Very disappointed. I made an appointment days in advance. I asked to make sure that the barber that normally cuts my hair would be there and she was supposed to be. Instead I got an inexperienced rude person for a replacement. I will never do business here again.
Like to get my hair colored and cut here. Close to home, convenient hours, clean, great service. The girls do a great job on my hair. My go to hairdresser is Felicia. She is very nice and does a great job on my hair. Would recommend.
Took my 3 Granddaughters in this Afternoon. Twins that will be 4 on September 19 and a almost 2 1/2 year old. 2 of the ladies did a Fantastic job, the other one I am not so Happy with. My one Granddaughter got ahold of scissors and cut all their hair. Hers was cut the least🥴 her sisters she did a job on. The other Twin got the worst of it and the lady who cut her hair in my opinion good care less how she looked. She cut it and it was awful and I had her cut it again. It looks ok but I think one of the other ladies would of done a better job. This one to me had a careless attitude and No personality. I gave them 5 Stars for the 2 ladies im happy with. I didnt leave a tip for the one, she didnt deserve it. If I take the girls there again I will not let this one lady cut any of their hair! They were sweet, each girl got a First Haircut Certificat . We saved a piece of each of their hair which she gave me an envelope to put it in and a coin for the toy machine. I was very appreciative if all of that.
I live out of state and was headed to a wedding in Buffalo. The hotel wouldn’t let us check in before 4 pm to get ready, and with the wedding at 2 pm, I took a chance and called Fantastic Sams. They got me in immediately on a Saturday morning, styled my hair, and made me look fabulous in 25 minutes for $25. I seriously couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you!
Rushed, impersonal, felt like not much attention was given to detail. Unconventional, stylist asked me to flip my head over to dry my hair 🤷♀️🤦♀️
My daughter and I got our haircuts there last night, and Felicia did an amazing job! Its not easy to find a good stylist, but I just found mine! I will continue to go here for a cut.
My husband and I walked in the door at 4:04pm. I was going to have a cut and color and my husband was going to have a cut. We were told they could not color because it was 4 minutes after 4. With the amount of money we spend at this place we are very disappointed. They lost 3 sales and a good tip!!
The stylist I had was very nice.
Went in for an easy cut and left with the works of a 3 year old ... one sideburn cut and I have uneven cuts all around my head .. no clean up afterwards and overall just a very unpleasant experience I will never come back and cannot recommend this place over my 3 year old neice with her safety scissors
Took off more than I asked them to. Fortunately it will grow back. Hard to keep track of what theyre doing when you have vision issues and have to remove your glasses so they can work, then when theyre done its too late. All I could do was smile and pay them even though I looked better before I went in there than I did when I walked out. Oh, well, you live and learn.
Friendly girls, great with kids that are afraid of haircuts. Be sure to ask them for your token after your cut so you can get a chance to win a little toy (kids only). Also, specify in detail how you want your hair cut, if you dont, you risk not getting the look you hoped for.
I have had my hair shampooed, cut and styled at many salons all over the east coast, California and Wyoming, but for the price, this is by far the best salon, especially in this area.
Tiffany was great. Very personal and interested in who she is taking care of. And is interested in keeping a good conversation going. Some girls seem like they are being bothered when they have to talk to someone. Thank you Tiffany.
I came with my mom to get her done and mine there was a wait. But it was fine we shopped at tops next door in the same parking lot. It was quick. Very friendly there. .

Never had to wait too long, even after just walking in. I was specific about what I wanted done and they were accommodating for the two visits I had. Nothing bad to say at all.

My advice is go somewhere else....or at least make sure its All even and how I want it before you leave. Or you might be stuck with uneven hair for a week till they can fix it....

2021-04-10Im a balding man who dont want to spend large amounts of my day trying to make my hair do what its told. I can go into Fantastic Sams and get an inexpensive cut while they try to get control over my flyaway cowlicks. Its been a problem all my life except during the 60s and 70s when long hair was cool. The stylist have always took on the challenge and for the most part won. Once in a while they miss but most of the time Im happy with the cut. What brings me back though is the friendly conversation and the little things that they remember about past conversations. With covid restrictions in place they might take walkins if you happen to get there when they have an empty sanitized cutting station, no guarantees there so its best to call ahead. Same service just no one waiting in their waiting room. Especially now with Covid restrictions, Ive not felt unsafe while in their presence, I wear my mask and she wears her mask and gloves and I can see the sanitizing station by each cutting station. I will continue to go to Fantastic Sams every month as long as the state doesnt add extra restrictions that closes them down again. Good price, good cuts, and most of all, friendly great service.

2021-11-02My boyfriend went in today 11/1/21 and this girl was cutting his hair and he kept telling her it hurt and to be careful and he come out telling me it hurts really bad he proceeded to clean up and look at it and this is what I saw I’m furious of the poor quality and disrespect for a customer to do this and miss spots! Very disappointed with this place!

2020-01-04My daughter just got her very first haircut and was very excited about it. The hairstylist on the other hand was not. She didnt want to do anything. We told them at the beginning, that my daughter wanted her hair washed, cut, and styled. The lady that cut my daughters hair didnt want to wash her hair or style it afterwards. We had to ask her to do it.

2019-01-15I went here a long time ago & didnt have a very good stylist.Now I go every 8-10 weeks I have the best Stylist & she is more than that to me now. She spends the time needed on my hair which is more time than other clients, she makes she I am happy with everything. I enjoy talking with her & love the job she does Everytime.Handles stress very well as I have seen chaos in there before & she did the best she good to please her clients.I try to give her a decent tip & a Gift for Christmas as she means a lot to me. She has to work with my hair that isnt very easy to deal with & does it with pride .She is the Vest, If u are considering getting your hair done Ask for Dawn. I cant thank her enough.
