The apartment was ideal for a visit to New York City. Nice and well located very near Central Park, there were many good restaurants nearby. Our agent was very helpful, and everything we could think of was provided, everything has been absolutelygreat. I definitely recommend this firm, famgroup.

Broker was really helpful and loved the furnished apartment that I got when I relocated to NY. I only moved out as I wanted to move to a more permanent unfurnished place. I stayed in the same building though, because I liked it so much!
I enjoyed being served by FAMGROUP during Spring of 2014. In addition to other things luxurious, my deposit was returned timely. The truth is that I had forgotten about it and suddenly came an e-mail that my deposit was ready. Being many miles away in Africa I pondered how to receive it. Then FAMGROUP agent suggested that she could deposit it in my Bank account in New York, which she did. You need Home Away from Home? FAMGROUP is the place to be. Thanks again.

2014-12-05FamGroup was extremely professional, and helpful finding me a short term apartment rental in NYC for the entire summer. I stayed in two apartments and they were both great in prime locations, they even agreed and returned my security deposit on the day I moved out at 7am! The service provided was absolutely great. Famgroup is the best!

2015-09-10I full-heartedly endorse and enthusiastically recommend FamGroup! My family and I were very fortunate to be assisted by FamGroup’s services. They not only found me an ideal apartment in the exact neighborhood that I wanted - and handled everything professionally at all stages of the rental – but they also attended to some of my needs while in NYC. I could not have found better service and assistance anywhere! In addition, the apartment was more beautiful than I could have expected – even after having seen the photos. The building was fully prepared for my arrival and also helped to make my stay as pleasurable as it was. I look forward to using FamGroup in the future.

2015-06-18Me and my sister stayed with FamGroup for three months and we would highly recommend it! The apartment was very central, we could reach anything within a few minutes and the area was very nice and safe as well. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. There was always someone to help us out whenever we had questions. FamGroup is definitely the right organisation to contact if you are looking for a nice place in New York!

The Broker was so helpful and I easily reached FamGroups personnel whenever I needed. They made my stay comfortable. I could not have found better service and assistance. 2015-07-15My son had to stay in New York for a summer intern job as he was on vacation from College; Famgroup did a fantastic job in finding an apartment exactly where we wanted, few blocks from my sons work. The apartment met all our needs (nice, safe, quiet, well equipped and at a very good price level, considering the privileged location) and the cleaning service was great. I have to mention that above all, the quality of the SERVICE that Famgroup provided me: very high integrity (they walked their talk), prompt responses to my calls and requests. TOP NOTCH. I have no doubt that Ill use Famgroup again and again and recommend others looking for a stay in NY to do the same. Youll not regret!

2015-01-11Absolutely Recommend the Famgroup! Through all stages of the process, Famgroup was incredibly professional and made looking for an apartment almost too easy. Every action we had to make on our part Famgroup was prompt in getting the paperwork together and making the process as easy as possible for us. Even after we had signed the apartment, Famgroup was check in on us and make sure everything was functioning in the apartment correctly.I have used a lot of brokers before, but I promise you that you will not find another firm that is as personal, friendly, professional and dedicated to you as Famgroup is.I know that I will be using them again when I am looking for an apartment.

2015-08-21They were able to find me a great apartment on short notice. The agent I worked with was extremely professional, courteous, and super responsive. Having lived in NYC for many years, I generally find looking for an apartment to be a walk on the dark side but this was a surprisingly pleasant experience!All around, professional people!

2015-01-11I had a great experience with FamGroup, I rented a studio furnished apartment in Chelsea, and everything was great; easy booking process, the apartment was clean and well located, and I received my deposit on time as they promised.
