Always busy. Ordered through mobile app and still waited 20 minutes. People that ordered at register got food before me. They only sell bottled soda.
You guys keep ignoring my child every time she goes after school.. leaving her 30mins+ after she orders and she be saying excuse me and NO ONE PAYS ATTENTION TO HER… VERY BAD STAFF EVERYONE IS BUYING. All kids are not the same. Also you need to update or pick up phone call on # on website

I only went to pick up food for a friend who is recovering from surgery in a rehabilitation facility. The place was disgusting. Floor needed mopping. Tables needed cleaning.
The service is horrible , just to get a simple drink . McDonalds if your going to hire people , you train them well because they have no clue on how to work with customers
They serve warm bottled soda, coke or sprite that’s it. Everything you order has been sitting around always cold or has been sitting under a heat lamp for 2 hours.
Order was completely wrong, and I’m pretty sure the employee who handed it to me knew that as well. When she called out my order number, she kinda just stared into the open bag for a few seconds, before closing it and handing it to me.I should’ve taken a look inside, but I didn’t.My entire order was wrong, and I had already left the area. Not just that, but the food that I did get (which was wrong) was cold. Like it wasn’t warmed at all.Avoid this place.

I wont pretend to understand what the employees go through to continually serve us each day, we appreciate. However my frustration comes with the inconsistent service when the place is busy. I would rather wait a few more minutes and get my right order because at the end of the day, I have paid for it. Just this summer, 2021, my order of iced caramel coffee has been messed up 5 times. Twice the caramel was not added, another time the espresso shot I had paid for. I once got served, iced cream. There was way more than the two extra creams I usually add.
Dont got to this place, is it bad , dangerous n is not that clean. Employees always has attitudes.
This is a small location. The hand sanitizers are always empty. The bathroom was dirty.
Place it clean and the service was fast.It can get a little packed around lunch time. So if you go around 11 to 12 be ready to wait just a little longer then usually.
Their state of the art order system is not that friendly, so I had to order in person, which was fine. The breakfast sandwich was very good.
WOW!!! Empty this morning no one hanging out in the seating area exceptions of one homeless man that is always in all the stores. Service quick & courteous. Got to my destination & dropped my entire cup of coffee that was so good!

I say something about and why did I say something they refused to serve my meal made me wait for more than 20 minutes plus they had an attitude 🙄 I have a video but I couldn’t post it here because you can only post pictures but shame the way she was staring at me and speaking at me too because I spoke about this and I told her she should’ve served dessert with bug 🐛 and to clean it before serving those things and getting people sick.. I like the option of the kiosk or the counter but they definition needed to clean them often and put sanitizer next to each one. The screens were filthy. Other wise the service is fast. Also, if you have people dining on, it only makes sense for customers to have the option of using the bathroom while there.

Ordered via Uber Eats and all food was cold. The cheese was not melted and the paddy looked cold. Trust me I want my food to be good. The delivery guy came in less than 15 min and once I opened it that was the end result. Truly think they just put the stuff together and just sent it off. Don’t order from here unless you walk in person.
This service there was a guy ordering his food to go and he was upset with the order because he did not get his ketchup tomato sauce. They did not let us use the bathrooms they were only for people that worked there stay away from this place there were some foods in stuck but the clerks say out of stock this is the worst service.
By far, one of the worst mcdonalds Ive been to. Food is hardly if ever fresh. If You want micky Ds from this specific spot, make sure you go early in the day Or before the mid-day/evening shift begins. They seem to not want to be there and it shows in their service and quality of food. If the manager has air pods on and takes em off to hear a customer, thats a problem. Update: if you visit this place come early for breakfast or when lunch starts. Its the best time to go for service and fresh food. When its busy, this place looses it lol

This McDonald’s is CONSTANTLY getting my order wrong. I spoke to a store manager and the problem continues. I work 10 blocks from this establishment with only a 30 minute lunch break. I usually don’t come back to address the issue cause it’s already a waste of my lunch break to walk and come back but today ONCE AGAIN they’ve managed to miss something. I decided to come back for the simple fact that the missing order wasn’t mines. McDonald’s needs to get it together, it’s bad enough most of the staff don’t speak English so it’s hard to communicate with them being that I don’t speak Spanish. Also they need to fix the machines where the customers place the orders on their own, it never gives you a receipt for your purchase

Very busy location, but I love the self service order kiosks. The food was hot and came very quick.
They never skimp on the fries but always skimp on the shakes. Always end up with a half full cup and its annoying. Plenty of seating and ways to order, but they remove your number from now serving before youre served.
I went from school, to hanging out, to living in hells Kitchen McDonalds is still last on my list. Remember ( Nothing worth having is gained easily)... if a fast food joint has a location on every corner its a clear indication not to go - theres so many places to eat with better quality food ... Broaden your palettes ... dont be complacent try something new ... McDonalds isnt it!
Touch screens without any hand sanitizer. Card readers so low you have to squat to use them. A mob of people crowding the counter. A tiny screen for displaying what orders are ready thats in a spot that can only be read in front of the counter. No one to help the elderly order in person. This place needs to be adjusted.
My wife found some seats which was fine. Sometimes the wait can be long but, that wasnt the case in this situation. Our food was good. The atmosphere was kind of strange. There always seems to be a group of elderly seniors that congregate there for hours which is fine. The soda machine smells kind of funky (I still drank soda). The experience was marred by one guy stealing food from the line and another trying to swindle staff by faking returning a drink he had taken from the seniors I mentioned. Just kind of strange.

Its McDonalds, they are very slow for not a lot of people. All I wanted was two hash browns that were already made. I was there for 10 mins.
When they first remodeled this McDonalds, I thought the changes were great. I liked the new kiosks for ordering food, the service had improved, and the place was cleaner and the seats more comfortable. And best of all, now there were bathrooms!However things have REALLY been slipping lately. Service is a lot slower. Worse than that, my order is not correct at least 2/3 of the time. Surprisingly, no one seems in charge. Its also difficult to get into the bathrooms because a lot of people who arent customers, end up using them.I used to work in food service and so I am trying to be kind, but I feel like there are not enough employees working here and there is no real accountability. I still go because it is the closest McDonalds, but the place and the service needs some major improvements.Update as of 8/14/2018:Had a couple of bad experiences with employees here over the last month. One guy overcharged me, and wouldnt give the difference back, saying it was my fault (which it was not). I had to make a big fuss, and get his supervisor involved, and in the end it was still ugly and stressful.Next, a woman delivering my food was very rude. I ordered ketchup packets, and there were none on my tray. When I asked her if she could give me what I had asked for, she grabbed a dirty, STICKY packet off someone elses tray and tossed it at me. I gave her a stunned look while she just walked away, laughing. I couldnt go to the front to get ketchup, because it was crowded and I didnt want to lose my table. But Im sorry, I worked in food service, and you just DONT treat a customer this way! This may be fast food, but last I checked, its not the Wild West.
I enjoy eating fast food especially McDonald once in a while however there is nothing fast about this McDonald. It is usually very crowded. Service is slow. Make sure you check your order because most probably youre missing something.
I adore this spot! They provide first-rate meals, their menu is large, The cook in that spot is an expert, I love very much tasting all their food. The food is consistently of high class, the service towards the visitors is efficient. I frequently visit this restaurant and I was never discontended. I recommend it with no hesitation.
Yesterday was the first time we came to that magnificent restaurant. But It is no doubt not the last. We passed a splendid evening with the attentive service, with the great dishes and wine and with the honest pay. We will definitely return there in a short time.
I stood for 19 min to pay and receive a order. I ordered using the kiosk. I planned to pay at the counter. The staff was delayed by their conversation about tv and shoes. The 1 gentlemen giving out the food was the only attentive person. Even the manager had no idea what was happening because she was leading the conversation and not the team.
The food was good. But the security guard was rude and unprofessional. Told me that I didn’t pay nor waited for my receipt before understanding what the self order machine was telling me to do. And then proceeded to talk about me to other customers while standing less than five feet away from me. Never been treated with so much disrespect and judgement but I guess I should have expected it since I was at a McDonald’s.
The customer service here is just awful. There is not enough workers and every order take a while. Be ready to wait 10-20 min for any kind of order. No Ac, there is no ICE on the soda machines and most soda are sold out. To top that, groups of homeless people stand outside exactly by the entrance asking for change. For those who like to eat during midnight, this is not the spot. They close at exactly 12:30 amand open at 5:30 am. The new management here need a change.
First one of the kiosks wasnt working. Then I tried to choose order in and as Im ready to pay it prompts me to pick up a table pager that was no where to be found. I had to cancel and start over. The service was what I would expect from a fast food place. What was a turn off was being constantly asked for change left and right. Management should put an effort to keep the space for customers only.

Waited 17 minutes for 3 cookies. (given i did ask for them fresh, but they take 2 minutes to make fresh so didn’t expect to wait that long)... nobody was ahead of us. lobby was empty for like the first 10 minutes of waiting so it wasn’t that busy... finally someone asked what i was waiting for and i heard them saying “ahh cookies” as if they totally forgot about us. maybe they shouldn’t serve the order off the screen if it hasn’t been served yet!— also giving 1 star because i always have to wait forever here and there’s always a huge line i get that it’s busy but they need more people working then. i don’t usually write reviews but almost 20 minutes for cookies when it’s not even busy draws the line
Its a Macdonalds place, cheap unhealthy food, a big amount of the single seats are broken, a lot of homeless hanging inside sleeping with their garbage, no bathroom available for paying costumers
The cashier that worked tonight (7/26) sucks. No kind of organization whatsoever. I was the first to order my food then 3 other people ordered. To make a long story short all 3 of the other customers left before i did and my order was there already. The good was good tho haha.
It is a very bad dysfunctional Macdonalds plus the workers are not professional rude at times and very careless had missing items at times that i always gotta check now before I leave to make sure and they just trow your fries in the bag where they end up being all over the place and they never put salt on the frys also they still havent got the soda machines going so now I have to always pay more than a dollar for a drink because all the give is bottled soda that cost like almost 3 bucks 😳 I asked for ice in a cup because they always give customers hot bottled soda and It was a problem the manager wanted to charge me one dollar mean while Im paying 3 dollors for a bottled soda they just dont care enough in this Macdonalds the worse one in NYC I swear they seriously need new management..
Just your typical every day McDonalds. The staff is friendly and the kiosks work if you dont want to stand in long lines waiting to order during popular times like lunch hour during the weekdays and soda machines with a wide variety of flavors. Something for everyone

Strange place—Not the food obviously but the place it self. Lots of homeless people sleeping inside. Kinda made me sad while I ate standing up outside. Some of the chairs were taped off. A strange place to eat a burger but hey, its a Mc Donalds during a pandemic.
I wouldnt go back to this McDonalds. They usually service more for takeout like Ubereats. Waiting time is ridiculously long. Customer service terrible. And by the time you get your food is all cold.
The place was super busy and they didnt have enough staff to help customers.No social distance between customers and orders were delayed. People get angry and throw tantrums. I am really sorry for all the people who work there.
I ordered ice coffee black no cream or sugar: repeated twice, was asked twice after that, after waiting way too long, it came out with milk. Server said not what the order said (didnt specify anything) server expected me to take what I didnt order, I said no, not my problem, acted like it wa my fault, I then waited way too long for correct order / other server acted like it was my fault as well/ Im really upset
The sign claims to be open all night but it never is. Every time I go over after midnight it is never open to take orders but there are workers in the restaurant. The ice cream/ shake machine never works. Definitely one of the worst McDonalds.
I ordered from the kiosk double burger no pickles. I pick up my burger at the counter I leave McDonalds its a single burger with Pickles. Stop gossiping and pay attention!!!
This location is renovated and it is beautiful. The staff are good and for the most part the place is clean. The only two things I have not liked so far is all the junkies that come in asking for money while youre eating; some of them stink so bad the smell lingers in the entire place well after they leave.
Updated with new computer systems which allows for quick order placement and exit from the restaurant. Bilingual speakers in a mostly hipanic area. Spacious for many people to be in at the same time.
The McDonalds is ok its open 24 hours 7 days a week. The best part is that you can walk in and order you dont have to order through a window. The neighborhood is a little rough lots of loud music especially on the weekend. If you find yourself in the area on a weekend at around 4AM be careful. Lots of drinks coming from the nearby clubs. Acting crazy. Besides that its a great place friendly and well kept.
This mcdonalds received a major renovation. It looks completely different, clean, and modern, with auto service machine, and they bring your order to the table. I dont like that they do not bring your cup with your specified drink, as you have to leave your food unattended to get the drink if you are alone, and that is a risk of its own.
Staff is motivated to get your order incorrectly and unapologetically late. It smells like a morgue in the front of the store and like an employees that hate their job in the back. Besides the new decor I think this establishment is still in need of a tummy tuck.

Get ready to kiosk whether you want to or not. This McDonalds has done away with cashiers in favor of The Kiosk. You cannot order otherwise. Cash paying customers then have to walk over to a single cashier (without a receipt or order number) to pay. The cashier gives you a receipt which you take over to a crowded & disorganized pick-up counter where you wait, on average, 7 to 15 minutes (depending on how busy it is) for your food. If you are getting takeout, I highly advise checking your order before you leave - this McDonalds makes a lot of mistakes (sandwiches sans cheese, fish filet instead of chicken, sausage instead of bacon). That being said, the food is usually pretty good. I miss the cashiers - they were nice & most were really apologetic about mistakes. Now the employees act like theyre tranquilized although theyre probably just numbed from dealing with all the unhappy customers. It must be fun helping the local junkies order dollar menu items and coffee with 12 sugars from the kiosks...watching the restaurants older clientele try to order from the kiosks is a painful experience. Oh and by the way, when you print out an order with no price on it, you are supposed to give to me for what is on the damned receipt. Its the law in New York, the city, the country, etc. At least the damned egg & cheese biscuit wasnt hard as a damned rock this time. You know where to send the damned coupon for a free meal...LOL.
This McDonalds is odd. There are 3 registers at the front end. There is also a walk up window for people outside to place orders. Just like a drive thru, but on the sidewalk.On more then one occasion I have observed or had to wait on the walk up window because the front end is completely shut down. Make a long line in a part of the store that wasnt designed to accommodate people waiting in line.
This place is overall bad with poor leadership from the top. This McDonalds is in a very busy location and I dont think that the staff is ready to deal with that high volume of traffic. They tell everyone to order from the kiosk which just leads to chaos and confusion. If they had cashiers take orders along with the help of the kiosk that would certainly help. Also I cant take advantage of the mobile app deals because this store doesnt allow it which sucks.
Not one of the best McDonalds but the food quality is comparable to other McDonalds restaurants. If you go here expect a long wait during meal time as they get swamped because Burger King is so bad that most consumers come here. Workers are frazzled during peak hours sometimes and are not always helpful.

This is one of the worst Mcdonalds in uptown manhattan. The cashier is located in the middle of the space which makes no sense. Once the line becomes long it splits the space in half so people cannot pick up their food because the line is blocking the way to the kitchen & pick up area. The security guard here is very rude too. He asked me for a receipt for the bathroom when he saw that I had a drink in my hand. He opened it but with an attitude. Panhandling is a problem too.
The rent a security guard refused to let me use the bathroom even though I had a receipt of paid items. very disrespectful to costumers the workers turned a blind eye. but the sewage flys were the worst in the bathroom i told the workers they just looked the other way.
Horrible customer service. The ordering kiosk was damaged and they refused to serve customers on the registers and had to go to the walk up window register and make a line to pay. The sweet tea was ordered with light ice and had no ice at all on top of that it was hot and felt like I was drinking syrup, literally...NOT A NICE PLACE!!!
This is the worse tea room ever! I waited 20 min to refill my tea, how hard is it to add some hot water to my teapot?? Also Ive been waiting for 30min for the dessert, which made me late for my dinner reservation. I will never come back here
Rude service, I paid for extra cheese and they didn’t put it on my sandwich but you can’t complain because you feel like they all are going to jump you, employees eating the fries while they are working and liking their fingers. And the manager always fighting with some customer.

Its only clean by that I mean all the tables are clean and the floor is swept up and mopped and has the bathroom clean and the floor and that is only when theres a security guard named COREY and he puts ice cause the soda machines never have and he does that when its not even his JOB which is sad cause theres 15 people working there at a time its not my job to tell you what to do but the management should give him more days and not the guy thats there today and the female.
Once you walk in the store looks like is a shelter seeing all these drug dealers, and addicts. We cant even bring our kids in here because of the things you see. There so many managers but none of them do anything about it. This is a big company pay for security. Reason like this is why nobody want to go in this store and buy anything. There no place to sit and there always something going on.
Food is made fresh and fast for McDonalds, and usually never a hold up. They always remember an order, and its done with a smile. Perhaps my favorite McDonalds to go to for good food and service.

It took a while for the 24hr window service employee to show up but in their defense they were busy. I would still recommend the 24hr Service window.... At 3am, almost anyone would wait the extra 5 minutes in order to get their McChicken fix.
The place is uber eats hangout.place has these kids on scooters waiting for there orders. Covid in the makings.go in at your own risk for a soggy burger and cold fries.
Good Micky Dees theyve got here. Employees appear to get along well with eachother, and my nuggets were sufficiently nuggety. Ordering on big ol screens is always nice, especially for those of us averse to eye contact, or those attempting a German language immersion during the European travel ban.
Theres always alot foing on, and this is early morning. The atmosphere seems like everyone is a family there. Which is not bad as they do work together pretty well. Theres just alot of shauting at times amongs the employees. Over all its a pretty chilled spot. I come here in the mornings for breakfast, and order different items from the menu. Mainly coffee, hashbrowns, biscuit egg and cheese. Everything is always at par.
I must say this is one of my favorite McDonald spot. Staff is very nice they serve you in a very timely manner. Place is always clean no matter how crowded the place is you dont have to wait long for your food.
I was on line today 12/28/2018 and apparently I was next to order and for some reason the girl in the gray shirt starts to pull people off the line and place them in a new line then come back telling me the register is closed go on the next line I walk right out Im not gonna spend my money with this disrespect!!! They choose who they give preference to their own kind!!!!
If it says online & in the window that its 24 hour then they should be open 24 hours. Wasted cab fare to get food to be told my a worker that they arent 24 hour. Just remove the lift up sign & info online saying that its 24 hours to not waste peoples time & money...
It doesnt seem like the employees have any interest in being here. They are constantly talking amongst themselves when they have customers in front of the waiting for help. Generally dont offer sort of greeting, they just yell next and wait for you to say your order. Ive been here about 5 or 6 times and cant say Ive ever had a different experience yet. Its also usually pretty dirty.
Poor Service. I was trying to order from the machine and no one told me they aren’t taking orders from the machine, I found out on my way out that there was one line to order and it wasn’t at the main counter. I was standing at the main counter waiting to confirm my order from the machine and no one attended me.

The worst service for the highest prices in the city. Even in the most crowded places in the world such as Time square and 34th st the waiting time, prices and quality of products are much better. Hire more people to serve better and faster your customers!
Go somewhere else for breakfast. I have ordered breakfast for delivery from here on several occasions. Every time, the hash brown appears to be a day old and room temperature. The biscuit is ok, but not very warm either.

I order uber eats from here had to go there twice and still was missing items, from my order. On top of that the food was bad. I order from uber eats so i dont have to come outside but for all this i should have order something else.

This is the worst Mc Donalds in America! This was the first McDs to install the self order kiosk in my neighborhood and it has sent it into a spiral. First I was asked by two homeless people to buy them food when I was trying to order from the kiosk. When there is no employee there is no buffer between begging. I wanted to pay cash and if you want to do that you need to go pay at the counter but when you get there no-one helps you. After about 2 minutes they point to the little side window where there is a single line with 6 people waiting. I asked at the side window that I would get just honey not honey mustard, if you order off the screen you get to see all of the options things you didnt know you could order like just honey. I have tried this about 4 times now and every time they bring honey mustard. This time I made them go get me what I wanted and also to bring ketchup. They dont have a place to add it on the screen so it doesnt show up when delivered. She must make two trips for every order of fries. From where I was sitting there were three homeless guys sitting by the door begging for food from everyone who came in. I welcome the ease and being able to see the whole menu at your fingertips... but it has made this newly renovated Mc Ds the first place winner for WORST MC DONALDS IN AMERICA!The Mc Scary is free. P.S. the thought of everyone dragging their finger over that screen is discussing! I would imagine everyone is eating everyone elses fesses.

The service and staff were great but the food was like cardboard but with less favor.
One of the worst McDonalds ever. The staff there are always joking around, and dont treat customers with respect. They have attitudes, and if you decide you want to make some changes in your order, they will tell you they cant because its processed so they wont have to redo it again. You cant tell whos the manager there at all, and when ever the staff are yelling cursed words no one is there to say anything to them. They act like wild animals sometimes. They always look like theyre working there for free, since they always seem mad when helping out customers. I rather walk all the way down to the McDonalds in 170th St, at least they got better service there. Oh, and also be careful, they call this McDonalds, CrackDonalds because the junkies from around the rehab, and the old people go there and sit next to the entrance and take all the space for the whole day, and no one, not the owner or manager does anything about it. Meanwhile people who spend actual money cant sit somewhere nice.
Asked for Ketchup and got ignored twice. Other attendants ignored me. It is always about the ketchup.

Its food but not the best for your body. Eat salads and mcchicken sandwiches to stay the healthiest. If I ran McDonalds I would make sure all the grease and oil gets drained from the food before served to customers. The mcflurry is good aswell. Thats my advice if you are my type of human that likes to stay athletic

Sometimes it can get crowded and not many employee members are able to assist. Mistakes here and there not able to fix the orders no problem. No cashiers so everyone have to order from the kiosks.
Did not like this place at all I was forced to buy a small coke to use the bathroom. They also made me wait 15 minutes for the coke!! They handle food without gloves or hair nets, couldnt believe it.

This is a beautiful place to eat with family and friends but they still have customers an loitering with hours of guest so there never seats really needs to change this never change management or supervisor should come out on floor. . But again its awesome with the new look
Although this place is super crowded, the new renovations and electronic order ahead technology is going to work in their favor! I assume they will be more efficient as they get used to the use of the new technology. Regardless, its a popular spot.

The food is okay. The workers is what gives this location very bad reviews. The staff are not respectful, they would be paying attention more to each other than to the customers. There many times I had to get in line again because they had forgotten to add somthing i ordered. The manager is rude herself. When your a manager and your rude and nasty in front of them to customers, except your staff to be the same. I only go here when Im tired of everything else around this neighborhood.
It was okay about the breakfast. The only thing I was concern about the Men n Women bathroom was Out of Order. Do not understand how a big establishment like that dont have the time or Whatever It Is a Bathroom for the Public.

They were on their phones, talking, and sitting down. Service was horrible. I wanted to order a drink but after waiting 15 minutes for three sausage biscuits I changed my mind. It would have probably taken another 15 minutes for a coke.
It was terrible. I ordered a medium size iced coffee ...waited 20 minutes for my number to be called. I left without the drink or a refund.Bad system...waisted money.

Can I give it zero stars? Dirty, lousy service and pure chaos. The kiosk failed to print my receipt. When they got my order wrong, I had no proof of what I actually ordered...and they didnt seem to care.
Worse McDonalds ever. 20 minute wait for just a chicken sandwich and fries. Half the kiosk were inoperable and there were no table seating arrangement. Not one American employee. Will never go again.

Slowest McDonalds Ive been to. I stood waiting for my food for 25 minutes. The staff talks on the phone, txts and just stand there having discussions sometimes. Ive been here a few times because its close to my place but I think I would save some time if I just went to the one 10 blocks south.

Orders on point always, never have messed up an order unlike other locations. Good customer service and clean. Better location then dyckman by far.
They had no soda in the machines. Then they gave me a breakfast sausage instead of a burger meat in my cheeseburger. When they gave me a new one he over did it with the ketchup. They are also full of homeless people

Even without a heat wave it gets hot working in a kitchen. I hope these people get to keep their jobs and I hope that McDonlds has the sense to intervene and force the franchisee to not just fix....but replace the a/c system

I brought breakfast pancakes and sausage and a coffee from the 4259 broadway, new york, ny 10033 and the food had a bugger in the pancake and sausage. i took it back to them and explain to them what i found. two ladies from florida ask me what happen and i told them. when i sat down to eat with the feeling sick of what i had seen. the two ladies came over to me and told me they were laughing at what happen to me. i was so mad i waited for the manager and when i seen the manager i told her to give me my money back and take that nasty cook out of the kitchen i told her i am a retire NYPD Traffic Agent and i think if i am not wrong the same thing happen years ago in the same restaurant with a NYPD Police officer. i told the manager that she will hear from me. if this McDonalds has nasty people working behind in their kitchen they need to retrain them. the only thing i eating in their for now on is the Coffee and i am watching out for that. i notice the milk is not in close container WATCH OUT EATING AT THAT McDonald. Someone is going to get SICK

This McDonalds has been horrible since the 90s. Dirty. No organiztion in terms of the line. Orders come out wrong constantly. Only go there as last resort really late. AVOID at lunch.
Like the way you make your order they give you a number and you go find your seat and they bring the food to you that is really nice specially when youre tired and they bring the food to you with a smile makes my day a great thing thought of the day great with a smile

Location has computerized ordering but does not have a permanent cashier for those who want to pay in cash. The wait for the cashier and for the end product is just as long if not longer than the previous system.

Consistent food as expected - but strangley some of the colder staff Ive seen at a McDonalds. Probably just spoiled by the glowing attitudes at other locations.

2022-06-30This location is normally heavy in customer volume so sometimes you might have to wait z while before youre receiving your order. With that in mind the staff are normally polite, attentive and patient even during the hectic rush hours. Its definitely worth the visit if your craving a big mac but I highly recommend avoiding the breakfast and lunch rushes

2022-06-05Manger was not friendly at all 😒 she had her back turned as I walked to the counter even after seeing me approached she did not greet me or even say good morning to me 😑. After placing my order I asked to use the restroom and she told me no and that it opens at 9am and it was only 8:55am lol customer service here is a joke and I work in the service industry. I will definitely be avoid this McDonalds from now on and It sucks cause its on my daily route to work

2022-04-11I went here the other day with my mother. It was kinda packed but we made out way to the line to order. A older Spanish lady with a green rolling grocery bag skipped my mother and didn’t even say anything. My mom didn’t want to argue with an elderly lady so she let it slide. There was a belligerent young man sitting down, talking to himself and trying to get other people’s attention. He loudly proclaimed to my mother he was next in line. With the recent rash of violence all over nyc, my mom was hesitant to argue yet again. This young man appeared to be out of his mind and didn’t even order anything. My mom ordered then myself. The young man taking my order seemed alright until a young lady who I assume is the manager began talking to him in Spanish. His demeanor changed with me after that and he seemed rude. I placed my order and paid. The young lady who had spoken with the cashier gave me my food and was rude as well. All over the atmosphere here is off, they pick and choose who they are nice to. I ate my food at home and woke up feeling sick the next day. I don’t want to say they did something to my food but my gut tells me they did. Please, anyone eating here, be careful.

2022-06-14Ordered a frappe with extra caramel, it was watery and the extra caramel was added only on top. When I addressed it to the barista/server he rudely said “make a complaint”. If working with people irritate you maybe change jobs. I’ve had that drink more times than I can count and that was by far the worst I’ve ever had.

2022-04-19Never will I ever eat there again. The employees are RUDE, they give you the once over and talk amongst themselves instead of doing their jobs!!!. Nobodys wearing a nametag, so I cant call them out properly. The food is subpar as well, my daughter felt ill after eating the food from there which is also pricey considering the quality and its generally not good for you anyway. To make matter worse, derelicts are allowed to hang out in the store to further harass customers.Take this review however you like, I say eat there at you own risk.
