Dear Store Manager -We had a great experience today with Fransua. She saved the day for us. She met our rush need with poise and professionalism. She was calm and efficient. She communicated clearly and she acted swiftly. She put our job in motion as we hopped into a taxi and it was ready for us when we swooped in before our big presentation. Thank you Fransua!

Called ahead and asked Rosa if the packing label from Apple to send back my defective laptop included packaging. She said no but the postage being expressed entitled me to a free box anyway.Showed up and was told by another employee that Rosa was wrong. Rosa apologized and I appreciated that but now I need to go back and package the laptop to ship it.At least they printed my label for me...

Spent $100 on a color print job that ended up printing with a large blue line across every page, rendering it un-usable for a meeting. The rep working said he would refund the order, then changed and said we needed to come back because it would take 15 minutes to process. When we came back he said he could not process it without his manager who wasn’t working that day. When I called back the next day, every time I pressed 9 to “speak with a team member” I was disconnected.Deceitful, dishonest and terrible service. Save your money and NEVER COME HERE.

The staff is not great. I went to take a passport photo and the image came out too light to use. They were unable to fix the printer while I was there but told me to leave my number and they would call me. They didnt. I called them and after 3 minutes of me explaining to them why I didnt want to have to go 4 blocks out of my way they said they would check on the printer. Nope! Still doesnt work and I had to harass them for an answer.

Ordered and picked up a few mounted posters for my company today. Excellent customer service, the work was completed ahead of time and it looked really great.
