The drive-through was extremely long wait . The person at the window Was rude . Then if I got half out water and we had be pulled to the side
I have come here twice and each time I ordered a large meal they gave looks and gave mediums-sized meals. Then the second time they didnt even give the right food. When I go out to eat it should not have to feel self conscious about eating. I suffered for years about eating and am still recovering, so when people do this it makes it that much harder. Definitely will not ever come again and dont recommend this McDonalds for anyone else. Very disappointing especially being i work in the food industry and I know that was beyond poor quality and service.
The dine in area smelled awful and the staff took forever to even acknowledge that I was at the counter.

Absolutely no customer service skills. The employee who “helped” me tonight at the second window literally said nothing to me the entire transaction (that took 5 or 6 mins of waiting - no explanation) and then just stared at me as I check through my bag. Lol, wow. I’ll go back to avoiding this McDonalds.
My first time here and the card swipe was not working but I paid at the register. They have a service where they bring you your food which is nice.
I stopped at the Mcdonalds at 1970 Kensington Ave, Amherst NY today at approximately 2PM. The service at the drivethru was the worst I have ever received anywhere, It is a two line drive thru, i waited in the outside line while cars were taken at the inside one. I finally pulled up to the window without ordering. At the window the woman dressed in a blue outfit promptly walked after stating something that was unclear. When she returned she did somethin at the register and told he how much I owed. When I tried to explain that I hadnt ordered she started walking away. I shouted for the manager and she replied that she was the manager. I tried reporting this to Mcdonalds but after going through the online verbal menu i was placed on hold and finally disconnected after 12 minutes. LOUSY SERVICE at MCDonalds!!!
Very poor service.waited ten minutes just to get coffee and McChicken sandwich.The lady was charging me 35 cents for a Honey mustard sauce.It should be free . She said dollar chicken , sauce is not free..
2nd time with in a week I ordered my usual number 3 double quarter w/cheese Large meal . And once again I had to throw out half my Sandwich because of under cook meat. Pink inside once again!!! Im getting to a point where I do not want to eat there again!Ugggggg..No sure whats going on? I gave it a 2 star because the drink and fries were ok. The Burger needs to stay in the Microwave/oven a little longer and Not so quickly rushed.. Cant even enjoy a meal once Im home!
Well, not the worst McDonalds Ive been to. The staff is friendly but can be a little forgetful via drive-thru but they always make it right. This has to be one of the busiest McDonalds and the probably the hardest clientele as I constantly hear order changes and modifications. The food has always been hot and fresh, no issues there just have some patience.
This is the worlds slowest McDonalds. The drive-thru and inside always take forever. The order is usually screwed up. Corporate needs to be involved. No matter when I or the family are here its ridiculous. I would give a zero if I could.

Why. Are. You. So. Slow?????This is truly the WORST location in Buffalo. You can be the only car in line and its still a 10 minute wait. Make sure you have a full tank of gas before attempting to get food here. Also the employees have zero personality.
The drive thru system is broken. It took them 30 mins to make 2 chicken McGriddles, 2 coffee, 2 hash browns. Always check your bag because it could be missing some orders. I waited 30 min for my order and it was missing hash browns. Had to go back again to wait another 5 min for it. This is not the first time it has happened. The owner need to step it up, hire more workers and rearrange the positions.
This place was awful. Ordered 3 haply meals and 1 cheese burger. Had to give them back the food 5 times. Happyeals didnt have chicken nuggets or fries. And then one had 2 apple slices. A guy argued that fries arnt included in the happy meal. We also waited close to 40 minutes in line. And had to continually give back the happy meals threw the window for them to fix.
A standard for drive-thru dining during a roadtrip. The egg McMuffins, sausage McMuffin with egg (an odd way to have to order; who gets this without egg?), and hash browns are always as expected. Now that they offer lattes, breakfast on the road is complete.
Staff was slow to respond at ordering and pickup. The tall black fellow that finally handed me my food was rude and dismissive. The fries were old. Decide for yourself. When I pay $10 for a burger and fries I want fresh food and a little smile goes a long way.
Wait in drive thru for 6 mins paid for lettuce and mayo. It had maybe 3 strings of lettuce sent back and i was sloppy .
There are only two reasons you can ever catch me at McDonalds, I have a deal or I am getting a strawberry banana smoothie (they are pretty good here). They are overly expensive for no reason, the food is bland and dry. Its feels like every couple years they add a dollar to the price of every meal while also making them worse quality, if this trend continues even coupons wont make me go to McDonalds.
Bad service. At least one employee not wearing a mask properly. Couldnt get me a receipt. Could barely hear the employees in Drive Thru. Errors on order. All in all, quite displeased. The only reason they got one star is the fact I couldnt give 0. And I assure you my name is not Kyle.

This is the worst Mcdonalds I’ve ever been too. Every time I go my order if messed up. Tonight my fiancé had to have our order of (one milkshake & a McFlurry) remade 3 times... AND ITS STILL NOT RIGHT!
Absolutely terrible. I waited an hour and a half for a doordash order, and the order was still wrong. Management was terrible, the employees did not act at all professional, the workplace conditions were not safe, and if I could, i would give them zero stars. Definitely never ordering food there nor accepting orders from there
Line was reasonable, but the wait didnt seem to match the line..... Was longer than expected. Did not get entire order and had to wait even though they actively looked at us several times and then proceed to give us attitude when we mentioned we didnt get something. Unfriendly, understaffed and not impressed.
Great location, love the changes to the building. Unfortunately, over the years, the service is slow, and my orders have a lot of mistakes. Check your order before leaving the drive-thru... Sad...but true. Last week, I did have the most friendly front end worker which is a plus, and saved this review from being a one or two star frankly.
Was forced to take my friend to the ER after some cute employee decided to put 20 pickles on a burger that was clearly labeled NO PICKLE, as she is allergic to pickles. You are risking your life eating at this restaurant if you have an allergy.
Floor was slimy and super slippery. They were mopping. Not enough warning for guests. Nearly wiped out and noticed another guest doing the same. Clean.
Had gone through the drive through ordering fish sandwiches which were not fresh at all same for the fries, called up the store and Jason whose the manager answered, was happily willing to replace the order and did so. Sometimes the other staff I have encountered at this location have not been the friendliest or forthcoming with replacing an order (hence the 4 stars) but I felt this should be acknowledged either way.
The drive thru had very bad service. They had cars waiting in line too long. When they should have told them to pull to side . So that small orders or quick orders could move on thru the line. And the eggs were not cooked properly. The yoke was running and discussing on my breakfast sandwich.
I keep coming back here just because its so close to my house. But it somehow keeps getting God forsaking worse. I bought 2 large diet cokes tonight. You can tell when a drink has been sitting gets flat. And then to make up for the ice melting adding so much ice that you cant even get any of the drink through the straw. And then it spills all over the side and the side of the cup is sticky. I just need to learn my lesson and stop coming back here.
They dont care to fully make your burger anymore. They just slap em together and thats that. Ordered a McDouble simple enough but the burgers were hanging out of the bread I had to fix it and put it back together. My burger was partial wrapped so it was cold and dry by the time I got home... 😧So today is January 12, 2020 And I didnt remember the experience I had at this broken down McDonalds 2 months ago. And nothing has changed. This is my fault tho. Today I asked for 2 triple cheese and the burgers were dark like they were over cooked on a char-broil grill. I just dont understand, this McDonalds use to be the best in the area. Ill make sure to review next time before I go here again ever... Simple cheese burgers? OLD, DRY AND OVER COOKED.
Happy meals come with toys for the kids don’t they..?!? Or is this a new thing paying all that for nothing. Ordered 2 happy meals neither had a toy in it. Oh and no apple slices either.. what a waste of money and time. Do better..
I waited in line forever. It took the girl 10 minutes to enter 2 items I ordered.Was given a coffee drink that I didnt order.The music was so loud in the building, Id asked the manager if she could please turn it down a bit, and was told she doesnt know how to do it. One of the girls I was with said that last week when she was in there, it wasnt that loud. So I went back to the counter, and mentioned that to the manager. Her response was that she was too busy to turn it down. We had chosen that McDonalds to hold a meeting, and we will never be back.

Took my grandson and he ordered a happy meal and forgot to tell them it had to be plain. He is 8. I went up to order a plain cheeseburger for him and the manager was wonderful. She gave us it complimentary.
I ordered 2 Sausage Mcmuffins and an small orange juice total price $6.49. The receipt was completely white. After Leaving, both sandwiches had no cheese. I immediately called, I was unable to return them. Ive never experience this at any other Mcdonalds. I spoke to the manager, she was polite and willing to correct the error. However, I will not return.To the Owner, you need to put your foot down and have a meeting with your staff or clean house. The reviews dont lie. Its considered a health hazard when employees are not performing the job duties and handling our food improperly. Im the customer that would report you and close you down. I rather not return.

Its rare that Im sufficiently motivated to write a review. But while I was waiting 20 MINUTES in drive thru for my order (a good 12 minutes before I even got to the window for paying), I had nothing better to do. Unless you want to whittle away an extended period of time singing along to the radio while trying not to croak from boredom waiting for fast food that is ultimately cold and stale with rubbery patties and bitter, cold fries, skip this McDonalds. You are literally better off driving to the next closest McDonalds, getting your order, and then driving back to this McDonalds. It doesnt matter when you go... Peak time... Slow times... Its all the same. My current experience/ordeal started at 8:30 PM. Worst. McDonalds. Ever. And thats really saying something.

I asked for extras on my cheeseburgers there were none. Also told me they couldnt give me a receipt for my order cause there was no paper. I made them give me 1 cause i used my bank card. Suddenly receipt paper was available when there was none🤔🤨 they were also very rude cashier in drive through and the manager i spoke with. Smh they get -3☆
We ordered 2 coffees in the drive thru. It took 20 minutes - not exaggerating - to get them. The car in front of us just sat and sat and sat and sat and sat and sat and sat. Then they were FINALLY handed two little bags. So its not like they were one of those families that orders $100 worth of stuff. Why didnt the workers ask them to pull forward? Its a mystery. My friend asked about it but we were offered no apology, no recognition of the wait, no free coupon like they used to have when I worked at Mickey Ds years ago. We survived the ordeal, but I thought Id share the high drama.
Very rude they rush you at the speaker and get like 40% of your order right. The staff are constantly arguing and seemed confused about what needs to go out the window. I’m a manager at another fast food place and I laugh at the owner because he/she clearly does not care about there business I’ve visited this location multiple times for the past two years and still same slow service, unbelievable. The food is always cold I seriously don’t know how your in business. I should know better coming here and it’s a shame because your so close to my house and I have to drive out of my way just to have warm food. Out of all the fast food places I’ve been I’ve never seen more of a circus in my life, y’all should be ashamed of yourselves
It is the slowest drive thru in the world. It take around 15 mins to actually get your food. I’ve left the line on multiple occasions and just got subway. Also the food is thrown together and actually taste like burnt rubber. ENJOY!
This is litterally the worst location I have ever been to. I would make a bet that it’s the worst in the country. I moved to the area 6-7 months ago this being the closest location to my house and every single time I go no matter if it’s busy or slow I have to sit at the speaker for 5-10 minutes before someone takes my order. Most of the time the food is old and Luke warm if warm at all and the order is never right. The employees are too busy gossiping to pay attention. Not only that but since I moved in I’d say I have stopped at least 2 times a week specifically to get a milkshake for my son because he loves milkshakes, I kid you not every single time I stop their response is one of two things “we don’t have shakes” or “the shake machine is down” tonight I finally questioned them on it because I have never been able to get a shake from this location and I was met with a horrible attitude. Stay away from this location it’s a waste of time and money. I have never been so mad to the point where I actually went out of my way to put up a review. And a message to the employees that work at this location if you hate your job so much to the point that you are miserable and nasty all day while on shift you should probably find a different job
This McDonalds is the slowest. Its always touch and go with this location. You never know if youre going to be in line for 20 minutes or if youre going to be in line for 2 minutes. You never know if your fries are stale. Tonight I went there out of convenience because this one is right down the street and I ordered a quarter pounder meal and I waited 15 minutes to get served it got to the point where the car had him a state at the window and somebody walked out to my car and gave me my order. I got home and the bottom bun was completely burnt to the Patty and I had fries that were very stale tasting and I basically couldnt even finish them I took five 5 bites of the fries and ate half a burger. Had to throw it out. Waste of $9.00.
I ordered filet of fish and another meal. Get to the window and I get the meal. Asked for the filets and she thought I didn’t want them cause I purchased a meal....for my daughter. So I waited for another 5 min. So thinking they are making me wait because they have to make fresh filets because they ran out....I get 2 COLD filets!! Really? That was a big f-u!
We were doing uber eats and When we we went to go in all the doors were locked. We finally found a open door so we went in and the order had chicken tenders and you could here them in the back say that they had no chicken tenders and didnt tell us that they didnt have any. Then they kept ripping the sticker of the bag when we got the order and it looked like it has been opened multiple times. Finnaly when we went to give the costumer they were missing some stuff.😡
Im not sure why the low reviews. Come here often for lunch or just a coffee and never have an issue. Fast service, the place is clean, and I like the updated dining area. The only reason I hold back on being a 5 star is that the mens room frequently is out of paper towels. But there is air hand dryers.
Unorganized and slow. I will never come back here, and its not because of my experience from yesterday. But the owner is clearly checked out and making a nice paycheck. They dont respond to a single experience here (look at all of these reviews with no response from them). I would encourage others to avoid this place until the owner takes ownership of these issues and fixes them.
That place should be shut down. . Go there with a coupon. Buy one get one free. Thats okay. I have a coupon for no Purchase necessary and they wont take it cuz I have That makes it to coupons. . Worst one in western ny. How can 2 sandwiches and a small fry take 20 minutes. I have seen the staff be very disrespectful to the manager in duty in front of customers. 2/3 of the staff is rude, slow or appear angry. Definitely NOT fast food. So sad
Has to be the WORST McDonalds in the chain! Long wait times while you can clearly see the employees screwing around in the kitchen talking and doing nothing while 2 people work slowly. Ive been inside too and its filthy. Tables sticky, garbage everywhere, and drinks empty in the fountain. Its been this way for at least two years!
This may be the worst McDonlads in the United States, and I travel a lot. I have been to hundreds of them over the past decade and this is the dirtiest I have ever seen. My food took over 20 minutes. They couldnt explain why. There was only 4 other people waiting for their food. I ended up just getting my money back because if they cant mop the floor, change the overflowing garages, wash the tables that had empty trays on them then I dont trust them to have a clean kitchen either. One customer waited so long for her food that she walked behind the counter and got it herself. The workers didnt even see her because they were talking in the back.
The front crew ignored my mcflurry order (nothing else) for 5 minutes complaining about not wanting to do it while making shakes for themselves and guzzling those down. When they finally made it I got handed a mcflurry and black spoon with peanuts. Its not a sundae. I attempted to call the store from my car and they wouldnt answer their phone. I just was inside. It was not busy.
Ordered a shake and frappe, it took 15 minutes to recieve my order. Furthermore, when I got to the window they asked again what order I had. I worked McDonalds for over 5 years 20+ years ago, you had 90 seconds to get the order out the window. Every time I go to this location it takes minimum of 5 minutes.
Took 15 min to order your food. Dirty, staff are dirty n rude. Order was wrong, dining area dirty garbage over flowing most despencers empty and it took 10 min to get food as well as another 10 for someone to answer me to get ketchup. Slow service. Drive thru window 2, the girl was very unprofessional. Didnt say a word to us, just handed out the food and walked away and we were missing a drink. Took at least 18 minutes to even get our food which was a happy meal, milk shake and a cone.
Terrible service! Was in line yesterday for 22 mins just to be told they couldnt make the drink I ordered AFTER I paid at the first window!! Then was told they could cancel my order on the card. They never did.. still went through on my card! They are a bunch of idiots just laughing and talking in confusion in there. This has happened before, but I thought Id give it a chance... I find it questionable that I would need to wait about 15 minutes for a small order to be made during an off-peak time of visit, and not offered much explanation beyond an intangible mutter of what I assume here is your food.Place is hit or miss when it comes to cleanliness. Some days has been decently clean, and others has food remains strewn on tables, ketchup on the floor and dried soda on the countertops.
Any time I’ve gone here the food takes forever. If you look in the kitchen employees are always standing around doing literally nothing. Just ordered 3 sandwiches, the place was literally empty, and it took 20 minutes. They also forgot one of them.
The absolute worst McDonald’s. Slowest drive thru. 20 minutes for 3 cars , and STILL MISSING ITEMS. You order sides of sauce they charge you and you never receive them.
They have not enough employees. The wait is long. The employees have bad attitudes. It is mainly for office buildings near and this place makes everyone late even if in drive thru 20 min before work across the street. Inside is worse. Not clean. Employees not happy, dont speak to you directly. The place is a nightmare.

Probably has to be one of the most unprofessional McDonalds Ive ever been to. The staff was rude and unknowledgeable. Save yourself the trouble and take a few minute drive to another location. My drink came with a coca cola puddle on top of the lid and food was awful even for McDonalds standards.

The worst customer service ever! I ordered a small frappe with whip cream and no chocolate drizzle. The girl at the 1st window says repeat it again, I did and so did she. I get to the 1st window and she says did you order the 6 cheeseburger meal, I says no. I said frappe. She says ok, I hand her my card, I ask for a receipt, she says youll get it at the 2nd window. I get to the 2nd window and there is chocolate drizzle on my frappe. I said my order says whip but no drizzle. She says ok and stares at me. I ask for my receipt, she says you get that at the 1st window, I said the 1st window told me the 2nd window I get a receipt. She says we give receipts for food not beverages. I said ok then I will wait for my receipt, so she remakes my frappe and puts no whip then hands me my receipt. The receipt says whip but no drizzle. I ask for a manger, I told the manger I will call because I dont wanna hold the line up, so I immediately call. I asked for Tasheona. She says this her, I explain the situation, she says ok and hangs up. Im not stereotyping but African Americans in the workforce need to learn their delivery when it comes to customer service. I observed that there was a African American worker at every step of my order. I do not care what race works but as I am african American, I do not like to see poor work ethics. Whatever position or role you play in life, dont let your shortcomings catch you by others. Do better!
Three people trying to complain about their order and the shift manager was too busy to come out and address any concerns. NO ONE needs Mc Donalds that bad to put up with being treated that poorly. It convinced me to look elsewhere for breakfast from now on.
Went through drive thru and when i went to check the bag the lady blew up at me for no reason and my order wasnt complete and the lady continued to be rude and obnoxious and gave a sarcastic have a nice day what a freaking joke. This service was disgusting

By far the slowest fast food place EVER. Ive been here a couple times now and cannot believe that McDonalds and the manager of this store allow the staff to consistently meander around instead of promptly working and taking care of customers.
Order is wrong nearly every time. people are unsure of how the dual drive through works, so be prepared. food is always poorly made, its not even worthy of 1/5 its closer to 1/10
This place is terrible!!! Every time I try to get breakfast here, there is always a long line of cars at the drive-thru and the line itself is so SLOW! No wonder I often see a couple of cars pull out in line. The inside isnt any better as there are always tables that still have garbage on them and the bathrooms are often out of soap or paper towels. Once I ordered food at the drive-thru and they didnt give me any napkins, so I went in and- surprise, surprise: napkin holders were totally empty. So then I waited about five minutes for the small and slow staff just to give me napkins. I strongly recommend the location on Main Street.

If I could rate this McDonalds 0 stars I would. i will literally sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes with no response whatsoever. And if Im lucky enough to get a response, they dont get the order right ever! There was an instance when I was getting some food and I believe this was the manager, basically threw the food through my window and the food wasnt even wrapped in the bag. Oh and not to mention they all have an attitude. Horrible location.
This McDonalds is by far the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. I waited 17 minutes from the time I placed my order to the time I got my food in the drive through. I could have got my food faster at a sit down restaurant. I highly recommend NEVER going to this McDonalds.
My issue isnt really the fault of McDonalds, but there should al least be some common sense and respect for others used that often isnt. For instance, if you are ordering enough food to feed an army, you should not use the drive through. That is a take it inside kind of order.
This Mickey Dees is the worst in my area. The drive thru gets my order wrong. They also only take plastic in the drive thru. I guess theyre stealing money from customers. Save your stuff. Immediately call store and speak to manager. It could happen inside too.

Look at the picture of the item on the drive thru menu you order; this is not what you get! I ordered the Swiss mushroom burger. Two slices of mushroom, globs of some kind of sauce, and the Swiss cheese was dry. The Frys were as limp as my sixty six year old winky. When I arrived at the window to pick up the order it was tossed at me. I have given place three trys. NEVER again. Dont hear me, experience the place yourself.
I come here once a month but the last couple of months have been almost ridiculous here. I have waited in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes each time. I thought maybe it was a one time thing, they were busy, or something. But no, this has been a reoccurring thing and Im not sure Ill go back to this one.
Ordered ice water and got a bottle of water that I had to pay for. Gave the bottle back told them to keep the money and just give me ice water then when I got down the road I found that I was shorted a small french fry. Had to go back. Must be under different management than the other reviewers. MOST of the employees are friendly, courteous, and quick. There is one guy who mumbles but hes sweet and smiles kindly. Never gotten a wrong order.
First time i went in drive thru i wanted a large hot tea 4 cream 4 sugar they forgot the sugar. Second time i went drive thru waited a long time to get my hot tea. Hey but they got the order right!
Not very exciting to me.If they can improve one thing that will be their customer service.Smile and be little bit more courteous guys!! Everyone here are so grumpy and sad

The wait in the drive through is always far too long, even when theyre completely dead inside. Its supposed to be fast food, and this place is anything but fast.
By far.... The worst McDonalds in the history of the corporation! This used to a mecca of McDonalds lovers in the 90s but the last 17 yrs it just has gotten worse and worse. I grew up here and had great memories but this is now a hole in the wall, just terrible place to go. No management. Drive thru closed when supposed to be open, says its open 24 hrs a day... LOL omg thats a joke. I have actually had an employee say that to come back in 2 hrs, while the employees were inside smoking marijuana and not doing there jobs. Worst franchise in the United States in my opinion. No hyperbole here too, just experience and facts. I cant even write how many times this place has screwed me, screwed up, and over several years.
Not sure why the restaurant was closed to begin with, but it was so everyone was going through the drive through. For some reason they didnt use both lanes and had people ordering at the window which took absolutely forever, I left the line and didnt even bother.
Typical McDonalds. Fresh buns. Sandwiches made as seen on t.v., not thrown together and wrapped. Restrooms very clean.
I placed an order I asked for fresh cooked french fries when I got home the fries werent done🤮🤮 thanks for wasting my money.
Drive thru wait time at least 15-20. Over priced. 30 bucks for 3 people for mcdonalds! No more ever. Food sub par. Not worth it anymore.
This location is horrible only one car ahead of me waited for literally 20 minutes no exaggeration, didnt get anything I ordered when I got my bag, all I wanted was something quicker on the go on my way to work, now Im late with no food.
This is by far, one of the cleanest McDonalds Ive ever been in! And the guys working here are polite, generous and considerate. Im definitely coming here again.

I think I have an addiction to McDonalds cheese burgers because I crave them all the time!!! What I enjoy the most from McDonalds is their original nuggets, Wendies and Burger King does not even come close to comparing. When it comes to nuggets, goto McDonalds, dont be disappointed by other fast food joints.
They got the drinks wrong & wanted me to come inside to fix it. I was driving van from a group home & could NOT leave them alone !!
Food is never good when I go. Its McDonalds. How do you mess that up? There is a kid with a big gross wet towel cleaning everything up yet no clean table to be found. This is usually the case at this particular location.

This is why I question a raise for some workers in fastfood. I asked for it to be well done. The lady at the counter told them twice. One worker said they already come well done. I knew it was gonna be an issue when she said it. Smh.

There’s more people walking around and actually doing their job. Customer’s that choose to come in the inside are waiting while employees just walk around joking with each other.
We arrived slightly before 11pm when they closed at midnight, only for the employee to say they were closed. There were 4 cars that were all turned away for no reason other than the employees didn’t want to serve us.
Very clean and friendly service. Used their electronic menu which was nice but didnt save time. Used coupons and had a good meal at decent price

Went there last night and ordered a Cheeseburger and Medium Fry. I Woke up at 2:00 am throwing up and had stomach problems .I assumed it was food poisoning. Called this afternoon to ask if anyone else had called in regarding food poisoning and was hung up on twice.
It is the slowest McDonalds that you ever want to go through if there is even one car in front of you you are waiting at least 15 to 20 minutes I stopped going because its every time it didnt just happen once or twice every time and God for bid theres more than a car in front of you I leave

Slow service and they mess up orders. Make sure you check your bags before you leave in order to make sure you get all your food . Inside can be dirty as well. Staff is unprofessional.

The shake was all whipped cream, the burgers tasted strange(especially the new quarter pounder), and the fries were over cooked and over salted.

This one is very hit or miss as far as getting orders right. Always a few kids who work hard at hardly working. The adults generally try to make up for it.

2022-08-11Stopped here to get a quick morning bite. The employees are friendly and very helpful. The food ordered was promptly made and the service was efficient. The food was yummy 🤤 Definitely will advise others to go to this McDonald’s. The employees are happy and the service is prompt. 😊💪🏻

2022-03-24I don’t ever leave bad reviews but this McDonalds is baffling. I’ve never gotten a correct order. I really only come here for my 4 year old and always order on the app. I ask for white milk and get chocolate. I ask for apple slices and get the diced apples or oatmeal. One time, I ordered an apple pie and got a chocolate chip cookie. I ask for a certain toy category and get something totally random. I am honestly surprised I haven’t yet experienced ordering nuggets and getting a cheeseburger. The fact that the orders are always wrong it’s almost like it’s on purpose. I’ve lived all over the country and have ordered from numerous different McDonalds locations so I know it’s possible to get a correct order. I’m all for the $15 an hour for fast food workers but not this location

2022-08-18Probably the slowest McDonalds Ive ever been to, has us pull up and wait by the doors and was brought out the wrong order two separate times, finally walked inside to get our food and 2 other people entered with wrong orders as well, everyone was walking around super slow as if they didnt care to do their job. Waited over 20 mins for our food. I normally dont do reviews but wanted to save someone else the trouble before going there

2022-03-22This location is horrible. Its not due to covid. Its been this way far longer than 3 years. Ive watched employees scream at customers that dont know English when asking for a cup of water. The constant foul language, sitting on their phones when customers are left waiting, missing items constantly. Fries are constantly drenched in grease and never salted. They skip cars in drive thru when taking orders as well.
