Andre is a model employee and a pleasure to do business with. After my horrific experience at fedex of union turnpike lake success. He more than made up for it.If it was not for him I would have taken my business and elsewhere and also told my Friends and family to do the same
They messed up my order multiple times. I called beforehand and asked if my order was ready before I went to pick up my order, and when I got there the order was not ready at all. They printed multiple pieces on the wrong print product, and are very, very slow. Multiple employees who work here clearly dont know what theyre doing.
They suck! I shipped a package on 10/28/2014 using FEDEX ground it is still missing and I had to track the package down myself. I listed everything correcty on my FEDEX ground paperwork, I clearly listed it was to be delivered to Suite 400 and the label FEDEX generated sent it to room 552. The package contained a lot of clothing but most importantly there is a black mink vest with a diamond initial letter K with a matching diamond earrings. This package weighed over 10 pounds!When I tried to get help at the Hicksville, the store manager hung up the phone on me.Sign me a former completely disgusted FORMER FEDEX CUSTOMER, Laura Leonard

2022-04-15The staff at this location is very good EXCEPT for Chay, that young lady has a horrible attitude, is unprofessional and has no personality and lacks any customer service skills as I experienced on every occasion. I thought she was young was the reason but as I experienced Today 4/15/22 its clearly something more. Hopefully, Victoria can teach her some Customer service skills or have her removed. I will follow-up with the regional Manager Lauren as soon as I get the correct info for her.

2021-05-22I live closer to two other Fedex locations and have gone out of my way to this one twice now. They first helped me print a memorial sign in a day for a friends memorial where as the other locations I contacted needed through the weekend. The gentleman who helped me was friendly and nice. I just had an incident where I noticed at the last minute that my friends bridal shower sign had the wrong date on it. I emailed this location that night and called them in the morning. I spoke to Isabel (spelling?) and she was extremely sweet and friendly. Of course she said she could help me with this + some table numbers within a time crunch.This is the friendliest Fedex I have ever been to and I work in advertising and have had to do the mad dash to Fedex locations all over the city to mail stuff out for clients. Hands down will recommend the printing folks here to anyone.

2020-08-20I just had to take the time to write this review. I have visited this spot a couple of times and it is ALWAYS a wonderful experience. They are soooo nice, so professional and so knowledgable. I wish every place I visited treated their customers like this. The reason I felt compelled to write this review is for this reason. I visited this FedEx last night. I had a really heavy package. I opened one door and before I knew it, one of the gentlemen had the second door open and was taking the package to help me. Carried it across the whole store. I love this place and last night was above and beyond in customer service. Thank you.

2019-06-06Brandon White has no knowledge about the business. I went there to get a quote for 6 posters I needed for my work that I do every few weeks in other local print shop. I spoke (Brandon White) who was not helpful from start and was getting aggravated when I was asking him sample questions. The most important thing, that I get these posters printed laminated and mounted for $45 each which come to $270 but he gave me a quote for $2185.23 which is shocking and unbelievable. I will attach his estimate and his hand writing for you all to see. It took him 15 minutes to give me this quote and I’m sure he messed up bc everything was Rocket science for him to figure out. I have printed hundred of these in many different location and the price is always from $45-$65 each. I asked if I can see the paper, he said no. I asked can u tell me they finish type and weight of paper, he said he doesn’t know. I asked if they will print the posters there or else where, he said he is not sure, maybe we do here or we out source it, it depends. Asked for turnaround time he was I can’t tell right now. He had no knowledge about the business he was trying to run and was very rude, which surprised me. He told me he’s going to ride the price of poster and a much would it be to mount them on the board so after he did. I asked him again, can you please tell me the weight of the paper, he said “I will ask you to leave the store.” I was surprised and shocked that he could talk to a client this way and I had my little daughter with me. That’s why I did not want to argument and I was kinda embarrassed but didn’t say anything to him and left the store.

2018-05-19Andre and the staff are absolutely amazing. I had to get a colored flyer printed quickly and they were able to do it on time and with care. It is hard to come by amazing customer and specifically great customer service over the phone and this location was beyond amazing. Highly recommend!!

2019-12-28This place has the worst customer service ever. I spent $16.85 on the do it yourself and I have the receipt I finished at 1:11pm, I went on line waited like 2 minutes when the lady nicely told me to sent the email to theirs and they will help me right away. i Waited and Waited again on the line and I see the big guy who works there looking at me. so is already 1:44pm and im getting stress out because im on working hours, i told the guy if someone is going to help me that I have been there for almost an hour now and he starts arguing with me and being rude. he than checks the email i did sent it a while ago. and than he tells me come back in an hour when i know it can only take 10 mins... come on now

2018-08-31When I arrived Chris could not have been nicer. Trouble is I didn’t need just nice, I needed my packages to arrive onTime even with a 4 day delivery to the Midwest. Chris reassured me that the package would arrive for the photo shoot. Sure enough with only hours to go only one of my two packages arrived and FedEx had NO EXPLAINATION. I contact member services and all I received back in information was “sorry but your package will be three days delayed and we don’t know why”. FedEx you suck.

2015-04-18I just tried to drop off a package on this beautiful Saturday. Just need someone to scan and give me a receipt. This is usually done in less than 5 seconds. Instead the only staff there Radim refused to multitask because there is a customer asking him to edit a document and make copies. There are few customers just need to dropoff a package like me. We waited and waited. Some of us tried to talk to him if he can just scan us and be done with it. Instead of receiving our packages while he waits for the copy machine, he stood there and just said there is a customer in front of all of you and I am still with her. After 10 minutes of waiting, another customer asked him again but was totally ignored. He finally finished with the first customer and scanned our packages. Total time to drop off a package at Fedex : 20 minutes.Staff Radim(or Rakim) is the worst.

2021-08-26In 4 months I sent 15 shipments to Florida for a price of 22 dollars regular shipping today for the same shipment they wanted to charge me 34 dollars I prefer to use regular mail and never return to fedex

2016-09-12Cant believe those 2 african american staff there are very bossy and totally not helpful to all customers. All customers beg them to get help, damn what a customers service. They shouldnt be there, rather, work as CEO in their own. I dont have to give any star, but without one I cant post it, thats why one star.
