The quality of the food at this particular Wendys is significantly lower than anywhere else that Ive patronized. For myself and two others I ordered 1 fish sandwich, 1 small chicken nuggets with small fries, and 1 order of small fries. All 4 food items had a rancid taste, as if the oil that may have been used to make it was very old, making everything inedible. And the fish sandwich was so hot it burned the mouth of the person I purchased it for. Since it was take out and I had already left that area long before tasting the food, going back into the store to express this concern was not an option. I will never spend my money there again.
The worst customer I have ever recieved. I was sitting outside in my car for about 15 minutes before someone took my order. What made it worst when I placed the order and went to the other window to pay same nonsense, they were chatting and lauging, carrying on and on before someone acknowledged me. After I payed and went to the third window, the lady who cashed my food came back to where I was waiting to collect my food, to tell me she had to swipe my card again because her machine isnt working properly today. Didnt argue gave her my card, only when I got home and checked my account the following day I was charged twice. Called the store and they have the audacity to tell me, Yes they saw it as soon as I drove off, and I should come back for a refund another day. So please be careful with your cards. Funny thing is both prices on my card was different.
Terrible manager & service. Mobile orders are not to be made inside. Its made beforehand so you can just go & pick up your food. Not here though. U still have to stand on line & order. The manager was not using gloves handling food & I told her I didnt want what she packed up & to give me another order. Theres too many ppl here for the service to be this slow & unorganized. 0 stars
Three things:1. They do not take apple pay.2. The wait time to order is RIDICULOUS! I would understand if they were understaffed, which I thought when I ordered. Gave them the benefit of the doubt.After walking in, LOW AND BEHOLD, theres like 15 people DOING NOTHING!3. The managers, especially the one with the short cut and workers are just in lala land. This is the worst Wendys Ive ever been to. Whats the point in making a mobile order if u have to stand in line to order it? It took 10 min with only 1 person in front of me. Then the lightskin supervisor with the blond & blank hair does not wear gloves yet she grabbed the fry box with her finger in it then added the fries. I told her I dont want them & to wear gloves handling my food. Its unorganized & theres so many ppl working but only 1 young man at the register. Terrible! 0 stars.
Stood online for about 20 minutes, then when I asked for the sandwich I wanted the cashier didnt know what I was talking about I had to tell her the number of the meal for her to know what I was talking about. In the middle of my order she walks away before I could finish. Then she after I gave her my full order she then proceed to tell me they are not accepting chase bank. There were no signs anywhere in the restaurant to inform customers of that and I dont carry cash so that was a complete waste of my time and they acted like they didnt care
Wendys home of the heart attack or in this case home of the disrespect because when I come through the drive-thru these ladies and gentleman that run the establishment known as red head Wendys are so disrespectful and they dont care about Hoover eats or doordash is safety when it comes to getting the food at night time and they rather you stand inside the drive-thru web somebody I randomly throw their drink or spit on you as their coming out of the drive-thru because youre standing in their way and they dont know why youre standing in their way but its after 12 and I want to go home and enjoy their food
The Better Business Bureau need to check up on them ripping people off every single night no matter how many people give them change oh we have no change even tonight when the guy in front of me his food came up to something 45 she told them exact change or card he gave her change then when I got there my stuff was 683 she told me she had no change Im like the car in front of me just gave you change mine is only $0.17 he just gave you $0.45 in change every night is the same thing no change no change no change and nobody says anything because its a little $0.15 here $0.20 here but if they do that a few hundred people thats more money even one person is too many
I never got the opportunity to place my order I was standing on line for close to 20 mins along with 5 other customers. (4 of us walked out) The employees were talking and laughing back and forth to the food prep area or at drive through. Another was taking care of a Delivery service order, the manager was taking care of her cash count. At no time, not once did any employee come out and acknowledge the extended wait time or anything to customers standing on line, it was as if we did not exist! This was very disrespectful and unacceptable customer service.
This location needs some TLC, got there within seconds of hitting “start making my food” on the app for wendy’s and was in what looked like a line but wasn’t, anyways, the pickup area is the least co-ordinated area because when people walk in, you got customers and food delivery services competing to get to the cashiers to let them know you are there to pick up your order and if they do finish your food, and you don’t like push to the front of the madness, then it will literally sit there and get cold. I’m sorry for being the one to have to tell you this but it’s not the employee’s faults, it’s management, whoever decided that was a good idea needs to stand in line after making a mobile order on a busy Friday night and see how that experience turns out, then make adjustments!
Quality of service has gone all the way down here. I used to frequent this location often and now they have completely new staff with all young workers. I’m all for young workers but they need managers with more experience who can manage them better. I came here at 7pm on a Sunday and they were completely out of fries. I waited a good 20mins for a very simple order. The door dash and delivery drivers get more priority than the walk ins. Two stars simply because my order was correct and still hot.
My wife and I had a very pleasant time at this location. Its the best Wendys in Brooklyn, the staff is exceptional. To begin the cashier Memphis started the visit great the young lady who made my burgers Veronick was superb, and the runners Sarah and Dejeanah topped it off. That was the best experience Ive had in a while at a fast food joint. Those young ladies truly know what customer service is. Keep up the extraordinary work. Thanks again...
Late night dinner after a dance recital. My 7 y.o. was satisfied. The drive-thru staff were exceptional and polite.Update: 2 years later... Drive-thru experience was subpar. Albeit, the line was long I still felt rushed when giving my order. The cashier kept asking Will that be all? and I wasnt finished yet. No worries... Ill spend my money elsewhere since its not good enough to exude patience. This pandemic has people uptight and discourteous.
Horrible service here. Visited after work and received the wrong ordered, asked at the window to exchange for the correct order and was given 3 nuggets (and told to pass the incorrect order back through the window) since I had already bitten one to confirm that my order was correct. When I tried to speak to the person at the window, the shift manager (also the person who said to give three nuggets because I bit one) instructed the worker to close the window while I was still speaking. The employee was nervous to close the window and the shift manager repeated instructed him to until he closed the window in my face. When I went inside to attempt to rectify the situation, the shift manager completely ignored me, then was extremely rude when she finally responded. Genuinely concerned about the messaging that management is sending to employees by allowing guests to be treated poorly AND by not following the appropriate food safety procedures.
I like Wendys but it become very crowded they need to be a little more organized because the lines is too long and even when I go inside they are just spinning around like headless chicken when I go for coffee in the morning they are not ready yet I have to wait me alone in the line and 8t still take to long on one cup of coffee and it still cold if they have everything organized they could make a lot of money for the franchise owner
Honestly started coming here because the one on flatlands got bad, & this one has done the same. The staff in there are slow, got bad customer service, obnoxiously loud when speaking to one another and just straight terrible. They look at you like you stupid when you trying to tell them something. Whether you go in store, order online, or drive through its slow. & until they get better management in there it’s only going to get worst.
I’m sick of this location every time you order something is missing, not made right or the food doesn’t come in time and I’m sick of it waited 3 hours for an order not to come! Trust and believe this was the last straw for all Wendy’s for me and I will never place an order again I am disgusted at how your company does business!
Chicken was burnt, we asked for coke and after driving too far realized we got something that looked like coke but taste like Robitussin. Could only order soda because that was the only machine that worked. Would have preferred lemonade. I like Wendys but will never go back to this one.
I work close by here and typically do mobile order so I don’t have to wait but 75% of the time the order isn’t ready even tho I had place the order 30 min ahead of time. There’s been times where I am the first one in line when I arrive but it would still take them more than 10 minutes just to help me take an order. Management here needs serious help
They locked their doors with customers still inside and had everyone else going through their drive through which was over packed. There was no sign or anyone to come and explain the reason for this. Their workers are very unprofessional and you wait extremely long for food service. Avoid at all cost.
Came here a couple days ago on my lunch break. The store was clean, Large variety of drinks from the machine and the service was decent, took about 4 minutes . Because of The young man on register (Nick) it was a pleasure. He was funny & moved quickly! Affordable food, great service and great employees. Will definitely be back soon!
There is 0 sense of urgency with this Wendy’s. Just about everytime I come in here the line could be from the cashier to the fireplace and the staff is moving as if there is one person in the store. “Fast” food where? Where is management? Please instill a sense of urgency in your staff. We’re here because we want our food fast. Fix it please.
Im an employee at that Wendys and I can tell honestly that working there is not pleasant and very stressful manager dont give a thing about how you feel based on how other is treating you because other staff members are trying to boss you around and they be yelling at you for no purpose and curse at you for any reason Im definitely going to quit working there I dont want my energy to be spend there and I want to waste my personality there, just anyone who a job there just think about the stress youll deal with or try it yourself
My experience with this Wendys is horrible and this is more than once. Today I simply ordered 2 frostyccinos, 1 vanilla and 1chocolate and 1 frosty (mixed van & choc) at the drive thru. The woman acted like she didnt understand and I repeated to clarify. They also had signs up advertising the frostyccino buy 1 small get one for $1for a limited time (no specifications on when the special ended). I asked her about it and she proceeded to tell me yes that was the special and that was my whole reason for trying it (1 for me 1 for my mom). As I pulled up to the window there was a whole confusion of her saying her manager said that the special was no longer available. So I asked her why were the signs there and they should honor it because they still have it advertised. She said she can either still make it for me for the regular price or just cancel it. My mom instead asked to replace it with a small choc frosty. Here we go again with having to break down a simple request.. Im saying to myself why is this girl taking orders when she acts incapable. (SN: no language barriers or noticeably mental challenges just plain incompetence). Then as we were handed our order (another problem I have with this Wendys, no gloves on or beverages/frostys in a tray or bag. They just hand it to you thru the window and you have to always ask for spoons and straws like really smh) it was still wrong. They gave 1 vanilla frosty and my frostyccino didnt seem to be made properly so I asked another woman about it and she just wasnt any help. At this point I was completely done. They took back the vanilla and made the mixed and finally gave my mom her choc frosty after reminding them. Honestly Im not a petty person, I actually try to always practice patience, but Ive experienced less than sub par or professional service from this Wendys on multiple occasions and had to air my grievances once and for all.
Waited in line at drive thru window for at least 5 minutes and no one even acknowledged my presence at the speaker...3 cars ahead waiting to pay or get phone and wait had evidently been so long, they drove off without paying or getting food. I took the queue..if the service was this poor the food likely would follow so I left without ordering as did the car directly behind me. Meanwhile a long line of cars had wrapped around the restaurant. I could understand a line of cars at the lunch hour but it was 10p. A sure sign of poor management and lack of customer service.
Ugh the driveway is always busy and packed. The workers at the cashier needs to be a bit more sanitary. I asked one of the cashiers for sweet and sour sauce & rather than she hand it to me in my hand, she took the same hands that took payment from me & threw the sauce rt on top of my ordered fries that she gave me. Smh. I gave the fries away.
Had a very disappointing experience. They gave me a difficult time using your coupons. Almost every item was not prepared as ordered. Wanted a large berry salad they didnt have any. Ordered $1 dollar large fries as featured as a NEW ITEM on your website, told me there was no such item. The burgers were not made as ordered. Wanted spicy chicken nuggets and was told they were all sold out.
Horrible!! Workers are too busy talking and not paying attention to orders. Fries were cold, sandwich was barely warm. The staff is not personable at all from the evening manager down to the staff. Presentation of food is horrible! It wasnt my first time there. I believe it was my 3rd. Thats it for me!!! DONE!!
I guess I just came in on the wrong Sunday. Food was great, havent had Wendys in a while. Service, definitely couldve been way better. The staff all seemed like they werent happy being there at all. It was difficult getting butter for my backed potato, I wouldve paid for it. They seemed anoided by my kids. They werent happy or fast moving at all. They basically bummed me out, so I packed up and left the establishment as peacefully as I came. Probably the only reason Ill go back soon is because its right next to a park. (Kids ), get it 🤨.
Make sure you note the cost of your order, when using the drive-thru. The cashier at the window will quote another price for your order. When question about the different cost, she said sorry. Also she refuse to repeat the order. How can $11.07 goto $13.64? They don’t give receipt for your order. Always in a hurry to take your order, but never getting it right.
Theres always a issue with the order, missing food. Best to check your bag before leaving. The soft drink machines where out of drinks. Poor customer service. Young workers played around in the back instead of servicing customers. Drive thru long lines, I parked just to order my food. Fries was horrible, not fresh!
This place was so bad drive through we stayed in the line for 1hr and more not realizing caused we were talking in the car when we reach we got wrong order and also we ask them for us waiting so long do we get another burger no and not to mention they didnt give me my dressing I had to ask for it bad service in Brooklyn I never wanted to rate it not even once
Went to the drive through and purchased a grilled chicken wrap. When I got on the highway and decided to eat the wrap, the chicken was like rubber, I tried to chew it with my hungry self, and it never broke. I am completely turned off from Wendys now. Theyve messed up my order a few times before, but now Im officially done with the chain as a whole.
Ordered a salad, there was hair in it. Not like a small piece, either. It was easily 5 strands of hair, at least 10 inches long, knotted together tangled in the lettuce. Do you know how disgusting it was to pull a clump of hair out of my mouth? Vomit inducing, to be sure. Coming home late from work and stopping for what you think is decent food so you wont have to cook after 10 PM only to get a mouthful of hair, dirty disgusting hair entwined in your food is enough to keep a person out of a fast food restaurant.
If its late night and you want a quick meal dont waste your time; chances are youll starve before getting your food. I got the Wendys signiture minutemade lemonade. What a waste of time and money! Never again never would I buy a meal here nor recommend anyone going there. Very lazy and slow employees.
Very rude! Argued with me about 4 for 4 meal. Tried to rip off a 13 year old. Cashier needs to pay close attention in math class or brush up on necessary, basic math before taking orders. On another note- 4 for 4 meal tastes like trash. Hence the reason it costs $4.44. Fries were cold. Left the bacon off the the sandwich and the nuggets were also cold and tastes like rubber... Shame on you all!
While the atmosphere is cozy with a lounge-like setting by a video fireplace, and there is ample seating in a variety of table top types, the service is terrible!! They are EXTREMELY SLOW!!! I thought perhaps it was a one time occurrence, but no! This continues, day after day, week after week. Another likable feature is the ability to choose from a LARGE variety of carbonated drinks. The soda machine has the ability to mix many different varieties of fruit flavors into your favorite Coca-Cola products! All choices are made on a large, easy to read, understand, AND navigate, touch screen window. I never knew there were so many varieties of soda based drinks available!If youre ok with *slow* service, and youre looking for a nice, cozy, & comfortable ambiance in a delicious fast food restaurant, THIS Wendys is the place for you!!
Fries were fine. Burger was cold and they barely put bacon😑 in the crispy chicken blt. Peices of chicken in the blt were extremely small. Bread was hard. Normally it’s fine but this Wendy’s was not the best. I recommend going to a different one. The nuggets were also fine though.
This was my first time at this location.My chilli order sloshed around like soup before I could walk away from the countertop. Couldnt find a bean floating in the cup. The cashier did give me a new one by dumping the chilli back in the serving station and ladle me more soup.Didnt help the customers before me were very agitated and critiquing the service speed.For a location with two high end beverage dispensers to have such unprofessional conduct and lackluster quality (for fast food standards no less) is pretty shocking.I didnt even bother to refund my order, just took my burgers and acquainted the chilli with the nearest trash bin.
I am right here to report about this wendy this is the most unsatisfied place Ive ever visited in my entire life. Never and ever go to here I dont suggest you to come here and eat rude customer service not clean and they dont even understand when you explain smthng. My mom ordered a baked potato salad from here and the workers are always forget to add the cream cheese! one time the potato was spoiled, one time the cheese was spoiled, one time there was even NO cheese. And also, when my mom order drinks they did not even add straws! Also, the wifi sucks and PLEASE stop making the fries cold! It make it taste nasty tbh. This wendys need A lot of work. Trust me. They also give you mean looks like as they dont wanna be there. I dont get it. And I hate, hate, HATE, waiting in the drive way for 10+ minutes its so annoying especially when I have not eaten all day. And I am in 6th grade writing a essay review. Sometimes when I am at the park thats next to it I have to see if my sister got her order. ;-;
Slowest experience at a fast food restaurant ever. Friday afternoon, one register open, 10 people one line, Ive been here 18 minutes and counting. Register got stuck. I understand that. But 4 people have been messing with it for ten minutes. THERE IS ANOTHER REGISTER. -_-
Staff is nice but the place is perpetually overcrowded and they always manage to get my order wrong no matter what I do. Ive waited a half hour for my order to come out, after being on line for 15 minutes. They have two registers, but Ive never seen both open at the same time. They need more workers to manage the flow of customers.
The employees do not listen, they messed up the whole order, they give you mean looks like as if they do not want to work there(then get another job please). Please hire friendly people please, not people who didn’t want to get out of bed or your close friends and relatives. Need professional employees.
These mfs got the nerve to twll someone after they place their order to have your money ready. Im like i guess they rushing. I Recently visited the restaurant & i ordered a meal , first off they gave me the wrong change . When i noticed i asked her why she gave me money with missing change , she goes “ i ran out” . So in my head im like atleast say something what the hell , dont just hand me wrong change. Then i get my food the bag feels funny , i go outside half way home the bag rips and all the food falls out except the burgers . Because they gave me one bag for mad stuff & the bag was wet preciously . So now i get upstairs to open my burgers , the burgers are mad wet as if someone drenched it in water . Im so upset
Very satisfied drive thru great got my sandwiches and burgers very fast drive thru was moving fast no one had to wait this what you call real fast food Restaurant I recommend this store may 4 is a day to remember congrats who made my food here’s a thumbs up to you I was there 7:45 pm it’s everyone that used the drive through today saying they didn’t waited all my friends and people I know are very satisfied
We go to this Wendys on the way home from BJs warehouse. EVERYTIME we go there, were missing something from our order. We usually catch it before pulling off. Today was the last straw! We only ordered 3 meals and a kids meal. How do u forget to put Fries in the Kids Meal?!? How??? Last time it was the nuggets from the 4 for 4.44s.. The time before that was a whole chicken sandwich meal.. Im over this Wendys and the one on Pennsylvania is always crowded so no more Wendys for us.
I cant rate all Wendys the same and I have ate at Wendys in over 10 sates but this one on Remsen and Ditmas is a !! who ever the manager is should be fired how you run a business and give out off salt the new ice tea has no taste theyre stretching the ingredient just to pass it ondont waste your time go to one on Flatland & 76 street

2022-01-11Marti Martino you need to give this store a surprise visit. If using the drive-thru: make sure that you have the correct items and sizes before you pull off. I do not recommend this location. Make sure they give you a receipt.

2022-02-27Wish I could give them zero stars It’s always something with this location but today was the final straw first mistake was going thru the drive thru waited about 30+ minutes just to order I would understand if it’s busy but it wasn’t it was 2 cars and no one inside, finally get my order and it’s wrong I’m missing items, and I asked for no mayo or tomato’s on my sandwich which now I can’t eat, I realized I’m missing a sandwich and tried to get it at the window the manager tells the employee that I can’t add items at the window ….. when I most definitely ordered it at the menu. Fine I go inside just to see over 8 employees just standing around talking the manager just walking around not paying any attention to anything, no one at the register I’m standing there for about 5 minutes only see 2 people actually working until someone from the back finally comes and takes my order. I get home just to see the nuggets I got was stale I looks like they’ve been sitting there for one hour- cold and dry idk where they find these people from but they all need to be fired or retrained definitely won’t be coming back I didn’t even get a receipt.

2022-01-08Understaffed with one cashier and one person in the cook line. Both spent time having side conversations. At one point 10 minutes passed with no food being made or any orders being taken.. Just a long through the store with customers leaving..Food sat open at the counter for 10 minutes when the cook line and cashier disappeared. Cashier spent 5 minute intervals of just starring at receipts in confusion. Uber and Door Dashers kept leaving and screaming they are canceling the pick ups. At one point the manager appeared and went back to the drive through which wasnt much better of a wait. ( I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes prior to walking in the restaurant). Eventually I spent over an hour waiting to order and felt very disturbed that I even waited that long. Not sure how the food tasted because I was so disgusted with the experience I lost my appetite.I literally kept asking people if it was a prank. I will never return to this location again.

2022-06-10This Wendys location does not care about your feelings and concerns. They always cater to food delivery apps people 1st before regular tradition customers. Yes if you order from this location, prepare to wait over 30mins for your food. My point is this is the worst Wendys division in the America.

2022-05-18I recently ordered through the Wendy’s app, and apparently doordash picks up the order. I had two dashers try to pick up my order through the Wendy’s app, but the people here kept saying they don’t see my name on their end, so there’s nothing they can do for me. When both me and my dashers are staring at my order for them to pick it up. Money was already taken out of my account and all. I tried contacting the Wendy’s app, but never could get through to them. Worst experience ever. Just waiting for my money back from a order I never received. Mind you I ordered since 1:54. It’s 3:07 and still nothing. Terrible service.

2022-07-10It was a disgusting experience.Very disgraceful, too many young people working with no customer service experience. Attitude taking my kids order and very disappointed. The manager on duty was kind and helped us. But the young cashiers need proper training …. Food was good . But the service was not nice at all .

2022-04-30I go to Wendys a lot but I think this Wendys wasnt bad I got a 4 for 4 it was decent but it had a funny taste. The one thing I enjoyed was the soft drink it did hit the spot beside that the meal was average.

2022-06-03Forgot my wallet so I parked and went inside to place an order for me and my kids. They waited until we were about to pay then to tell us they dont take contact less payment. It is posted all over the restaurant that they do but no signs were posted that they stop accepting it. Do you know what its like to have to turn to tell 3 kids who you just placed their favorite orders for that they cant get anything because I forgot my wallet at home? Never again.
