This place is convenient, friendly service and workers who Respect the Covid Law and aint afraid to call out a person who is not following the law period. They ready to save their lives and the lives of others visit this place its like no other period...
They have a variety of products, I was surprised to see that they carry the horizon organic milk that I love. Their prices are affordable and reasonable and the staff is nice. Ill be coming back again.
Vastly improved in just about every way than it was 2 years ago! Clean, orderly, and a well-stocked inventory. This is one of my go-to stores for a variety things, from personal care products to household items.
Usually I find everything I need here and everything is great. But theres this new lady they hired that does nothing but talk to her friends and she makes the line longer than it need to be! Other than that the people here are willing to help you if you need to find something. Items are usually well stocked.
Filthy!!! I’ve been in here 4 times over a 2 year period and each time the store was a mess and just filthy ! Yuck!

Lack of customer service to answer phone calls and their inventory is always low. Shop at Family Dollar in North Tonawanda, they promptly answer phone calls and their inventory is good with good customer service.
District manager apparently told them it was okay to clost at 915 pm when there supposed to be open til 10pm. Saw about 5 to 10 people get turned away. This is how you loose business. No ones gonna come here if your supposed to be open and can see customers inside being cashed out.
Love this place. Im here at lest 5 times a week got everything I need. Workers are on point an are always willing to help people out if they cant fine it. The best part is if they dont have it they tell you some places that have it or should have it.....Very helpfulKeep up the good work
There pretty god staff could be more friendly,some of them seem mad sometimes,but i understand too though working in places like this for that little money.they need raises and they need a list for the OTC clients.
Decent little store. Everything here is reasonably priced and you get more for what you pay for. I miss the area rugs they used to sell dirt cheap though. Other than that, good store

Slow kinda shity most of the time youre waiting online forever as the people who works there are carrying on a conversation usually about how much they hate working there. Theyve closed early ive been locked out as much as 20 min before closing time . Just a horrible shopping experience
Family dollars employees didnt have a mask on . Only one employee had their on . If the sign says everyone has to wear a mask to enter the store . They should have to.
Are you planning that big party and you wanna really jazz your place up so that it will be the party to end all parties. Well if you are if you head on over to family Dollar you’re guaranteed to find some sort of really good stuff for this party to end all parties.

When they run sales, the stores need to order a bigger supply of products. Airfryer for 30 and if you have the mobile app its 5 off and three stores were out. Niagara, Virginia, Utica streets. No rainchecks which sucks so the price will be 50 and Im better off ordering from Amazon 👿😠
Employees are rude and dont know the sales or the coupons for their store.Manager is obnoxiously rude and when you need them, they take almost twenty minutes to find them.Store is unclean and not stocked well. Totes are broken and lids are missing.
Always busy but adequately staffed. Good stock always and always have clearance. Cant complain always meet expectations and Im in here numerous times a week.
Family Dollar is a great store to shop for anything for a house cleaning supplies down to clothes. And cheaper than most retail stores..

Was well staff clean found everything . I needed was very pleased thanks for asking.
They recently renovated the insides, bringing it up to par from its formerly ghetto interior. The pricing is fairly cheap and fair, and there is a large variety of brand name and off-brand food.
Relatively good experience with satisfactory service most of the time. I have been there on occasion when theres a problem with their card-swiper at the check-out however...
I like this family dollar store on Elmwood and Virginia. It has reusable bags. And the employees are knowledgeable and courteous.

Employees were not wearing masks at all despite a sign outside strictly requiring incoming customers to be wearing one.
I like Family Dollar. They have a lot of nice stuff, and household essentials, cheaper than anywhere else.

As far as Family Dollars go, this one is okay. There is one on grant and forest that is very rough so Im comparing it to that. Its still a Family Dollar so dont expect too much.

2022-06-07Store is very clean, organized; everything is streamlined and flows nicely. All the staff there are polite and helpful, and have no problem directing someone to an item or an aisle theyre looking for. I also like how they let me safely secure my bike in the front vestibule.

2021-01-04I truly would give a five star except for the fact that I heard that two employees got in trouble and written up for going the extra mile I guess theyre supposed to close at 10:00 and although they did notify us me and my wife that they could get in trouble for allowing us to remain in the store at the checkout counter trying to find our cards or enough cash to pay for our order which was all totally mine and my wifes fault! Seriously we did not intend to get anyone in trouble but we thought it was very courteous and high customer service for them to prolong the time for them to stay at work in order that we could get these vital things we were purchasing, because it was vital it was a last minute thing we got to the store at 9:51 and did some super fast shopping of all of the various essential things that we needed plus it was just ahead of the Christmas day Spirit Rush and so we really really appreciated the high customer service and the patients and the extra mile that these two ladies showed us I highly regret getting them in trouble and I hope that somebody sees this post to understand that they really were just accommodating us the customer if they would have thrown us out it would have been very very sad for us and we would have had to go on very very far in order to get some of the items that we were able to purchase conveniently at family Dollar thats why I love that theyre open till 10:00 as opposed to their competitors everything was easy to find and the women were very very nice patient accommodating and informative to their possibly getting in trouble I think they should get a raise! But if you want good customer service if you need help finding things if you want to know whether the store has what youre looking for or not these two ladies do their job well! I would have given them a five stars except for them getting in trouble I hope I can raise it up! Thank you ladies! You helped our family

2022-05-19Kinda ghetto but the staff are friendly and Ive never had an issue there. They do tend to run out of bags so take one of your own. They also stay out of stock on items for a long time.

2019-10-20I used to come to this Family Dollar pretty often since I would be in the area shopping at Price Rite. Always clean, never too busy. Staff are okay when they want to be but it has been awhile so maybe everyone is different now?! Just your usual FD so everything will be stocked and ready for you to buy... even the things that you DONT need that will send your bill up just a little bit there. Its always a good time shopping at FD!!!
