I needed six copies printed, items were already sized. Very simple ask. There were seven people working, it was not busy. I waited twenty five minutes and the woman working on my order kept doing other things and I waited as long as I could but had to leave without my copies. Heading to staples later today.
This doesn’t even deserve 1 star to be honest. These people are absolute frauds. I waited for an hour for what they told me would be 15 minutes. I was then told to write a positive review to receive a discount. After I wrote a nice review the service took a complete 180. My print was decentered. They told me to come back 3.5 hours later. I returned and they told me my order FOR FOUR PRINTS was $49 AFTER I WAS QUOTED $25. So I returned 3.5 hours later to half the amount of prints I requested for DOUBLE THE PRICE. I made sure to return to the same person who quoted me the original price. He did not honor the code despite telling me he would. He said there was no way he could bring down the price. As I sat there arguing (30 min later) the price finally came down to still MORE than the original. This is also the same store that charged me $20 to print 10 sheets of paper (black and white). ABSOLUTELY CRAZY.
My business spent over an hour discussing the print jobs needed before pickup date and when we arrived to pick up our materials there were many issues. We spent another hour trying to solve before ultimately we missed a deadline. This was a very poor experience and the other customers were also having many issues. This was definitely a 1 Star experience.
I went to get my passport pictures. The person that helped me bragged about his 25 years of experience taking passport pictures. The passport office called me because the pictures I included in my application were wrong. I had to go back to the passport office and spent an extra day there correcting the issue. I know the person didn’t do it intentionally but it was an inconvenient especially right before my trip.
Came here today and was in such a rush leaving the house, I forgot my wallet. Hugh, the store manager, helped me out and got me on my way before the store closed. During such hectic and isolated times, its refreshing to see the NYC spirit shine through and interact with helpful, kind, and caring people. Thank you Hugh & FedEx Lex staff.
Staff was in a pretty bad mood, probably because they have the night shift at a 24hr FedEx... I didnt care, I had placed a print order online for pickup around 10pm. If youve used that function of the online portal, you might agree that its an exceptionally frustrating process getting it to do local print & pickup. The online portal wouldnt let me select a pickup time sooner than midnight. I stopped by at 11pm & asked if they had time to print it then & they did in 10 minutes - for that, I say 5 stars, because they didnt have to.
This review is for the incredible Samsung Care staff at this location. Andrew and his team helped me with a charging issue on my Samsung phone. The water damage indicator was tripped but rather than leave me hanging, they informed me as to what the underlying issue could be although they were not obligated to do so. In addition, Andrew made a call and referral to a local repair shop, Jacks Place, and noted the issue with my phone, providing me with price estimates after the call as well. Furthermore, Andrew informed me that any future repairs will have to come from a 3rd party shop since the Samsung Care team and company store will not repair phones with a tripped water damage indicator, just to save me time in the future. This level of service is rare nowadays as they went above and beyond what they were required to do.
This place gets stars for being (mostly) 24 hours. Check the schedule on their website around holidays to see if times will vary. The place was clean and quiet and I was able to go in, rent a computer, work, and print with no fuss. Alas, they only seem to have HP workstations, which was a little bit of a pain since Im mostly a Mac user, but thankfully Id prepared all the documents I needed to print as PDFs in case something like that happened.
I have an issue with my wifi and bluetooth antenna. This official Samsung repair center would not even have a look at my phone as the battery had been replaced by a non-samsung one. I was willing to pay and not asking for warranty cover - thats simply stupid and i wont buy samsung products again considering they are unable to provide parts.
The people who work overnight here have big hearts, and are very helpful in helping you de-stress for a major deadline the next morning. They got the job Done. There was a bit of miscommunication, so if you email your order make sure to get a price quote and follow-up to secure all info. But thats a tiny piece of the bigger overall picture of excellence. Thank you!
She confirmed twice with me, there was no delivery signature required. 3 days later... cannot deliver because a signature was required. Why does that not surprise me?! Also, this location is always out of paper in the printers, takes about 20mins on average to get help with anything including shipping any type of package.
9:10 pm attempting to make an overnight drop off at the location that closes at 10 p.m., only to be told that it is too late for overnight drop off even though the FedEx employee thats doing the package pickup its at the location scanning the packages that are going to be shipped. This is the kind of customer service that makes you to go to competitors
I ordered a package to be delivered to my office, instead it was delivered to this location. The location gave away my $3000 laptop to some random stranger whose name was not on the label of the package. This has caused me huge inconvenience. The fact that they can be so careless with packages is ridiculous.

2022-05-23Thank goodness for CJ!!! He was not only patient but super knowledgeable. Not only assisting me but jumping back and forth to make sure all customers up front were being helped as well! Didnt rush my prints and even assisted with shipping it out for me! Amazing service and so glad he was there to help! Thank you CJ and team.

2022-04-05This FedEx has the Dropbox that lets you scan your label and gives you a receipt. For notaries that’s perfect since we are always going from closing to closing and this saves us time.

2021-10-23There seemed to be management near. My person took longer than necessary, on top being suggested several time for a more smarter common sense box size. The person took lightly and joked about just anyone signing and getting my item when I specified only the super or my father. If your customer states. Just thats what she wants then you carry out that order. There were plenty workers in store they could of came to the back to take care the customers in the front. Its lexington area so Im sure folks have other places to be. Ive read up on the other reviews. Looks like your spot needs work.

2021-05-25The people who work here are amazing. The helped me with everything from getting my documents onto paper to photo copying and scanning. It’s not their job to help people but they go out of their way and do it anyway. I was in here for 2 hours and every time I needed help they were available. I couldn’t have done any of that without them bc I’m not used to using a scanner/copier. These days it’s hard to find people willing to go above and beyond and help you out. Everyone does the minimum.

2021-12-07I come to this FedEx location because its close to my office. The employees are always friendly and efficient. I have used them for printing services as well and its always finished on time and great quality. Highly recommend!

2020-11-24I have been to this location quite a few times and always had a pleasant experience. The assistant manager, Barrington, is the epitome of customer service! He helped me right away and got me out in less time than it would have taken if I was mailing out a package on my own. Every time I walk in I see him, he is always willing to help and is a pleasure to speak with. I will make this my permanent go to for all of my shipping needs from now on!

2021-07-20I had a complicated printing order. I submitted the order right before the location closed on 7/19. The estimated pick up was 4:30pm, I needed this printed for a presentation at 3pm. The morning of the 20th I called and spoke with Myriah, she calmed my concerns and said she thought it could be done by 2pm. That would have been perfect, but Myriah went above and beyond and got it done by 1pm! Amazing will specifically use this location again.

2020-11-19The entire team was spectacular! I receive great customer service and really felt welcomed in this location. They were all super helpful and I only go to this location now because of how helpful and thorough each member is. It doesn’t matter what day I’m there I always see everything with smiles and so happy to help everyone in the location. You must visit they literal has so many great services and options available
