Specifically requested extra carpet. The owner asked what it was needed for and I told him. He was shown pictures and multiple times I asked for the measurement that I wanted. I even asked for the price of the exact measurements I needed with and without installation. When the workers arrived they told us the carpet would fit very tight. I had to call the owner and he admit he knew I requested a certain measurement but he only gave us enough for the area based on his judgment. There was absolutely no extra piece to use even though thats what I initially requested. The owner and this company is such a scam. There was no apology from him. He spoke in such an arrogant way and had to have his last say even though I was the customer. Such a horrible company. Wanted to give them a try because I needed a few rooms carpeted as well. Definitely not going with this company anymore. Will be the last time I go here. Pathetic customer service and rude and arrogant owner/owners.

Great quality and very affordable. Found this place online and I am so glad I went to this place for carpet shopping. Friendly staff and they give good guidance. Recommend this place for all.

Three words:Friendly, informative, helpful.They are like many other rug/carpet stores who work with what they have in stock. As a result you may not get a match, if you do then God bless - Youre very lucky to have the friendly informative people from fast rug.

I needed to cover my house floor with wall to wall carpet and I had to do it fast. I searched google and I found Fast Rug carpet store. Exceptional service at an amazing price. They came to my house for measurement the same day and the carpet was installed in my living room, dining room and basement the next day. The installer were fast, professional and immaculate. I was completely satisfied with my purchase and their services.

I found the largest selections of rugs and carpet at Fast Rug Store On Jamaica Ave. Their prices were well below many other places I have been. I was able to buy rugs for three rooms with the price of one in any other store.. you can find rugs in any price range. I have recommended Fast rug to many of my friends and they all and they all were satisfied with their purchases.

I have been passing by this store for many years. Finally checked in one day. What a surprise! Convenient few cars parking on the service Road. Multiple display racks of different sizes rugs all in stock. Rolls of broadlooms and carpets variety of colors and styles, all kinds of carpet runners, kitchen vinyl floors. Amazing set up. I spent more than an hour there with no pressure from any salesperson and all my questions were answered convincingly, What a great service. Would definitely recommend this place to any one shopping for area rugs and carpet.

Great experience with Fast Rug over many years. Largest selection and best values in NY on area rugs. Right off the Van Wyck Expressway .. you can see the rugs from the highway!
