Great customer service, the store was clean and everything was easy to find.

Theres a Chinese place right next door to the dollar store but yeah there is a dollar store in the plaza theres a little Plaza over there and I go by there and good Chinese food every once in awhile but right next door there is a dollar store

Its an average place to shop the only criticism I have is the policy of making shoppers leave book bag and backpacks up with the cashiers while you shop it makes you feel like a criminal

2021-10-21I had the worst experience going to this family dollar. The staff was being mad rude because I wouldnt put my bag in the front with my Nintendo switch and my Acer Chromebook down in the front and I only come for a few items. I will never go to a family dollar again. Im going to be doing all my shopping at rite aid for now on.

2021-11-17Terrible staff staff is the worst staff I’ve ever encountered in my life!! No shopping carts because staff use them to hold inventory they haven’t shelved rather than having them for use for customers this place and the staff is soo ghetto it’s sad fire the whole damn team

2020-11-18I personally dont have a problem with the Family Dollar in my area except for the fact that theres too many people in line and theres too many people walking around and theres not another cashier open but for the most part things are well stocked and the people are friendly but its just not enough people when its time to cash thats my only dilemma

2020-02-23Im done with this store! Its unorganized and I never fail to get cheated one way or the other ,either they dont bag all of my items or Ill purchase something not full or short an item I only go there cause its close to my job but never againIll travel far and wide before I step foot in this hood store full of thieves on registers.

2018-10-03Wont be going here again. Horrible employees. 5 employees and 1 cashier today - all in the way of customers. One of them is mopping the store without a caution sign with a line of customers. Standing in line and the rude cashier tells me to move out of a customers way.

2019-11-01This store is the absolute worst store in city of Rochester.All the employees are rude.. Dont help when ask for it..I witness a male employee be so rude to a elderly woman.. It was horrible. Get rid of all the employees.. And hire people that want a job and can handle customer service.

2017-08-07They need to enforce a dress code for their employees. The girl at the register was about 7-8 months pregnant and looked like she was wearing a crop top. Her tiny shirt was so lifted and tight that I could see two inches above her popped out belly button and all her stretch marks were exposed. I really didnt want to be grossed out while just trying to shop. I threw up a little bit in my mouth. How hard is it to provide employees with a red polo shirt that fit? If she was wearing a womens medium, she needs an XL in mens. Somebody cover that poor girl. It must be humiliating to walk around so revealed (maybe thats how she got knocked up?).
