The printer was not working. They basically shrugged their shoulders and could not care in the least to trouble shoot the issues. They closed their cash register 15 minutes early so I could not purchase a FedEx card to print. The guy, Dae, was the worst. No help and could care less.
Bad corporate culture. I dont normally use FedEx, now I remember why. A super easy transaction made difficult. Apparently, they wont ship anything if its in an old wine carton. Id packed it up so cleanly and carefully with the pre-paid label. There were light bulbs inside (Con Ed Marketplace order gone disastrously.) So Aaron there offers to put my package in a different box. Seems helpful. Then he says the box costs $8.00. Yes, $8.00. One new box. I decline and offer to tape paper over the part of the box that has a wine companys name. Aaron tells me the paper will cost me as well; nothing is free. I use FedEx envelopes, free, to cover the offending Cabernet word, and leave the store to drop this somewhere else.FedEx-- thanks for making my trip to your store so frustrating and so difficult. Youve taught me a lesson.
Maurice is the man! I have never experienced such great customer service before. The staff are extremely friendly and really care about providing excellent service. Our offices will continue to do business at this FedEx location as long as Maurice is there to help! Thank you!
Terrible customer service. Maurice is a racist. Please do not go there for mailing or even anything, he will be rude to answer your questions, make malicious sacarsm to you, anything makes you uncomfortable. Felt furious after going out. Cant believe FedEx can employ a staff like this!

2022-07-14The employee told me to use the self service shipping station. Did it three times. When I went to confirm the shipping the system suggested an almost identical address. You should never choose the suggested address cos it will make the whole process fail. Employee never bothered to warn about all the system pitfalls. The last attempt I did everything right but it didnt work anyways. Just wasted my time inputting addresses for 30 mins. Employee wont bother even putting a sign saying system has issues or is out of order. Said to put it in a suggestion box so here is my suggestion.

2022-07-19The FedEx clerk handled my shipping needs patiently and professionally. During the time it took to confirm the shipping address, the clerk was able to politely handle other customers and get back with me with efficiency. For what its worth, I appreciate employees like these who understand the needs and requirements of what they do, and do it with consideration for the customer in context.

2022-06-30Terrible customer service. One word reponses. Was not helped. Finally i was refered to stationary on Bway. IPrint, i believe was their name. Young man behind the counter was a champ with his customer service. The place was packed. Fex was just me and two attendants. It is easy to see why this mom and pop store is killing you the competition. I defenantly will not be returning to your low energy and unhelpful staff. You need an open house and new blood or youll end up like kinkos. Good Luck.

2022-03-22Two young ladies that worked here helped me print off everything I needed to print! They were knowledgable and also kind! It was fast and easy! I will definitely be using this location for all of my printing/shipping needs from now on! Thank you again!!!

2021-12-18I went here at 5:30pm on 12/18/21. I have never been refused to be helped at the counter before at FedEx. The employee working was very rude and told me to create my own labels at the self-checkout kiosk, which took forever to do. There were no other customers there to help. Usually people at the counter gladly assist me with all my boxes. Then, a customer walked in and she helped them right away at the counter. She had a very bad attitude and was not helpful at all.

2020-08-18I had a really good experience here today! Nikolas was very helpful and kind enough to make me feel here is the right place to be for shipping purpose. As it was my first time to be here, I was pretty clumsy to use the system process and Nikolas tried his best to help me. This place definitely brightened up my day and I will definitely visit again! 2020-01-16I usually have a good experience with this office. But yesterday 01/15/2020 the service was really bad. There were 2 people an employee and the assistant manager who didnt know what they were doing. I asked tracking to my email she didnt know how to do it and even though she told me she did she didnt do it made 3 times spelling mistakes in the address . When i called back today the assistant manager was rude and talking to his friends while giving me the number. Please bring back the old employees these 2 new ones are not effective.

2018-05-02This place has surpassed my expectations for customer service several times in the past week. Shipping very expensive equipment (and lots of it) for the first time seemed perilous and Andre in particular took my concerns on himself, patiently and thoroughly walking me through the process of insuring the equipment, shipping types, the packing options, and kept checking in to see if I was following him. This place has earned my future business. Brilliantly done.
