Theres really not much to say, its Wendys. Its a somewhat new building (redone a few years ago). Better than BK and the Archs (cept for the fries -and MRib if you can find it). Their chicken sandwiches.. Well I have a YT channel all about those and lets say Wendys is not a finalist. BUT their burgers are okay.
Cozy place, feel morden and refresh from the traditional Wendys. Same good food, neat, clean and organized. I withhold a star in the rating because of the small car park. I ended up parking in the mall across the road and walk over.
Their chicken breakfast biscuit is a great way to start your day. Once you try it you will want one every day. Enjoy!

Was glad there was a long drive thru line when I was in a short line inside. Always felt the food here is better quality then the other fast food places. Plus had 15 feet space from the nearest person. Felt safe to eat inside.
So.. my husband and I went to wendys to pick up an on the go order. We went to the window as directed.. The manager ELVIS was very rude, advised us that he doesnt see the order, he cannot serve us our food! We asked him to look at the order on the phone and give us our PAID food. He advised us to call our bank to dispute the charges! you can see the smirk on his face! It took everything in my husband not to slap him! Loke seriously, ended up going to ShakeShack across the street and paid $26 fr a much better mean smh! we were about to spent $11 at Wendys.....
The drive thru was moving along at a steady pace however this business is located right on the corner of two major road ways and it tooksome getting out of

Just wanted to share my views on two magnificent workers by the Names Edith And Erica, they definitely need a pay raise. Their energy was bright,pleasant and well spoken,they put a smile on my face. Service was not great that day. People had to wait a while for their order. A lady returned a hamburger that was partly raw that her 3 year old had started eating. Once I received my order, it was a hamburger sandwich instead of a chicken sandwich. One of the workers in kitchen had his mask down under his chin. I ordered coffee and my cup was not completely full. The worst Wendys that Ive ever gone to and I live Wendys. My husband and I were disappointed. I didnt bother to take my order back because I saw that there was no organization at all that day.
Fast & friendly drive thru staff. I got the $5 Bacon Double Stack™ Biggie™ Bag. Sometimes I just want a cheap fast dinner and usually Wendys hits the spot. I love that they have deals cause sometimes you dont feel like spending over $10 on fast food. And their value menu offers a lot of good deals.
This was my first encounter with Wendys out here. The staff was polite and respectful. We were able to place our order via the kiosk which made the wait shorter. Our order was correct and delivered in a timely manner.
I go to Wendy’s all the time. One of my guilty pleasures LOL. I love frostys and one day the girl at the drive thru asked if I wanted a coupon book for $1 extra. I’m like ya I’m broke. Good idea. Once I got home I found no coupon book! No big deal, I’m easy going so I kinda forgot. Today I felt like another frosty, so when I ordered I shared my little annoyance. No questions asked, Amal gave me a keychain for free frostys for a year. I needed that today. It’s the little things sometimes and I’m grateful 🙏

Cool lil spot. Its just ruff getting on their parking lot, you have to be driving east on Old Country Road for the smoothest entry, at least when traffic is out. They upgraded their establishment. It looks very nice. Retro seating. The new soda machine has all the different flavors and sodas, and its self serve. They have a parking lot and drive thru. Courteous staff. Stop in and enjoy, and tell em I sent cha ;)

Dont really do fast food that much but wanted to try their new pretzel bun Burger and let me tell you I was not let down definitely enjoyed it. The only thing I was let down on was the fries seems like they werent fresh Virgo is nice and fresh and warm with delicious Frys honestly really only had a couple and just do the rest out in the garbage when I was done. Service was quick as I went to the drive-thru oh, well definitely go back again for that same Burger actually Im kind of in the mood for right now LOL but definitely try it out highly recommended

Daves single and the chicken nuggets tasted freshly made last night but the service was poor. Was waiting for part of my flood to be prepared and they should have given me the rest of it to eat while waiting.They said I had salt and katsup in my bag but I did Not so I had to go inside to get some when my order was placed through the drive thru. I really didnt want to touch the doors to walk in and out which is why I went through the drive thru to begin with which definitely wasnt necessary and could have been avoided.

Sloppy upkeep. The dining room had garbage literally overflowing from each bin and the soda station was a mess. The machines were either out of ice or out of soda and there were spills and lids just scattered on the counter top

If Im going to eat discount fast food burgers, Wendys is my go-to place. Burger King says their burgers are grilled, but they taste like chemicals to me. McDonalds burgers dont taste like they use actual meat...and perhaps they dont. Five Guys is great, but expensive and no drive thru. They closed the Five Guys a couple of blocks away from this Wendys, so we ended up here. Service here is usually decent. Parking lot/drive thru configuration is a nightmare. They should have better signage.
Awful bad service messed up my order slow no diet soda
The food was good the drive way always is backed up. Some people leave and drive back in again. If you cant go in you block traffic there should be an exit and a entrance or some one managing the line
This is a very clean Wendys which makes me happy and generally optimistic about the future of fast food. The service was pretty good and I really liked the new design of the restaurant and the fireplace and other design choices. This is great compared to other nasty, dirty Wendys that I have been in. Kudos.
I need to be careful. I may just visit for fresh fries and Nice 👍👌👏 service, just because. One of my favorite Wendys. With a worthy competitor within walking distance, this location holds it own!! Keep it up!
Great servers and quality food!
The parking lot is a bit tight but because its on old country rd there was a never ending line of drive through cars. Everything was clean and the food was very fresh. I dont believe I have ever had a bad Wendys experience.
I had a North Pacific Cod Sandwich and it was pretty good. It is a nice and clean location with good customer service. The quality of the sandwich was good and I would come back here! There were busy but the wait time was not long. Everybody here was working like a team to delivery a quality service. I would recommend this place.
Great quality food. It was the busiest Wendys I had ever been too and everything was done quickly and it was a fairly large order. Order was a accurate and while I will probably never go back (I live out of town) Id highly recommend for anyone passing through.
I went here today during my lunch break and ordered the 10 pice chicken nuggets. My skin began to brake out into hives come to find out they use the same oil for the Chicken that they use for fish I would never order here again. When I asked to speak to the manger regarding the matter they were very rude and said I was holding up the line.

Worst experience of my life the employees that work there didnt speak English they want to actually help. They got my order wrong three times in a row. Not only is it extremely unhealthy food, the service also sucked so much that I will never return to this location or any Wendys or theres my life.
This is one of my favorite locations. This crew is super efficient and always gets my order correct in a timely fashion. Theyre nice, patient with my specifics and the drive thru is super fast. Ive only dined inside once and it was clean and modern.
Its okay, I could sit inside now. I want to go to a dim sum place in the Roosevelt Field Mall, but my wife is fussing. So I abandoned her in front of whole food and walk here to get some fast food.
I ordered nuggets in the drive through along with many other things and they forgot to put it in the bag, so I went back and was given an attitude. I ordered 4 orders of the 6 piece and one of the workers said “the nuggets are in the bag” when they weren’t and gave me a 4 piece, “here’s an extra one goodbye” .. the audacity

Wendys I feel like is one of the best fast food places out there. The food is extremely tasty and one specific thing I like about them is that the lettuce even tastes fresh and crisp (especially compared to other fast food places). One food that I usually order is the chili cheese fries when we carry out the chili cheese fries tastes amazing. But one little bad thing about Wendys is that as more people started relying on the drive through option because of the Corona virus pandemic the chili cheese fries feels rushed. The cheese isnt properly melted and literally looks like someone put refrigerated cheese and just dumped it on there instead of properly melting it. Even when its melted the cheese is very stringy and doesnt really complement the chili fries. Before, when we started using carry out instead of drive through the cheese was properly melted.
While the speed of service was ok, the mens room was terrible, and it seemed that no one had checked on it in a long time. The soap dispenser wasnt working properly, there were no paper towels, and the garbage was overfilled. I honestly wasnt expecting these things from a Wendys, because each one I have visited in Long Island has been in much better condition than what I had witnessed at this particular location
Well this Wendy is actually pretty cool, and by cool I mean the new look is refreshing, even thow the restaurant was a bit dirty, I guess we had missed the rush it was ok. the cashier greeted us with a smile and was very courteous, Ihad the pecan salad and a drink I needed a fork and there were none, I ask the person expediting food and he apologised and rushed to the back to get them, I enjoy the food the fries and nuggets my husband were hat and delicious with that new bbq sauce not bad at all.
Good food but the service is not to good
The Wendys on Old Country Road has good service and good quality food. The staff is also friendly. However the bathroom could be better maintained and the current setup of the parking lot is accident prone. They definitely need more parking lot space given the amount of traffic they get.
I like Wendys hamburger very much. Everytime I have dinner at Wendys I always ask the cashier, ordertaker or manager to please let the hamburger station know to please put my burger down on the grill. I like my burgers fresh off the grill. Even if I have to wait 5 or 10 minutes for my order Im fine with that. I applaud the staff and manager everytime I eat there. They respect my wishes and I get to enjoy a great dinner at Wendys with my family. Thank you to the Wendys staff where I ate my favorite burgers for not giving me a hard time or hassling me for my request 🙏🍔🍔😊😊
This place has been updated. Interior is bright and comfortable. Thete are order Kiosks.Their own parking lot is not that big, but not really an issue, you can always park in the shopping center parking lot.What I like the most is their two soda machines, you can get refills.
Service is good. Parking sucks. People block driveway and illegally park in Handicap spot without any permit and think it is. Cool because they are going in for a minute. I guess people are willing to gamble on a hefty fine.
Frequently gets my orders wrong (they seal the bag and rush you through drive-thru), and one time an employee even got my coupon discount wrong and argued with me that an extra 30% cost was due to tax.
This use to be my favorite Wendys. I dont know what happened to this place. The burgers are no longer hot and juicy, the are dry and very thin. Dave must be flipping in his grave. And I get today was Black Friday but there is no need to neglect the bathroom. The womans bathroom was so desgusting filthy I had to say something about it. And I waited to see if anyone went to clean it but no one did. My worst experience ever at this Wendys.
Looks like a very nice Wendys location. However the service was subpar for the drive through. We have an order and they asked what sauces for the chicken nuggets and we said BBQ and sweet and sour. We didnt get any napkins, sauces, or ketchup. I found the fries to be a bit too salty. At least they made the food quickly.
The food was excellent what you should expect. The service was fine and the location was clean but the electric ordering screens where a pain in my butt, I could not get them to work it kept saying connection error try again. Eventually I just went to the front counter. Skip the machine and avoid the frustration just go to the counter other than that you will have a good experience.
The food was okay. Fries was cold during the dinner rush. The restaurant was very dirty. The cashier was missing dor about 5 minutes so i had to order in the new self order station. Chilli was water down the chicken sandwishes were dry. Will check out burger king next time. Frosty was good though. Price was reasonable.
After I cleaned the table for my kids to sit down they jumped up because a large roach crawled across the table. The dining room was generally unclean and the wait time for our food was very long. I reported to Mgmt but by the time she came over the critter was gone and WE will never eat there again!!
I gave 4 stars because food is fresh only, employes are like robots, no thank you, have a good day, evening, nothing. They pass you your bag and you drive off. Thats been my usually drive thru experience.
Very clean brand been looking Wendys iyswhat you would expect from Wendys. It gets very busy at lunch time as it is very close to a commercial center and the court system of Nassau county so expect to wait a little longer then usually,but still very quick and painless. Staff is always been very nice and accommodating to me and iys one of the better Wendys locations.

I use to be able too drive into tree parking lot and see the line of people inside. This would help me decide whether I would go inside or head for the drive thru. Now with the new remodel you cant see inside the store. Tree food is the snow as it has always been.

The drive thru takes forever, which should not be on a Saturday night at 9:30. They do bot have a lot of parking. Luckily my order was righy because the cashier had to ask me what I ordered. Beautifully redesigned, but poorly thought out and managed.
A very busy and newly renovated unit. Drive thru and lobby service are both pretty fast. Rest rooms are clean, and there is a little faux fireplace and TV if you decide to eat in.

The drive thru at this place is horrible. I don’t do these reviews cuz I ain’t not b, but the black male working the Drive thru put the bag inside of my car basically in my face and let go of it. He didn’t even look at me once. Maybe his girl cancelled on him again or something idk, but what I do know is that this guy is lucky I was in a good mood prior to this bs.
The worst drive-through ever. The men /women working have zero sense of customer service, give wrong orders, forget to provide napkin, ketchup or dont give you an item ordered. If the directions to the order has 2 steps, theyll miss 1 of the steps. When mentioning to the they did the order wrong, they dont ever apologize. Worst thing though is that they act very casual and not in a hurry and chat with each other while the drive through gets extremely long. Often-times, the drivethrough wait time is 25-30 mins long, which is unacceptable. Sometimes its so long, and one wants to leave, but cant, because youre stuck between two cars.

Not the cleanest. I havebeen here several times while shopping in the area. It is always a mess. Garbage on the floor. Only go because closest resonably price place to eat. But, need to get it together. Maybe they are short staffed.

Wendys is Wendys. This location is usually busy because if being where it is. Bad because you sometimes have to wait, this trip I really didnt. The Good is that you know your getting fresh food because of the amount of turn the food gets.

It is now 2:27AM. We arrived at the drive thru at 1:38PM ( I received a text while we were on line) waited in front of the speaker. Asking for help, beep the horn twice after a 15 minute wait. The car in front of moved up slowly so we thought they were under staff. Follow the car in front of us. He gets served and leaves. We pulled up to the windon. The man pretended that we were not outside. I open my window and knock on the drive thru window... comes to the window with an attitude and says we are CLOSED! we asked him why he didnt tell us over the intercon and said he had put it down.... waited all the time thinking about my Wendys and we get this service. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE WATCH YOUR VIDEO........ and i will call im the AM

System is down and they dont know when its going to come up. Cant take any orders currently, and its been down for about 35 minutes and were closing soon so sorry.... really Wendys makes enough money to have the system running correctly just my opinion.

People need to demand healthy foods. Their salads have more chemicals and more calories than a plain hamburger with bun. Buy organic and cook the foods yourselves.

Always crowded, only 1 cashier, not very friendly staff and parking is now even worse since it has been fenced in.
This spot is fantastic! Reasonable prices, large portions and the employees are regularly super friendly.
They were trying hard. Served cold coffee. The tables needed cleaning. It was the dinner rush and they were a little flustered. You could tell.

2021-12-27We ordered food here yesterday. The place is clean and covid protocols were followed. The lines were pretty long, and the service was good. There is ample seating available to sit and eat. We didnt have to wait on line, we ordered from the machine inside, so it made the process easier and faster to get food.

2022-02-13I ordered a set meal, and when I got the fries, there was a long hair in the fries. I called and told them that a woman had a very bad attitude when picking up the phone. Before I told me, I hung up the phone, and she had an extremely bad attitude. Difference

2022-03-06Ill give it a five for absolute freshness, customer service a 2. Whilst we cant all be on our best behavior 100% of the time we can still try to be a little courteous and not so abrasive or pushy at the drive thru. Things happen... anyway the nuggets were the best Ive had from any fast food chain including Wendys in a long time. Kudos to Wendys for making the food fresh. Its sad that I have to go through some other companies drive thru and ask if the food is fresh before ordering, because some of them like to serve cold or hard food.

2018-10-26This Wendys location is a favorite of mine. Clean, comfortable and inviting with a nice charcoal 🔥 wall, comfortable seating options, and two fantastic soda machine with gobs of flavor options. Parking is available but limited but available. The one downside Ive experience here though is slow food service. If theres a line, youll probably wait five minutes or more for your food. Otherwise, this is a great option for a quick bite. It definitely McDonalds 👦

2022-02-24I was rushed from the time I drove up to the drive thru, from a male voice, which seemed annoyed. I was even near the speaker to order. Never received my receipt because I paid with my card. Food was hot, my lemonade however, as you can see from the photo, has plastic inside the cup. If I wasnt using a straw, I could have choked. Very disappointed.

2018-07-07This is a new construction and everything is very new and shiny. Its very easy to get in and out of and close to the major highways. The bathrooms are clean and for a parent of young kids like me they also have changing table in both bathrooms. The service and quick and there is lots of seating options.

2018-09-09My new favorite Wendys location. So clean and new. I really like the new kiosks that allows you to order your meal yourself. Not only that but you can customize each item and look through the menu at your leisure. The kiosks dont print receipts, strangely enough. You just go to the counter and look at the screen for your name to see when your order is ready for pick up. They have drive through window outside and a small parking lot that fills up very quickly.
