Joell and Chris are literally the best kinkos employees Ive ever had to deal with. They had my project printed on the spot. Kind, fast, and patient.I will now only go to this location when I need anything printed. They had my project ( 6 posters, all 18 by 24, full color ) all done and cut in less than an hour. They deserve to be known for their great quality service.
Unhelpful staff and customer service. They are clueless on how to send international packages and don’t know their own international fedex pickup locations or aren’t ready to do the work.They were more concerned about quitting time. Judging by number of 1 star reviews, no one at head office is trying to solve the problem.Go elsewhere.-As a follow up, seems like the service associates are even worse at their jobs than I thought. Customer service tells me they can actually ship to the location I wanted and it doesn’t need to be a fedex locationThe people who work at that store are clueless and I’ve submitted a complaint.Training needed
Very rude. Print machine wasnt working. I asked for help and attendent didnt even acknowledge I asked a question until I walked straight up to her and said she was helping someone else. I was okay with that but then she started helping others that came in after I had been waiting for 10 min and they just walked through the door. I finally just gave up and walked to Staples that is a couple blocks away and whos machines worked properly.
Great customer service from Nickolas. My son and I are using the computers 3 x a week (since our apt is under construction) and Nickolas has been courteous, helpful with our printing issues, and goes above and beyond each day starting with a familiar ‘hello’ to a helpful hand in all areas. A+
Just leaving this review for my one visit. Realized i made a mistake on my taxes and wanted to get it out the next morning so i came here to print the forms around 2am. Didnt get his name but whoever was working graveyard shift the night of Sunday April 29th to Monday April 30th was extremely helpful getting my PDFs printed and my paper forms copied.They have some pretty fancy tech, although I am a software engineer and would have eventually figured it out on my own, guy working that night knew exactly what to do and got me in and out of there real quick, not sure any other copy shop is even open in the whole neighborhood at 2am, so thanks for helping me avoid the wrath of the IRS and possible penalties and interest charges in the middle of the night!
I had a package coming to me. They attempted delivery at same 11am to 1 pm for 2/3 days. I called up using the notice they gave and asked to get it delivered to this location. This was a Wednesday. I was informed it would get there within 48 hours. The Monday following I went to pick up. The package was not there yet. I wen to pick up yesterday and they returned to sender. This is in advanced of their 5 day hold policy. For a logistics company THEY SUCK. use the post office. Dont waste your money.
Extremely unprofessional staff. I need to print oversized and lady told me to wait for the only staff in charge of printing. After waiting over thirty minutes she told me it turns out the oversized printer is out of paper and won’t function at all. Why wouldn’t you tell me that to begin with? How can you be this oblivious and this undertrained? Complete joke and time waster
This place is unorganized, its messing and does a horrible job representing FedEx. The staff is rude ignorant and doesnt help at all. The assistant manager was the worst of all, he was very rude and doesnt want to help you with anything. This FedEx lost 4 very important packages of mine and lied to me about it. I called corporate office to complain about them and the representative even admitted that they were having problems with this site. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! THIS PLACE WILL SCREW YOU UP IN SOME WAY SOONER OR LATER!! They either need to close this location down or completely wipe the whole staff clean and replace with decent hard working people.
Painful. Bought a defective (missing an end cap) mailing tube at another location. Would not exchange or give me an end cap. Insisted it was their policy I return to the location where I purchased. Claimed they dont share the same inventory, however, they are all the same company. Supervisor at customer service in El Salvador states he has no authority to do anything. Id steer clear and shop elsewhere. The companys inventory is clearly more important than customer satisfaction.
First impression, it smelled like a homeless person. Second impression, it was about 85 degrees. Third impression, full service means they walk you through how to help yourself. I gave a specific idea of what kind of packaging I needed but was directed to a box completely the wrong shape and size. Every time I asked if there was a larger envelope, a smaller envelope, a padded envelope a box, etc...they would first say no, then say unless you want the one by the orange wall, or the product corner... This went on through four options of envelope until I finally found an appropriate one by walking all over the store and them helping someone else in between each of my runs. I will literally use UPS for the rest of my life over having to walk back in there.
If youre looking for your daily dose of attitude this is the place to be. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Crystal, who had me stand in front of her for 3 minutes before asking for the tracking number that was on a sheet of paper I had placed in front of her. I stated its on the paper and she proceeded to snap back that I could read it to her too you know, yikes. I thought customer service like that was reserved for the Post Office but I guess Fed Ex suffers from it to.
Terrible service!!! The packing was extremely poor, not professional at all. A big valuable vase, which cost a lot of money, was delivered broken into many pieces.FEDEX officer promised me to pack the vase into double box, but it was packed only in one box with very little bubble wrap.I have used to use other FEDEX locations, in other states, - usually other FEDEX locations provide good professional service.Not this one - on 1122 Lexington Ave, NY, NY 10075.Be careful to ship fragile valuable items from this office!!!
Two people working. One guy flirting with the only cashier, Joanna. (hes an employee).Cashier (Joanna) says to me I should wait as she says that customers are annoying and they get on her nerves as Im in front of her. Its 10:30 on a Saturday morning. Thank you fedex for a nice start to my day.
NOT 24/7 as advertised. I went there today at 3:30am and ALL the lights were on and a red vacuum cleaner stood in the middle of the floor but all doors were locked. Clearly the employees were busy in a back room! I even called and no one answered! Boss should fire these slackers.
Terrible customer service!!! The employees have no knowledge of services and completely unprofessional. While I was there no one was working in printing services. A customer next to me asked an employee a question and the womens response behind the desk was I have no idea. I will never use this location again.
I could write a long review detailing the literal last 10 times I have been to this fedex office and how I left each time without getting a singe thing accomplished, but I dont have the energy anymore after dealing with this place. I have worked in the printing industry on both sides of the counter and at places like this for the last 10 years, and this fedex office is by far the worst place I have ever had to do business.
If you need something printed, packed, shipped, or created for an event, this is your place to do it. FedEx Office print and ship center in the Upper East Side of Manhattan has all sorts of services. The staff is nice and friendly, and the venue is pleasant. I recommend all of my friends who need to send something via FedEx every it comes up.blasianFMA

2022-08-08Spacious and quiet workspace for printing jobs. They make it easier for us to use usb, email etc. price upfront. You see how much per each set of works and decide. Also you can select pages you want/color/b&w.

2022-04-19So, every time I end up in one of the stores it’s usually because I’m in an emergency and I need some thing/a lot of things done at the same time. Anyway long story short I lost my Irish driving license and I was desperate to try and get all the documents scanned printed/get new passport pictures etc. A young lady called Mariah, I think she spelled It slightly different maybe with a Y, was absolutely incredible and is an absolute credit to the store.As a 40-year-old man, I wouldn’t call myself old but technology is not my friend. She was absolutely wonderful and bent over backwards to make sure she explained all the machines to me. I had to print each individual document/scan them/email them to myself/rescan/print all before I headed into work. Nightmare.I very rarely would write a review about a customer service experience but she was absolutely incredible and is a credit to this place so I really wanted to make sure that it was known.J

2022-07-21Avoid this location the workers are nasty rude and it is mismanaged and they come with every excuse not to take your package or sell you new box. Awful place for shipping and packages often get damaged. AVOID GOING THERE !!!!!

2019-06-27Sadly the staff seemed intent on doing other things behind the counter rather than attending to customers waiting. Janae was surly and Oman just unhelpful. She kept saying we needed to fill out a form when all she needed was the address written out which we had on paper. Despite 5 staff visible, only Janae was attending the counter, while Oman stood by the terminal. No smiles, no effort to communicate or apologize. And she was focused on 2 packages perhaps from a previous customer that might have been done after the line subsided. IMHO these two need to be let go or retrained to act like service oriented employees. Very sad!

I wasn’t too familiar with FedEx or international shipping but she took care of everything, including helping me add insurance, pick a delivery time, and waiting while I called to check that the person I was shipping to could be around to sign for their package. Thank you!

2021-11-17If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. The service here is very unprofessional. The employees are of little help, rude, and demeaning. If you value your time, do not go to this location on Lexington Avenue. Go to the other location down the street.

2020-01-24From the moment I entered your FedEx, I was instantly greeted by Darryl who was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had quite the task, seven separate projects with a variety of different sizes, orientations, and executions -- all that needed to be printed within an hour for an extremely important client. I thought for sure I would be up the creek without a paddle, however, Darryl wasnt rattled at all -- he was extremely calm, collected, and said he would do his very best to expedite my projects and have them handled by my deadline. He succeeded! I cant say how impressed I was by his work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to hit my extreme request. I am new to the area, but this will the place our team uses because of Darryl.

2020-02-01I went in today to have something packed so I could take it to ship through another carrier who didnt have the size box I needed. The manager was abrasive, rude, and refused to let his employee pack my box because there was a battery in it(not a LYPO) even though the company policy is only that they wont ship it. All I wanted was for it to be packed and given back to me. So then they took measurements of the item and insisted that they only sell me the box and I do the rest elsewhere. When I got to the other carrier, they showed me that he FedEx box I just bought wasnt big enough and FedEx ripped me off. They even measured it. Not only was the service rude but they sold me a box I couldnt use and they knew it.
