Please do not eat here. The food that I bought today smelled and tasted rotten. The chicken was half blank inside, and the spring rolls were expired, tasted like they had it outside sitting for a month. It’s been about 5 hours since I bought it, ate about 5 percent and I still have heart burn. Disgusting 🤮
Out of the huge number of Chinese restaurants in Yonkers, this is the best. To top it off, the staff is SOOOO courteous. None of the other restaurants have friendly staff.
The food is fresh and good, also the staff is friendly.
I came here for lunch and I got the Citrus Salad which was essentially an artisan salad. It had candied walnuts, salsa verde and kohlrabi. For my main dish I got the grilled sea bass which had potatoes and bacon and garnished with dill. Very well cooked and refreshing.The food is always served hot. And quick service at all times. They are very attentive with every order.
Do not order from here first they forgot my order 2 times then the 3rd time se said it was on the way. They took 2 hours to get my food from a place just 6 minutes away and on top of all that it was not my order.
I particularly like there soup, its large, its hot and its filling. But with all restaurants and Asian cuisine, I am always mindful of sodium content!!!After, there soup, I am salt free for 2 days! 🤣🤣🤣
I love this place!!! Me and my family order from here all the time. We even dine in. The food is great and the staff are very pleasant and gracious. Even the delivery people nice but can do better with the time.
Very rude person and staff when dealing with your order over the phone. They are only nice to you when you go in person. I always order from here but I have a really bad experience when placing my order. I normally eat here everyday. Now that’s all over I will have to find me a new spot to eat. I will never eat here again.
Food taste ok to be honest The food two blocks up is way fresher I don’t eat meat and I ordered cheese wonton with plain rice and crab sticks They sent me over some unknown meat wonton I called and told the female that the order is wrong and if they could bring the correct order she told me that her delivery driver is not gonna want to come back and that she can no longer deliver to me after this. Bad service ( oh yah I live round the block I would never recommend anybody to go there honestly

2022-02-15Food is pretty good..service is not so good.Its almost like they want customers to get upset...I know that doesnt make much sense but while I waited 20min for chicken and rice, every other customer got upset for waiting so long also... only then will they remember to give you your order...no wonder they charge you when you place your order not after🤷♂️

2022-04-20Great little place! Got takeout the other day and had some delicious cheese wontons, vegetable dumplings, and shrimp and vegetables. The online ordering was also very easy, it was ready when i arrived and they even gave me two cokes i wasnt expecting! Very happy, will be back

2022-06-21Its convenient feels like a soup kitchen. Its not like in the picture. Lol I think this place just catering to workers in the area mostly. So its more like hey wanna go to the buffet for lunch today. Yes its a buffet style place now. Im Puerto Rican but the cashier seems nice lol

2021-10-14Mandarin Wok was closed on 10/13/21. Therefore, I decided to buy food from this restaurant (in person order). Since Mandarin Wok was close this restaurant had a lot of order. They were backed up with orders and very disorganized. All the staff were yelling at one another and the sad part is that they argued without a mask. I wasnt sure if I wanted to order from Family Kitchen because my few last experiences were horrible but I was craving Chinese food and so I gave them one more chance. All I can say is that this restaurant need to be reinspected. Their food taste old and spoiled. My boyfriend and I ordered boneless spareribs with pork fried rice and broccoli chicken with white rice. The boneless spareribs were burnt and they gave us spaghetti not Lo Mein. The Lo Mein missed onions, peppers and many more ingredients. The broccoli chicken with white rice was disgusting. The chicken tasted tangy and it had a funny smell. I thought it was the soy sauce. My boyfriend and I were hungry so we ate a couple of spoon of each plate. Our stomach did not sit right with this food. Fifteen minutes after eating their food started to involuntarily gag and vomit. Their food might have salmonella.DO NOT BUY THEIR FOOD.

2022-02-04Order simple pork fried rice no vegetables and ask for a lot of soy only. They put vegetables in my rice said I didn’t say no vegetables and said I have to wait over an hour for more rice. Never again. Next time I will pay in cash and be sure to check my food

2018-08-24This Chinese food was amazing and at such a low cost! We have gone there so many times! Weve recommended it to friends time and time again! The staff is super friendly and helpful and by the way the general tose (not sure how I spell it) is amazing! They give such large portions of food! The crab Rago is amazing and my husband loves the barbecued spare ribs!!!! And the barbecue french fries which Ive never had till then are to die for! If youre interested in going to this restaurant I highly recommend going! Dont think twice! I dont get paid to say these things so obviously its a great pick! Enjoy going there!!! Mwuahhhhzzzz!
