Omg the staff here are amazing from Gail to Evie, Chris and Brandon. They are so patient and accommodating. I had a fairly large job and they not only got it done before the time they ensured that all my pages were cut for each individual print out which varied by each print. Thanks Guys! You guys made part of my job easier, I’ll be back!
Great service. The girl helped us with the copies making, email and everything, very helpful. Staples is out, customer service awful, I didnt know Fedex did this kind of work. Congrats. We were there today around 2:30. Awesome
Today I walked into the 37th and seventh location to have passport photo taken . So I can begin using the one day service which was approximately 800.00. I got my passport photo taken by Gail and then came back in to get my itinerary printed. I tried using the print and go station and kept getting an error message, decided to see the customer service representative so that way I can be assisted. Instead of assisting me she decided to roll her eyes and catch an attitude when I Asked her can I send the document directly to her to be printed. Her response was “I don’t have to help you, you can go sit at a cpu “ on top of that the associate took a passport photo that the passport agency DID NOT accept . So not only did I waste money on the photo that was too dark . I ended up having to go directly to the office and wait 4+ hrs to do my passport. In a way it was a blessing because by not using your HORRIBLE service that required me take another passport photo at a Cvs . I also saved the 800$ it would have costed me to do the expedited service at fed ex ! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE FED EX FOR PASRPORT PICTURES OR EXPEDITED SERVICES! THEY ADVERTISE IT AS NEXT DAY BUT IT ACTUALLY TAKES 3 AND ITS 4x THE PRICE AND THEY TAKE TERRIBLE PHOTOS THAT WONT GET ACCEPTED AND ITLL ONLY FURTHER DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU!! WASTED MY TIME AT 5am THANKS TO GAIL! IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB QUIT INSTEAD OF INCONVENIENCING CUSTOMERS !
Very patient and helpful young man (dont remember his name). Worked on a paperwork case with me for a few hours which wouldve taken even longer without the knowledge required which he had/has. Also told of his situated similar experience. Its all about this fabulous employee.
Please train store manager better. I had encounter with Gail who instead of looking for solution and accommodating for a job poorly done, instead confronted and stiffened communication on guidance with specialist who was doing the job.
Used this facility on July 21, 2019 to mail some items back to myself to clear space in my traveling backpack. Quick, easy, and convenient. I paid. They boxed and wrapped. Would use again.
Went to store. Paid for shipping. But, their printer was down and they couldn’t print my package tracking information. They tried to fix it; after 40 minutes they said it wasn’t going to be fix, and told me to go somewhere else. Literally just wasted my life.
Staff was very kind and cheerful. When I brought in a large poster to be shipped, they had just the right size container and everything.
This place is the worst FedEx I’ve ever been to EVER,EVER,EVER.The service is unbelievably slow, unimaginably SLOW! How is this possible? With 2 people in line the service is the slowest i have ever witnessed. Its never a good time to go.
Evie and the staff are incredible. They have always been helpful with every project I needed printed and they are friendly to work with.

Rude staff, bad service, slow. I go out if my way to use other FedEx locations.
The 24 hour FedEx is closed at 3:45AM for a mandated lunch hour. Real funny! I even telephoned before

2019-10-09We had to print pitch books for a meeting that we got in the last minute. We submitted the request and the order online around 5.25pm and we had to fly out the next morning at 6 am. Victor was amazing and not only he got the 10 pitch books ready that evening he answered patiently the avalanche of questions we had for him.The order was ready that night by 7pm and it was perfect. Highly recommend this location!! Friendly staff and very efficient

2020-09-16The staff that work here are the reason why this location is hands down my favorite FedEx to go to. The entire team is friendly, efficient, caring, diligent and super helpful in any situation. Evie, Tatum, Brittney, Victor and Jordan deliver the best customer experience every time I go to ship or print any project. I highly recommend this location, you will not be disappointed!

2018-10-08The staff that work here are superb. When the line was long they took people in opening the register immediately and started getting the low-hanging fruit customers out the door. There are both male and female restrooms their wheelchair accessible and very clean. The entire store is large and carries a lot of office supplies that you may need. They even have a long working desk where you can plug in your laptop and work for a few hours if you need to to prepare your documents. Like most FedEx Kinkos location there are lots of work stations available for you to use even though they are overpriced.

2019-08-05This place is the worst FedEx I’ve ever been to.The service is unbelievably slow. The employees couldn’t figure out how to open a simple .jpg file. They later figured it out, but after wasting 5 minutes. Furthermore, they lost my flash drive! And when we tried to use their print and go service, the printer was low on 2 INK LEVELS! Which ruined the papers we were printing, and we wasted more time trying to redo them.God this place sucks.Edit:Britney is legit. She was able to find our flash drive, despite other employees not being able to. Overall, not a great store, but Britney’s cool. I’ll bump up the rating to 2 stars just because of her.New edit: place sucks. We went back the next day, and the self service printer was still on low link. The employees were rude and slow and ignored us. Back to 1 Star.
