Don’t go to this McDonalds if you’re looking for a late night treat. I’ve visited about ten times, no exaggeration, and their ice cream and frappes are never available. Don’t waste your time.
I ordered my meal like usual, the kid inside the second window handed me my medium chocolate shake and ask if I could pull forward for my burger to be ready , nothing special a quarter pounder w/ cheese as I sat waiting they continued to take on customers, about 20 car till I went inside and stood at the counter while at least 10 employee walked past me , finals I had to say hey are you gonna help me , my shake was melted they never made my order and not one employee said hey Im sorry ,so guess McDonalds is to big a franchise for me to eat at , me the little person, so they lose a customer , bye
Ordered at the drive thru. Paid at first window then drove up to pick up order at the second window only to be told that my order was erased off their screens inside the restaurant and that my receipt was needed to insure I receive the correct order. Handed it back, no questions asked, and parked in a reserved area where I was instructed to do so. Waited nearly 15 minutes in my car for the order. Went inside and asked for the food I paid for but come to find out that there was no food waiting for me nor the receipt I handed back to the young man at the last window. Explained to a store manager my problem while the employee who took my receipt stood back listening without bothering to admit the mistake he made. Eventually I was offered a refund but even then this McDonalds shorted me on the change I was owed. Lots of staff working most of which seem incompetent at doing their job.
THE WHOLE PLACE WAS MANNED BY ALOOF TEENAGERS WHICH WERE HAVING ONE BIG PARTY. THE ASST MANAGER WAS LIKE THE IRRESPONSIBLE PARENT THAT LET THE KIDS DO WHATEVER THEY WANT. THE ORDER WAS TAKEN WRONGLY BY THE TEEN BOY THAT WAS TRYING REALLY HARD TO TALK TO THE TEEN GIRL CO-WORKER. HAD TO LEAVE THE DRIVE THRU LINE AND CORRECT MY ORDER. IT WAS DONE WRONGLY TWICE MORE BY THE ASST. MANAGER. EVENTUALLY ASKED FOR A REFUND AND GOT IT. DONT GO HERE EXPECTING GOOD SERVICE, EVEN FOR McDONALDS. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING !!!!! ITS A SHAME WHEN THE LEADERSHIP IS MORE INCOMPETENT THAN THOSE THEY LEAD.
Worst McDonalds ever! We did a mobile order and specifically asked for the new Szechuan Sauce. We get home and no sauce which was the entire reason we went there! The drive threw line was terribly slow but we get that’s not there fault. If you don’t have a sauce, tell us so we can get a substitute. Be better guys!

Placed a mobile order redeeming my rewards to get a free McChicken, Pull up to the restaurant to pick up my order and it’s not there, ok, so I ask an employee and it’s not in the system, ok maybe it’s not ready yet? i show them my order number and all the proof on the app that i placed it and i’m told its fake and i was denied my order. horrible customer service. left without my food.
Overall service is good, except be aware that during summer ☀️ 😮💨 😅, will be a long line for the drive thru, just be patient I guess.Specially Friday, Saturday between 6 and 11 pm.

I used the app for the curbside pickup function. Food was delivered to the car in minutes. The employee was kind and the food was still hot and fresh. The order was made perfectly (I had asked for a few toppings to be left off), and the food tasted great.
Absolutely horrible what a filet of fish and your fish cheese and tartar sauce has playing in the Box the bun is pretty much on its own absolutely horrible no people skills by some of the staff there and when you come up to drive through and the staff asks what do you want and when you try to ask a question to the pick up window they look at you and close the window. I hope somebody sees this and is able to do something about this issue. Yes I understand no one wants to work but if they are just be grateful and respect the people the way they would want to be.
Got the Travis Scott burger. It was the best macdonald I have ever had. Also theyre was a bride and groom there that got a free meal: I know where Im going when I get married
Bathroom left something to be desired. Accessible toilet stall toilet seat needs to be tightened before a customer falls! Toilet seat is so loose it slides both side to side and back and forth. This is dangerous, especially in ♿ toilet stall!!. Cashier needs to be able to speak/understand English and figure out change. Gave her $2.04 for a $1.94 bill. Told her to give me back a dime. She kept handing me back 4 cents. Another employee had to come and make change. This employee should not be working at height of work day lunch rush if she cannot make change and communicate in both English and Spanish!

2022-05-26Unfortunately service at this location has declined in quality since my original post some time ago. Two employees looked at my receipt and took it higher up. The resolution was a quick shout over the shoulder from a manager who said the prices have been updated. The problem is the bundles went from $3.50 to $3.99 in 4 days. The big menu board still proclaimed $3.50. I said that the big menu board still stated $3.50. Then the same guy who shot an over the shoulder response about the prices then shouted over his shoulder that the big board takes time to update! Interesting how the register can update and how the small physical board with the price and small numbers can be updated but not the big menu board. Sounds like bait and switch. I will take it up with corporate but I will not be returning.

2022-06-12The employees there are very kind and patience. Manager Logan has a million dollar sense of humor. The place is updated/modern. However the self checkout machines are at times inoperable.

2022-07-23If you want a fresh sandwich one that has not been sitting then request for something not to be put on the sandwich itself then you will get a fresh sandwich if you do not question is how long has it really been sitting there by law they are supposed to allow a certain amount of time and then get rid of it sometimes I dont think they do what they are supposed to! This was take out through the drive-thru when youre on the road and miles away and go to grab the sandwich and it looks like somebody stepped on it it kind of Ts you off. I really do not have the time to go back .

2022-08-15This is definitely a restaurant that is truly a namesake offender fast-Food. Really!, the fastest drive through service in North America. Young servers are patiently waiting for your order and serve them just as requested. No ifs, but, or nasty attitudes. This is by far, my favorite McD of all time.

2022-07-05The old manager was a very polite, elderly man that used to make sure everything was perfect. He ran a very tight ship. Sadly, I havent seem him in a few months. If he has retired, I wish him the best but this McDonalds is an absolute mess ever since he left. The ice machine has been inoperable for weeks, sticky soda everywhere, rude workers; just your average, trashy Middletown fast-food spot now, nothing like it used to be.Edit: Its getting back to normal. Another old man is the manager now and seems to be doing a great job. The current staff is wonderful as well. Ice machine is still down but what are you gonna do I guess 😄

2022-06-27Found a bug in my food 12:50am 6.27.22. Check the Google photos if it hasn’t been removed. I am disgusted and will not be coming back even asked me to show them the bug yeah you saw it. Gave me my money back but I won’t be returning here not to add the night staff are terrible. Wanted proof and wanted to give me a 10 piece and frys instead. Who would want to eat after that. Will never return. Check the photos!!! Dead bug stuck to a French fry... disgusting!!!

2022-03-28Disappointing that the All Day Breakfast is no longer an option (and its unclear if its just this location or multiple ones due to the pandemic) but I literally went for a breakfast McGriddle meal in the afternoon. And again, thats not their fault, but it was disappointing as I REALLY had a taste for breakfast. But the service was pleasant & the store was cleaned (Bonus: AND they got my order correct-lol)
