Some people are cool at this location, others not. I was forced to purchase a special box for $25 even though I insisted that my item had not arrived to me in that special box, so I really didn’t need it. Then I was accused of not caring about my item and told that I could go home and pack it myself if that’s how I felt. What it felt like was a hustle to me. Plus the woman was really, really unpleasant with her delivery. Someone in charge at this store needs to be a lot more proactive about keeping the service consistent and pleasant across the board.
If I could give 0 stars to this manager I would. 1. Understand policy of needing ID to pick up a package, I offered to show pictures of my passport and drivers license. He said no it’s Not policy. But right before seeing me, he handed a package to someone who couldn’t even varify the address of the package but that’s ok? 2. I said ok I’ll go get an ID do I need to make another 30 minute line I’m parked outside… he said yes. I have to make line because everyone is waiting but I had just waited 30 minutes… this guy is aweful and has terrible customer service.
I used self service printing, and then self service shipping to my destination. The team at this location were courteous and always helpful. I had a file format that did not work for self service, so the assistant manager offered to create PDFs from my file so I could print them. Not only did he do that, but he fixed the formatting along the way (for 14 files!!) so that it would print properly. It felt like above and beyond service. Thank you, FedEx 125th Street team!
If you are Asian, look for another location. The counter-person just glared at me the whole time and then she asked questions that unnecessarily prolonged the transaction and she needed to scan my drivers license to proceed. She wouldnt let up with the covert hostility so I said, no thanks and walked out. Instead, I went to USPS on 116th street and used their express service. It speaks volumes when the USPS was a thousand times more professional and efficient. So if you need to get something out, pass on this location. And if youre Asian and want to pass on the anti-Asian sentiment, find another location. UPDATE: USPS delivered at 7:15am and was accepted since I first posted.
FALSE ADVERTISING 5 STAR MY @SSThis is the worse FedEx location! So many things went wrong in the transgression of my return that could not even be fulfilled.First off the location is very unorganized nobody knows anything, theyre extremely difficult to get a hold of. My package was stolen, clearly there is no sense of professionalism in this facility, and the manager does absolutely nothing.Their cover up for my stolen package was that the slip label had fallen off. I then get a call from the location asking me for the tracking number to so-call reprint it. My package is nowhere to be found and they continue to say that they will look for it. How about looking for it in the home of one of your employees, because that is precisely the case.Do not, I repeat, do not drop off anything at this location. It is a waste of your time and money. FedEx, you need to do better in the people that youre hiring. These individuals dont have one but of decency if they steal packages!Low life people.
Great FedEx! I went to two other locations—one a FedEx in Walgreens and another that was a shipping center—neither were able to ship my package or print the label. But this location was quick and efficient! They were able to scan the QR code and print my shipping label plus the staff was friendly and finished taping up my box for me!
I spent a total of 4 hours over two days waiting for proofs and a reprint of a job I submitted a few days before it was due. The day that my order was due, they mixed my print job with someone else’s. Waited two hours for my job to be printed and they couldnt get it done on time. The staff seem to be poorly trained and have no clue on how to operate the print machines or the software for fulfilling the order. If you need something quickly, I suggest you go somewhere else to go make this happen.
This FedEx is horrific on steroids. Every couple of years they clean house-fire and transfer everyone and replace them with even worse employees. I have been going to this location for years and it never gets better. It is slow, way understaffed and poorly stocked. They focus on packages not copies. I hate that this location gets my money in spite of poor service, for no other reason than the proximity.
I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life. Do not go here for anything! The staff was incredibly rude and did not know how to simply open a file from a flash drive. I spent 45 min. waiting to have 2 pages printed before the told me to come back tomorrow. What a sham of a store.
My personal experience was superb. Inititally, I was a bit doubtful because of the negative reviews i read earlier, but to my surprise, it was the complete opposite. It was about 8:45 a.m. and there was nit much crowd. Thomas, the rep assisted my thoroughly and had a great personality. Keep up the good work and continue to demonstrate what great customer service is about!
They have a sign saying theyre hiring! If you dont like to acknowledge people around you, or be helpful in any way; if you enjoy patronizing people trying to understand how to solve issues created by FedEx itself, then its definitely the office to be working at and your career opportunity. Awful everything!!! Avoid if possible.
What a waste of time. The people there are no help. I was waiting for so long and then they told me they couldnt print 3 sheets of paper. A guy working there was answering a survey for a customer lady. He was holding her phone and laughing and taking there time. That was not work related. She could have answered that byherself.
I had 5 packages to ship out just 25 mins before closing and I went there expecting the worse based on some of these reviews but much to my surprise the guy, wished I got his name because he deserves recognition for an exceptional service was great! He was definitely not the manager or supervisor because THAT guy was not helping anyone but only taking time to do whatever hes got to do to ready himself to leave at 6 sharp and telling him you only have to vaccum a little before you close up. There were four people behind me too! This guy had such a pleasant demeanor and because a couple of my boxes were make shift and does not pass standard he offered to pack them into one larger container. Meanwhile 15 mins have passed and as he was entering the sale one customer said hes just picking up and has only 2 more mins before he has to leave, both myself and the guy behind me said we dont mind him taking care of him and he said he was just about to do that. He did it quickly and had to walk back and forth to not only let his colleague out (door was locked by then) but for this guy when he was done and so forth. He didnt have any attitude, even when the sales transaction had frozen (maybe due to the long pause when he went to help the other guy) but he simply apologized to me and start all over again at which point the guy behind me said he needs to go feed his meter and he said of course, youve been waiting so patiently and went around the counter (badly design layout instead of having access to come out from behind the counter w movable one), and let him out. Luckily I was on my way out by the time the guy returned so it saved him a extra walk (its a long walk to go around that long counter) to open the door. This positive attitude is rare with service people especially under the circumstances I witnessed. I just wished to got his name so he could be properly recognized!
I have been to this location a couple of times and Jonathan always provides amazing service. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. Today, I forgot to add the fragile stickers to attach to the packages. So I called the location and asked him if he could do so. He was super friendly and mentioned that its not a problem at all and he will do it right away. Thats great customer service. Thank you Jonathan.
This the most absurd experience I’ve ever had at any shipping or printing center. All I wanted to do was print some documents and buy some office supplies and I’ve been here well over an hour. There are FOUR guys behind the counter and the same five customers have been waiting/waited on for the last 20 minutes. It took them 10 minutes (of workstation time I was paying for) to put paper in the printer. If I weren’t in need of this stuff this afternoon I would leave.
Its not often I write reviews, but the experience I just received over the phone gave me a bad taste in my mouth.FedEx attempted to deliver my package twice. First being they used the intercom, and even though I was still home, they drove away. Next day, they didnt even bother to use the intercom, and still drove away. Annoyed, called customer service and got this package to this location. Still wasnt great.Today, I called simply to see if my package was still at this facility, and once I said the package arrived more than 5 days ago, the guy on the phone gave me such an attitude.Note that at this point I did not even ask about doing anything to my package, I had only asked if my package was still there.Me:It arrived at 6/22.Guy with attitude:What?... No. Theres nothing we can do about it. We only hold the package for 5 days, and after that, it gets sent to the shipper. Even if you were standing right here and right now and the truck was right there, I cant do anything for you, theres nothing you can do about it.The word you. I simply hung up.
Ive come in here a few times just to pick up an online print order. They rarely acknowledge that Im there, let alone ask what I need. Everything feels very disorganized. Just go the staples down the street and save some time.I showed up 3 hours AFTER my prints were supposed to be finished and they still hadnt done them. The previous time I just left without them.
The other reviews are mostly accurate. This place is beyond being a joke & should not be in business. They do not even answer the phone, do not move efficiently & are just amateurs that know nothing about customer service. Most importantly they do not empty the drop box at the front door which states daily pick up at 7:30 PM. This is important to keep in mind!! It is worth it to travel & find a place in a better neighborhood that is not filled with lazy cows sitting around.
Horrible! Rude service, this woman behind the counter tried to charge me an extra $20 for a delivery of emergency medication...like really? They try to overcharge with boxes. If possible try to put everything in the white small boxes if you can fit it. Dont trust those money hungry people. Disgusting.
The worst customer service i have ever expierenced. No one greets you, when you ask for help they ignore you, once they final finish their side conversations they respond to u with an attitude. It smelled horrible in there with no air circulation or attempt to prop the front door open. I completely walked out! This place needs to clean house, put some brighter lights, fix that hazardous smell and get it together. A big disappointment especially for being the closet Fedex location for uptown and the bronx.
I came in after going to another print shop that made it impossible to complete a simple 4 page print. I came and spoke with Jonathan. He listened to what I needed and then over delivered! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Thank you Jonathan for your 5 star customer service
I use this store to make copies & print out important documents often. If youre using the self service machines, they do not take credit cards. Only Debit as a heads up or FedEx Print money Cards with the chip in it. It can also get pretty crowded during the noon & mid-day, so go at night before they close or early morning before the rush comes in. I never interact with the staff unless theres an error on the machines so I cant vouch for their other services.
Seriously unhappy...Even when the place is empty at 7:30 AM, some of the employees seem unable to complete the most menial tasks.Please be sure not to surprise employees like Ava (pronounced EY-VUH) with sentences that contain more than 3 words, or words that contain more than 2 syllables.After two simple questions, she gladly decided that working on her computer & refusing to make eye contact would fulfill her customer service quota for the day -After being here, Id seriously consider dropping the minimum wage.Silly me - I though people who work with the public would have decent people skills - Oh, was I wrong.
FedEx 125th is Absolutely the worst Fedex ever!! Stay away. Visited store on 9/1 5-6pm. Employees did NOT know how to use printers! This is NOT a full service Fedex. Unprofessional in regards to resolving an issue that was due to their lack of knowledge. Manager Javon, I was highly disappointed...
On Saturday, May 30th, 2020, I waited over an hour and 45 minutes in a massive line to print out my labels and ship out my packages. Technician closed the store at 2pm due to corporate office orders. This was my 3rd FedEx location that day. The other 2 locations I went to were listed on their website but have been out of business for over 3 months. Unacceptable.
Extremely busy when I went, with only one employee dealing with shipping. Once it was my time, the employee helping me was distracted and not helpful. I finally Handed the package over and 3 days later the packaged was returned with no explanation. After some investigation on my part I was informed that I was not given or even informed about the proper paperwork to fill out for international shipping. A horrible experience!
IF I COULD GIVE ZERO AND STILL REVIEW... Ive frequented other FedEx/Kinkos in ATL, and Im very fond of the people in my Orlando location. This locations staff however was the utmost worst experience ever.. For starters the experience was so horrible that I can only refer to the two employees on staff as the balding guy and beats by dre; that for starters because neither wore a name tag, nor bothered to speak until spoken to with a minimalists answers. Finding their work on their computers helping others to be far too overwhelming; I walked in grabbed a card and waited in a line that a slow noticed was moving nowhere. Once I got acknowledged, I asked them if I could get the paper I just emailed to their store email and they individually Balding Guy first, told me that it would take a long time to get this; frustrated with the vague answer I asked the coworker Beats by Dre and she follows up with a ridiculous like he said, its gonna be like 2hours.. Now at any other location Ive never had to physically login to my personal accounts to print anything, not on their printer, their website, nor their computers there. These guys being the lazy slackers they are would rather refer me to the self service with a point.. to me they shouldve just been pointing towards the doors because their service sent me out it
Absolutely horrible. I brought them my tv, they checked the packing job, assured me it would be fine, charged me 200 dollars to ship it, and when it arrived it looked like someone had hit it with a baseball bat, repeatedly. It was obvious that FedEx personnel had stacked other items on top of it, and it was a terrible example of professionalism and customer service. I cannot believe I received assurances from a fedex employee only to be out the cost of the tv ($600) plus the cost of shipping it ($200) - I literally paid FedEx to break my tv for me.
I asked the guy to put some tape on the package cuz my one wasnt sticking. he gave me an attitude saying i put too much tape so he just cut it all around. so lazy man. also he asked me whats in my package and i replied phone. i hope my phone fall off the package since he cut all the tape. cuz i will report this man for sure.
One of the WORST experiences Ive had with a shipping company. The representative not only gave me false information but the package was delivered over a week later which resulted in paying a premium for lousy, poor service. DO NOT USE FEDEX unless you are willing to pay for bad service. I spoke with a customer service representative who put me on hold for over an hour and had a bad attitude because I asked to speak with their manager.
The guy at the counter seemed to have an attitude. I went in to see if they had my fax. He said he didnt. So I called the person who sent it. They confirmed that they did send it. When I went back in. I had to have an argument just to get him to check in the folder. When he finally did it was their all along.
These employees pretend you dont exist, and when you are finally helped by someone, they really dont care about helping you. Its the single worst FedEx Ive ever had the displeasure of trying -- and failing -- to use. Just go anywhere else in the city, trust me. Not worth coming here.
All these reviews about package deliveries are errors. This location does not deliver packages. This is the printing side of FedEx. If you have an issue with package delivery, take that up the sender, or FdX Express, or FdX Ground. This location is FdX Office, formerly Kinkos.
5 employees and the line arrives at the entrance besides that I have 2 times that I waste my time here because the package is never left in the right place also there are people waiting for it to do me a favor and they never go up to leave my delivery or paying extra they haven well his work.

2021-10-12This FedEx office also serves as a drop off center. Services are available from photocopying, printing, fax and postal services. The teams seems reliable and proactive enough to deal with the flow of customer traffic.The office is observing all COVID-19 CDC Guidelines and prevention protocols. Facemasks is compulsory for customers before entering and before Services could be rendered.

2022-05-23Went in to ship a return ti Walmart 55 in tv. The whole vibe was casual friendly and professional. Johnathan the manager was so helpful. Although it was almost closing he and the team member did not rush or deny anyone service or act unprofessional. This location is great to ship large items. Kudos to the night staff. My return was processed and it.was all good. Thank you so much

2022-06-05I’ve had great experiences here. One time I brought the wrong receipt and actually needed a QR code to do a happy returns. I’d also forgotten my phone. The store associate used the store phone on speaker with me to call the company and have them email the store the QR code. It was above and beyond.

Guy took it, RIPPED it open and told me I need to buy new packaging because it was not sealed well and he will not accept it. I retaped it, went to another location and they kindly accepted the package saying its not a problem.

2022-03-13Worst customer service! The supervisor Tamia has an attitude and the other staff are on their cell phones on personal matters not willing to assist waiting customers. Today there were hardly any customers in line and the staff is not knowledgeable about pricing and shipping options. they will give you the most expensive option and not willing to give you options. Tamia threw the envelope back at me and said let him go and handle it himself when she couldnt assist me. Corporate Fedex office needs to look into this location and change staff immediately! I will also be putting in the complaint with the corporate office.

2022-01-27This location used to be really good. They have done a great job during the pandemic. I come here everyday to ship my boxes. However, recently FedEx replaced the manager and this guy has an attitude problem. His name tag says Jordan. Avoid him if you can. Otherwise, you end up paying more money for your shipment.
