Terrible. Staff are rude. 1 employee rolled her eyes at me. The other employee rushed me through my order so fast that I forgot to request something .One of the items ordered was the 10 piece nuggets. Only given 8. Also ordered a small fry. Only half of the little bag was filled with fries. Would appreciate getting what I pay for.Food was indeed hot. That was the earning of 1 star.

I felt like having McDonald’s fries the other evening so on my lunch break I went to the drive thru. We’ll for fast food it me 15-20 waiting in a line at the drive thru. Finally got my fries no condiments to eat my fries which I would let slide but most disappointing my fries were cold !!!! Cold to the point where I can’t eat it!!! So I wasted my $4.25 plus my break time!!! The service is horrible!!! TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES PROPERLY!!!!

Our kids love the food. We go here once a week as a reward for another good week of school. They usually get the order right and the lines moves relatively quickly. Four stars instead of five only due to the happy meal boxes being garbage. They dont close or keep food warm.
First location that had everything I wanted, can NEVER find a Strawberry shake.
Decent location, usually doesnt take long to get orders and theyre usually right. Accidents happen. (Missed putting the chicken nuggets in a happy meal, glad I grabbed an extra burger.) Also not grossed out by the freeze dried onions, theres nothing wrong with that lol.
After the dining room closed, on my way home from working late, ordered from the app to pick up. Got there and a bus load of students were standing at the drive through window picking up orders. Waited about 20 minutes in line.
McDonalds is a really good place to take the family.

Mostly good service. Only complaint is the giant pot hole going up the entrance.
Lobby was fairly clean. Bathroom wasnt bad. A change in staff while I was ordering. The manager/crew member was kind in letting me know that they didnt have enough apple pies and offered me the holiday pie. Drink station needed to be touched up though. Otherwise a good experience.

This is, easily, the worst McDonalds Ive ever experienced. They are agonizingly slow, rarely get my order 100% correct, and the quality is always off - even by standards of McDonalds. I give them 2 stars because their lobby is clean and ordering via the lobby isnt too bad. However the drive-thru is abysmal. I say this as someone whos first job was at a McDonalds - molasses in January is faster than this place. Partake at your own discretion, I guess.
Went in to grab a few things to try out. Used the order kiosk and had no issues with it. Only had interaction with one staff member who was Okay not overly friendly, but not rude either. There was quite a bit of a wait for the donut sticks but we didnt mind. The food was tasty and delicious

Second time I did not get my order complete. First time, ordered chicken nugget which stuff forgot to put it, found out when I got home,so I have to drive back for my nugget and it is 15min drive, they are not even a said a sorry. Second time, Ordered 40 pcs nugget but only gave 20 pcs, which is today, but I am not l going to drive back, and I will never go to this McDonald again, never ever. Worst McDonald’s ever.

See what $14 or $15 an hour gets you. McDonalds used to be a cheap place to stop for a meal with the family. Not anymore. It costs as much as a sit down restaurant now. No thanks. A paper thin burger.
The food is good as you would expect, but the service is always very slow. They need to spend some time cleaning as the tables are dirty and some of the walls too.Adding an update, due to convenience I went back. It was early morning and the place still is not clean. Also went through the drive thru and only got half my order.

We get the dinner box. Its has a ton of food ,plus I always have leftovers because who doesnt like a cold big mac eaten at the fridge early in the morning. The BBQ sauce is better with hot sauce mixed in. I wish they would get the habanero sauce back. Their spicy is never spicy enough. Yeh. Atmosphere in the drive through is ok. Never takes too long.
Slowest drive thru in the state
We were there at 10am on Sunday morning (before Thanksgiving). There were a few customers seated and maybe 3 staff. There was nobody else in line but it took surprisingly long - relative to every McDonalds Ive been to - to get 2 breakfast meals. Sad.

Nice McDs as far as they go. New remodels in most of their locations. Staff at about half of what it was, fast food is no longer fast and the prices for this are equivalent to better resteraunts in the area. McDs seems to have forgotten a particular niche in the market. Its expensive to eat there now.
Drive thru window customer service is sad!! The speakers need to updated outside, the cashier had no customer service skills nor did the manager at the next window handing out the food. A smile and a have a great day goes a long way!!!

Fine dining price. If you want something quick and cheap, go to burger king. $3+ for a four piece nugget and at burger king you can get a 10 PC. Just for $1.69 and its real chicken. I cant believe how this place has changed. Not getting another dollar from me! Ever!
Had a big breakfast and it was the worst one Ive ever had. The coffee tasted like bitter, foul bargain basement instant coffee. The ketchup tasted like tomato paste with a bit of sugar. Never will I go back there. The ingredients didnt taste like proper Madonalds food.
Everything is fine except their pop machine has got to be broken or growing mold cuz all the pop has a weird taste to it..its been like that for a while. Its at least coke and sprite bc thats what i got the last two times i was there within a month of each other. I wont go back there because of it. Gross.

Slow again. Seems like slow is their new normal. There were not that many people when we went through the drive through, no one in front of us and no one behind. Three drinks, three fish sandwiches and we had to pull over to the side and wait.

Good Fast Food Restaurant. It’s a McDonald’s but is better than a normal McDonald’s because it has multiple ways to order your food. The first is the regular counter but after you order at the counter you get a table marker and you go sit down where ever if you choose to dine in the restaurant. It is normal if you take out. The digital screen ordering is also an option you Ofer there and take a table marker and go sit down, as well as the drive thru. The food was ok but the restaurant was clean. The reason for the 4 star review is the mess up with my order I asked for no pickle or onions on my burger but it was still in it when I got it. Otherwise this is a good McDonald’s!

Around 9pm Im tired from work. Order some food to go. When I got home I open the bag I never got my 2 fries extra mayo and mcdouble I ordered. But got the rest of the stuff.Im disappointed. Dont go to this location how do give zero sauces for a 20 piece nugget. Employees too busy on their phones to pay attention to orders. Whoever the manager is needs to be checked.
Today I return home to find out someone decided to substitute hot fudge in sundae for chocolate syrup. If theres no hot fudge its better to be honest than assume some one wants to spend time or money on whatever you decide to give them. Customers should not always have the wrong items or have missing food they pay for. Thats been my expierence 50% of the time choosing this drive thru.

Place is clean, service is quick. I like the coffee and pies but its the only thing I can eat at McDonalds because of the amount of salt they use, I would end up having a stroke if I had the burgers.

I actually had to get OUT of the one drive through lane, pull into the other, place my order, pay for the order which the order taker confirmed, pull to the second window, where i was handed my bag, again the employee verifying my order, ONLY TO HAVE SOMETHING DIFFERENT. This place was super slow, yet super dirty. From garbage cans overflowing to dirty tables to ketchup and pop everywhere by the station. Not too mention served old cold fries...
Sat down for lunch inside, and just out of observation noticed the staff was very engaged with thier visitors and professional behind counter and you can tell they all work very well together as a team!
Went through the drive-through and they hung up in the middle of the order. Then we decided to go in and order, it took 40 minuntes but they forgot a fry with the meal. Then we waited again for 15 minutes and still nothing. Then we asked where’s your manager, and she said he’s on his break.

2022-08-12I know youre like yeah ok 5 stars for McDs. But we rolled up after Ziggy Marley and ordered $60 worth of food held up the line. Had to pull to the side to wait for the rest lol. The food was fresh and fast and the staff deserves to be recognized! 🙌🏾

2021-11-07I just ordered a Mcflurry on drive through. The cup and the spoon were both bloken. I asked them to make me a new one instead of this old one (obviously!!!) Guess what they did? They just put another cup on the outside of the original one!!!!😡😡😡😡 As I was driving through, I didnt notice this until I was home. Shame!!!

2021-11-06Ketchup dispenser exploded on me and manager didnt even say sorry here uses this wet towel they gave me napkins and told employees to come look at ketchup machine as it was a good training. It literally was on the wall, ceiling my whole shirt face hair wall behind me and floor
