Faust Harrison Pianos in other cities:
The showroom experience was excellent. I was given all the time I needed to decide which piano was best for me. While I was disappointed that the piano was not playing correctly when it was first delivered, the service adjustments made a week later have resulted in a playing experience that is really wonderful.
I had such a lovely experience with Faust Harrison. I reached out based on the strength of other reviews and was not disappointed. Both Richard and Matt were super kind and professional and responded to my messages promptly. The showroom is GORGEOUS and I’m hoping to come back post-pandemic so I can just look around at all the beautiful pianos. I ended up placing an order, and once the piano I wanted was in stock, delivery was prompt and easy. Can’t recommend Faust Harrison enough!
Overall a really good experience, both with the purchase and the after-sales service. Our young children recently started taking lessons and the two sales associates in the Manhattan store were patient and helpful. Faust Harrison were recommended to us by our piano teacher as well as two friends who had purchased from there.
I had a great experience purchasing my piano from Faust Harrison. Richard was very helpful throughout the process of setting up the appointment and trying out the piano, and Calla was a pleasure to work with to handle the payment and delivery. The delivery itself was smooth and painless, and Im thrilled with my purchase. Id definitely recommend Faust Harrison to friends and family.
Very intelligent talented and helpful staff. Great selection.Dmitri showed me around and let me try some different items. After researching I came back and Sara Faust showed me all I needed to know about digital pianos. She helped work with my budget and pointed me in the right direction in terms of what to get to meet my needs, which I confirmed after reading the spec sheet. Really happy I went with them!- One more thing to mention. If they tell you Yamaha may raise their prices its probably true. They said that to me, and sure enough some months later and Yamaha jacked up the prices which they cant control. Something to keep in mind.
I was lucky enough to find that they were selling a pre-owned Yamaha N2 Hybrid piano. They knew the piano intimately and answered all of my questions. The piano movers were professional and friendly. The sale went smoothly. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. And now I am the proud owner of a beautiful piano. Faust Harrison really is wonderful!
Very helpful every step of the way, made it easy to fall in love with my beautiful piano. Everyone was kind and accommodating, especially Dmitri. They got the piano to me in two days - I couldnt believe it! The movers were wonderful, careful and very professional. They sent a nice follow up email also. I love my Yamaha NU1 hybrid piano!!! If you are buying a piano dont go anywhere else.
My husband and I visited Faust Harrison Pianos in search of an upright piano to add to our home. We met with Richard who is the Sales Manager at the store and he was so knowledgeable, helpful and kind and really made the entire purchasing process easy and pleasurable. We were also fortunate to be able to work with Eva, who arranged to have our new piano delivered to us and everything went smoothly and without any issues. We just had received our piano today and we just love it and we would definitely recommend anyone who is interested in purchasing a piano to visit Faust Harrison Pianos because not only do the have a wonderful selection of pianos to choose from, but everyone who works there is knowledgeable, kind, and courteous and just a pleasure to work with.
I had a wonderful piano buying experience at FH. Sara Faust was patient and knowledgeable. I was able to try out several pianos at the White Plains and Manhattan showrooms. After I played a C. Bechstein piano, I knew immediately it was an amazing instrument and that this was the one.The post-sale delivery service was professional, and the customer service communication was great. All my questions were answered, and FH followed through and paid attention to every detail. I LOVE MY PIANO! I highly recommend FH for the high quality of its piano inventory and its superior customer service.
I cant say enough good things about Faust Harrison. From the sales process for my Beckstein through the routine first tuning through a follow up for tuneup and minor voicing they were friendly, timely, and thoroughly professional. This is a totally professional organization that I would recommend to anyone.
Amazing store, Sales consultant John Allen Watts understands you and your piano needs so well, not only because he is an amazing musician, but also has great communication skills and really takes care of you.I had to go back with some questions about my Yamaha CVP 709 and he so attentively took the time to sit down with me at the piano and showed me step by step and went through everything I asked about. Do not buy a piano without talking to John, he will make sure you are in good hands!
Knowledgeable people who are musicians themselves and who were genuinely interested in helping me make the right decision for my needs. Very friendly welcome. They take pride in the quality of their pianos, which is to be expected since they refurbish the Steinways themselves. There is a large selection (mainly Yamaha and Steinway) and they look and sound perfect. Prices were competitive with the other stores I visited. Really enjoyed my experience here; wish I were buying a piano every week.
I had a terrific experience learning about and then buying a Yamaha NU1 digital hybrid piano thanks to Matt Beilis. Over a few visits when I tried out the instrument, he gave me a lot of tips and advice on connecting the digital piano to my laptop and using Logic to get the sounds I wanted. I could not be happier with the instrument itself, and service and delivery were completely flawless. I would highly recommend Faust Harrison to anyone looking for a piano and who wants to work with someone who really gets to know their interests and reasons for wanting something new.
We have now bought two pianos from Dmitri Shelest. First a Yamaha upright a few years back. And then recently we went back to Dmitri to upgrade to a FH re-built Steinway Model M through Faust Harrisons trade-in plan. Dmitri made it a great experience. A perfect gentleman. His patient demeanor kept us from feeling pressured, such that we were able to genuinely trust the opinions he gave about the various models and units. In addition, his exceptional playing demonstrations gave us great insight into the characteristics of each piano.
I purchased my Steinway B (serial number 80678) from Faust Harrison in 1999. They had done nothing to it as it had recently been reconditioned. That made it attractive from a price point of view, and I knew that I would come back some day for a full rebuild. That happened, finally, in 2013, and I couldnt be happier. Saras team are experts in the selection and installation of all the components that go into making an older Steinway into something nearing perfection. The sound is amazing, with an initial ping followed by a large bloom and a long, long decay. The action is perfectly even and regulated just right for my touch. I recently moved to Ottawa, Canada, and recruited the best technician in the area to tune it. Without saying anything to him, he examined the piano and immediately remarked on what a fantastic job the rebuilders did. He loves working on this piano. And I love playing on it. I never in my life thought I would have such a great instrument. Im so grateful to Sara, Irving and the entire crew at Faust Harrison for making my dream come true.
Overall an enjoyable experience. I visited the Manhattan showroom, and Richard was quite knowledgeable about the various piano makers and didnt try to pressure me into buying anything. He was also quite patient and let me bounce between various pianos, even lending me some sheet music to play. This was also the only showroom Ive been to so far that carries the Fazioli piano, so if youre looking for some European models, this might be a good location to check. They also had a nice Bosendorfer and a good selection of Steinways. I left the showroom with the Fazioli still on my mind and a giant smile on my face!
I was interested in the Yamaha Silent Piano, so I decided to stop by and check out the selection. Dmitri was gracious and helpful, and it was nice to be able to do side-by-side comparisons of different Silent and acoustic options. I ended up purchasing a U1 Silent and it was delivered three days later with no fuss. Good selection, good customer service and a good experience, overall.
I recently went into Faust Harrison seeking a hybrid piano. During my second visit, I realized that while I loved many features of the AvantGrand N2, I missed the sound of my acoustic piano. Dmitri, the sales assistant, was able to help me find an instrument that captured the beauty of an acoustic with the versatility of a high-level digital instrument. My new Yamaha U1 SH - a silent piano - arrived last Saturday, and I am just delighted with it.Faust Harrison has a tremendous selection of wonderful instruments. Their sales team is committed to providing the time and information you need to make an informed decision about an instrument that will be part of your life for decades to come.
Couple of weeks ago I purchased a Yamaha baby grand (GB1K SG2) and I had the pleasure to work with Dmitri Shelest. His professionalism and knowledge made the whole process very enjoyable and special. Mark Malbone helped organizing a flawless delivery (fantastic movers!) and I got my piano in just a few days. Can’t be happier, thank you for the great experience!Anastasia
The rebuilt Steinway A is unbelievable! When I practice, Im surrounded by the most glorious sound. The action is dead even and incredibly responsive. When my piano tuner came for the post-sale tuning, he said he could always tell your work. Not only is the mechanism flawless when the piano arrives, but years down the road its still perfect. And the cabinet is a work of art: every edge, every corner sharp and complete, with a glowing finish. No one focuses on detail the way you do. No one bothers anymore. You are truly unique--and Im a happy beneficiary of your dedication. The instrument is superb. Thank you!!!!
In looking for a Steinway after years of playing lesser pianos, I came to Faust Harrison because of their fine reputation, and I wasn’t disappointed. I found the perfect Model B, signed by “Henry Z” no less, and the firm graciously agreed to cover my long-time technician’s time in adjusting the piano perfectly for the acoustics of its new home.Faust Harrison made sure I was delighted with the musical experience, and the investment, and I highly recommend them.
We looked at pianos at several different showrooms. To be honest, we didnt really know what we were even looking for given that it was our first piano. Sara was extremely helpful and walked us through the various options. They delivered a beautiful previously owned piano in mint condition. My wife plays it on a daily basis and it sounds incredible. In my mind, there is only ONE place to shop for pianos and thats through Faust Harrison. These guys are awesome.
Very friendly, helpful, professional staff in store, over the phone, and email. Quality of the piano (Yamaha CLP685) exceeds expectations. Assembly/delivery process was super quick, because they pre-assembled the piano and just dropped it off on the scheduled day. Highly recommended!
Our Faust Harrison rebuilt vintage 1900 Victorian Ebony Steinway B is truly superb!! Sara and her staff are amazing!I own a large NYC music studio and we already had many of the finest pianos from one of the oldest and most famous German builders including a 7 7 Semi Concert Grand and a 6 11 Grand. In my business I must be very critical of both the tone of the piano and the build quality to be sure the pianos perform to very high levels that are required in a studio. That is why in the past I have always purchased German pianos from the finest builders and they have always served my studios well. That said the Faust Harrison Rebuilt Steinway B is truly a work of art and this magnificent piano is on another level completely!! The full warm tone and harmonic complexity is staggeringly beautiful and yet there is detail and clear note articulation within the fullness. The responsiveness and dynamic range are truly wonderful with exquisite touch sensitivity and feel in the action. One of the most amazing things is the superb voicing of the piano where every note feels perfectly balance and weighted just right so that the individual notes blend into a seamless whole which is a very rare thing indeed. The final icing on the cake is the rich resonance and sustain that I have only heard when wood has aged and seasoned over many many years. This is what makes finding a properly rebuilt vintage piano so worth the effort over buying a new piano. With this Vintage Steinway the expert craftsmen at Faust Harrison have done an impeccable job on everything. When I was buying this piano I mainly talked to Sara about sound and playability being my main goal. Yet the beauty of the detail work and the quality of the Ebony finish are also exquisite. Faust Harrison has taken an old treasure and made it even more desirable through their careful, meticulous rebuilding and refinishing.Lastly the staff including Sara, Sam and Eva did a great job of taking care of me and all the details including the delivery.Everyone at Faust Harrison should be very proud of how perfectly they rebuild Vintage Steinways. They are truly fine builders and gifted artists in their own right, and are creating what may very well be the finest sounding and playing instruments. It has been proven to me that Faust Harrison Rebuilt Steinways really are better and I want to thank Sara and her staff for the wonderful piano. All the best,Eugene Sinigalliano
Hello,Let me say that that piano is the most beautiful, professionally restored Steinway I’ve seen in my 31-year career. Not only did everything glimmer but the tone was beautiful, voiced to perfection, and the action smooth as a freshly-preped one from the factory. The finish was gorgeous & glassy-smooth! Even in the short time I had to spend with the piano I could tell there was a high level of pain-staking labor and concern for perfection from every angle. It was a pleasure to view, to play, and to tune (I think its the easiest to tune Steinway I’ve laid my hands on). Kudos to your team, and keep em coming like that!Bob SlussFine TuningFlorida
Recently because we were expanding at Shetler Studios (a rehearsal studios facility on 54th Street here in Manhattan) and because weve had excellent results from other Yamahas purchased from Faust Harrison pianos, I purchased 3 new P22s and two 58 baby grands. Not only were they delivered on time but since I loved the voicing on one of the baby grands they brought over another one and voiced it to match the one I liked. Also, in addition, they worked with our piano tuner and paid him to to do the initial tunings. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and I highly recommend them on all levels of the business.Ron Shetler President and Owner of Shetler Studios and Theatres, Inc
Trustworthy authorized Bechstein dealer in the city. We upgraded Yamaha N3 (which we had bought from them 4 yrs ago) to C. Bechstein 124 Elegance. The sales person was very knowledgeable and was willing to accommodate our specific needs. Very happy with our new piano!
I walked in to Faust Harrison Piano to purchase a Yamaha Clavinova clp 585 and was treated as if i walked in to purchase a Bosendorfer Imperial although I was wearing my work clothes and construction boots. The customer service was outstanding , Sara definitely went above and beyond to meet my expectations. I will definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a piano to visit the Faust Harrison showroom, its definitely the best Piano store in NY.
When my mother passed away, we were faced with the daunting task (among others) of selling her piano which was in New York, while we are in California. We hired an appraiser who told us the bad news that the piano had been neglected for years and was probably only sellable to a dealer who could restore it to playable condition. After searching the web and asking around, Faust Harrison came up as the most reputable dealer in the area. I worked primarily with Josh Faust. Despite the challenge of being on opposite sides of the country, he made the process go smoothly and painlessly. Within days, they sent a professional team of movers to pick up the piano from my mothers apartment, and paid a fair price. Highly recommended.
I recently decided to start taking piano lessons again after not having played since the early 80s. I had always thought that my piano was a bit quirky and / or that I wasnt that good of a pianist. My teacher suggested that I consider upgrading because my piano just wasnt a very good one. I was apprehensive that I would have trouble deciding which piano was right for me. When I went to Faust, Sara quickly picked up on my likes & dislikes about the various uprights I tried out. When she had me play the Hoffmann T128, I knew it was the piano for me! Ive had it for almost 2 weeks & I am thrilled. From the time I walked into the store until the piano was delivered, it was an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend their pianos and their staff.
For the past few years Ive wanted to upgrade my piano, from the Steinway upright that Ive owned for many years, to a Steinway grand (either new or restored). NYC has by far the best selection of pianos for sale in the US, so being from California, I flew to NYC. Steinway Hall is on 57th street, and piano row is on 58th street, which has a number of piano dealers on it. I spent an entire day at Steinway and the other piano stores, and played dozens of pianos. I enjoyed every minute of it, but if I were to do it again, I would only need to visit one store- Faust Harrison Pianos, owned by Sara Faust, a former concert pianist. She built her business over many years centered on rebuilding vintage-era (basically, 1900 - 1950) Steinway pianos.Sara was not in the store when I visited, but I met her the following day when I visited Faust Harrisons rebuilding factory in White Plains, NY, outside of NYC. Their factory and the rebuilt Steinways produced there are fantastic, and in my opinion, superior even to both the new and rebuilt pianos sold by Steinway & Sons (and their prices seem to be much lower than Steinways). I watched Faust Harrisons factory employees (really, trade-craftsmen) rebuild pianos every step of the way, and I had no idea how much work and detail went into rebuilding a piano. I now know why fully rebuilt pianos from different retailers sound and cost so much differently. You get what you pay for. After all my time trying different pianos, what I hoped for came true... one particular piano stood out and spoke to me. My mission was complete, and I became the proud new owner of a fully rebuilt 1896 Victorian Steinway model A, with original ivory keys!I cannot be more thankful to Faust Harrison for not only having a tremendous inventory of pianos for me to try, but also, to have a knowledgeable and patient sales staff to shepherd me through my process in a no-pressure environment. They also have a very good selection of other brands, including Yamaha, and its fun to compare and contrast various different piano types one after the other.I would encourage any prospective buyer of a new or restored piano to visit NYC, and check out Steinway Hall and all the smaller piano retailers on 58th street. I would guess that your last stop would be Faust Harrison, as it was mine.
Purchased a Clavinova right before the Covid shutdown. Everyone I dealt with during the process was wonderful and genuinely knowledgeable. They even called (totally unprompted) to move-up my delivery date to ensure I received my piano prior to any city-wide delivery shutdowns. Would highly recommend!
The NYC piano stores exist in a highly competitive and highly knowledgable marketplace. They must be superbly professional, and this one is. I found their pianos to be well in tune and well regulated. They have an excellent variety of pianos to choose from, including a large number of grands. The service and their sales staff are excellent.
In a recent trip to NYC I had the great opportunity to know Faust Hassison Pianos. Even though Im still not ready to buy a piano from them, Sara and her staff were extremelly kind and generous to me and my 8 y.o daughter, giving us all the support, including an invitation for a masterclass at the store in Manhattan and a visit to the factory in White Plains, which unfortunatelly we could not make this time. But you can wait for us! Well be back with more time to spend. Wonderful instruments and incredible people!!
If you are contemplating buying a piano, or upgrading your present one, run, dont walk, to Faust-Harrison Pianos. In addition to their beautiful showroom on 58th street (one of the few left on storied “piano row”), Sara Faust runs a huge showroom and rebuilding center in White Plains. Their inventory is large and varied and the staff exceedingly helpful. After living with various upright pianos for all of our lives, we decided it was time to buy a grand. First we visited the showroom on 58th Street, where Richard showed us many fine new instruments. We had our hearts set on a vintage instrument, however, so Richard suggested we look at the offerings listed on their website, and then take a trip up to White Plains. The sight that greets your eyes when you walk into the Westchester showroom is astounding. Room after room of beautifully refurbished instruments, as well as new ones, in all sizes and price ranges. Sara personally gave us the tour of the factory in the basement where every facet of piano building is carried out in a separate room. This gives a deep appreciation for what you see and play upstairs. We were on the prowl for a big, beautiful piano and thats just what we got – a Steinway A from 1919. Sara, who knows all – sees all – understands all, asked us what we wanted in a piano. When we told her, Sara said she had four instruments in mind for us, and she was spot on. When we told her our budget, she didnt go straight to the top of it; she matches the instrument to the player. The piano was ours within the week, and we are thrilled with it. Every register speaks clearly, the tone is superb, and the action is perfectly even. The staff is a delight to deal with, especially Chris, whose courtesy, efficiency and skilful communication made every step along the way easy and anxiety-free. As an added bonus, FH offers a lifetime tradeup option.
It doesnt get any better than Faust Harrison Pianos when youre looking for something piano-related. The wide selection of pianos, customer service, information, pricing, and creative opportunities are what make me a loyal FHP fan.The showrooms in manhattan and white plains are both beautiful, and the factory tour in the white plains location is a very unique experience. you get an inside look into the various stages of their piano restoration process, and Josh gave a very knowledgeable tour. theyve also added cool art exhibits to both showrooms as well. a trip to either showroom is not just about pianos-- you feel as if youre taking part in a tradition of music.i performed a concert of original music with my band in the white plains showroom in december 2012, and it was one of the best performance experiences weve had. The acoustics of the room were excellent, Sara, Irving, and Jessica were great hosts, and we got to use a Yamaha CFX!! It is certainly hard to come by such a beautiful piano when playing in jazz clubs around nyc.My family purchased a Steinway M from FHP about 20 years ago and it is absolutely my favorite piano ever. I also have numerous friends who have purchased pianos from them and always recommend FHP to anyone whos looking for anything piano-related. FHP has a very intimate feeling as well, and the care they put into their pianos translates to the way they deal with customers.
My piano started its life in Hamburg in 1919 a B by Steinway. Ive owned it for 40 years. It always has been an exceptional instrument But to describe what Faust Harrison did to it, its beautiful. It has everything a piano should have. There is a range of color from velvet to glass. Dynamics from a murmur to a torrent. The most complex writing comes across as ensemble, open and transparent with more than the ability to reveal the soul. What they did with the action is better than most of the pianos Ive played in concert. I figured Id be jaded by the joy of just getting it back, but after over a week of playing on it I realize its even better than I thought it was at first.
A great store with amazing technicians, staff and customer service. I bought a beautiful Bechstein from their NYC store, and their attention to addressing small issues with it has been extraordinary, making it a better instrument than it already was when I first bought it. Many thanks and kudos to them all.
Our church, Saugatuck Congregational, had a devastating fire in which we lost two Steinways. Sara Faust was one of people who came to assess the damage to our pianos. They were a total loss. As we began our search for a new Steinway for our Sanctuary, Faust Harrison was one of the places in which we went to see/hear/ play some Steinways. Sara took us for a tour of the factory, explained the process of rebuilding pianos and listened intently as to what we were looking for in a piano. As soon as I began playing the 1908 Model A I knew we had found what we were looking for. It had a soul like no other. The committee members got goose bumps and tears formed in their eyes. This piano was going to have a home in Westport, CT. I have been playing and trying out Steinways since I was twelve years old. This makes the top three I have ever played! A beautiful instrument rebuilt with such care. I cannot wait for it to move into our new Santaury this December. Thank you, Sara! You and your entire team, of which I enjoyed meeting and talking with, have outdone themselves with this instrument. Thank you from all of us at Saugatuck Church, UCC in Westport, CT.
I was nervous about buying a piano. But the salesman at Faust Harrison was extremely well-informed, helpful, and nice. He made the purchasing experience a pleasure. He had opinions, of course, but never pushed us toward any particular piano (or even making a purchase at all) and so earned our trust. All of our other interactions, from email communications to delivery, were handled in a courteous, professional way. Instead of our purchase feeling like just a one-time transaction, I feel we have a trusted service provider that we can rely on for tuning, advice, and future purchases.
Just visited the Faust Harrison piano store in New York City I must say this is the best piano store I’ve ever been in and John Watts the sales consultant was extremely helpful and let us play any piano we wanted I recommend the store to anyone interested in purchasing a piano or having one refurbished the work they do is exquisite.

2022-07-02This was a phenomenal experience. Words cannot describe the delivery/ quality of product experiences I had been having between furniture and appliances while setting up our rural home. Delivery communication and more broken furniture than functional.... I was really nervous about the thought of a broken piano. Renovations were complete and I was finally ready to find our new piano and I could not find the Yamaha Clavinova baby grand ANYWHERE. We order a lot of our music equipment from Sweetwater and they were among many that said that they had the piano, which did not end up being accurate. I took a total risk based on reviews and basically prayed as I submitted the order. We were contacted almost immediately by Pamela Smith regarding the delivery. I told her our very complicated schedule as I had been visiting from another state during renovations. She worked with me for months to coordinate the best timing. The day of the delivery, I saw our beautiful piano as it was unwrapped and set-up. Stunning. Not a dent or nic. Sound is incredible and radiates through our property. This was an experience above and beyond the typical.

2022-03-24My experience was simply wonderful. Matt helped me and proved to be exceedingly knowledgeable as well as exceptionally helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to contact me the very next day after there was a problem with Allegro Credits computer system during my visit. As a former sales manager myself, I can say that Matt is exactly the type of employee I would consider myself lucky to have working for me, and I can only assume his managers feel the same way! I will absolutely recommend your store to any of pianist friends.

2022-06-07I purchased two pianos from Sam at Faust. Great man to work with. Sam listens doesn’t try to sell. He is patient and willing to work with you and your needs. Speak to Sam, tell him you goals and objectives. Ask about the various pianos and take all the time that you need to play each piano so you find the one that is you. Most important - treat your self to a high quality piano. Live and enjoy!

2022-02-13I purchased a Yamaha CLP 700 series piano from Faust Harrison Pianos. The entire purchase was done over the phone directly with the Manhattan store. Sam couldn’t have made things easier. The entire process went smoothly, and a couple of weeks later, I received a beautiful instrument. Highly recommended!

2022-07-22I am very pleased with Faust Harrison purchase of the Fazioli 212, from the beginning when I was contacted by Dmitri about the new arrival of the Fazioli as promised, I fell in love with it the minute I sit down to play. Im very happy to be able to get the beautiful piano in 2 weeks time, kept informed, everyone is professional and prompt in response, especially when I called after the move that one of the key stuck, I received immediate remedy. The movers are beyond excellent, on time, work hard to get it in the tiny elevator seamlessly. I want to recommend them for their efficiency and hard work.I know I will have many years of enjoyable practicing on the new Fazioli, its a dream comes true and everyone involved has made it even more magical.

2021-06-03I recently bought a Yamaha digital keyboard from Faust and Harrison pianos and let me tell you the purchasing process was so pleasant due to the very helpful employees and the calm environment of the store. Overall the employees were super nice and helpful.

2021-05-27It must have been the fastest sale I have experienced. I like that Matt Everingham understood my needs immediately so we didnt spend too much time comparing the pianos. I would have loved to buy the higher end digital pianos, however, I am not a career pianist so a basic one fits my needs. After the sale, I called because I couldnt figure something out with the earphones. It was quickly resolved in 5 minutes (it was a simple solution). Fantastic experience.

2021-12-22Faust Harrison made the piano purchase process easy and delivery was extremely professional. We bought a pre-owned Yamaha U1 and the quality and sound is just as nice as a brand new one. Thank you for making my daughters dream come true!

2021-08-05I went to the Faust Harrison gallery to shop for and purchase a piano. I connected with a very helpful sales professional in the show room who was very knowledgeable and truly helped me find the right piano for what I was looking for. I wanted an upright for space conservation yet I wanted as much sound as I could get out of it and he recommended the U3 which is lovely. Upon delivery, I noticed something which I thought was an issue. I called the gallery and they quickly sent a professional out to inspect and tune the piano. My worry was something something trivial and the tuning professional provided a thorough explanation which made me feel better and fully understand the situation. Also, Josh Faust called me to check in which I thought was very nice. My feeling is that Faust Harrison has the resources and inventory of a big box instrument distributor but the presentation and customer service of a genuine family business. Ill definitely be a repeat customer and I highly recommend Faust Harrison.
