The team at this store is very rude and unprofessional. Fiys just standing around and don’t offer any help. They have no property customer service etiquette and speaks very poorly for front of house representatives.

I used their printing services. The OneDrive selection crashed both times I attempted to use it but the print and go selection worked quickly and flawlessly. If using the printing service, I would recommend against OneDrive and use the print and go option from the start.Another caveat is that, for the self printing service, a visa or Amex gift card will not work. Use a credit or debit card.

Did not deliver my package, did not call me regarding an issue!!!!I dropped off a Ground shipping waybill in an Express shipping envelope with important documents in it for next day delivery within only a few blocks, I then went on vacation expecting my package to have been delivered. I returned to find out that it was not! Upon calling the store I was told that it was in the wrong envelope, really, they wouldnt deliver it for that reason! I was never contacted about this. Over the phone today, the employee LIED and said there was not a phone number!!!! I picked up my envelope and low and behold, my phone number on the waybill! I am never trusting this location again.

Staff at this FedEx location are always delightful! Marshall has helped me multiple times and is always professional and friendly, and so are the other employees! Highly recommend this location.

STAY AWAY from this place!Im surprised these people are actually paid any money for what they do there... I have been around the globe and I visited many undeveloped countries, but I have never seen such lazy staff even there. These people just dont want to work! They sleep right at their workplace, counting seconds until the end of the day. They refuse to give you any help! They dont even want to input your info (some FedEX locations and all UPS do it by default)!I hope owners of this particular center and brand managers of FedEX do read random reviews. Look guys - unemployment rate is skyrocket high today, and there are plenty of honest and hardworking people ready to deliver results. You should absolutely consider business process analysis and restructuring (that Im sure will result in providing people who actually want to work with jobs).

Terrible experience, Bryant team member since 2012 needs to change jobs because customer service is not his thing. He is spiteful, he threatened to not do my job properly .... which i find outrageous, for this I will not use FedEx anymore. Re-training is a must, even firing him because who wants to put its business in this guys hand - HORRIBLE

Not sure what everyones complaining about. Dropped off a prepaid package to ship in 1 minute. Now hiring sign on the door; maybe they got rid of quoted incompetent staff

I was hoping that the previous reviewers were being biased but it turns out to be all true. The staff here do not understand time and urgency. They just let doing what theyre doing and dont care that theres a line forming.

Second visit in 2 weeks where only 1 employee is working; this location is another example of understaffed FedEx facilities in busy Manhattan.Wait time to drop off package with shipping label already printed = 18 minutes.Update: on 12/20 @ 4:30pm employee to customer ratio = 2:8
