Needed to drop a package for fedex and I was happy to find this store. Service was kind and friendly and the guy not only help me pick the right box size but also helped me pack it. Great to know we have them in Long Island City .

This place is billed as an authorized Fed Ex Ship Center but doesnt follow protocol and nickels and dimes you. I was directed by Fed Ex to go here and have my label printed by QR code. They dont do this here so that they can charge you extra. Instead, I had to print the label at the charge of $1.25. they have misrepresented their services to Fed Ex and should provide as Fed Ex advertises since they are an authorized shipment center. Shame on them for just looking to take advantage of people for extra bucks.

If you want stellar service please use this place. I bought a rug online that I had to return via Fedex because it was too large. I didn’t have anything to wrap it on so I wrapped it in a black garbage bag and brought it to Fedex on Steinway street/31st Avenue in hopes that I could buy something there. It was ridiculously heavy to carry and as soon as I walked in the woman in the store rudely addressed me and asked me what I had in the garbage bag. I explained that it was a rug and that I needed suggestions on how to pack it. She sharply responded that they can’t help me there and I need to go to a rug store so I left. I decided to try this place on 44-70 21st street instead. I was greeted with exceptional service the second I stepped out of my car to carry the rug in. The man who worked there walked out and literally helped me carry it inside. He then nicely offered me options for packaging it and actually offered to do it for me. Talk about service and going above and beyond. I highly recommend you use this place for all your shipping needs!
