If I could give this 0 stars I would.. Been waiting on a package that was supposed to be delivered on Saturday and it is now going on Thursday. Its been almost a week with my item on their truck and no delivery. When I called and asked about it, they had no clue except that they are expecting delays. I asked if the driver is just driving around with it in the truck and customer service says yes....seriously? Dont trust FedEx. Youre better off going to get your items yourself.
They are bad sevice holding my packing over 1 and 1/2 week keep say same over on road and they cant be truth all lie sit there butt on chairs good luck they and FedEx worker will be going never get good star and they failed and I report my lawyer good luck how they communicate me on phone was so rude about policy is nothing to do with me or us. Just there make a own example policy
Package out for delivery today, signature required. I watch the FedEx truck pull up outside our apartment building. By the time I put on shoes and run outside he had already pulled away. No package, no door tag. Never rang the doorbell. Tracking shows delivery attempted.Worthless company.
Worst corporation ever. Failure to get things shipped in timely manner. On the phone there is nothing but run arounds. The Corporation themselves feel that is acceptable to bully Contractors and their drivers instead of recognizing issues and providing useful solutions. DO NOT WORK FOR FEDEX.
After 4 days late and 3 failed deliveries because they wouldnt ring the doorbell (and I even left a huge note on the door asking for this), finally the guy lies to my face, telling me that he rang my doorbell yesterday.I am so disgusted with FedEx that Im asking all my suppliers to NEVER use them again. They obviously hire incompetent, rude contractors and I dont ever want to see them at my home again.
OMG, is the Buffalo office of FedEx Ground incompetent! With an extra HazMat fee being charged on top of the normal fee for shipping, they delivered my package to the wrong address, got the wrong signature and accepted it, and had to go back and retrieve the package after I objected. Then, the next day, the driver lied about coming to my house and there being no one home so he couldnt deliver it. A manager had to be contacted and forced him to return and deliver the package that day. Then, today, less than a week later, ANOTHER HazMat extra fee package was supposed to be delivered. I personally watched as the driver pulled into my driveway, backed up and turned around and parked in front of my house, sat there for 3-4 minutes, then drove away without exiting his vehicle or delivering said package. Later, I get a text that the delivery is re-scheduled for tomorrow. And I paid EXTRA for this! Just pitiful service.
Tired of FedEx sitting on packages and delivering them when they feel like it. FedEx sat on a package that I was waiting on that was full of meat. When I got it, the dry ice was gone and the meat was thawed out and warm. $250 worth of meat ruined. Called the corporate office, they didnt care and did nothing about it. FedEx does not have the customers in mind.
I ordered a package Monday May 24th with 2 day shipping. Package doesnt get listed as out for delivery until Friday the 28th. The Fed ex vehicle sat outside my house for 10 minutes, it was a rainy windy day so I was waiting for him to drop it off so I could grab it right away. Never delivered anything, went to the neighbors house, delivered their package and then mine gets scanned back into the facility. Then listed for delivery Saturday May 29th as it was scanned onto the truck AGAIN, never gets delivered. Now listed as delivery on Wednesday June 2nd. Unsure how that is 2 day shipping, customer service is a joke and told me to expect delays. It was scanned onto a truck twice and never delivered. This package best be delivered by Wednesday. What an absolute joke.
They lost my $600 subwoofer enclosure, and then skar audio sent me another after waiting a week and that one also hasnt been delivered on the delivery date even though its been sitting in buffalo just like the other one, feels more like they have a thief working there stealing high value items!!! Screw Fed ex, terrible customer service also
After waiting weeks for a bounce house for my grandchildren, which was coming from China, I received a notification that is was going to be delivered on a given day. We waited anxiously in the driveway. I then got a notification that the package was successfully delivered AND SIGNED FOR! When I called to say it was not delivered, they assured me it was. I checked with all my neighbors. it was not stolen. Nor was it delivered. FedEd told me I had to reach out to the seller and ask them to put in a lost claim. The seller is not out hundreds of dollars....I AM! They didnt seem to care. This is just not right
Lazy and irresponsible with people bigger shipment items such as furniture simply because the items are heavy they make up any excuse not to deliver the items. Its sad because the postal work is a Federal agency and they are an extension of that and do not conduct themselves as such. If you hate the job, the heavy lifting and the deliveries....get a new job. Dont destroy and delay other people valuables. It makes the company look bad as a whole.
I live at Parker Commons in Hamburg, NY. Our private road was just resealed today, and one of your drivers went around barriers that were put up to keep drivers off the road. I told her to stay off the road, She was partially on the road when she went around the barrier. I told her she could not continue, but she then went on the grass and continued to make deliveries. She was very belligerent.
2 out of 3 of my parcels were lost and after 1 and half weeks they still cant find them. The thing that bugs me is that my parcels are flat bundle boxes from Uhaul. How do you lose bundles of boxes?.. This is 1 of many issues I have had with Fedex. I work from home and was waiting for a package but never received it and when I checked online it stated it was delivered. When I called, a representative took my information and after 5 days I got a call back and was told the driver said he dropped it off and rang my doorbell. I was home, it never happened. I have had too many bad experiences and I will never order from a retailer that uses Fedex again..
Our local fedex is a joke. Theyve been holding 3 packages of mine hostage for weeks. Every day the status update reads out for delivery but never shows up. Customer service is a waste of time, they open up cases, say they will call you back, never do, then you call back and start the process all over. The best was when they flat out lied and said customer moved on one of the updates. I havent moved! They just cant get their sh*t together. How is it that UPS and even our archaic postal service can get packages delivered in a few days??
First time package delivery was attempted, they claimed no one was home when all 4 of us were home. Package didnt even need anyone to be home. Second attempt, driver felt my address was incorrect. Called them right back to confirm address and andgive directions, no answer for over an hour even though still open. Packages have been delivered to my address before, but having more and more trouble with each delivery. Called FedEx 800 number and was told that the sender would need to contact them to make any changes or to confirm address. Really getting frustrated with this. I guess its time to quit ordering from places who ship fed ex.
Farmington NY keeps saying trucks have departed that in fact have NOT departed. Its 1 hour and 20 minutes away, but takes DAYS to arrive. Just be honest. If its stuck there because of lack of drivers or too many packages, say so. And dont claim its going to be delivered a day that its still sitting in Farmington!
Continually receiving texts of deliveries which are not received at my address. I have called and complained no less than 10 times and my deliveries are still not coming to my address 9/10 times. I have stopped ordering from vendors that use FedEx. They are the WORST delivery service ever!!!!!
I was visiting a local business called the Dollar General in Boston and the FedEx driver felt he had special parking privileges and blocked the entire small lot by leaving his vehicle in the area where handicapped persons need to park. Imentioned this to him and he hadnt apology
This group needs to take a lesson from Amazon. Amazon will promise delivery on Wednesday but actually deliver on Tuesday. You people promise on Thursday, then Friday, then Saturday. Dont tell me a delivery is due today when you apparently do not know where the package is. You get two stars because the humans I finally did talk with were very nice.
Worst customer service and package delivery ever. My package has been “pending” for 5 days now saying it will be delivered on the next business day and I cannot get an answer. Customer service keeps telling me “we’ll call you as soon as possible if there’s an update”. My package is worth over $800. I absolutely need this and I keep getting the run around and they say no supervisors will answer their phones when I ask to speak with them. FedEX is the worst shipping company out there.
Would be Zero stars if I could submit without a star. I ordered an Item and it was supposed to be delivered 12 Days ago. 9 days ago Tracking stated it was on truck out for delivery. I have yet to receive. I have called multiple times to get answers and received none. Yesterday I called and requested if not delivered hold for pickup and yet today it is out for delivery yet again. Please do not ship any Gifts trough FedEx if you want them to get their on time.
We have repeated asked for a package to be delivered to our home that has been at the location for over a week. First they said it couldnt be delivered because the address was a business, its a house. Theyve told us three times it would be delivered that day and we still havent received it. A third call today and I was told it was on a truck and would be delivered tomorrow. They also tried to tell us it was undeliverable because of a restriction on the address but they had delivered several other packages to this address. The last being on Tuesday of this week.
There is Not a person to person contact at this location. you talk through a microphone on the wall. The room you wait is ia box room pathetic. Not a friendly atmosphere. I hate coming here. FYI they dont answer the phone which forces you to go to the office..idk bad communication.
They have lost 3 of my packages. Said they were delivered, and keep delivering to another address. They have made this error repeatedly even after I’ve reported twice. I cannot reach them by phone. Only the national number appears. Will probably never use them again and encourage everyone to go with UPS or USPS.
FedEx has never delivered a large package to me on time, nor complete/undamaged; regularly claims packages are on vehicle for delivery which dont arrive for several more days. I will never ship FedEx, and neither should you if you want what you ordered/are sending to actually arrive complete, undamaged, and on time.
No stars! 3 days late. No return calls. No info on where my package is. Hung up on by a Manager. 7 phone calls and I still do not know where my package is. Absolutely ridiculous and if I ever have the choice I will not choose Fed ex ever!! Still waiting for my package. Note: 2 packages were delivered 3 days ago that were on the same truck as the missing one. Still waiting for someone to find out what happened to it. FedEx is a dive! Ive had multiple packages lost. Including 1 last year from Georgia, got almost to me but FedEx passed it to local post office and they returned it to Georgia sshipper. I lost my $$$ and my package. Now I have a high dollar package sitting here in Buffalo,NY yard since last Thursday. Waiting on it. For my flight. BTW, in my many cross country travels its always a FedEx rolled over or on fire in a crash. What kind of operation do they operate? My guess is:&#@%#$? !!
Put a wrong label on a wrong package and needed to intercept before it started traveling. The Customer service office Rep. & the woman working on the trucks went above and beyond to find the package very quickly and were both very kind. This location is huge and was unsure where to go once I pulled into the area. Some better or larger signage would be very helpful. Thanks ladies!
The delivery tracking information said they tried on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday while I was home. I called 20 minutes after they said they tried to deliver Told them I was home the whole time. Asked them to deliver on Saturday and ring the bell. Not one day did they leave a note or ring the bell. Called again on Saturday and told them I am home. This time they left only a note and you could see them running, yes, running back to the truck with no package. What a joke, how do they stay in business.
DO NOTwork her they are lazy under payed for the labor. I went out for 2 weeks they didnt pay me at all even though they told me I couldnt work. Its so hard to get ahold of someone they hung up on me. When I asked them when I come comeback. If I could give them a 0 I would. Awful place to work dont waste your time
Fedex contracted with Hertz to assist with residential and commercial package delivery. Its my temporary career at this time. Each person Ive seen from FedEx is friendly, helpful and upbeat. The warehouse operation seems to be coordinated, proficient and busy. The T.H.I.N.K. analogy is one of several FedEx core beliefs.
Terrible service. From now on its USPS with whom I never had 1 problem with.I give credit where credits due good or bad. So heres a good review for Fed X. Fed X delivered my last package on time other than the delivery man dropping the package on the porch pushing the door bell once and took off like a rocket without waiting for me to come to the door before a thief grabbed it and took off. Still one star. On your next delivery wait until I get to the door till I get to it youll get 5 stars. I give 5 stars out a lot but not for poor service. Waiting for the home owner to come to the door would cut stolen packages in half. USPS waits.
I am disgusted with this FedEx. I ordered perishable food that was supposed to be delivered on a Wednesday. The package was never delivered on Thursday. I called FedEx and was told, “The driver met the maximum hours for the day and he never made it to your stop.” So packages that were to be delivered the day before don’t take precedence?! They told me that package would be at my house on Friday. I told them to keep the package because my perishable food would no longer be edible. WHAT A JOKE! You should be ashamed of yourselves.
The WORST! FedEx Ground hires contractors to do their deliveries. That means they dont care when a package is delivered to the wrong address. My sister shipped a personal gift to me (Im expecting my first child), and it was hand delivered to the wrong person at the wrong address. After an investigation I was told by 2 people that they know where it was delivered to, and that was the last actual knowledge I was ever given. They closed out my case twice on me without any further information, and their suggestion was to contact the shipper for a refund. You better believe my sister and I are submitting a claim to get the money back for both the package and shipping fee (around $50 for this mess!). Unbelievable. They know where it is and told me theyre waiting for information before essentially telling me to buzz off an hour later... Dont EVER use FedEx! Use UPS or USPS!
Package delivery made with only half the box left and 1/4 of THE parts. A week late on top total useless customer service said we delivered the package you have to contact shipper were done with our part. package was destroyed and pieces that were received were damaged
FedEx is the worst. After my order arrived to Buffalo they put my package back on a different truck and sent it to a different state. I paid for quick shipping for a birthday gift and not only is my perishable item several days late, its lost in a different state. So even if they get their incompetence together and find my package it will have gone bad. The several reps I spoke with argued with me that my package was in Buffalo still. It was only after numerous times telling them my tracking says its in Virginia did they even bother to double check, then they never called me back to confirm they had found my package.
The absolute WORST. I have NEVER had a good experience with them. Packages left in bad locations. Missing packages, damaged packages, and bad customer service with 20 to 30 minute wait times. Its at the point where I inquire ahead of time with vendors and sellers about their shipping methods. If the mention FEDEX, I will NOT buy from them.
Package is 2 days late it took over 24 hours to get to CT which should only take 5 hours driving, rediculous. I do not recommend FedEx especially Fed Ex ground nor this facility which my package was at for 2 days. They only have 1 job and yet they dont do it adequately.
Fed Ex is thee absolute worst! Ive had numerous problems with them, but today takes the cake! I waited all day on the porch for my package, both doors wide open, but no package! I tracked it & kept checking online throughout the day. It said out for delivery then it said it had been delivered. The driver put it was handed to customer, no signiture was required. He just lied & said he delivered a package, that he never did!
Consistently bad. The drivers often lie about deliveries. The website is unmanageable. I have made or not made purchases based on whether they were being shipped through fedex. Btw,there is an unlisted number to talk to the warehouse and get things sorted out, but it is like pulling teeth to get it.
Terrible.. my package sat for 4 days in Hamburg and the tracking info kept telling me day by day it would be delivered by end of each day... called 4 times and got nowhere.. paid for expedited delivery and they just let it sit for dayssss. they are closed on Mondays... All i got was a sorry.. 2 baby shower gifts that didnt make it to the shower.. apparently there is no number or contact to their contacted drivers... FEDEX YOU HAVE OFFICIALLY LOST YOUR CREDIBILITY
Would give no stars if I could. Have been waiting for a package that supposedly arrived at the Lakeshore location over a week and a half ago, have to wait over an hour each time calling the 800 number. I believe the package is lost but the wont admit it. Dont think it will ever come.
They say on their website when a package is suppose be delivered and then some how a scan at 8pm and then nothing the whole next day and then you call to talk to someone ow it’s in a truck we don’t track the trucks and it’s like you don’t know where the package is and they keep putting the package on delay FedEx is not good company so people know if you order anything from Walmart they automatically pick FedEx the don’t do their job right and you speak to so many managers and everything else and still no package
So I placed an order for a Christmas tree that was suppose to be delivered Thursday December 19th it was out for delivery since 1:35am.It is now Sunday December 22 and I still have no Christmas tree the customer service rep Kimberly Rudely told me she could not forward me to a manager and that it would be delivered today(Sunday) just like the last 3 representatives told me previously since Thursday. My fiancé even tried to pick the package up for the location but they couldn’t find it at the facility and it was on a truck to deliver which was a lie at this point the driver must be stealing packages because it’s no way DO NOT I Repeat DONOT get shipping with FEDEX especially this location USPS WOULD NEVER!!!!
Constantly not deliveries stating customer not available when were home and having to wait even longer to get my delivery. We have a joint driveway with neighbors and they didnt get the package either when they are home too. I swear the drivers just dont like driving to Lewiston from Hamburg.
They were supposed to deliver my baby cribs today, never showed and said they dis. Left no door tag, didnt ring my doorbell or knock on the door. Ive been up since I got off of work at 8am waiting for this package just to track it and see that they said they came by. I am highly disgusted with the delivery service!
I am not impressed with fedex at all I was told by one employee I could pick my package up sat then I get there and was told I couldnt then Monday they put 2 packages on 1 truck and the 3rd package on a different truck I couldnt put my daughters bed together because of that idiot if people cant do there jobs right find someone who can.
U guys when u deliver a package ring the dam bell read the sighn s on the door this friver never knocked or rang the bell ill never use fed ex again also train your drivers to do their job if someone calls the station u should call the driver and have him bring bac the package to the adress their suppose to deliver it to u suck

2022-06-16Terrible sub contracted delivery drivers. No respect for peoples products. Throw it around, not even known what in the boxes. Our driver took a heavy box that stated 2 people lift and struggled as he carried it. Dropped it to the ground, cracking a good amount of the cedar wood inside

2022-01-21Lost (3) orders over the holidays (out of 5). Showed on tracking near my house for weeks. Two have now shown but took over a month. Stopped at a FedEx near me but it was air and they could not help since its a ground issue. No real online chat or way to email. Only a virtual assistant and an aggravating phone system. FedEx used to be really good. I would not recommend using them for shipping anything at this time. Has sadly been worse than poor.P.S. Have a work package missing as well. Asked for proof of delivery and it was my name spelled wrong. I never sign for packages. Additionally it said signed for after 7 p.m. ion a Friday. We close at 4:30. Checked cameras and no FedEx truck (or any other traffic) on the street at anywhere near that time. Vendors and customers feeling the pain of FedEx poor service, inability to easily communicate etc.

2022-02-24The joke of all FedEx, avoid FedEx Ground at all costs. Way to many damaged and lost packages, followed by a horrid retention rate and lack of professionalism.Most drivers work through a 3rd party and dont have to technically follow FedEx rules, dont expect FedEx to be accountable for anything cause it may mean they have to do actual work.

Still no package..send me my package it is now the 25th of March!! GRRRR!! Now I get a message damaged..you people are the pits!

2022-04-06Horrible shipping experience. I ordered something online, was supposed to be shipped this past Friday, didnt ship until the day it was supposed to be delivered. Now it is sitting on a truck somewhere around my house stating it is in transit. If it isnt delivered today I will be disputing the charge due to lost item!

2022-01-10They delivered my order to the wrong address. It was marked delivered, but NOT TO MY HOUSE! Ive not received my order. Customer service is incompetent garbage. Theyre trying to tell me its smartpost, but it was marked not transferred to the post office, it was on a FedEx truck when out for delivery. No one can answer me or track my order! Now Im out the money I spent, because of their incompetence! I think the driver kept it. Garbage couriers!!!

2022-01-21I ordered something from Walmart it shipped from Kentucky and it went to FedEx shipping warehouse there and sat there for almost a week before being shipped out to another location where it sat for another couple days before being sent on its way. It has been 10 days since item was shipped out and I still have not received it. I understand weather delays but this is a total disgraceful in a shipping company I would never ever use this company do not trust shipping from them they take forever to get your packages! If you want a snails place shipping use them.

2021-12-09Its a shame you cant give them less than one star. Was supposed to get a delivery yesterday, never showed up. I called and they told me that it will come today. Called earlier to confirm and the woman told me that it is on a truck an will be delivered. Truck comes by slows down in front of the house and then speeds away. Call them back and told them what happened. They said it wasnt that truck because tracking doesnt show a delivery attempt.Still doesnt show up, so I called and they said its in a warehouse and will be delayed. So I dont know if the driver just didnt feel like delivering it, or if it was never on a truck to begin with and the first rep lied. But fedex is awful. Save yourself and find someone else.

2021-08-20My $760 package is already late. Their computer system told me to expect my package Tuesday by 8pm its now Wednesday. Its been sitting in their sorting facility since 3:28am Monday but my package was magically lost and now they have to look for it. The warehouse manager doesnt keep her word about calling people back either. I might have to drive up there and pick it up myself. I see other people have similar issues with this courier. Ive called and called and all theyve done is send e-mails and set up investigation tickets instead of finding my package and shipping it to me. Someone from FedEx better call me like they said theyre going to.Edit: My package was replaced and I eventually got it.
