great night. The food was awesome, as always, and Ron made the entire night, hes awesome! Cant wait to go back for the millionth time!! Such a great restaurant!!
