Fries were fresh, no grilled chicken, the chicken sandwich I got was disappointing. I should have saved the money and got a McChicken they taste better.
I’ve tried daily to get the right order via door dash, Uber eats, and in person visits. I just want my correct order - it’s the same every day. And it shouldn’t take an hour on a day when your “live” status shows “great time to order”
I just absolutely love the app my boys and I are always stopping to grab a bit to eat and it cost us a few bucks and we all get full with the surveys and the app you cant go wrong and is so worth the time

I have given this location numerous times to get it right, but somehow they always fail. By all means, I am not a finicky person..., I can handle lukewarm fries, but anything less is unacceptable, and today, again, the fries were cold. To serve cold fries to customers is truly less than par. This location used to be decent, estimating 3 years ago and back..., but since, I am unsure of what has happened, but management needs to get it corrected. At breakfast you cant get what you ordered. If not at peak lunch time, cold fries. At dinner, forget about it..., always a wait in line, and usually for lukewarm to cold food, or wrong order entirely. Its official, State Street location is now our Golden Arches of choice. I have soooo many get free coupons from this location for mistakes, its nuts. Just get it right the first time is all I ask.
I came through the drive through late today after work. Was asked to pull forward to wait and did. Waited about 20min before goin in to check on my order. Another lady who had also been waiting came in behind me and just let loose. She was rude and harsh and had no self respect or respect for the employees. I felt embarrassed for her. The employees were really short staffed and busy, but handled the evil customer so well. They stayed calm, courteous and did their best to serve us. I just hope those employees didnt take her evil words and tone to heart. Its a rough job.

Make sure you check your receipt... I was just charged $8 for SAUCE!! I asked for 4 of each dipping sauce, and was given literally everything from mayo, honey, ketchup every dipping sauce and then some, some of the items that I asked for never made it to the actual order, therefore never received.i understand understaffing, but this is just unreal. If you go here for a meal, good luck 🤞

This McDonalds location I visited at least five times in a week. It gave me an idea about how much people do care even at a place like McDonalds. I believe that these people truly care about what they put in your bag or on your tray so please show the respect when you arrive at this particular location and thank them for their hard work that typically gets taken for granted and all fast food companies.Great job guys keep up the hard work

Only one employee was wearing their mask at the drive-thru tonight (11/25/2021). COVID is really bad in this area right now and people like this are not helping.The lady taking the orders was very nice and was wearing a mask like a responsible adult. She deserves a raise for actually caring about the customers health and safety.
Absolutely love this restaurant in particular the location always a great staff they are fast and if something is wrong with my order they take care of it right away I go there all the time with friends the food is always fresh as well absolutely love it!
Met this guy named Kenny Eastman at McDonald’s. He had great service it was the best I’ve ever had. This man is the best employee in McDonald’s history, he deserves a raise. And employee of the month.
I dont know who this gentleman was but he took the time from what I assume was his grand daughter to show kids how to fold paper and make a cube. There ate still good people!!!

McDonalds on Arsenal Street is one of the best McDonalds weve ever been to. Weve been to several that are extremely slow and of course eggshells in the sandwiches when you finally do get them.
Double Quarter was very sloppily put together. Fries were definitely not fresh. Drinks were good except we werent given straws. All in all a typical visit to McDonalds drive thru.
Easy in easy out kind of a shame that you dont get the snack wrap chicken things anymore cuz my wife kind of dug those but if I just need to feed my face or grab something quick for a road trip you cant beat it. The fries are kind of inconsistent and I dont know why used to seeing that you could go and the fries would be nailed every time unless it was like the very end near closing time then you might get the old s*** that was just lingering at the bottom of the basket who knows. But overall better fries and Burger King not as good burgers but more of them so in the end Mickey Ds wins

Absolutely awful. Employees were rude and made me wait for my order for 15 minutes, I tried asking for service but ended up being ignored. Wasn’t as busy and still had to wait for my food. When I finally got it I was disgusted, there was a hair in between my burger. That and the burger itself was undercooked. Never going here again.

Went there tonight. Asked for them to cook my chicken nuggets and French fries to order. They just re-dunked my chicken nuggets (they were really dry and hard, about broke a tooth), and I was missing the only 2 McDoubles I ordered. Normally I check our bag, but it was all packed into one bag so it was hard to see everything. I ordered more than just the nuggets and McDoubles. Normally Arsenal street McDonalds is the only one I like to get my nuggets from. I was not impressed! When I ask for it to be cooked to order I don’t expect old nuggets just dropped into a fryer to be heated back up. Disgusting.
Had the sausage egg and cheese with hash brown and coffee. It was good. Coffee was hot, service was quick and friendly even for the early hour we stopped in on the road. Parking lot had plenty of room for us to pull in with our trucks and boats. Overall nothing to complain about.

The lady that was supposed to take our order was very rude. They have the split drive thru and she said to my side Im busy and then proceed to take all the cars from the other side. Even after repeatedly saying hello and excuse me she never replied.

I worked at a different location so I fully understand what it’s like to work in a crazy McDonald’s during a rush...At 2:31pm I ordered 3 4pc nugget happy meals, A medium Big Mac meal, a crispy chicken sandwich, and 2 McDoubles.We along with 5-7 other vehicles were pulled forwards we were handed 3 happy meals... None of which were even ours. (2 6pcs and 1 cheese burger)..Got our other food at around 3:05pm and it was all cold and all not correct (McDonald’s were missing everything other than ketchup, Big Mac had like 3 slices of cheese)...I NEVER have had such a struggle with a McDonald’s. I’ll just go someplace else next time.. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone unless they want to wait 45 minutes to get cold incorrect food.

We were there 30 mins ago got 4 McGriddles a large orange juice and medium coffee the coffee was half full and lid was broken. The McGriddles were really Hot!! But the women at the window give us the Order must have been to cold to say have nice day or please come again. So when we got to park I went to take sip of my coffee to wear it was not at all pleased
Literally the people that work here DO NOT care how they make your food. They do not care if they have you wait for 15 minutes for your order only to get it and realize they made a mistake and having to go back in and wait another 5 minutes to be noticed by an employee and wait another 10 minutes for your food. Never remember the sauce, Dont expect fresh fries either and dont ever expect your special request to be done. Unfortunately it is the only McDonalds near us so we continue to use them. Definitely need better training done!
I dont usually too much fast food but they do have a really nice tasting double cheeseburger bacon or whatever its called Ive only had it one time but the only thing I do have a complaint with is they had a really long line and when my food was given to me they missed a few items and Im still waiting for the coupons.

Horrible service took them 12 minutes to make a hot chocolate sundae after it was ordered 3 people worked on it😬. None seemed to know how to refill the chocolate dispenser,meanwhile our other food got lukewarm waiting for this simple dessert to be made.This is the second less than satisfactory experience in a row at THIS location.We are in Watertown about twice a month for shopping so will now simply go elsewhere
Just left there. Staff was polite, but the big MAC was created inverted. With the partial piece of meat placed on top and the top sesame bun in the center of the burger along with the center piece of bread. Hey McDonalds, I understand its busy (I work retail) ,but attention to detail goes a long way for customer satisfaction. Oh, can we fill the drinks to the top instead of halfway?
Never get your order right. Missed my straws and took the order correctly, atleast the receipt showed it was right, but didnt give my kid the toy or apple slices!

I have been electrocuted in a McDonalds and this was by far my worst Mc-sperience.How can I rate this lower than 1 star?Ordered food via drive thru @ 2:30.7 cars ahead of us waiting for food.At least 4 got out of their cars and went inside for a refund.The poor food runners had no clue what they were bringing out.Didnt get food untill 2:59pm. ALL WRONG.My daughter cried herself to sleep waiting for her first happy meal.My better half had an anxiety attack in the passanger seat.Happy meals?. .. We got some other familys happy meals.Mcdoubles with no mustard?... I got extra extra extra ketchup.. No pickle or onion.Buttermilk crispy chicken?.. Hockey Puck.Big Mac? She didnt even want to eat it.At least the 2 year old was happy with cold fries.10/10 would not recommend.What a SHITSHOW.
This location was very friendly and quick to get the food out. This time the drive through speaker was broken and they still did a good job keeping things moving. The food is consistent and priced accordingly.
Love this McDonalds. Usually very clean. Staff is really polite and they move quickly with no errors for the most part. Very quick and easy out for it being om the busiest street in town.
They took salads, Mc Rib sandwich, their breakfast bagels away and more. I eat there way less, like 97% less now.
Service today was ok. Fries were so bitter , they just tasted like the grease had not been changed in weeks. We did indeed ask for extra pickles but when you bit the burger pickles fell out around it. But the grease from the fries was the worse. My friend predicted a bad stomach and sure enough this morning he was in the bathroom all morning. I was warned not to stop but Im gonna listen I guess from now on

The ice cream machines are always down at franchise McDonalds because corporate McDonalds and Taylor Ice cream have long been partners. They produce an ice cream machine that intentionally breaks in the franchise stores because it benefits both corporate McDonalds and Taylor products as per mechanical calls and replacements. So dont be mad at that individual franchise McDonalds....be mad about the corporate contract they have to sign and are forced to use one type of Taylor ice cream machine. Prompt service with a smile.... but the play area was in desperate need of a good cleaning. I dont understand why parents let their children bring food into those areas when theyre clearly not allowed. Im a skinny adult and I had difficulty helping my children get through.... imagine a poor employee having to navigate those spaces to clean!
Very slow on the drive thru as usual. They upgraded the drive thru to make it quicker. I believe it makes it more confusing for the employees, they do not know whom is coming to the window for which order, if you do not pay attention and check your bags you may not pay for or get what you wanted. I think they could also be a bit more friendlier. They need lessons from the State St location.
The fact that I can have this delivered via Uber Eats makes it ten times better.ButThere is plenty of parking.They definitely have their timing down to a science.The food is always fresh and you can customize it however you want.The prices are on par with other restaurants.If I had only experienced delivery then they would have five stars. Unfortunately, they did not hold up when I came to the actual restaurant to evaluate.The food that I get from delivery is actually better than the food I get in the restaurant. I do not understand this conundrum, but there you go. They have very friendly staff, although some managers are a bit intense and take their job far too seriously for an environment that attracts mostly teenage workers. The service in the drive-thru is spot-on but the counter service leaves a bit wanting.I sat in the lobby and watched as a plethora of employees were around the food station but not one spare the minute to come out and clean the lobby. Two tables not only had food on them but garbage under them for over half an hour. This was not during a rush, in fact the lobby was mostly empty save a handful of customers.I would like to see a bit more hand washing. And no, drying your hands on your shirt does not mean that your hands are still clean. I witnessed an employee come out of the bathroom doing just that, drying his hands on his stomach. He then went back to his position on the grill.Touching your face, your clothing, and even adjusting the headset all should be followed by an immediate hand wash or hand sanitization before touching food or putting food into bags. The average customer assumes at your hands are clean when you reach to put those fries in their bag.
Sadly the only positive thing that I can say is that the restaurant was clean for the most part. I understand that its spring break and Im sure they were busy at times, but it doesnt excuse the cashier who it felt like was barely listening to us, got the order wrong, had to keep correcting it and forgot our cups and drinks. The food was mostly fresh from but tasted old. Dry, barely any condiments and could have been assembled a lot better. It was like they were in the middle of a lunch rush and were rushing through everything. I dont usually have problems at this one but I did that night. I wont stop going because bad shifts happen everywhere but I will let the manager know and to be more aware.

Last night my wife had ordered the following:1 Large Fanta1 Large Fry2 cheeseburgers no mustard no ketchup2 cheeseburgers2 mc chickens no mayo2 mc chickens no lettuceWhen she got home the meal she had received was the completely wrong order except for the Fanta and Fry. I returned to the store and was given a replacement meal. However when I got home the burgers were made with old meat and stale buns. And the mc chickens had to be at least 2 hours past their discard time. The two mc chickens with no lettuce were hard and at most a centimeter thick.Very displeased in this service.
They commonly get orders wrong and can be very rude about it as well. I don’t recommend going here if ur in a rush or if u want ur order done right

Best service we have ever received at a McDonalds Restaurant. Food was great. The Lobby Attendant went above and beyond asking how we were enjoying our food, and offering to refill our drinks. Manager promptly corrected a misunderstanding in our order. Polite and friendly. Were glad we didnt go to the Dennys down the road!

I like the food and some friendly staffs at this location but Ive been in this location and had an unpleasant experience especially with the indoor playground play area because they are dirty and stinks like urine. I stopped bring my children because of that and Im not sure if that have improve. My kind suggestion would be if theres a rotation for some staffs to take turns to do an hourly check up or run through just like the bathroom, that may help. Hygiene is an important part of customer service and satisfaction too. Also, please get the drive through orders correctly prepared especially with Uber Eats. Im surprised when my Uber Eats customer complained that her 3 years old daughters Happy Meal is missing. I literally have to drive back to get that meal and not get paid by Uber for doing so. I really dont understand why this location and the one in Calcium share the same issue of not getting orders correct. I use to work in McDonalds before thats why Im disappointed and quite upset. If some staffs are not service minded, please go do something else. Lastly, some customers like myself will complain because of 2 things: #1 something is not right and #2 cares enough to point out something thats wrong so it can be done right so service can be better hence I care. Without fail... Every single time I go to this McDonalds, my order gets screwed up. I asked for a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit with no cheese because I have a dairy allergy, 1 hash brown, and an ice water. Once again... Theres cheese on it and I have to throw it away. Putting the cheese on the sandwich is literally another step. Im asking you to put 3 out of 4 ingredients on the sandwich... How is this hard to do?!!!! I dont understand!!!
Not terrible but I ordered a new slushy they offered and I didnt notice till I got home they never gave me a straw. I had to drink my slush with a spoon. A lack of a straw destroyed my experience. So simple but a necessary tool when it comes to a slushy
I stopped there after crossing the border back into the states on the way home from montréal. It is right off the interstate which makes convenient. When I was the there they were packed for lunch rush. My order was made to order but they could have had one or two people to make the lunch rush more efficient.
Today 11/20/2020 My 3 year old son who Im working really hard potty training he said he needed to pee really bad wearing underwear so I pulled into Mc Donalds and he went pee. I think the custodian over heard what was going on and rewarded my son with a kids toy and a Mickey Mouse Hat , also I purchase cookies as well. Im very please Mc Donalds helped with making my son realize good things happen when you do good with potty training. Thank Mc Donalds

I was out with a few soldiers early Friday night, trying to make their lives a bit more pleasant. So I went inside this mcdonald store and stood in front of the register. And continued to stand there. I could have sworn I left my cloak of invisibility back at the palace, but no one there seems to be able to see me. It was as if I didnt even exist. How dare this clown ignore the great Kefka Palazzo! I have half a mind to plow through trash heap with my Magitek Armor.

Waited 10minutes at an empty counter, finally someone acknowledged our presence. She said they only had one person working the counter. Well that person was doing something else and didnt let anyone know the counter was unattended. Maybe she was looking for a fly swatter.

We ordered 3 meals. My daughter got her kids meal no problem. But our orders were so messed up. His siracha chicken was cold and looked old and refried. Mine had onions and no mayo. I order no onions cause Im allergic and I like Mayo on mine. Mind you I paid for the mayo. Took the food back up and now my burgers are burn and his chicken is still cold. I wont recemend this McDonalds to anyone. On top of the food being nasty I got a rude attitude from the manager.

I was at this place tonight and i sat there at the inner speaker waiting to be helped for almost 10 minutes while the drive thru lady continued to help the people at the outer speaker one after another. i was there before these people yet they got served before me. i got sicknof waiting and just left after calling to the lady and honking with no response at all. worst service ever.

I usually love their regular hambuger with the chopped onion, ketchup and pickle but this time I was very disappointed. The hamburger meat was mushy and had an odd consistency and it also wasnt very warm.
At the Watertown, NY location, Burger were barely, barely warm and a little dried out. If I wasnt on the run I would have turned around and returned them!
I like to touch screens for ordering. I had a sausage McMuffin with coffee and a hash brown. It was very good. Everything came out super hot

Fast and efficient. This place is always busy for lunch. The food is actually close to what you would see on the TV commercials. The drive through has long lines but theylve fast and it is all busniess. Good McDonalds.
Why is the food so much better at the Arsenal Street location? I like a Quarter Pounder, or I do at other locations. At Arsenal Street, it has the right amount of ketchup, onions, etc, and is hot, moist, yummy. At State Street...Dry, not enough ketchup, hardly an onion on the bun. WHATS UP? Trying to save money? Well, youre losing customers, because Im going to the Arsenal Street location from now on, because Ive compared, as have others Im sure, and theyre ALWAYS better, so why have second best, especially since fast food has become so expensive these days?
Reserved a birthday party 2 weeks in advance. Nothing was ready or done by time the party started. I get it, its McDonalds but dont have a birthday party package (for a small fee) and not deliver.
Make sure you check your change because the cashiers cant do math with a machine that gives them the answer right in front of them. Bought a large milkshake came out to 3.55 i gave them 5.55 I received 1.45 back. But they want 15 dollars an hour. So I called to inform them hey your cashier is an idiot so pay attention because if she shorted me who knows how many other people its happen to its a very basic thing. Quarter pounder with cheese was dredged in salt! Yuck! My hamburger was inedible. I wouldnt even feed it to my dog for fear that he would be sick. Its been a long time since I ate at McDs unless it was from their breakfast menu, but if this is typical of their hamburgers, I will not be stopping there anytime soon.
They still charge full price if you get the sausage egg cheese McMuffin without sausage which is probably the most expensive part.
Sometimes you gotta make sure your order is right and the food is hot but they get it right 90% of the time theyre under construction at the moment at both locations locally but theyre still serving in the drive through

We thought it was odd that they advertised one of there popular burgers the quart pounder as being hot and juicy .... like I have been visiting McDonalds for many years and never have I had anything really hot but this location served a hot and juicy quarter pounder upon my order and it was awesome !
We only go occasionally to McDs. We were greeted by Taylor who was enthusiastic, accommodating, and a great front counter person. Made for a great experience.
Waited quite a while to get our food...only to find the quarter pounder was raw....one would think that it might have been over done after having to wait so long...meanwhile food was flying out the drive through....I sure hope no one else was sickened by their meal
Self explanatory, just like every McDonalds. Like most, they get the orders wrong once in a while and you should always check your food and any bags before you leave, pull away!
Crowded, so had to park on the drive-through side, which made for a long walk to the entrance. However, they do have parking spaces in the back for rvs and vehicles pulling trailers, a definite plus.
I loved my visit to the Watertown McDonalds. I dont know what it is but the good there was better than the food here in the cuse. Kids had fun going back and forth from their food to the play area (wore themselves out). Wed visit again in the near future definitely.
One of the nicest McDonalds Ive ever seen. Nice prompt service and very clean restroom. I was impressed with the team behind the counter.
Some of the cashiers are really rude but others are great. The order is almost always correct. The food is usually good.
Its fast food. Its exactly what you would expect from McDonalds. Its not a ghetto. Its not dirty. You can have a decent meal here without feeling like youll get sick or robbed.
I was at this McDonald s on August 25, 2012. Do not go! This food restaurant is filled with flies that are flying around all over the place! The workers and people eating there were acting as if were nothing. I did not purchase anything from there and also walked out.
This is the first time Ive ever walked out of a McDonalds. But this lobby was so disgustingly filthy and you can tell has not been cleaned in a long time that I can only imagine what behind the scenes looks like. Gross. Management really needs to get it together
Service is horrible. Never enough staff. One poor cashier was taking orders, delivering food outside and making the orders for those waiting inside while the cooks were laughing. Manager no where to be found.
They continue to mess up my orders then charge me extra for things that are supposed to come with the meal then didnt even give me what I was charged extra for. Not impressed at all
They messed up our order and were in no hurry to fix it. We waited almost 15 minutes for them to get it right. So much for fast food!
They managed to well brown my muffin without charring it, so they are ahead of the curve.
Every visit we must check the food for accuracy. They are more concerned about getting the food out fast then giving the customer what they paid for.

Kids loved the play structure, parents will love the segregated dining area by there play place, with its own family washroom. Worth the short distance from the highway.

Drive thru is a hit or miss, same with the inside service. However remember that this is the only of its kind in downtown Watertown. Its very busy, and food maybe rushed out of the counter.

Took my little 2year old to the playground on arsenal st in watertown and it was so gross and dirty. It looks like it hasnt been cleaned in years. Please keep it clean or take it down

As long as they get the order right you might get it in you bag to take home if not you can run back and let your food get cold while you get your kids food that was left at the counter

Place is disgusting. Staff is slow and rude. Ordered 1 burger with no pickles it came with a sticker saying no pickles and had extra pickles and when I brought it back up they laughed and said oops

Spacious play place. Food was as expected. Best part is an employee brought my food to my table as I had 2 kids with me.

2022-07-12I usually eat my lunch time and dinner times here at random. I really like their tables of such classy make and design. I also like their chain music in the 50s, 60s style of the genre era. Unlike with other restaurants. Inside this location of our local McDonalds is very clean inside and very healthy.

2022-07-11They seem to be having issues cooking their burgers all the way through. I got one and it was pink inside so I returned it for another, they gave 2 reinbursement cards and a replacement, checked it and thought it was fine, but I rechecked it when I got home while it was in the fridge and it was pink inside too. Someone like me wont get sick from something like that, however others VERY MUCH CAN AND WILL get sick from it. PLEASE cook things properly. Avoiding this location for a month at least!

2020-03-07Ordered a little mac among other things and the bun was very burnt, fortunately the staff was super helpful and the rest of the order was great.The inside has had a major upgrade. It feels very modern and clean.Impressed by the new playplace. Staff was handing out fun activities for the children as well.Consider making the parking lot bigger if at all possible :)Great job guys and gals!!

2022-04-30The manager Summer in a blue shirt treated me badly when I went to pick up an order, just because I speak Spanish, she must understand that without clients she would not have a job so bad for her, this Company should not have this type of people working for them, what she did is racism and she did it in front of other clients.I went shopping today and one of my orders was a Happy Meal to go, its amazing to see how they had a young woman taking the food outside, there were so many of us that she didnt know who each order was from and for me she came home and 🤦🏻🤦🏻♀️ They didnt throw the hamburger at the Happy meal, they called the store and they could only say come pick it up, have a nice day. What a lack of respect. This store is going from bad to worse.

2022-03-23They are so ignorant there they dont know enough to put meat on a big Mac. The two younger managers that work there 1 male, 1 female are too immature for a management position. They laugh at your frustrations. They have robbed me so many times by messing up my order. Its never in your favor. Youre always missing something from the order.
