My assistant recently sent out an original oil painting I made for a band / art collector. This is an irreplaceable item for a world famous band. They completely destroyed it, and it is made out of wood so its not even fragile. This is absolutely rediculous. I paid for it to be packaged in an art box, and it was not packaged in more than a loose cardboard box with some pieces of paper and one sheet of bubble wrap stuffed around it. Not the art transportation box I paid for. The painting arrived with the wood cracked and completely damaged in an un fixable way. On top of all this, the employees at this store SUGGESTED that my assistant send it out with only $500 insurance on it so that it wouldn’t need a signature, and she thought that would be fine because it’s protected by an art box she PAID for, but was never put into that box. I am very disappointed and will never be using fed ex again. This item was very valuable, more than just money. Looks like someone intentionally damaged this item. See photos for the original and the damage done. I sell oil paintings around the world and will never use fed ex again.
I have been here 4 times this month and am satisfied with the service. This location served me right away. I also went a second time and though there was a line up, the reps told the customers we will be with you shortly. The third time was due to a labeling error their rep did. They took care of the issue and made sure to educate staff on proper labeling for international packages.
Service wasnt to pleasant. I went in thinking that someone would at least ask if they can help me. Nobody asked me anything and I stood there with my mother waiting for the next half an hour or even more. Mind you there was around 6 to 8 people there and they could have helped. It was way too long of a wait.
Margaret the supervisor was rude and direspectful after spending over $100 for prints, I came back to the store to pick up my order with my receipt she basically accused me of it not being the correct receipt because it wasn’t in there computer. She went on to call her employee that had helped me and checked me out he explained that I DID PAY for my order. I received no apology from Margaret. I spoke to corporate who said they would resolve the issues. I will not be using Kinkos/Fed Ex again.
We had a family heirloom to mail... a cradle that my father had made. We were traveling. I took it to this office knowing that they would have to pack it. We heard words like a small wardrobe followed by $299.99. I didnt have a choice. I was trying to get it across country to my home. There was no small wardrobe when we arrived home last night. Instead, a pieced together box that had come apart and was torn during transit. To add insult to injury, the cradle came apart due to poor packing and rough shipping. UNBELIEVABLE!!! We took multiple pictures of the mess and are in the process of placing a claim. We would not suggest getting ANYTHING packed at this location. To add insult to injury, we had packed four bankers boxes for shipment. We were told that the boxes had to be mailed in their FedEx boxes ($10.99 a piece). We took the boxes to the post office and discovered them INTACT on our porch along with the cradle when we arrived home.
Very bad service, they rip you off. I will never use it again. We were told that BW page cost 16cent/page to print. We then simply asked if they have any heavy papers and were shown different types of paper samples. We did not pick any of them and specifically told them not to use any paper costing more than 16 cent. When they printed out, they charge us $0.25 /page claiming they used heavy paper. They did not even tell us what price they charge before. Will never ever use them again.
Last week a I lost one of my best friends. Yesterday I arrived in Albany still needing to print out the memorial programs his family asked me to write. I would not have been able to get it done had it not been for the help of this staff. Rory spent the better part of his morning helping me put together this tribute to my friend. The family and I are incredibly thankful for the help. Excellent service, excellent shop. Much thanks.
The staff is very rude and lacks minimum skills here at the fedex location. There was this lady named (Rhykia) who is very rude and inexperienced that she messed up my orders. when questioned, she didnt even bother to apologize. hope the management takes necessary steps.
Never using Fedex again! They delivered my luggage to the wrong address and instead of paying back for it they denied my claim after calling and trying to resolve the issue for months ! My suitcase had a lot of important things in it and they just misplaced it and ignore the fact that I’m a tourist in the US and without my suitcase I don’t have nothing. They don’t care ! Very poor staff! It was my first time using Fedex and it will definitely be my last !!! Shame on u guys !
Worst place ever, Been 3 times in the past week to ship things out. Each time My package was already set to go with a pre-printed lable from ebay. First vist took me 20 minutes to buy a roll of tape. 2nd visit I waited in line 15 minutes to drop off a package. Finally I asked if there is an area I can just drop off a package and walk away as there are no signs saying Drop off area or something like that. Waited 15 minutes to ask that and set my package down. Customer service is 0 out of 10. These people are like talking to a wall. They hate their jobs and make sure you know it.
Meh. Wait time is sometimes ridiculous, but the service (Fedex) is good, and some of the staff can be helpful in getting you on your way. Its an average facility...definitely not a go to for me, but it is close and thats convenient. Otherwise I would never go out of my way to stop here.
I would have given them zero stars - but its not an option. I called asking for pricing on a calendar and they told me that I would have to drive to the store to get a price quote, they wouldnt even give me a ball park figure. I called the Fedex in Saratoga Springs, and they gave me a quote with a smile.
Staff is truly unprofessional , I dropped a package for priority overnight shipping and after two days the package has not been shipped.Customer service said there was an issue with labeling from this office, when i called up the local office they were uncooperative and rude and said there are no packages in their office. They do not know how to do business and service customers.
Four people working but none of them could help me. Eventually, the one associate walking around aimlessly noticed I still wasnt being helped, stopped to chat with another associate, then finally walked to the counter. They were barely audible and zero eye contact. Overall, a poor experience for how short I was there.
BEWARE!!!! My mother shipped something, gave her cc number over the phone. Her card number was then used by that employee to order over $300 of food. So disgusting that people do horrible things like this. Use any other Fedex, this one should be shut down for such poor conduct.
The worst!!! I called yesterday to get a quote to ship something that I needed to charge a client for. They told me I had to bring the item in and that they do not quote over the phone. I drove from Voorheesville to this Fedex store with the item so they could measure it. They quoted $125 with packing to the address I provided. They said they had to order a box so I needed to come back tomorrow. I came today and now the price was $350!! They dont know what happened and the manager said the person that quoted it was not there and that nothing could be done. I drove there 2 x with time and gas! How unprofessional. I then went to UPS and shipped from there for $201. I will never use them again. I ship with Fedex a other locations and this has never happened. It must be this store and the employees that work there must be untrained.

2022-03-25Tried to ship a 19.5” x 35.5” x 2” piece. The best they could do to get it to the destination (no rush at all) $319. FedEx doesn’t care about small businesses or their customers at all. Outrageous. Went to UPS and the total was $80. How does that make sense?

2022-04-12I cannot fathom the unfair reviews for this business. I use the Fed Ex office on Wolf Road on an extremely regular basis for my business, like multiple times per month. If there is a better-run, more efficient service with a friendlier, more totally on-the-ball staff, I have yet to encounter it. Top notch, five thumbs up!!!!!

2021-12-26They are an awful ship location and do not listen. We shipped with them last week it was supposed to be one rate but they did not listen to us and charged us full price. On top of that we asked for a large box and was given a small one. When I called after getting home from work they were very dismissive and not helpful. After that I called the corporate office number and they told us what happened but could not offer us a refund for it. So I call back the wolf road location and they didnt even give me the light of day no sorry no help. Plus the package was received broken. Awful. Should have been over 35 plus dollars cheaper. Nicole was not helpful and did nothing to resolve the issue and didnt offer any kind of help. Awful place.

2021-07-15I attempted to use their fax service and receive personal faxes from government agencies twice through this facility.Neither time was it successful.Both times the government office insisted they had sent the faxes, and even re-sent them after I called them again, but the Fed Ex Office INSISTED they did not receive any faxes for me. Obviously those faxes contained personal information and you would think a professional office could be trusted. But no faxes were available to me. The IRS informed me sometime later I was a probable victim of identity theft.Coincidence? Very disappointed and angry. Will never use them for this type of service again. Unreliable is barely the word for it.

2020-05-12I went there today to quickly scan an 11 page document and email it. The first machine crashed twice after I tried sending both times. The folks who I approached to help me did not seem as if they wanted to help. However, Margaret stood out from the bunch. I switched to another machine and she cleaned it off for me before I began using it. I asked her if she could stand there with me so she can see if it does or does not go through for the 3rd time. Of course, the other machine crashed too. We both couldn’t believe it, but it really is just my luck. She decided to scan it from behind the desk and email it to me. She was going to reimburse me for the previous crashed jobs but I was not charged. She then decided not to charge me for the job at all. Even though I expected to be there for only 5 minutes but lasted 45 instead, I really appreciate the professionalism, respect, and care Margaret provided me. She is a great employee and FedEx should be proud of the attentive service she provides to customers.

2020-10-12“Lady” named MARY has NO customer service skills whatsoever. Could not hear her thru her mask but she refused to speak any louder and acted annoyed the whole transaction not friendly AT ALL. They refuse to help you tape packages. USPS AND UPS will tape them for you. Only one roll of tape that was for use and was occupied and she wouldn’t let me use the other 5 rolls right behind her said that the other customer would almost be done. DARRYL just ignored me when I tried talking to him instead of her. Absolutely least helpful shipping place I’ve ever been to. And to top it off call fedex customer service and they said they’re not taking complaints because of Covid which MAKES NO SENSE.

2019-08-07Ive been going to this location for years for shipping boxes and getting items for shipping (the boxes themselves, bubble wrap, tape) and the staff here is usually friendly as they assist me, label the box, and ship out asap.I just went to this location to get something printed. The communication I had with the entire team was great, and my order was printed perfectly. However, I thought the $67 to print a 20 x 30 poster and attach a foam back was a bit much. Despite that, I like this FedEx, and I will return.

2018-03-14Outstanding service. Weve had manuals in PDF printed here with no problem. Shipping and receiving is outstanding. If its myself or my wife going there once again weve NEVER had problems. Sometimes you have to wait a bit but hey thats life. Sales determine staffing anyone with half a brain should be able to figure that out, its retail. As for them packing things for us and shipping well we had a bad experience with a UPS store along time ago and from that day forward we pack items ourselves. Some of the complaints posted here make sense, others are just keyboard commandos bitching. Once again its retail if theres a line your going to have to WAIT.
