Shelves were poorly stocked.
Slow the good workers they had they fire them. Its a new attitude there. I have been going there for a few years. But no more tried to get in touch with the supervisor and it kept going to voicemail I will find me a new store this is not the place anymore

Unorganized and the cashier was rude I purchased a item that clearly had a sale sign but did not ring up on sale ..he said he does not do the pricing and would not even check if it needed to be fixed ..

If you are in a hurry this is not the place to go! There is never more than one cashier up there at a time and there will be at least a 10 minute wait to cash out.

2022-04-07Staff is always nice. It was well stocked. I did try to call, but no one answered. The cashier says the phone doesnt ring out in the store.

2021-05-23The floors was sooooo dirty to be located in Greece. The employee was so nice and very helpful. When I came trough the store entry I said WOW this is a dirty store. Location was convenient. I stopped in to get a graduation card. I give it 5 stars for the employees and 5 stars for location but 1 star for the poor cleaness of the store! =3***

2019-02-25Great variety of everyday products. Clean. They were out of my dog food 😭 I had to substitute I hope theyll eat what I got. I dont like that you have to use a coupon from your smartphone. I had trouble downloading the app. Who wants to go to the store and stand there waiting for an app to download and then search for the coupon you want why dont they just use a card that you can swipe like other stores

2019-08-31Most of the places I go in Rochester suck. Everyone is so rude, but not at this Family Dollar. The employees are so nice & helpful. This is my go-to store simply because the customer service is wonderful.
