After our basement flooded we needed to hire someone to clean our area rugs. They picked them up on 9/2/21 for Shampoo, sanitize and deodorize. Fast forward to a month later and the rugs were delivered stinking of mold. They took the rugs back but I struggled to get a hold of anyone there. Finally, out of frustration, I wound up posting this review (except different) with a one star rating, but am now changing it because I received the rugs today and they were very clean and the color was restored. The owner also gave us a discount on our order, which made us happy. Thank you guys for pulling through and making this happen.
Very professional, they came to pick up three area rugs after our basement was flooded by Ida and the rugs were soaked. They moved them out of our basement in a very efficient matter. We were highly impressed with their work especially during an emergency like this. Highly recommend using Fantastic Cleaning, we live in the Ridgewood/Bushwick area.
Had my 5 x 8 carpet soap cleaned here. I used to walk over it with shoes on, but after they cleaned it, it looks like new. The color obviously looks more saturated and much cleaner. Great pickup and drop off service too. Highly recommended!
Great service! Restored my three old couch by shampooing. The technician came in and didn’t even try and upsell, but gave a professional opinion about the state of couch and offered the shampoo over only steaming. Friendly and fast too!

The best carpet cleaners around! I had my sheep skin area rug steamed and shampooed, and it came back looking brand new. Super quick and great quality service. Gary was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. Wouldnt go anywhere else.
I must admit, the stain on my carpet was bad and I doubted that it would be removed successfully. After washing the area rug and then a color restoration, you can no longer see the stain. I’m impressed! I’ll also continue using this company for all my carpet cleaning. Geni and Jurgen were excellent!
We worked with Fantastic Carpet Cleaners on a very tricky project. We had an over dyed rug that was poorly dyed and bleeding - it also smelled. Their team not only cleaned the smell, but did so while eliminating any dye bleed. They went above and beyond to ensure our rug was in perfect condition when it was delivered. Staff is friendly and pricing is very fair. Look no further!

I called in to get a quote for a standard steam cleaning for my guest and family rooms. I spoke with Richard, who was very friendly and walked me through the different options and prices they have, and I scheduled an appointment for that week. Their employee, Geni, came in and was very friendly, and offered an even more comprehensive cleaning option for an even better price, which I accepted. He did a great job and I couldnt be happier with the work. The carpet had at least 4 years worth of wear and tear, and now it looks almost brand new.
Fantastic Carpet Cleaning showed up on time.The person doing the work was very professional, and easy to work with. He looked over the mattress and informed me that it would need more than just a steam cleaning.Mine required a full shampoo and cleaning, as it has been in storage for 6months while we were away.He offered a discount on services to help wih the price, and we accepted.They did a nice job on the mattress, and I would use them again!Mike

Nice job guys! Ive got a pit bull who sheds like crazy and vacuum cleaner just wasnt enough to fully get rid of it all the hair from the carpets and rugs. They assured me that all the products they use organic, pet friendly so I hired them they deodorized and sanitized every carpet and the difference is crazy. Thanks for the help! They ruined a Fields area Rug- Lied and schemed to deny! I won a 15,000 case in Fair Claims and they have not paid yet! They now lied to Home Advisors to attempt to rejoin that org as they were kicked out

2022-05-29I found this company on google and they had good reviews. So I decided to try them out and prayed for the best. I had two area rugs one of them was Snow White and had very little foot traffic.when the technicians came they were informative and detailed on what to expect. When I got the rugs back I was amazed by the results, they looked like new. Glad I found you guys. The reason for the 4 stares is when I submitted a quote on your website I got no reply. I will definitely use Fantastic Carpet again but I wii call for a quote and scheduling.

2022-06-08Over the winter, my apartment flooded. I was on vacation and did not discover the foot of water that had settled in my apartment for over a week until I returned. My area rug was unrecognizable. I called Fantastic Carpet Cleaning, and they showed up and removed my area rug within hours. They repaired my area rug within a week and restored it to the rug I purchased ten years ago.Not only are they fast, professional, and efficient, but they are reasonably priced. I thought the work would cost an arm and a leg, but they restored my area rug for a fraction (1/4) of the price the competition quoted me.YOU CAN NOT LOSE WITH FANTASTIC CARPET CLEANING!!!

2022-07-03They couldn’t deliver on quoted time and charged extra for credit card.I run an Airbnb business. I wanted my guests to arrive with clean rugs so I contacted this place. They quoted me 10-14 days which was exactly what I wanted cause my guests arrived on the 15th day. The deadline got extended cause they told me they couldn’t deliver on time. If you’re running any kind of business, then Fantastic Carpet is not for you since they can’t deliver on time. My guests had to arrive without a clean carpet.Secondly, they charged extra if you use a credit card. This is the only company (aside from government offices) that I personally do business with that charges extra for using credit card.I got charged $520 for two rugs. The rugs came back decent. I had higher expectations for $520.

2021-11-13We have a toddler that likes to spill her milk all over the carpets and our sofas. So we decided we needed to get everything cleaned. I researched the best carpet cleaners in our area and Fantastic Carpet Cleaning kept popping up. Their reviews were all great. There were a few stains i wanted to be sure came out. He went over again patiently when i noticed there was still a slight stain. The cleaner took his time. Took him about 2 hours. The carpet cleaner we had his name was Rechep. Very thorough went over a few times and removed all my stains. They also cleaned our hallway stairs and landing for free. We recommend these guys!
