One of the best haircuts Ive ever gotten from Bruce,awesome barber.
I Had a 10 am appointment with Gardenia. She was ready and waiting when I got there. She took her time foiling, toning, cutting and styling my hair. She was very professional and kind. I absolutely LOVE the result, and she will definitely be my GO TO from now on!!! 😀
Very good customer service. I respect their level of transparency of the services they could provide for me and the pride they take in their work. Kind people and atmosphere. Tatianna and Devica were amazing.

I’ve never written a review before. BUT I AM SO SHOCKED AT HOW GOOD MY HAIR WAS DONE. The stylist named Devica or Devika was a lovely lady. I will definitely be coming back again.
Cristina does an amazing job and I would recommend her salon to anyone. No matter what hair type you have they can do it. She does my daughters as well which is very course, curly hair and it comes out looking beautiful. I’ve been to many different salons and Cristina is, by far the best!I’m so happy she’s bringing diversity to Fantastic Sams, where anyone can go no matter what hair type you have.
I drive an hour to have Joe color, cut my hair He is an excellent stylist very friendly, knowledgeable. This salon was very clean , well kept & all stylists were nice
Never go here, I went in for a simple trim 1/2 inch off 1 inch max I have nice hair not to many split ends and get it trimmed every 2 months. no layers and straight across.. She cut 3 inches off and its completely uneven, its choppy and two completely different lengths. If I could give this place negative stars I would.. She shouldnt be allowed to do hair if she cant do a simple trim. Im not sure if she was drunk or just completely incompetent.
Gardenia is amazing. Her color game is dope. Styling is on point. Great person. She listened to what i wanted but put her own spin on it and Ive never been this satisfied.
Audra has helped me get through tough times with my hair and made it look so much better which made me feel better too. She is kind and very nice. I love all the Fantastic Sam products and am so thankful they are not tested on animals.
I’m been going to this place faithfully and enjoyed the service. They have now lost 3 customers. My mother went there over the weekend, she has also been a loyal customer. To get color, they bleached her hair for to long and now it’s pretty much fryed. She left that day with blonde hair. She went back again and came out with brown and she went in to get gray. They were very rude about messing upHER HAIR and have no accommodations. Also would not refund the gift card I purchased her for her birthday. Never again
Hands down one of the best salons in the area. The stylists work with every type of hair at very affordable prices. I’ve been coming to Christina’s Salon for years and my hair has never been better! All of her staff is great but Belkis is my favorite! They offer a large variety of quality brands in hair care products! One stop shop for all your haircare needs!
This place is continually short staffed when it comes to wash and sets. I used to visit Salon Christina regularly and not sure what happened but its not the same quality service that I used to get. For the past 2 weeks they have been short staffed and not able to see me even though Ive been told to come before 5pm. I will NO longer be spending my money or time there. Poor customer service doesnt get my money!
Had a great experience here today. I was seen immediately without an appointment. My cut was perfect and the stylist was attentive and friendly. I would recommend this Fantastic Sams and will return again for my next cut.
This place is great .More specifically Gardenia (apologies for any misspelling) . Last weekend I brought my 3 year old in for a cut. Hes on the higher functioning side of the spectrum and we had been going to snip its for previous trims. It was also the first time anyone really cut his hair. It was beyond his shoulders and we took off at least 4 inches, so it took a whole .she was the most patient and caring person.Sheneveer got frustrated with us and more importantly with him. She just took her time and adjusted to all the movement he needed to make during his cut. It took at least 30 minutes Nd by the end he was pretty fed up with sitting there. She finished with grace and gave him the BEST haircut! I will be going back specifically for her, but all of the staff was warm and inviting .And they all took a turn telling us how cute he was. I highly recommend

Ive been going there for more than three years for haircuts. Find a stylist you like there and stick with them and its a great haircut at a great price.
Last night I called at 645 pm and asked if they were busy. I was told they had just slowed down and to come in for a haircut. I was there within 5 minutes (its only a mile from my house). The man at the reception desk barely looked up at me as I stated all of the above. He then gestured towards the waiting area and said someone would be with me. There were only a few customers in the place, but half the staff left as I sat there. 35 minutes later and no one had even acknowledged that I was there. They were to close in 20 minutes. I realized that even if I ever did get a stylist, they would be hurried, wanting to close. I went up to the receptionist and told him I had to leave. He grunted, never even looking up. Ill n never go back there and will let all of my friends know of my experience.The next day I called Michaels Hair Studio a and got an appointment for 11AM. Michael is friendly, professional and did a fabulous job. Definitely a better choice
I think my hairdressers name was Becky (white woman). She was nice and cared but a little bit too rough with washing and combing. I wish they had a price for color only (without cut).
I asked for a trim and to keep my hair as long as possible and they at least took 3 inches off. I also told them that I did not want a straight cut at the bottom of my hair and that’s exactly what they did. I wish I never got it cut in the first place. They took zero time to ask me what I wanted done I have to tell them as they were about to start cutting ( which was terrifying). The put no product in my hair and were very ruff while blow drying. Extremely upset, wish I never got it done.
Believe I got a scalp infection from here. Stylists go from client to client. Make sure they are using sanitized tools on you.
When i say it works on all hair types I mean it.The diversity is everything, there islways someone to help you. If you have children they can play with toys or watch a movie. They are very fair with the prices and give you the best. They actually look out for you. Ive been going there for years and will still continue going there.

I adore Orlando, he cuts my boys hair the best. Always a nice tight fade. Just long enough to comb on top. The guy at the counter, I didnt catch his name, cute, blond hair kinda spikey, fuzzy, has a bit of hair on his face, but not too much, him? He was so helpful, I was searching for a detangler, and they have a ton of products there, he saw me looking, offered suggestions, (so I wasnt paying so much) and even gave me a sample of conditioner and an empty spray bottle so I could make my own. I feel badly for not remembering his name, but hes the one who takes the name and sits them down to the stylist. This place is very close to casa reel, so make a day of it, and have lunch there, food is to die for. And inexpensive. Just sayin

I took my 13 year old daughter there she got a cut and a braid. She wanted her eyebrows done so I agreed. 50 bucks. A little pricey but they did a good job!

I came early but had an appointment and I’m still sitting here and people r walking in and getting done before me with no appointments and last week I came and they were closing when the door reads 6 I’m very unsatisfied I have coming here for years all I want is a wash and cut but it’s taking forever terrible service
So I went with my friend to get her hair light blonde. By the next day her hair turned yellow. After it was done, they told us they didn’t have the right color and mixed random colors for her hair. This purchase was $140. Don’t go here if you want blonde hair 😊
Went at 7pm tonight. Google hours say open until 8. Their website shows open until 8. Neon OPEN sign is on. I walk in and am told that they close at 6 and kid points to small paper sign on side of door that says 6 but doesnt even cover the regular hours on door which say... You guessed it... Open til 8. Wasted trip. This isnt hard. Be open when you say that you are in MULTIPLE places.
The salon accepted me on short notice, the stylist was very nice, making sure I was comfortable, establishment clean, parking available, prices reasonable and staff friendly and professional. Definitely will be returning.
He just chopped my hair off. I feel like going back and asking them to fix it . I came in with long hair and bangs that needed to be trimmed and shaped. He cut them straight across never looking at the shape of my face. I guess you could call it a text book haircut. No creativity. I wanted it shaped and trimmed

Fast and friendly service but I was not delighted with my final product. I had it done for a wedding and it started falling out of the style within the first hour. Also, very, very expensive for what I got.

Went 2 times for a skin fade recently. Both times 2 different people didnt know how to do it. The last two looked like helen keller cut my hair. Need to hire better people. This place is a comedy of errors
Sat there for 2hrs for them to tell me my sons hair was to ethnic for the barber. My 6 year old son was already nervous and they just said sorry after we wasted our time and the barber tried to cut his hair without combing it. Never again
There ok they arent consistent with there craft one day you get a good cut the next its horrible and when mentioned they say you have to pay for a new hair cut witch is 15 dollars and there the one whos messed up but other then that there ok if you need a quick trim

2022-02-05I just got the best haircut ever! I went in with a picture of what I wanted and Chelsey did it. Every time I get my haircut I wind up with a bob. She communicated the whole time and was so nice. Will definitely go back again

2022-06-04I got a wash and set and by the end of the night my hair wasnt straight anymore. I knew something was up when my hair was still really curly as she put the curlers in. I told her very specifically what I DID NOT want and thats exactly what she gave me. Waste of $60+!

2022-05-05I made an appointment at 3:50 for a simple haircut. I walked out!!!They had me wait almost an hour while I watched 5 people come off the street and immediately get waited on. I cried so hard!! I all wanted was a simple haircut!!

2021-12-10When I 1st got there I said no to a haircut because of the extra money and because of the time.Then I hear somebody say when my hair being washed that a haircut is included in my highlights. At that point I could not get a haircut because it was 730 they closed at 8. My appt at 4 but because of my red hair color it was taken extra time for my hair to process. I got no haircut. I do like my girl she good.

2021-11-27I went here today (11/27/2021) for a haircut/trim. I didnt catch the young ladys name who cut my hair but she rolled with all my different preferences & gave me the haircut I wanted. I brought up gel & giving my hair a messed up look so I wouldnt look so square. She did a great job going with the flow with the haircut. I was happy when she mentioned a fade & that she realized that I was sensitive to a comb over & DIDNT WANT ONE. Shes the one who gave me the haircut. It says only John on the receipt....so I cant properly credit her for giving me the haircut...only to say that she was a young lady (20s) & had light brown hair. Thank you for telling me about the $2 off coupon on my next haircut for filling out the review!

2021-12-08I have been going to this salon for awhile. Devika my hair stylist is always friendly, courteous and professional. I am always happy with her results. And everyone else there is also friendly and professional. I would recommend to anyone else to go there.

2021-08-30I called to get in with my hair dresser I have been using for a few years now. I was informed she no longer works at the salon. I was in a rush to get a hair cut. I went to Fantastic Sams with hope of something decent and reasonably priced. What I got was, A wash and condition, and a trim. I asked the stylist to cut off, dead ends. I have long hair. After my cut, I looked down at the floor. There was NOT even a handful of hair that was cut off. My hair cut was $27.00 (and yes I gave a tip as I always will) BUT, did I mention, I Walked out with WET HAIR because getting my hair BLOW DRIED was OVER ANOTHER $20.00. VERY Dissatisfied! I gave a 2 star because stylist was friendly enough! OVER ALL - BAD EXPERIENCE!.

2021-08-01Clean and amazing place, amazing service the workers are very sweet and gentle with you’re hair. Took about 30 minutes to cut my hair which is perfect I was in and out, definitely recomendable. For a shampoo and haircut they wash youre hair , brush it and then start cutting it, first haircut in 13 years and no regrets , awesome!
