Terrible time management, location is never open on time. Customer communication /service is poor. Store is always filthy and smells. Store is also infested with rodents. Drug transactions are consistently taking place in or in front of store.
Got to do better with the paying lines getting to long when you have other employees working the floor and able to help move the line along. Especially on holidays.

I love family dollar store i always go buying at family dollar i enjoy the cheap price they have there food stuffs cheaper everything there has good prices also free parking & the employers are very sweet.

If your supposed to be open until 9 pm why is it that I went to two stores to buy one thing at 8:15 and both had there doors locked

2022-03-10I am used to a lot more options when coming here. They usually have many more options for the kids. Hope things will improve soon since it is a really great store.

2020-12-06The staff was completely ghetto. There wasnt a cart or basket in sight. They had regular patrons behind the counter having personal conversations on their cell phones. I do not like going to this location. From now on i will travel out of my way if i ever find a need to return to family dollar

2021-11-17Stores pretty empty seem like they dont stock anything in stock then you got managers Im outside smoking pot and being disrespectful to customer its always drug dealers chilling and inside

2021-07-16No card or shopping bags, and after struggled with the groceries at the check out there still no bags, I carried my groceries in hands thanks God I had my kids with me and they helped hold some in their hands too

2019-01-19Store aisles are too narrow for more than one person to go into at a time. The female that was working today I dont know if she was a manager or not but she didnt want to help me at all, she would rather talk to a guy who didnt work there. The male cashier was very nice. Then walking out 3 black guys were standing and I literally had to shout excuse me so that I could get past them. I understand its Lyell Avenue but they need to go see their drugs somewhere else. I told the female in the store and she djdnt do anything. I only went to this store becuase it was closer.

2018-09-01There are 2 registers yet only one is ever open every single time I go. Workers are unprofessional and wont hire more employees despite having a now hiring sign up for months. Ive seen one new employee just recently and they appear to be someone the other employees personally know, so that would probably explain why.

2019-08-02New to the area, but I am very concerned by the lack of accessibility for Deaf/HOH folk. Considering Rochester has one of the highest Deaf/HOH populations, why are there no signs that alert customers that no bags or bookbags are allowed? I suffer from hearing loss, and I did not know. It seemed like I was intentionally ignoring the manager(s) making me feel like I am in the wrong. On the other hand,the associates are polite and deliver great customer service, but the manager(s) could do better.

2017-03-24The midage black lady currently working there now is just rude and nasty. She has poor customer service skills and cost the company $50.00 today. She wouldnt cash me out because she told me to leave my purse and I refuse too cause of the personal info in my purse. I was on the phone with my husband telling him what happened and she had a smart remark and my response was I wasnt talking to you mind your business Im on my phone. The absolute worst experience ever. Some minority women get a position and take it to the head. Chill cause its minimum wage and shes in a uniform. Terrible employee at this store the other cashiers and staff are nice and Ive never had that experience in this store.
