The only employee there...allowed a woman with a dog in and she wasnt wearing a mask. The employee didnt say anything!

2021-06-12I bought a shirt from here when I got home I found a stain on it so I wanted to exchange it, when I went to return it the very next day the manager Adrianne was very rude she accused me of staining the shirt even got a co worker in on it, wouldnt exchange it after I asked several times she refunded my money and told me if you wanted to exchange it you shouldve brought it when you came to the register honey. Very rude and unprofessional I wont be going back anytime soon.

2020-07-01I really dont go into Family Dollar very often... Im not sure where any are except east syracuse but I hope they all arent like this one... the store is grungy and yucky, they really should be ashamed of the place... I went into it a couple times this month looking for specific items but I will not go back the whole place is just a big mess

2020-05-21Walked in and perched my items and wet to leave and the alarm went off. As Im standing at the door i showed him the item that made it go off and he said ok. I was standing outside and he asked to see what was in my pocket(the receipt with change) and I was insulted.

2021-01-15The store manager is a danger to the customer i was accused of shoplifting there by the manager he would not call the police i had to call the police the police knew i hadnt stolen anything told me to call corporate then they proceeded to have a talk with him about grabbing people
